Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is Big Boy's Neighborhood on demand, Big.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Boy Neighborhood, Mariana's up in here, matitude, the party, what
you got.

Speaker 3 (00:06):
So I was hanging out with my friend the other
day and this is my friend, the one that I
told you guys that she broke up with her, her
ex of over ten years.

Speaker 4 (00:13):
Yeah, when you're with now, No, this is.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
Different cause I know you broke up another couple and
you capitalize on the extra bedroom.

Speaker 3 (00:19):
Yeah, so two of my friends and you moved in
with her.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
I did move in with I might as well know
that extra over that man. Man, you sabitage that relationship.
So there's another one.

Speaker 4 (00:32):
Yeah, that's another one.

Speaker 5 (00:32):
Okay, go ahead, honey.

Speaker 3 (00:34):
So she was telling me that her ex kind of
was begging her for, like to hang out, and she
was like, no, you know, I don't. I don't want
to because you know, they they might get back together
if they do. But you know, she ended up hanging
out with him, and he had some crazy things to say.
He admitted to her that he cheated on her.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
Dude, he was already out through relationships, yes, and then
he man, that's not getting out of prison, and saying, hey, man,
you know right, remember that body that was over there.

Speaker 5 (01:00):
I did that?

Speaker 2 (01:01):
Yeah, all right, so he told me so he just
wanted to get it off his chair.

Speaker 3 (01:04):
I guess he just wanted to I guess like, I'm like,
why would you do that? But the thing is, my friend,
why are you lad?

Speaker 4 (01:10):
That's not funny.

Speaker 6 (01:12):
You're laughing.

Speaker 5 (01:12):
You're laughing now, I know.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
The thing is my friend always kind of had a feeling,
you know, that he was cheating on her, and so
she was like, man, I wish I would have known,
because it's like she doesn't care to get back with
him at Auntie, but it's just like that feeling that
she had the instinct, and she's so mad at herself.

Speaker 5 (01:33):
So yeah, I can understand what you're saying.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
She's mad at herself, like damn, I should have trust
my gut exactly right.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
And I feel like that happens a lot to like
a lot of us. Like I'll be like I'll miss it.
I'll be like, nah, you.

Speaker 4 (01:43):
Know, it's probably I'm just overthinking or you know.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
But sometimes that instinct is like you got to yeah,
and then sometimes you don't, and retrospace you said, I
wish I would exactly like even with me, man like
getting into the restaurant business and the people that I
met in the restaurant business is my gut told me
don't do it. My instincts told me, don't, don't mess
with these people. And I was too seasoned to mess

(02:07):
with these people and get into that business, you know
what I'm saying. So I wish I would have listened
to my gut on that. It would have saved me
a lot of money.

Speaker 5 (02:13):
We didn't have that instinct though, right. I remember when
I was in Vegas.

Speaker 7 (02:16):
It was years ago before like, uh, I don't know
what relationship, but I remember I was in Vegas and
I was about to full around I can full dog,
and then I get a text message, Hey, can you
call me right now. I was just think I'll just
have these thoughts about you or something, and I was
just like, oh my god, what.

Speaker 5 (02:31):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (02:37):
Right?

Speaker 3 (02:39):
And I remember her sometimes telling me, you know, like, dude,
I feel like he's she I mean, I'll be like, dude,
I know, like I think you're overthinking. There's like not
fully a proof that he was cheating.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
I want to hear from you guys out there, when
did you not trust your gut? Like it was an instinct,
When did you not trust it?

Speaker 8 (02:55):
In?

Speaker 2 (02:55):
What happened me? It was the restaurant, Yeah, and I
lost I lost money. So when did you not trust
your gut like that instinct?

Speaker 5 (03:02):
And what happened? Hit us up?

Speaker 2 (03:04):
Eight sixty six two four six eight nine two three
Big Boy's Neighborhood.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
This is Big Boy on Demand.

Speaker 5 (03:10):
Big Boy's Neighborhood all right now.

Speaker 2 (03:12):
Mariana was speaking on how her friend went out and
had one of those last conversations with an ex. He
was saying, can we have a conversation and he admitted
to her that he cheated, that he cheated on her.

