I called you guys a month ago about a flat
tire and you guys never came and I was standing
there for two hours. Yeah. So and now you're calling

car is on the side of the road with a
flat tire, and well.

there a month ago.

So you're putting in a false call in. Was it

I never put Okay, first off, I never put in
a false call. I called you guys a month ago
and told you about it. I called you four time,
nobody picked up. I also emailed, nobody got back. So
it's your I don't know what's going on with you, guys,
but it's a month late.

Okay, So I see. Well, unfortunately, you know you are
a member with us, and we do have a fee
for a false report, and our driver is out there now,
and uh there's no car. So I don't know what else.

To do but charge you for kidding, right, you're kidding
right now. Oh, I guess I'm not paying anything. I'm
not I'm not paying anything, and I'm about to hang
up right now.

Okay, so we'll go ahead and auto We'll go ahead
and auto draft that charge.

a month ago. There's clearly no car there, right, there's

So if I'm hearing you correctly, you are a no
show and now you want to cancel with us.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
No, you're not. Clearly you have listening problems. I am
canceling my account and with drawing my loyalty to from
you guys, because you are a bull company.

Okay, all right, well I can go ahead and process
that for you. So on top of the four hundred
fifty dollars fee for the no show, it's a seven
hundred dollars charge to cancel.

charge my card. You're absolutely not going to charge And
I promise you I will sue your entire company. Do
