Speaker 1 (00:01):
Wellness Wednesday and so near with Doctor Kim.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
Triple A season. What does that mean?
Speaker 3 (00:07):
Hey? You know what it is? We have these Triple
A cars and we call Triple A because we need help.
We need support. We fell stranded and on the side
of the road and sometimes when we experience allergies and
admin pack we need some support. Well, we got it,
triumph over these triggers. Are you ready?
Speaker 1 (00:25):
Well, it's Wednesday, Good morning, It's fission thirteen ninety family,
So glad you're with me today on a wellness Wednesday.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
Doctor Kim is back full of knowledge power. What did
I say?
Speaker 1 (00:37):
We perish for a lack of knowledge and she brings
it as a holistic coach to nutritionists, creator evangelists, prophetess.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
She wears minions.
Speaker 1 (00:49):
Today, we want to talk about the Triple A season.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
What is the Triple A season, Doctor Kim?
Speaker 3 (00:57):
It is allergy and asthma that we need to be
alert during this season. And so I always share with
my clients how allergies and asthma trigger one another and
how you need to be alert and the steps that
you need to take. You know, when we call trip
(01:19):
AWA because we're on the side of the road and
we need some aid and assistance, whether it's eat or
whether it's cold. You know, we like we need help,
we need support, come pick us up or whatever. And
with allergies and with asthma triggering each other, we need
to know what those triggers are. And once we know
(01:40):
what those triggers are, we can get ahead of those
things and heal ourselves. I tell people all the time,
you do not have to manage sickness, illness in the things.
You can choose the steps and the strategies to get
yourself out of an unhealthy environment. And so excited about
(02:01):
this platform and the fact that you all have allowed
us to share with the community things that we really
need to know.
Speaker 1 (02:09):
Yeah, and so what are some of the triggers for
allergies and asthma?
Speaker 2 (02:14):
Would you be even or not? Drake crpet, drapes.
Speaker 3 (02:20):
Curtains, drapes, curtains, curpet, certain furniture and a postery that's indoor. Also,
your laundry, detergents, your bleach, your chemicals that you put.
Speaker 2 (02:35):
On, your clothes that you wear.
Speaker 3 (02:38):
Those are some of the things that can trigger from indoor,
as well as certain plants and certain flowers. So I
tell people always check air quality and whatever city or
state that you're in, and it will tell you how
the air quality is and when the air quality is
that way, make sure you do things like silver shield
(03:02):
or aregno in the nose. You can do those different
things to protect your nasal passages. And if you do
those things, you'll have a better chance of kind of
garding flare ups. Also, lots of hydration, and stay away
from dairy and wheat and gluten. If you stay away
(03:24):
from dairy, wheat, gluten, foods that create overly create mucus,
you'll have a better time off of this. If you're outdoors,
when you come in, make sure that you take your
clothes off at the door and jump straight into the shower.
(03:45):
A lot of people will take those clothes and move
all around the house. You're also moving around all that pollen,
all of those allergens on your body. Take showers, take
those folks off, and put on some fresh clothes and
make sure you don't bring that pollen in your house.
Speaker 1 (04:01):
It's you Wow, good points, doctor Kim.
Speaker 2 (04:03):

It's Sonia. What a blessing to have doctor Kim on
with me Wellness Wednesday. We were able to connect a
few months back and able to pull this these sessions
(04:36):

helping us in our health journey, whether it's mental physical.
We are on the track to live better, be greater,
and breathe better. Because now it's allergy and asthma season
for many and so doctor Kim, you told.
Speaker 2 (04:57):
Us about the triggers. Now how do we get pass
these symptoms.
Speaker 3 (05:02):
Let's talk about how to triumph over these triggers. Once
you are experience an actual allergy or asthma attack, if
you are under doctor's care and on any pharmaceuticals, definitely check.
Speaker 2 (05:19):
In with your doctor.
Speaker 3 (05:21):
Do what's necessary. While you're doing that, make sure you
implement and integrate simple things like pineapples and pineapple juice.
Pineapples and pineapple juice is a natural enzyme and protein
called bromoline, and it will begin to calm down certain
attacks almost instantaneously. Also make sure you have nasal sprays.
(05:46):
These naval sprays can contain like real sea salt. You
can begin to wash your nasal passage out. The nasal
passage as over thirty functions. You have your respiratory system
and your sinuces. Sinuces protect your lungs. So go directly
for the herb mulleon. You can get it in pincture form.
(06:07):
You can also get it in a herbal tea form
and make sure you drink lots of mullein and lots
of lenden so it can loosen up. You can su membrane. Also,
you know I love the sauna and stepping into steam.
If you can't get to the fauna, you can make
your shower really hot and put some eucalyptus in the shower.
(06:27):
Step in a shower to open up your natal passages
so that you will be able to breathe, or until
you can get to the doctor. You can also put
lavender it's antimicrobial Ansi bacterial Ansi fongo on a hot
towel and put it over your nose and breathe and
it will reduce how the nasal spreads and cause you
(06:50):
not to breathe. So those are some things when you're
actually having a moment that you any of us can do,
whether it's e. Drinking, breathing, using aromatherapy oil, or something
you simply have at home.
Speaker 2 (07:05):
You got it, Doctor Kim.