Speaker 9 (03:22):
Crazy.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
But she, you guys were saying that you guys felt that.

Speaker 4 (03:25):
Yeah, she was. She would tell me you know that
she had that feeling already.

Speaker 2 (03:28):
Yeah, So we were just saying, when did you not
trust your gut like that instinct? When did you not
trust your gut? And what happened? That's bring Christal into
the neighborhood. Crystal, Hello, Hello, Hello there, Crystal, Crystal, When
did you not trust your gut like that instinct?

Speaker 5 (03:43):
And what happened?

Speaker 10 (03:44):
I was pregnant when I first started feeling that, but
I thought it was just me being HORMONO.

Speaker 5 (03:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 10 (03:50):
I mean it was my first pregnancy, so I didn't
know what the difference between hormonal pregnancy and actual intuitions.
But he was into like closstic cards. We would go
to like this place where you see nothing but classic
cars and stuff like that. So, I mean, I was
pregnant fast to use the russrooms consistently. So then he
stopped taking me because his excuse were, oh, well, you

(04:11):
always have to use the russiroom and I always have
to make SOPs and X, Y and Z. So I
was like, okay, but that's when like the feelings started happening,
because then like he started being distant and I was like, no,
you're just overreacting. You're just pregnant. Your hormone they're kicking in,
and I was like, this woman intuition thing is a
real thing, Like next time, like I need to feel it.

(04:31):
And no matter if it's like the most littlest thing,
men are easily, they get caught easily. They changed their
whole everything.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
And you saw it though, and your phone, your phone
just clipped a little bit.

Speaker 5 (04:43):
So what was going on?

Speaker 10 (04:45):
Like he wouldn't meet the girl that he was cheating
on me with at the spot that we would go to.

Speaker 6 (04:51):
Oh, yes, and he was.

Speaker 2 (04:55):
He was there there and he was cheating while you
were pregnant. He was saying he's leaving you at the
house because you had to go to the restroom, but
he was actually meeting up with the girl that you
guys to go see the classic cars at.

Speaker 5 (05:08):
Yeah, how did you find out that he was cheating?

Speaker 10 (05:10):
There was a shirt that was made for my daughter
and I asked him about it and like he was like, oh,
it was my uncle that made it. But he was
like oh so quick to like lie and come up
with the story that none of the stories were making sense.
Did She asked him again like days later, I was like,
so who made you the shirt? And then it changed
into somebody else made it? So I'm like, so I
did my little investigation. I found out who made the shirt.

(05:33):
So I had told him money. He was like and
he just looked at me, so like, oh, I got
caught right.

Speaker 2 (05:39):
So did he make the shirt? Did the girl make
the shirt for him celebrating your baby?

Speaker 10 (05:45):
She made it because he has a classic car, so
she put the picture of his car as the shirt
for my child with my daughter's name.

Speaker 5 (05:54):
Oh, shec.

Speaker 10 (05:58):
He knew about me the whole time.

Speaker 5 (06:00):
Man, hold on for a second. We'll come back to it, y'all.

Speaker 2 (06:02):
Stick around, y'all radios Big Boy's Neighborhood Big.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
Alright, now, we were asking when did your gut when
did you not trust your gut like that instinct? Man,
And we have a Crystal on it. Christal was talking
about how she was pregnant. She was going to you know,
these classic car places with her man, but she was
going to the restroom a lot. He was like, oh,
you know, can you just start to stay at the
house and he ended up kicking it with some girl
that he was cheating, cheating with over at the spot.

(06:36):
And you were saying, Crystal that the way that you
found out is that she made a shirt for him
that had your daughter's like picture or something on it.

Speaker 10 (06:46):
It had his car picture on it, but it had
my daughter's like, well his last name on it, but
in the little kid shirt, so I knew it wasn't
for him, right.

Speaker 5 (06:55):
Also, it's a little key so's for the baby.

Speaker 2 (06:58):
Yeah, oh my god, for the baby that you were
having with him?

Speaker 5 (07:01):
Oh yeah, okay, And Louis, you.

