Speaker 4 (02:28):
No idea, just sorry, clication. Really, where's the moon? Proximity

Speaker 3 (02:45):
Maybe she's drinking that mushroom tea again, I'm back on
the sauce.
Speaker 4 (02:53):

Speaker 1 (02:58):
Joshua Tree? Actually, well that at.
Speaker 4 (03:01):
Desert, Yes, to Cacti ti. All right, that's enough. That
is enough from us right now. So about this time
every morning, we go around the breakfast table and we
check in with each other and find out what happened
in our lives or the least twenty hours, the highs
and the lows of the last twenty hours here and
(03:22):
those and those and those. We know that Tanya's high
was just a high of Joshua Tree sauces.
Speaker 1 (03:32):
My coffee beans come from.
Speaker 4 (03:34):
Oh, Joshua Tree coffee. That's the saucer. Back on, Yeah,
just coffee, just coffee. That's such a But that's great.
You see how much better life history and coffee in
the morning.
Speaker 1 (03:42):
I know it. I do this because I wanted to.
Speaker 4 (03:46):
I know that, but telling you it's still better.
Speaker 1 (03:48):
I agree.
Speaker 4 (03:49):
Yeah, okay, so that's right. Any highs or least twenty hours.
Speaker 1 (03:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (03:54):
So, my daughter Asa recently got glasses and yesterday was
her first day wearing them to school, and she was
very nervous, and I was.
Speaker 1 (04:03):
Almost very nervous as a mom, Like, I'm like, she
was just nervous, what are.
Speaker 3 (04:06):
The kids gonna say? I think people are gonna think
I look weird? All these things, right, it's you look beautiful.
It's gonna be fine.
Speaker 1 (04:12):
So I'm not there in the mornings when they go
to school, but I picked them up. So when I
picked up from school.
Speaker 3 (04:16):
Yesterday, I asked her, how did it go with your glasses?
And she said, Mommy, everyone loved them, and even the
principal told me that they were cool, and she was
just I'm gonna cry.
Speaker 1 (04:25):
She was just so happy and has a mom like
I was made me.
Speaker 4 (04:30):
That's so sweet. Well, thank goodness that that went well,
because have gone either way.
Speaker 3 (04:34):
Yeah, She's very sensitive, so I just was worried that
like someone would say something to me or something.
Speaker 4 (04:39):
No but the kids, they look the kids. They're not
all that bad, are they?
Speaker 1 (04:43):
The kids these days?
Speaker 4 (04:44):
All right? I have no highs, any lows, no high
I didn't think about it. I didn't think about it.
It's Friday. I'm happy. It's Friday. It's good Friday.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
Yeah, good high.
Speaker 4 (04:52):
Yeah, that's good. That's my any loads, Tanya.
Speaker 1 (04:56):
I burned.
Speaker 6 (04:57):
Oh I burned dinner the other night and I completely
ruined our pan.
Speaker 1 (05:03):
So I have to get a new one. Just annoying.
Speaker 4 (05:06):
All right, it's sis and he lows I might be.
Speaker 1 (05:09):
Able to help you fix that pan.
Speaker 3 (05:11):
It's done for it is I. I had stuff in
a shopping cart last night, like just clothes, things that
I wanted to buy, and they were having a crazy
sale and it kept saying like one hour until the
sale ends, right, and I was like, oh, just adding
more things and it.
Speaker 1 (05:23):
Was twenty five percent.
Speaker 3 (05:24):
I was like, good amount of money off and I
fell asleep and I never checked out, and then I
checked this morning and it's like much.
Speaker 1 (05:33):
I don't want to buy them now, so.
Speaker 4 (05:37):
I just forgot my reasonable bags in the car at
the grocery store.
Speaker 1 (05:40):
That's so annoying. I hate when that happened.
Speaker 4 (05:42):
One because I have one. No, I do buy the
new ones otherwise irresponsible. Nancy, Nancy, Nancy are from LA.
She's got her highs and lows.
Speaker 9 (05:52):
Good morning, Ryan Cisini Antania.
Speaker 8 (05:54):
My name is Nancy.
Speaker 9 (05:55):
I'm a teacher in Los Angeles. My high is today
is a minimum day.
Speaker 10 (06:00):
We come out of twelve forty four and our spring
break begins soon after that.
Speaker 1 (06:05):
My lois.
Speaker 3 (06:06):
I've been trying all week to win the first party
at Morongo, but I haven't had any lug.
