Speaker 1 (00:00):
Inspiration thirteen ninety family. Well, this Wednesday, we on a
(00:03):
mission to cancel cancer, doctor Kim King. With that, I say, yes,
let's such an agree on that because we see cancer
taking out a lot of good people. Yes, And I
know that you've gone through it with your family, with
your mom, the late pastor, doctor Joann Long and others
and your family, so I know that you are determined.
Speaker 2 (00:22):
I am so determined, and I'm so glad that you
allowed me the opportunity to partner with you guys, so
we can talk about how we can cancel cancer.
Speaker 3 (00:34):
So once a person.
Speaker 2 (00:36):
Receives the diagnosis or any diagnosis, first, God has not
given us a spirit of fear fear, but of power,
love and a sound mind. And you want to wrap
your mind around what you just heard.
Speaker 3 (00:53):
After you wrap.
Speaker 2 (00:54):
Your mind around what you hear, you have to say, Hey,
this is how I'm getting ready to approach this diagnosis.
It's a disease, not something for you to own, but
something for you to know that I am responsible for
this body that I've been given.
Speaker 3 (01:16):
Physician he'll thyself.
Speaker 2 (01:17):
That's literally what Luke is meaning, I have this body,
I'm responsible for it. How can I partner with whatever protocol,
whatever program that I'm going to partake in so that
I can handle this situation. And so one of the
main things that I want to talk about is the
importance of the mothership, which is the digestive system, because
(01:38):
once you are getting simptoms, you have to target the
system that's going to give you the outcome that you need.
And so I always go to the digestive system first because,
as we were talking about early, if you eat three
times a day and there's seven days in a week
(01:59):
and there are twenty one meals in that week and
you only eliminate seven or more times in a week,
where are those meals going. Your body is going to
take them, store them, make them fat, and that's where
toxes live. And so you got to make sure that
you're doing foods that create an environment for parasites not
(02:24):
to want to be there for your food to remain.
You gotta detox. You got to make sure not only
you detox, you cleanse. Cleansing and detoxing can be the
same yet different. But you want to keep things flowing
and moving.
Speaker 3 (02:40):
And one of.
Speaker 2 (02:41):
The main things that you can do is fruit because
fruit is like it a stringent all the time. Yeah,
because it's it helps the body rest and digest. It
doesn't take a lot of thing, you know, a lot
of energy from the gut to break down fruit.
Speaker 3 (02:56):
Okay, fruit. So fruit is a stringent.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
And when you eat the right alkaline fruits, not only
does it give you your minerals and your vitamins and your
nutrition that you need, but it allows that body to
free up energy to go into anywhere where the body
is distressed, anywhere where the body needs healing. It says, okay,
(03:21):
I don't have to use the energy to break down
this food. So I can go where there's inflammation, I
can go where there's mucus, I can go any and
everywhere where I can repair a cell so you can
live like well, a lot of times cancer is cells
that aren't repaired, that can no longer recreate or regenerate itself.
(03:44):
And then fasting. Fasting is very important because that's another
thing that helps. We are fearfully and wonderfully made, and
the body can actually heal itself, and when you give
it the right modalities and the different tools that it needs,
it can it can really you know, heal the lymphatic system.
Lymphatic system is a draining system. So when you give
(04:06):
the lymphatic system the support it needs, it'll also help
you heal and cancel cancer.
Speaker 1 (04:12):
We're gonna come back with doctor Cam cancel cancer. But
real quick, you mentioned fruits anyone in particular. Yes, let's
just talk about the power of kiwi. I can't tell
those get you some kiwi. That vitamin see boost your
immune system. Once your immune system identifies a viator that
(04:33):
came into your body, it can attack it and rid
your body. What about apples, bananas, what else? What else
do we think?
Speaker 2 (04:40):
Well, bureau bananas, let's let's talk about bureau bananas are
baby bananas.
Speaker 3 (04:45):
They're the original bananas. Apples, green apples.
Speaker 2 (04:48):
Green apples are more stringent than the pink ladies, the fujis.
Speaker 3 (04:53):
But I love all apples.
Speaker 2 (04:54):
They really apple a day, really can keep doctors away.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
What about oranges is good too?
Speaker 2 (05:01):
Pineapples absolutely, It has enzymes bromoline. Bromoline is a natural enzyme.
So those enzymes are like pac Man's gonna eat up
what's not supposed to be there.
Speaker 3 (05:11):
You know how to pack man.
Speaker 1 (05:14):
Y'all know nothing about no Man or miss pac Man.
All right, So we were getting off the topic. Now
we're gonna come back with doctor Kim Wellness Wednesday.
Speaker 3 (05:23):
Cancel cancer. We're on a mission, y'all.