Speaker 7 (07:04):
Had a questions question, is this because I know the
car club culture, right, and I know these classic cars,
and you kind of hang around with the same people
sometimes you have car clubs. These meetups are kind of
the same people you see around their friends. Was he
bringing this girl around people that you guys would hang
out all the time, or like doing it in front
of them, so everybody was kind of new about it.

Speaker 10 (07:24):
Yeah, and I like it made me feel a little
awkward because like when he would bring me around, if
they would just look at me and you can just
tell that looks like, oh yeah.

Speaker 2 (07:36):
You gotta watch these as bombs. I already got to
you good last one. I don't need to start curting.
I know this is a lot, but you got to
stay with me on these, Crystal.

Speaker 5 (07:45):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (07:46):
I dumped the first one. I don't want to have
to continue to dump these, you know, so are you
and you got to think and it's easy to say, ow, girl,
just leave them. But you guys have a baby together,
So are y'all still together? Or are y'all just together in some.

Speaker 5 (07:59):
Capacity, we just co parent.

Speaker 10 (08:02):
We just strictly talked nothing but about our child.

Speaker 5 (08:06):
Got it? Is he with the girl that he cheated with?

Speaker 12 (08:09):
Wow?

Speaker 4 (08:09):
My god, God.

Speaker 3 (08:11):
Go ahead, Wow that's right. I mean I think you
I'm glad that you left him because.

Speaker 5 (08:15):
Yeah, yeah, that's a lot many it's a lot. That
is a lot.

Speaker 2 (08:18):
So do you still go to do you trust anybody
in that car culture like that the classic car thing?

Speaker 1 (08:25):
No?

Speaker 5 (08:26):
I heard that all I heard that? Crazy? Alright? It well, then,
thank you for sharing that.

Speaker 2 (08:32):
But you said that, yeah, you said you felt that
it was in your gut instinct and you're like, man,
I don't know if this harmonial form being pregnant, but
it turned out being exactly what you thought, Christal, And
thank you for sharing that with us. Alrighty, thank you, alrighty.
Now we want to hear from you as well. Man,
when did you not go with your gut like I
should have trust my gut the instinct and what happened?

Speaker 5 (08:51):
Y'all?

Speaker 2 (08:51):
Hit us up eight sixty six two four six eight
nine two three. Big Boys Neighborhood.

Speaker 1 (08:55):
This is big Boy on demand.

Speaker 5 (08:58):
Big Boy Neighborhood.

Speaker 2 (08:59):
We were asking when did you not trust your gut
that there was that instinct?

Speaker 5 (09:03):
You did not trust it? In what happened?

Speaker 2 (09:04):
This bring Gilbert into the neighborhood to see what's going down, Gilbert?

Speaker 5 (09:08):
Hello, Hello, Hello Dan? What's going on? Gilbert? Gilbert? When
did you not trust your gut that instinct? And what happened? Oh?

Speaker 2 (09:16):
Man?

Speaker 6 (09:16):
So this started like two years ago when I found out.
So I need this girl at church, right and I'm
with her for like six months. So six months down
the line, she asked me to her phone bills, to
her phone account, buys me a phone, So I start
getting her bill on accident, I don't know how about
her bill started puting my phone. So one day I
waked up and something tells me my gut, Oh check
the bill, check the bill. So I checked the bill.

Speaker 5 (09:38):
Oh big.

Speaker 6 (09:39):
Turns out this girl been talking to the lead singer
at church for six months more than to talk to me.

Speaker 2 (09:44):
Wait, hold on, man, So this is at church and
you met her at church and she was she was
talking to the lead singer like the choir. Yeah, oh
my god, man, God, you mean gil were We're not
even safe in the church.

Speaker 6 (10:02):
That's real, that's what you're me o Christian at the time, right, You're.

Speaker 2 (10:06):
Like, man, this Christianity stuff, I ain't doing this. So
so you met her at the church. So she is
you know, quote unquote, she's a church girl. She adds
you to so six years I mean six months later
she adds you to the bill, and you started getting
you know, the phone, the phone bill, and you checked
it and so did you see like multiple calls like

(10:27):
what did you see?