Speaker 9 (06:12):
Maybe today, have a great day, guys, Thank you.
Speaker 4 (06:16):
Well, congratulations getting out of school. And Mark, let's get
someone get back to Nancy and get into that chirst party.
Let's gay looking for another high. There we'll do. We'll
set you up. Nancy. Don't worry. We're calling. That's us calling.
If you see a caller, that's from kiss. Oh my
low could have been. My iPad did not charge last
night and I have to charge it right now. Tubbs,
there's the charger. Thank you, ah, good morning.
Speaker 1 (06:39):
Good morning.
Speaker 4 (06:40):
So I remember with a little shaker on Monday that
was this week when the earthquake this week?
Speaker 1 (06:45):
And see diego yes at five point two A five.
Speaker 4 (06:48):
Point two there's no laughing matter. We felt it here.
People Los Angeles felt it.
Speaker 1 (06:53):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (06:56):
It was at ten oh eight. We had just wrapped
up everything here. Sisney was doing her thing on kiss.
It was ten oh eight in the morning.
Speaker 1 (07:03):
The building rolled. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (07:05):
I don't understand. Still I'd like to see.
Speaker 1 (07:06):
Those Yeah they say the building rollers.
Speaker 4 (07:09):
I want to see those wheels down there.
Speaker 1 (07:11):
No, but it makes sense. So it's not like I.
Speaker 4 (07:14):
Know a building that rolls on wheels. It's not wheels.
What is it. I don't know.
Speaker 3 (07:19):
I always just kind of like pictured it in my head, like, yeah,
that makes sense, but you feel it.
Speaker 4 (07:23):
Tell my mom. My mom was so nervous about me
moving to LA when I was nineteen.
Speaker 1 (07:27):
Uh huh.
Speaker 4 (07:28):
She was like, well, what about the earthquakes. I'm like, mom,
don't worry. The buildings on rollers. Yeah, I just totally
made it up. I didn't know what it meant, but
I heard people say it, so what does it mean?
And she felt like that was satisfying enough to hear
the buildings on rollers? But are you saying our building.
Speaker 3 (07:42):
Moves this one and you almost feel the earthquake sometimes
more because it's on rollers. But I think it's safer
in the end, there was to be a big, big,
big one.
Speaker 4 (07:51):
Say first, say in how a building, a whole building
can roll around anyway, you looked at your earthquake preparedness.
Speaker 3 (07:56):
So yeah, So I go home and this week I
just was like, we have our kit in the garage
and it's a big bin and I opened it up
just to see if the stuff in there was expired,
and everything was expired. So it made me kind of
just go through and kind of just refresh it. And
I think it's a good PSA reminder for everybody to
just check your bins or create one.
Speaker 4 (08:15):
If you don't have one, well, and you forget how
fast time goes, right, and you think that, oh you
just did it, well you didn't. All that stuff could
have expired. Yep, official word. It is not a roller.
The building is not on a roller.
Speaker 10 (08:25):
What is it?
Speaker 4 (08:26):
Then it's on a shock absorber?
Speaker 1 (08:28):
Oh, like on a tennis racket.
Speaker 6 (08:31):
Huh they have shock absorbers on tennis rackets. That's like
the whole thing, the little thing sticky at the bottom.
Speaker 4 (08:38):
Yes, like that little thing you've add to your racket,
thank you, doesn't come with the racket you with that? Yes, yes,
maybe it's like that. It's a flexible layer that acts
as a shock absorber. So it's like a little bit
of rubber that the building sits on. It doesn't roll around,
now it makes sense.
Speaker 1 (08:51):
But the rubber makes it kind of bounce. Yeah, bounce.
Speaker 4 (08:55):
You give it some give. We got some give. So
if you're traveling for Easter weekend on this good Friday,
food safety actuallys say do not eat these things at
the airport. Number one, prepackaged sandwiches and salads.
Speaker 1 (09:07):
That's what I always eat at the airport. Why you think, like, oh,
I just want to grab a salad real quick.
Speaker 4 (09:12):
Why the prepackaged ones? I do too. They sit at
unsafe temperatures for too long, especially if there's no door
on the frame.
Speaker 1 (09:21):
And there's never a door, it's all just open.
Speaker 4 (09:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (09:25):
Wow, that is life changing. Never again.
