Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, here it comes. It is the keyword. Right now?
Are we early for the keyword?
Speaker 2 (00:04):
Just like a minute?
Speaker 1 (00:06):
I will now stall by reciting the Canterbury Tales Jeffrey Scheuer. Okay,
one that when his shoure is Sota, the drooth of
mash has passed it to the rota and bothered every
vine and swish liqueur, of which that too ingendered is
the floor. One's a ferris ec with his sway to
breath and spirit hoth and every holt, and heth the
(00:29):
tender cropus and the young.
Speaker 3 (00:34):
I turn down a little bite Dickie robber Roberts like
future child star or whatever it is. It's like brick
wall waterfall. Dickie thinks he's got it all, but he don't,
and I do, so boom with that attitude. Peace Punch,
Captain Crunch. I got something you can't touch the bank,
bank teacher, train ride me about do my thing?
Speaker 2 (00:52):
No us pieces seven up with me? You mess you up? Okay, great,
but yeah that's what I had. I was really good.
Speaker 1 (00:59):
Roberts. Dickey Roberts a former child star. Wasn't his slogan
as a kid. That's knucking fuss. Yes, that's nucking fuss.
Speaker 2 (01:11):
God, I'm getting nervous. Screw it up.
Speaker 1 (01:15):
That's knucking fuss. That's much fun. That's much more entertaining
than the controbary. Yes, all right, Uh the keyword is target.
That is it? Just good on the iHeart app and
open up the uh the tap on the you know
what it to do. It's so tired of saying this
every day. But the prize is good. I get tired
to say every day. I gotta come up with a
new way to say it. Open up the iHeart app,
(01:35):
tap the red microphone button. But the prize is worth
it because it's Charlie XCX, you know how to do it.
But for the people in the back, you use the
iHeartRadio app talk back feature and you have to say
the keyword is target. Good luck And another keyword happens
every hour all day, but only through tomorrow because the
show is Saturday night. Let's get you one thousand dollars
(02:00):
on whatever you want to it's the keyword contest and
this one you go online to kdwbat dot com and
you enter that keyword so you can win one thousand dollars.
Go do that. I know you get other stuff going
on and I know you think you'll never win, but
people think that all the time and then they do.
So go do that. We're coming back in a second.
We got to Charlie XCX keyword. That's a different keyword.
(02:22):

a junk truck. Have your chance to win one thousand dollars. Now,
just enter this nationwide keyword on our website. Grand, that's Grand.
Enter it now at KDWBT dot com. Okay, go do
that for one thousand dollars. I know you don't think
(02:45):
you have a chance, but you do. Your chance is
as good as anybody else doing The Daily Bailey. Coming
up in a second. What's on the Daily Bailey?
Speaker 2 (02:52):
Yeah, well guess what.
Speaker 4 (02:53):
Today is National bucket List Day, So we're going to
talk about our bucket list, so you better have some
things for your list.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
The Daily Bailey next.
Speaker 1 (03:01):
Coming up next on Katie Katiewb. Time for the Daily Bailey.
Let's find out what's on Bailey's bind.
Speaker 4 (03:15):
All right, today is National bucket List Day, and if
you don't know what a bucket list is it's a
list of the experiences or achievements that a person hopes
to have or accomplish during their lifetime, so they exactly
before they kick the bucket. You know, it's never too
late to set some new goals and whatnot. So I
(03:36):
thought we could go around the room and talk about
our bucket list and hopefully inspire some people to create
a bucket list if they don't have one already, because hey,
you know what, let's aim let's shoot for the stars here, Okay,
all right. On my bucket list, I don't have a
little bitty list here because I'm a simple woman. First,
I'd like to buy a small house that has a
sunroom and a yard.
Speaker 2 (03:57):
That's the life there.
Speaker 4 (03:59):
I'd like to take lessons and get supporting role in
a musical.
Speaker 2 (04:03):
That would be cool. I've never had a singing role
in a musical.
Speaker 4 (04:06):
I'd like to go to Grace Lane with my mom,
see a Broadway show, and just go to New York
City in general, I've never been. I would like to
go to Disney, Tokyo and Shanghai and potentially be in
a TV show audience.
Speaker 2 (04:18):
That is my bucket list.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
Yeah, thank you think about it.