Speaker 11 (10:28):
Oh?

Speaker 6 (10:29):
Big text messages, phone calls me nights going for saving
like look, good night pictures?

Speaker 5 (10:35):
Hey man?

Speaker 2 (10:35):
So wait, so you can look into the account and
see pictures and text messages and everything.

Speaker 6 (10:42):
Yeah, you can see the mass or regular text you know.
So I see all that. I'm like, man, it's so crazy.

Speaker 2 (10:47):
Damn. I didn't even know they still did stuff like that.
When you can, you can track it down, that is,
so go ahead.

Speaker 6 (10:55):
So so I come from her and yeah, she tells
me everything. How many times they have sake for hotels
all that.

Speaker 9 (11:02):
Oh.

Speaker 5 (11:02):
So so she did a confessional with you, like I
can't lie, I can't lie. Wow, So let me ask
you say what.

Speaker 6 (11:11):
I still love over though? Man, call me your circle
for love. I'm about to proposed to her this weekend, Gilbert.

Speaker 5 (11:19):
Yeah, you're about to propose to her this weekend?

Speaker 10 (11:23):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (11:23):
Yeah, yeah, all right, I guess you know everything, right,
you know what I'm saying? You know so so you
so y'all steal together and you're gonna propose to propose.
When did you find out that she was getting down
with the with the with the lead singer of the choir.

Speaker 6 (11:40):
Oh it's about a year and a half ago.

Speaker 2 (11:41):
Alrighty, And you don't and she's not doing anything else anymore.

Speaker 6 (11:45):
No, she's good, she's good.

Speaker 5 (11:47):
And you and you're proposing to her this weekend, yes, sir,
Hey man, I guess that's love.

Speaker 1 (11:52):
Right.

Speaker 5 (11:52):
Are you gonna have them singing at your wedding?

Speaker 6 (11:54):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (11:56):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (12:02):
Is he?

Speaker 8 (12:03):
Are you?

Speaker 5 (12:04):
Are you still in the church? Gilbert? Alrighty?

Speaker 2 (12:08):
And she left that church too. Is the lead singer
still there?

Speaker 6 (12:14):
Yeah? Unfortunately your big dumbit.

Speaker 5 (12:17):
Alrighty, that's Gilbert right there, Gilbert. I love you, bro.
I wish you nothing but the best, man.

Speaker 2 (12:22):
Okay, all right, my man, and call us back like
in a few months or next year when we do.
When did you not trust your gut again?

Speaker 10 (12:30):

Big Boy's Neighborhood.

Speaker 1 (12:39):
This is Big Boy on Demand, Big Boy's Neighborhood.

Speaker 5 (12:43):
When did you not trust your gut? Man? When did
you not trust your gut? That instinct? And what happened?

Speaker 2 (12:48):
We're going to bring Tiasha into the neighborhood, Tiasha?

Speaker 5 (12:52):
Hello, Hello there, Tiasha? When did you not trust your gut?
And what happened?

Speaker 12 (12:58):
Okay? This boy, so I was in is to be married.
The wedding was like two weeks away, one hundred and
forty people. My maid of honor, who was my best
friend of fifteen years was running errands with my fiance
because I had to work full time, and you know,
I had this weird feeling in my stomach and I
just kept saying, you being insecure, you know, like they

(13:18):
both love you. They're just trying to make this day
special for you. And I came home work. I came
home from work early one day and weird feeling in
my stomach, I still came home to surprise him. I
walk in and my fiance and my maid of honor
were on the couch together and she was on top
of him.

Speaker 5 (13:39):
Yeah, was she sizing them up for tuxedo or were
they doing it? Maybe?

Speaker 12 (13:45):
But they had no clothes on.

Speaker 2 (13:47):
Oh my god, dude, So how long you're made of honor?
How long have y'all known each other?

Speaker 12 (13:52):
Fifteen years?

Speaker 5 (13:53):
Fifteen years?