Speaker 1 (05:27):
Having a great conversation on this wellness Wednesday. Did you
know I February is National Cancer Prevention Month, Doctor Kim
Kimberly Ellen is with me today. Mixture. You guys are
following me espeation in thirteen ninety doctor Kim. So you
can see the conversations that we're happening here each and
every Wednesday, because they are very helpful. And our foundational
scripture is what doctor Kim, because we wanted to make
(05:48):
sure that our conversation is built on the word of God.
Here it is, he said, it's three John two right,
dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health
and that all all may go well with you, even
as your soul is getting along well.
Speaker 3 (06:04):
There's a keyword.
Speaker 1 (06:06):
Well well this Wednesday. And so doctor Kim, I know
you're on a mission to cancel cancer. You've experienced experienced
it through a lot of your family members, your mom,
the late doctor Joann Long, and so you said, the
cancer is a monster, so you have to attack it
with the same intensity and aggressiveness.
Speaker 3 (06:25):
Right, absolutely.
Speaker 2 (06:27):
Sometimes it takes a monster to go get a monster,
meaning it takes a level of skill to go get
a skill.
Speaker 3 (06:33):
Let me just say it like this.
Speaker 2 (06:35):
We love certain movies and we love the superhero, but
you see how the villain is just as skilled as
the superhero.
Speaker 3 (06:44):
So it takes certain skills to kill.
Speaker 2 (06:49):
And so one of the things that we can do
when we're canceling cancer is to make sure that we're detoxing,
that we're eliminating some of the decades of the standard
American diet.
Speaker 3 (07:04):
They call it sad for a reason. The standard American diet.
Speaker 2 (07:08):
Create certain chemicals that are not good for the body.
So label readings stand on the outside of the store.
Making sure of what you clean your home, and clean
your house in on what you put on the biggest
organ of your body, with your skin, is very important.
I always talk about keening them. There's kingdom and there's keydom.
(07:33):
So there's keys to this where you can feel the heel.
And so as you begin to detox and eliminate certain
things in the home around the home, I always tell
people sometimes you got to leave to level up.
Speaker 3 (07:48):
I'll say that again, you got to leave to level up.
You cannot heal, and.
Speaker 2 (07:54):
The very environment that made you sick, you have to
feel the heel. So in order to feel the heel,
detoxing and a movement. I'm always gonna talk about movement,
even when it comes to cancer. It's very vital and
key because you need hope. When you hear that diagnosis.
Speaker 3 (08:13):
You need hope.
Speaker 2 (08:15):
And now scientists have caught up a lot with what
we know already. The scripture actually says, but when you
move that body, you release the hope molecule like right
into those muscles. So strength training is very important when
it comes to cancer. Just like we've talked about stretching
(08:36):
and we talked about cardio. When it comes to cancer,
you gotta get that strength training in so that you
can endure the protocols that you need to go through
when you are canceling cancer.
Speaker 1 (08:49):
That's good, good, And then we're not saying that this
isn't an easy thing to do. Right. Somebody listening right
now that are going through a cancer, maybe they have
a loved one and they're hearing what you're saying. What
type of motivation? Where where can they start? You know,
what's an easy place to start?
Speaker 3 (09:05):
Easy? An easy place to.
Speaker 2 (09:07):
Start is prayer, okay, because the word says with everything,
and I know it's hard. I'm talking from life experiences
and education, but the Bible Leader says in everything, give thanks,
and so first thank God that you alive and it
(09:28):
didn't take you right out.
Speaker 3 (09:30):
And then you ask God.
Speaker 2 (09:31):
He said you can ask, you can seek, you can knock,
So ask, seek, knock, do everything you need to do
to not cast away your confidence to run and not
be weary.
Speaker 3 (09:44):
I know it can be tiring.
Speaker 2 (09:46):
I've seen loved ones get tired, frustrated, cry. You gotta
be patient with yourself and the people around you. They
have to be patient with it themselves, you know.
Speaker 3 (10:00):
And you have to make.
Speaker 2 (10:01):
Sure that you're that you feel the hell. Everything that
you go through you feel it. You you gonna feel
this hell. Sometimes I talk about a healing crisis, and
we'll talk about that throughout the year. But the first
place I al would start is simple prayer, simple communication
with God.
Speaker 3 (10:20):
Even if you say.
Speaker 2 (10:21):
God, are you kidding me? Or what did I do?
Sometimes people will say what did I do?
Speaker 3 (10:28):
What did I eat? What did I say?
Speaker 2 (10:31):
So start with prayer so you can get that open
dialogue and that communication uh with with the heavening Father.
Speaker 3 (10:39):
And why is that important?
Speaker 2 (10:40):
You know how upset we get when we don't hear
from a loved ones, a son, a daughter, a spouse,
a sibling. Why you ain't called me, Why you ain't
talk to me? Why you didn't sae? So talk to him?
Speaker 3 (10:51):
Amen, that's the first thing.
Speaker 1 (10:53):
Thank you so much, doctor Kevin. Know a lot of
folks still have questions. They want to follow you, they
want to get advice from you, and it's up to
each and every individual. You take it as God has