Speaker 4 (04:21):
Yeah, yes, David. Do you have anything on your bucket list?
Speaker 1 (04:25):
I want to go to the Cascades. I've never spent
time in the Northwest. I would love to take the
motorcycle on a trailer behind an RV up to the
Cascades and then motorcycle through the Cascades and like Mount
Rainier and Mount Olympus and all the things up there.
I've never been up that way. I want to ride
a motorcycle all the way from Minnesota to Alaska and
take like a month to ride up there and stay
(04:46):
in all these little, gross little motels that are mom
and pop hotels along the way, and local little coffee
shops and diners and things like that. That would be
fun ride the motorcycle back. That is on my bucket list.
Other than that, I really I would love to, you know,
take an RV around and see all the national parks.
Some are very boring and not very well traveled and visited.
(05:09):
And then you got your Yosemite and Yellowstone, which are
ridiculous and crowded, but I want to see them all.
And other than that, A giant orgy. A giant orgy?
Speaker 2 (05:22):
Are you allowed to say that word?
Speaker 1 (05:23):
On the radio orgy orgy orgy orgy, don't don't tarmat it.
I just want to go, just be invited to to
an orgy.
Speaker 2 (05:34):
I was to say, you actually want to participate because
it just sounds like a lot of work.
Speaker 1 (05:38):
No, I do, definitely do want to get into the
thick thing.
Speaker 2 (05:40):
Okay, she is always next. You're a bucket list or.
Speaker 1 (05:50):
Top three.
Speaker 5 (05:51):
That's my vision board for this year, not the bucket list.
Bucket list. Number one, I want to visit Puerto Rico.
I'm half Puerto Rican if you didn't know. Always been
a dream to go because I've seen the oddest person.
Jimmy Fallon goes to Puerto Rico like often. I think
he did a show once from Puerto Rico and it
just seemed beautiful, the culture, the.
Speaker 1 (06:08):
Food Chef's kiss.
Speaker 5 (06:09):
At number one two, also, I love Jimmy Fallon, so
for some reason, I want to be on Jimmy Fallon,
like as a guest. I've been in the audience, but
now I'd want to be a guest and eventually like
maybe have my own Jimmy Fallon type show would be
so cool. And then number three, I want to open
up a food truck I've been pondering on that one
for the past couple of months, and I've been trying
to figure out the things that I have to do
to make it a legit thing. But yeah, those are
(06:31):
like the three big things on my bucket list.
Speaker 2 (06:33):
Nice Jenny, what's on your bucket list?
Speaker 3 (06:35):
I did like a ten year bucket list recently, so
this is what I know I have on there is
I would like to hike Mount Kilmanjaro, and there actually
is some band life people I follow that are doing
like a group trip that they just posted about, but honestly,
it's just too expensive.
Speaker 2 (06:51):
I can't.
Speaker 3 (06:51):
I can't afford it right now, so that is going
to be a little bit down the line. I also
want to host a really really epic theme party. I've
always talked about wanting to do like a Serve theme
party when you do games and.
Speaker 2 (07:02):
You vote people out. I want to do that. And
then my last one.
Speaker 3 (07:06):
Is pretty generic, but I want to just like make
a difference in people's lives somehow, whether it's like hosting
a big charity event myself or something like that. But
I just really want to leave the world a better place.
Speaker 2 (07:18):
So those are mine. Well, I have some advice for everybody.
Speaker 4 (07:21):
If you write your bucket list down, you're more likely
to make it happen for you. It's kind of like
a little manifestation of itself. Literally last year around this time,
maybe a bit before, I made a Google dot called
manifesting my dream life and write I wrote at the
top full time on air on Dave Ryan's show.
Speaker 2 (07:37):
So really, I look at you, and here I am.
Speaker 6 (07:40):
Now.
Speaker 4 (07:40):
The rest of this list hasn't necessarily come true yet,
but a couple of the things because I wrote them
down and I wrote like I wrote career hobbies and
life like things that I want to accomplish, And so
I think writing it down really does put it out
into the universe. And make yourself a bucket list if
you don't have one already. Folks, there's the daily daily
for you.
Speaker 1 (08:00):
Are Gez Manifest Manifest Manifest text message. I'll bet I'm
getting invited to an orgy right now?