Speaker 2 (13:54):
You say, okay, you said that, and y'all, you guys
are about two weeks away from the actual wedding, two
weeks away, and you were saying that you had this
your gut, you had it, something felt like something was
going on. Did you come home early that day because
your gut or you just felt like you were just
coming home early.

Speaker 5 (14:10):
Anyway, I think it was a.

Speaker 12 (14:12):
Little bit of both. I wanted to surprise him, but
I felt a feeling and I just I was ignoring
it for so long. I just kind of went for it.
And Yep, I'm glad.

Speaker 2 (14:20):
I did no cars in the driveway. You didn't notice
anything when you were coming up, Nothing parked on the street.

Speaker 12 (14:25):
The only thing that was different when I walked up
to my house. Usually my dogs would bark when I
walked up to my house, but they were completely silent,
and they knew what something was going on to Yeah.

Speaker 5 (14:34):
They was like, man, we're gonna be quiet. We don't
even want to alert him. They was like, just come
on in and then just take a look at it
for yourself.

Speaker 2 (14:39):
So when you walk in and you see what happens,
what happens immediately, and I know that you can't of course,
you cancel the wedding, right of course, Okay, So you.

Speaker 12 (14:48):
Would think that in an instant like that, you would
attack them and do all the stuff. I was in
such shock. I dropped the food that was at my hands.
They saw me, I grabbed my keys, my dogs, and
I just got in the car and I started driving.
That was trying. I remember crying for like three hours.

Speaker 2 (15:02):
And you said, y'all had like a hundred plus guests
that were ready to come and everything. So not only
are you not marrying a person that you loved, you know,
but now you gotta go through and you got to
tell everybody why, you know what I'm saying, like, Yeah.

Speaker 12 (15:16):
I ended up taking a picture that I found of
them and sending it out to everybody that was on
my invitation list and let them know why we weren't
getting married.

Speaker 5 (15:25):
Wow, man, that's your story to tell?

Speaker 1 (15:28):
Man?

Speaker 5 (15:29):
How long ago did this happen? Tiasha?

Speaker 12 (15:31):
This is about seven eight years ago.

Speaker 5 (15:33):
Right, are you married now?

Speaker 12 (15:34):
I'm not married, but I'm definitely happily in the relationship
and very much over that.

Speaker 2 (15:40):
Yeah, she's like, man, even before I go through the
front door, she said, I look through the window.

Ussher was singing nice and slow. A lot of people
were saying that he was saying the right or.

Speaker 2 (18:54):
They're questioning the lyrics now chush decades later, man, Yeah,
and so this is what what what went down on
social media?

Speaker 5 (19:03):
Listen, who's in the street?

Speaker 8 (19:10):
No, no, no, no, we're not doing that. No, no, sir, No,
you've been cruising the streets okay, and then dropped top
since seven o'clock. All my life, you've been cruising the streets.
Not one time have you ever asked who's in this?
We're not doing that.

Speaker 5 (19:26):
We're not doing that.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
Yeah, and so people are saying, oh my god, he
says who's in the street, Like, and this is social
media now, you know.

Speaker 5 (19:36):
But now, Louis, you can't unhear who's in the streets
now here, who's in the streets even when you hear
the original.

Speaker 2 (19:45):
Trumped up.

Speaker 5 (19:48):
Amen, but the actual lyric is cruising the streets. Yes,
he's confirmed it. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (19:54):
So you know, I'm so glad that Usher came and
tried to have this mysterious thing because even do you know,
that that song by Lloyd when he said she's.

Speaker 5 (20:03):
Fine too, but I want you. People think say she's
fine too. Yeah, no, she's fine. Yeah, she's fine.

Speaker 2 (20:13):
Too, like like, yeah, she's fine too, but I want you.
Yeah no, she's five to.

Speaker 5 (20:22):
Five.

Speaker 1 (20:23):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (20:24):
She was like, oh he liked he like him litter
he damn man. Yeah, but those those are the songs man.

Speaker 6 (20:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (20:30):
I talk into the conference was like, dude, is he
forgetting his own lyrics?

Speaker 5 (20:34):
It was just so many comments.

