Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's another jubile phone frame on the twenties. Hello, Hi,
this is P. Dkin's calling from department management. I was
looking for our resident Gianna. Uh, yes, that's me. Hey,

(00:20):
missus loudy pants, how are you? I'm sorry? What just
a cute little nickname I came up with for this call,
Missus loudy pants. Nice to meet you. Oh okay, what's
this call regarding, well, Missus loudy pants, it's regarding all
the noise complaints that we've received from my apartment. Mm hmmm, yep.

(00:47):
It seems like somebody has taken up an instrument and
has been practicing quite a bit, and the residents around
you are complaining about the noise. Oh my god, about
the guitar yep, banging away on the guitar or when
you don't really know how to play it, and apparently
it's really become quite an issue with the residents around you.
So we've gotten a ton of noise complaints. So just

(01:08):
to let you know when you come home today, we've
done some work in your apartment to kind of alleviate
the problem. Wait, you did work in my apartment today? Yes,
I'm at work. You're supposed to get approval before you
go into my apartment, right, I read in most instances yes,

(01:28):
but in the instance that there's a noise complaint or
something like that, we do have the right to go
into your apartment. And when you get home today, everything
is bubble wrapped. So you put bubble wrapped in my apartment,
Like what, yeah, what do you mean? Well, you know,
for soundproofing and maybe damp in the sound a little bit.

(01:49):
So we went ahead and bubble wrapped the walls, the floor,
really anything that sound could bounce off of, so dressers,
any nick knacks. It was pretty much with bubble wrapped
everything in the apartment. So we didn't have any good
soundproofing stuff around. So we just sent our guys to
the story to get some bubble wrap and bubble wrapped everything.

(02:09):
So we'll see if that helps. Wait, this is this
is out of control. What you bubble wrapped my apartments
because I play guitar. Oh my gosh, this is you
have a manager shirt. Well I am the managers. You're

(02:30):
the manager and this was your idea. Yes, yes, yes,
because of the noise complaints from you banging away on
your guitar at all hours of the day. And night.
And who's complaining, Well, everybody in the apartment complex actually

(02:50):
has been complaining, everybody in them Okay, Well, to be honest,
I mean there has been there's been a few complaints,
and it's mostly for me, Miss loddy pants. I actually
live next door to you. Oh so you live next
door to me, and you decided to enter my apartment
and bubble wrap my please because you don't like my guitar.

(03:14):
M yes, and that's what we did, and that's what
we're gonna stick with until we can find a better
way to sound proof it so that your neighbors don't
have to put up with your infernal guitar playing. Not
my neighbors. You, You are the neighbor that's compleating. And
Miss loudy pants, it's so unprofessional. Wait for my name's Gianna.

(03:37):
You can address me by loud pants. I guess what
the actual Also, one of the one of the main
reasons I'm calling you is to let you know something
a little unfortunate. Actually, I'm so sorry about this. There's
something more unfortunate than what's already happened. Yes, and I'm
so sorry. But the maintenance worker who went into install

(03:58):
the bubble wrap accidentally broke the guitar. Are are you
some maintenance worker that went into my apartment and broke
my guitar? Well, sometimes I do do maintenance. Yes, what
you were upset about my guitar playing and you came

(04:21):
into my apartment covered it in bubble wrap. That broke
my guitar. You owe me nine. I'm getting you fired
and I'm freaking moving out of this apartment complex. You
only this month's rent too, Okay, Well then I'll just
let you know it's a prank phone call. Wait what Yeah,

(04:42):
this is actually Jubil from the Jubeil Show doing a
phone brank on you and your roommates set you up. Oh,
oh my god, it's a joke. She said that you've
been practicing guitar and she wanted to mess with you. Oh,
wake up every morning with Jubile Phone Franks weekday mornings

(05:02):