Speaker 2 (08:12):
Oh no, what is Wi Fi bill is due?
Speaker 1 (08:16):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (08:18):
It was like this auto payment is coming out of
your account today.
Speaker 3 (08:23):
You better pay that. That's your only opportunity of seeing one.
Speaker 1 (08:27):
I know it's true. All right, Thank you, Bailey, we'll
do Dave's Dirt coming up in a second. We did
do we do the keyword? We have not done the keyword?
Have those of the keyword for Charlie XCX right now
because this is I mean, I know we've been doing
this all week and I know some people are like,
I'm so tired of this keyword contest. It's if you
play it, you can win. If you don't want to
play it, then you don't have to play it. But
I want you to win those tickets. The keyword this hour,
(08:49):
and it changes every time we do it, so you
get to listen each time we do it. The keyword
this time is apple. It is Apple. So get on
the I heeard app use the red mic phone and
say the keyword is Apple. Boom done. Dave's Dirt to
Go final version of the Dirt. It's coming up next
on KD Dubba Yubbe. A little slice of Life. We're
(09:15):
going to each do a little slice of life. But
what's going on? I am in Colorado and I am
there's a pet store nearby. Now, I know pet store
pets are bad, but I'm gonna go look at pets.
They're not bad. They all need homes too. But I'm
so tempted to bring home a puppy because Susan will
not she is not ready for a dog yet. And
it's like I get to make decisions too, you know
(09:35):
what I mean?
Speaker 3 (09:36):
Yeah, but is she not ready because she knows she's
gonna have to be the one taking care of the
pup while you're at work.
Speaker 2 (09:42):
That's probably why she's ready, but.
Speaker 1 (09:44):
That's probably part of it. Yeah, but it's kind of like,
I want to get a puppy. I want to get
a dog. I don't care if it's I want to
get a dog whatever, So that my little slice of
life is I really want to get a dog. I
am ready. I miss my Josie girl. She's gone for
two months, but I'm ready. I dreamt last night about dogs, Jenny.
I was dreaming about too, like I don't know what
(10:07):
they were, like labradors that were, like, you know, playing
with me and we were on the ground and they
were just having a great time. Like dreaming about dogs
that I need a dog and I miss having a dog. Yeah,
what about you, Jenny, give me a little slice of
your life. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (10:22):
I've been working on some home projects and the current
thing that I'm working on is painting my kitchen cabinets.
For color, I'm going to do probably this like kind
of evergreen green. However, I'm going to go get another
paint sample and I might go with like a rose.
Speaker 2 (10:36):
Color and I don't know DVD.
Speaker 3 (10:38):
But the one thing I will say is that your
girl cannot find hidden hinges for the cabinet to make
them more modern looking, and that don't cost a million dollars.
The hinges that I need are thirty five dollars a pair,
a pair a pair, and I need about forty pairs.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
I know, so I won't be doing that. I will be.
Speaker 3 (10:55):
Sticking with the very out in the open hinges that
just you can see.
Speaker 2 (10:59):
So that's for me. That's my slice of life right now.
Speaker 4 (11:02):
Really, well, let's see, today's my last speech meeting the
whole year's round and out. I know people love it
when I talk about the speech team that I coach.
But tonight I'm going to go to another Pitch a
Friend event, which is like a singles event where you
do a PowerPoint presentation on your single friends. And me
and three of my single friends are going to go
(11:24):
and hopefully have a good time.
Speaker 1 (11:25):
We'll see pitching friends.
Speaker 2 (11:27):
We're not doing pitching.
Speaker 4 (11:28):
We're just there to to watch and then hopefully the
next one we go to will actually do a pitch.
Speaker 5 (11:34):
Okay, well, today I'm doing something that I kind of
stepping out of my comfort zone. I'm going to go
do an open mic, do some stand up comedy. So
back in college, well I love comedy, you guys know that.
But back in college I took a stand up class
and part of our final was to perform at a
club in New York. So that was the last time
I did that, maybe three four years ago. So I'm
stepping out of my comfort zone doing it again today.
(11:54):
And I feel good because I texted I've been texting
intern John who used to work on our show. He
does stand up, and I was texting him for advice,
and like, I sent him some of the jokes and
and so John is real honest, and he genuinely was like, no,
these are actually very good. So I'm not gonna say
where yet because pressure, but eventually.