Speaker 7 (20:35):
It sparked so much controversy that he had to come
what year Nice and Slow came out? Because I know
Nice and Slow got to be like twenty five years right, easy,
okay there. Yeah, so we're down there thirty years with that,
and you know what I love. I love that Usher
didn't play the social media game and said, oh it.

Speaker 5 (20:54):
Could be yeah, I don't know what I said.

Speaker 2 (20:56):
And then you know, so he came out and he
said it's cruising the street, right, Yes, it is cruise
in the streets, not who's in the streets right, but
I cannot hear it, but you know, if that's somebody
right there trying to create content, because even even on
that version, I heard cruise in the streets.

Speaker 5 (21:11):
But also I've been hearing it so long in my
head too, you know, so who knows.

Speaker 4 (21:16):
I kind of wish you would have had us wondering
because it.

Speaker 5 (21:18):
Was I don't like the wondering though, you know what
I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (21:21):
And even this like with Pharrell want to sell full
of my Cifer rule hold on, he said.

Speaker 5 (21:29):
I don't want to sell full of my syfer rum.

Speaker 2 (21:31):
So he said, I don't want to sound full of myself.

Speaker 1 (21:34):
Or rude, rude.

Speaker 2 (21:36):
Lee's that worked with me, she thought, he said, I
don't want to sound full of myself A rule, yeah,
self rule, and she and she and she told for
that if Pharrel was looking at me like.

Speaker 5 (21:50):
I just make up words and I love it, you
know what I'm saying. And she was like when he
was like, what do you mean?

Speaker 2 (21:54):
She's like, when you say, I don't want to sound
full of myself a rude? And Forrel, I remember he
just looked at me and he didn't know how to
tell them. I was like, Liz, he says, I want
to I don't want to be fool of myself A rude.

Speaker 5 (22:06):

to the grill. Man, man, let me tell you about
my dad. My dad is the type of dad that
can have barbecues anywhere. I think maybe, like you know,
deaths are like that too. They just can have barbecue anywhere.
You have a good conversation and it starts with like, let.

Speaker 11 (22:34):
Me get this.

Speaker 9 (22:37):
Right here, partner lot, dude. It literally happens in situations
like that at parking lots. After my brothers soccer game.

Speaker 5 (22:45):
He would always carry like affordable grill. Isn't that the best?

Speaker 10 (22:47):
Though?

Speaker 5 (22:48):
God, yes, I would ever do. One time he took
it too far. Though, he took it too far.

Speaker 6 (22:52):
This is what he did.

Speaker 9 (22:53):
He decided he invited allus. He invited all of us
to a lake, the mysterious lake that he found. No
one knows about this lake.

Speaker 5 (22:58):
Okay, it's a special You're not supposed to be everywhere
we go here.

Speaker 9 (23:05):
At the time, my girlfriend high school, she was like,
invite your girlfriend the high school. It's okay, everybody, it's
a lake.

Speaker 5 (23:10):
Doing in Texas.

Speaker 9 (23:11):
We didn't even make it outside the city limits. And
then he makes an exit and I'm like, Okay, this
is weird, but he's probably getting gas. He gets into
a community, right, he puts it a code, walks in
and we drive it and it's one of those community lakes,
one of those like those nice houses that have like
a lake, a random lake like that.

Speaker 5 (23:29):
Please tell me you playing. I am not lying, and
I'm telling you.

Speaker 2 (23:32):
He he brought like the paddle. He used to have
a paddle boat. He brought the paddle to the community
with the private lake. Yes, I'm like, how we're not
even supposed to be here. Well, yeah, I had the
cold because I worked at one of these houses. It's okay,
it's a lake for us, it's a private lake. It's like, yeah,
oh my god, it's not you. It's for people who
live here.

Speaker 9 (23:52):
And dude, no one had like a little ramada for
grilling or nothing. It was just like for decorations for landscape,
right just to drive by. Now he literally he started
setting it up. Dude, camp cut the grill. Dude started
to grill. The worst part was when he starts to grill.
You know, it's always like a bunch of smoke.