Speaker 1 (12:12):
No, I get it. You don't want a bunch of
people showing up. I get that. Wow, I admire you
for doing that. That is super cool. Thank you, because
that is something that you know that people say they
want to go do and then they never do, but
you're actually doing it. Good for you. We'll get to
know you a little session on the Dave Ryan Show.
I got this before we get to Dave's dirt. I
just found that it was kind of funny. They were
(12:32):
asking online on Reddit, what is a harmless secret that
you keep from your partner? I love this one. Before
he asked me to marry him, I found the receipt
for my engagement ring. I never said anything, but I
knew that it was coming, and I let him think
I had no idea. He holds onto this as the
(12:53):
one time that he was ever successful at surprising me,
and it was six years ago and I was surprised.
So she's, I don't know, looking through the console of
the car and finds the receipts, like, oh okay, no,
the ring is coming.
Speaker 2 (13:07):
That's so sweet that.
Speaker 3 (13:08):
She kept that a secret, because like, I feel like
people who can never be surprised, like they will reveal.
Speaker 2 (13:15):
Like, oh I knew, you know, yep, I know.
Speaker 1 (13:18):
I love this one too. She gets happy when the
cat hides a toy in her bag, so I sneak
one in there for her to find when she's having
a bad day. Isn't that cute? I pretend I'm asleep
when he leaves for work. He always gives me a
little gentle kiss on the forehead before he leaves, when
he thinks that I'm sleeping. Yeah, that's kind of sweet.
(13:40):
I always get a hot dog at Costco, but when
I get home, I pretend that I haven't eaten yet.
Speaker 3 (13:46):
I feel like a lot of people do that. They'll
be like, I one got McDonald's. Well, then I get
home and I actually have dinner. I do that all
the time, and I live alone.
Speaker 1 (13:55):
Here's one she planned. These are harmless secrets that you
keep from your partner. She planted tomato seeds in the garden,
then went home for a month. I did what I could,
but they never grew. So I went to the store,
bought some plants, and transplanted him as if I had
taken care of them the entire time. Here's one. It's
a little bit more devious. I slept with her sister
(14:15):
before we met, but it was before they met, so
it's probably.
Speaker 3 (14:19):
Okay, okay, but that means that that person and the
sister are both withholding that information from her.
Speaker 1 (14:24):
That's yeah, well, that's a good question. Think about it.
Would the sister be remiss to tell?
Speaker 2 (14:31):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (14:32):
The so you're thinking, so if your sister slept with
this guy Ben, Yeah, and then three years later you
met this guy Ben and you started dating Ben. Would
it be wise for your and now you're in love
with Ben? And would it be wise for your sister
to ruin it by saying, oh, I slept with him
years ago.
Speaker 3 (14:52):
No, she should have just told me immediately. She should
have told me right off the bat when I started
dating to Ben.
Speaker 1 (14:58):
What if she didn't know that you were dating been
for three months before she even knew about it. What
about then?
Speaker 3 (15:03):
Well, then maybe they're not that close because my sister
would know about it right away. And honestly, me and
my sister have made out with some of the same people. Oh, country,
I say, you know things happening, Let's say uh?
Speaker 1 (15:15):
And I like this one too. I won a large
amount of money during our relationship. We aren't married, and
I don't combine finances, so I don't feel like I
need to divulge that one. I like that one. All right,
let's get right into Dave's dirt on KDWB, Brought to
you by Himriy Lamber's injury loss six one two injured.
Speaker 4 (15:33):
Throwing journalistic standards out the window.
Speaker 1 (15:36):
This is Dave's dirt on KDWB. Apparently there is a
new Survivor card game, and I think this is Jeff
Probes to tell you about it. Here we go.
Speaker 2 (15:47):
I know what you're thinking, you want to apply, but
you're never going to.
Speaker 1 (15:51):
Good news is you don't have to. Now you can play.
Speaker 2 (15:53):
Survivor from the comfort of your living room.
Speaker 1 (15:55):
Well, try the Spoken, the official Survivor card game, because
there was a card game that they had out twenty
years ago when the show was new twenty five years ago,
and Alison and I got it each for each other
for Christmas and she was probably ten at the time,
and we got it out of the box. It was
kind of difficult to figure out and it was like, yeah,
so but there was this It must be a new one.