Speaker 5 (24:09):
Dude. People came out of their backyards and they thought
it was a fire. They're like, what's going on here?
What the what's happening? It was hilarious, bro. I swear
to god, Hey, dude, were you old enough to be embarrassed?
One hundred percent? I didn't want to get out of
the car.

Speaker 10 (24:24):
Dude.

Speaker 5 (24:24):
I brought my girl from high school. She's embarrased. She's like,
are you serious? She even said this is a little ghetto.
Isn't like my dad's gut?

Speaker 2 (24:30):
Hey? Man, I love that he worked at one of
the houses and he kept the cold exact. And not
only did he did that, he had a family day
at a private lake for a community that he doesn't
even live in.

Speaker 5 (24:42):
And you say he not only did he bring the grill,
he bought a paddle boat. A paddle boat. He's in
the middle of the lake calling us over, hey, are
you serious? That's one hundred percent?

Speaker 2 (24:55):
Are you serious?

Speaker 5 (24:57):
I'm telling the truth?

Speaker 4 (24:58):
Okay, Props to him. He did it for good intentions,
you know, like obviously embarrassed.

Speaker 5 (25:05):
That's when somebody look out and be like, are you serious? Yes?
He is that guy, he is, Are you serious? Hey, dude,
that's hilarious. Man, it's you. I'm sorry, yeah, yeah, you

Speaker 7 (27:40):
Luisg is up in here with a lootogs under the neighborhood.
Corde Man made his wind of the Tiny Desk concert series.
I love it and it is amazing. A special moment
that happened was he brought his mom. His mama's aspiring
musician growing up. Yeah, she was an American I on
stuff like that. And he literally sampled one of her
old songs. But he explains it all.

Speaker 6 (27:56):
You know.

Speaker 15 (27:56):
This next song that's called O six Dreaming, it's really
special to my heart. It's a story It's a story
of irony, story about my mom, a true story of
how about how she was an expiring, aspiring singer and
she just never got a big break to make it.
But ironically enough, I end up like she's living that
dream through me because I'm here. But y'all, and I

(28:19):
ended up sampling one of her old songs to make
this song. But like I said, we back home, man,
I don't gotta use the sample. We got the real
thing here today. So mock you come up here and help.

Speaker 11 (28:29):
Me with this. Man.

Speaker 5 (28:32):
That's magical moments and she sounds so amazing. Man, Promise

Speaker 5 (28:39):
I am here stay see the best.

Speaker 4 (28:43):
In you, and I'm loving you.

Speaker 15 (28:46):
And you know my mom had once tried out for
American Idol. I was eight years old. Back home, feeling entitled,
went to school the next day. I was blimming with hope,
plotting on the j's I get when she finally blows
watching MTV cribs, you know, to spin off for kids,
I just know what she won. That's just how we
will live. Grandma baby sitting in us place in the kitchen.
I was heartbroken when she didn't make the auditionhit next morning,

(29:08):
fill with gloom, back the regular life. My dreams of
being a rich kid will finally die. Fuck working hard, nigga. Well,
I'm trying be fly hand me down from my cousin.
He ain't even my size. Fuck writ in the verse
with a sweet sixteen. I'm trying to be on MTV
for my sweet sixteen.

Speaker 5 (29:23):
Oh my god, man, how amazing is that? It was
a great moment?

Speaker 2 (29:27):
Bro Hey, bro, Like Corday is amazing anyway, bro, but
that just that particular performance from Tiny Desk that is dude.

Speaker 7 (29:35):
He did that so well and his mom sounds so amazing.
Oh yeah, you kind of youat Corday's. I listened to
Corday every so and but when you go back to it,
you just start being like, damn, I do that, Bars,
that do that?

Speaker 5 (29:46):
Bars. He's such a great storyteller too. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (29:49):
Man, It's just and you know what's crazy about Corday
Sometimes you not that you forget, but he doesn't get
mentioned when people say either top five are lyricists and
they true, but dude, and he rights and he paints
such great pictures, like he's an artist, man, and he
paints great scenarios and lyrically.

Speaker 5 (30:08):
The dude is just the beast.

Speaker 2 (30:09):
Like when him and Anderson would do their things together
as well, I thought that just super talented man.

Speaker 5 (30:14):
To have your mom there next, you should have seen
the smile on her face. That was a moment.

Speaker 2 (30:19):
That's one of those men where you would say, Mom,
I made it for us. Yeah, you know, and that's
exactly what that is. That's an amazing performance right there.
Shout out to Corday as well. Y'all continue to hang
out with us in the neighborhood, big boys neighborhood.

Speaker 11 (30:31):
This is big boy on demand, big boys neighborhoods up
in here.

Speaker 5 (30:35):
Madi, what you got So?

Speaker 3 (30:36):
I know you were talking about this when it happened
Southwest Airline changing their check bag policy.

Speaker 5 (30:41):
Yeah dude, yeah, that bags fly for free, that's.

Speaker 4 (30:45):
All I remember you being so hurt about it.

Speaker 5 (30:47):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (30:47):
But Frontier recently launched promotion and this was their shady announcement.
Frontier Airlines is ready to be your new love, low fares,
three bags and more. Breaking up with your old airlines.

Speaker 4 (31:01):
We're here for you.

Speaker 3 (31:02):
Your new love includes free carry on, free check bag,
free seat selection, and free flight changes.

Speaker 2 (31:09):
Man, Frontier, don't go like like I know, going to
Vegas Southwest it's like damn near every hour. Yeah, Frontiers, Like, man,
it's got to be like between seventy and eighty degrees.
To get a good deal, you got to give a
blood sample. And you know what I'm saying, like do
you want to see you don't want to see?

Speaker 7 (31:24):
Like even though there's that, even though they're saying all
that is for free, there still has to be an asterisk.

Speaker 5 (31:30):
There's an answersk there if you read it.

Speaker 2 (31:33):
When they say the check bag thing, it says like members,
so it was it was something that they had on there.

Speaker 5 (31:38):
I still don't trust them. I just don't trust Frontier.
I don't hear it.

Speaker 7 (31:42):
There has to be some type of hidden charge type
of thing or when you show up, it's gonna be
something that doesn't identify your bad fly for free, Yeah,
but you don't.

Speaker 5 (31:52):
You can't get on a flight like oh, you didn't
buy a ticket right.

Speaker 4 (31:56):
There is kind of a little catch.

Speaker 3 (31:58):
The emotion only works for p lookings that are made
by March twenty fourth, for travels between May twenty eighth
and August eighteen, So you could only travel I knew.
I seem like it's like it's not for the for forever,
and it's not whenever you want.

Speaker 5 (32:12):
It during like hurricane and blizzards. Yeah, hey dude.

Speaker 2 (32:17):
Then they have blackout dates you like, wait, hold on
the only day I can fly December eighth.

Speaker 5 (32:23):
Everything else is a blackout date.

Speaker 2 (32:25):
Yeah. Hey, I got this Frontier annual thing that I
can never use. They had this deal when you're going
and you pay two hundred and ninety nine bucks and
you could you and you can never use it.

Speaker 5 (32:34):
There's never any flights that.

Speaker 8 (32:37):
To me.

Speaker 5 (32:38):
If you can't use it, it's non transferable. Yeah you know,
I can't transfer it over to you. Man, So it is.

Speaker 2 (32:44):
But but but we were talking about how Windys to
come out against Burger King and like now everything is
like we just had one recently where I was like, man,
UMG remember yeah, umg coming at crazy.

Speaker 5 (32:56):
Yeah, these corporations now, man, it's like shots fire man.

Speaker 1 (33:07):
Southwest.

Speaker 5 (33:08):
They're not like us, thank you, you know what. I'm like,
this is getting crazy.

Speaker 4 (33:16):
There's definitely a gen Z in there.

Speaker 2 (33:20):
Ying. Yeah, man, Kanye West, he gonna add him to
his betrayal. Yeah, now they want you to you can't
fly free with your bags and Southwest.

Speaker 5 (33:28):
I can see this coming. Believe that it is what
it is.

Speaker 2 (33:32):
Hey, man, Frontier, they're not getting my business. I gonna
tell you straight up. Stick around, y'all. Radio is Big