(16:16):
But you said it's been out a while, Jenny, Well.
Speaker 2 (16:18):
No, not a while.
Speaker 3 (16:19):
There is a new or one, but this one has
been out for a few months because Jeff's been like
plugging it on his Instagram, so like I've seen it
at Target.
Speaker 2 (16:27):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (16:27):
My goal is to have Jenny apply to be on
Survivor period, and then I'm going to draft her in
my draft and I'm gonna set her as my sole survivor, and.
Speaker 2 (16:34):
Then I'm gonna win.
Speaker 3 (16:35):
Listen, I am serious that I think I will maybe
apply with However, I just don't think I'm cut out
for the like emotional aspect of the game because I
am not like a backstabber.
Speaker 2 (16:48):
Yeah, I think it would break my heart.
Speaker 4 (16:50):
I'll give you a pep talk though before Okay, well,
I'll like beat you up a little bit and I'll
be like, you gotta go in there and fight, Jenny.
Speaker 1 (16:56):
You gotta go in there and fight.
Speaker 2 (16:57):
Can You'll be my own am I in the boxing ring? Yeah,
but it's Survivor. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (17:03):
I think the people that win are they're people people,
and you're definitely a people people, Jenny. But yeah, they
also have like the ability to be manipulative. I am
the least. I wish I was more manipulative. I don't
know how to be manipulative. I think you really have
to like get inside somebody's head. And I am always
too worried about what they're thinking about me, rather than
(17:24):
trying to get inside somebody's head, you know what I mean?
Speaker 2 (17:27):
Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (17:28):
I could never be on Survivor. I would be eliminated
in the first round because somebody'd be like, Dave, you
and I are going to form an alliance. We're going
to go all the way to the top. And I'd
be like, yeah, that sounds great, and then I would
be part of their plan to get rid of me.
Speaker 3 (17:39):
Yeah. So probably you'd be the one that was blindsided.
And I feel like that would probably be me too,
because I trusted too much.
Speaker 1 (17:47):
Yep, Martha Stewart thursts over Glenn Powell here. You know,
I'm going to tell you the truth. When I first
heard this clip, I thought Martha Stewart's voice was a
man's voice. She's got to be pushing eighty. And that's
okay because old people, old women sound old. Listen to
this though, she's all horned up for Glenn Powell.
Speaker 7 (18:06):
I'd already seen you on television and hit Man. Oh yeah,
oh I love that one. Yeah, and you were so
good at that oh, thank you.
Speaker 2 (18:15):
And I did.
Speaker 7 (18:16):
Watch you, and you're Sydney Sweeney, a rom calm. Thank you,
and you're a handsome actor. He is a handsome actor.
He's so hot.
Speaker 1 (18:25):
She's feening for him.
Speaker 2 (18:26):
He's got like really symmetrical face.
Speaker 1 (18:28):
Was that when it comes sit on my lap too?
Speaker 2 (18:31):
Did you cut? Did you cut that piece of the eye?
Speaker 1 (18:35):
Sorry, for a second I thought was serious. It was
like no, she did not stop it. Right now, Teddy
Mellencamp is doing better. Here is her positive health update
from Teddy Mellencamp.
Speaker 6 (18:45):
My tumors have significantly shrunk, which doctors believe means that
this all will work and then I will be back
to myself and feeling good.
Speaker 1 (18:59):
I So that is the dirt on KTWB. Thank you
for being here, whether you listen to the whole four
hours or just little teeny tiny pieces, or you're here
for the first time. Welcome. It's time for us to go.
We'll see you back here tomorrow five point thirty until
ten on the Dave Ryan Show. Keep listening for those
Charlie XCX keywords the rest of the day and then tomorrow.
I know it's annoying, I get it, but it's also
(19:20):
a super cool prize and it's easy to play. So
when you hear those keywords, keep listening to win those keywords.
And by the way, the keyword for the money this
hour is Grand Grand you got about five more minutes
to ender that keyword. I'd love to see you win
that money too, So that is where you go on
KTWB dot common type and the keyword g R, A
and D boom for one thousand dollars. Have a good day.
(19:43):
We'll see you tomorrow on KTWB