Speaker 4 (09:28):
Fruits, honestly, well, good luck fruit cups. Once fruit is sliced,
it's exposed to bacteria from handling, processing in storage. Oh
and this one, I don't know. I mean, at your
own risk. Sushi sushi at the airport. Sushi restaurants have
strict handling procedures. Airport sushi can sit for hours. I'm
(09:50):
skeptical about.
Speaker 3 (09:50):
Sushi and gen Well, let me tell you if you
actually go to Japan, I had the best sushi at
the airport in Japan.
Speaker 4 (09:59):
Well yeah, airport. Yeah, we're talking l a there over
in John Wayne. Yeah, I'm talking about that. So I
don't know. I get nervous about raw fish anyway, because
I've had some real disasters before I leave through them,
but they've scarred me. Today's quote, the flower does not
(10:19):
dream of the bee kiss FM.
Speaker 1 (10:24):
There's more.
Speaker 4 (10:27):
The flower does not dream of the bee. It blossoms
and the bee comes. Mmm. Can You've got to blossom
as human before you meet your point.
Speaker 6 (10:38):
You don't have to worry, like, don't like be searching
for missus, right, just block blossom and work on yourself
and she'll come.
Speaker 4 (10:45):
Serena Carpenter, it's taste. Tony wants to talk about the phrase.
If they wanted to, they would have you heard that before? Yeah?
And it has to do with Timney Shallowmne Kylie Jenner. Yes,
that's coming out in a second. Also, were paying your
bills now? Assisting with the headlinem headlines with.

like their PDA and how lovey dovey they still They've
been together for two years and they still act like
they're this like really cute newly dating couple. But People
Magazine did a story on how the two of them
make their relationship work no matter how busy their schedules
are with the award season and premieres. Earlier this year,
(19:42):
it was intense for their relationship, but they are making
it work. Kylie is truly his biggest fan. She would
clear her schedule to attend awards and premieres with him,
And I feel like it's that classic.
Speaker 1 (19:52):
If they wanted to, they would. I feel like a
lot of.
Speaker 6 (19:55):
Time when you're dating, I'm with you, everybody there's like confusion,
there's gray area, and it's just like if they wanted to,
if you're questioning anything, if they wanted.
Speaker 4 (20:04):
To, they would just do it.
Speaker 1 (20:05):
They want exactly, they're not doing it.
Speaker 4 (20:07):
It's no.
Speaker 1 (20:09):
What is it on the line?
Speaker 4 (20:14):
It's about time? What are you preparing for? Track you
down this morning?
Speaker 9 (20:20):
So sorry?
Speaker 11 (20:21):
I could tell you where I am.
Speaker 4 (20:22):
Do you want me to know because it sounds dangerous.
Speaker 1 (20:25):
I want to know. I want to know.
Speaker 11 (20:26):
Okay, I'm in a meeting with somebody not as important
with as you, Ryan.
Speaker 10 (20:33):
But almost.
Speaker 1 (20:35):
That tells me nothing.
Speaker 4 (20:38):
Can we tell you why we're calling? Do you know
Andy was the name Raisemeyer.
Speaker 3 (20:42):
I don't know Andy from Katla and the reporter from
kat I knew she would.
Speaker 11 (20:46):
Of course I do. Are you kidding me?
Speaker 9 (20:49):
Of course I do.
Speaker 4 (20:50):
Okay, By the way, tell Mario Lopez to hang on
in that meeting.
Speaker 11 (20:52):
Person, you can't say this day, who is I'll text
it to you.
Speaker 4 (21:03):
Stay focused anyway. Mariah our listener from Norwalk. Mariah called,
she wants to she thinks Andy's cute from Kate j
he is cute.
Speaker 11 (21:11):
He is cute, that very talented and anything. So you
know what's so funny, I've actually never asked that. Find
out if you guys, I could probably find out. Let
me put you on speaker because I'm going to send
a text and see if i can find out before
I even have to hang up.
Speaker 4 (21:29):
Well, no, this break has gone on way too long already.
Just get back to.
Speaker 1 (21:34):
Do not.
Speaker 4 (21:35):
I'm Mario Lopez. Hear me right now in the meeting.
Speaker 9 (21:37):
What can you hear me?
Speaker 4 (21:40):
Maria Mario?
Speaker 11 (21:44):
Ryan, Now we could make this more exciting, Ryan, if
you want me to to really drag it out and say.
Speaker 4 (21:53):
No, I don't want to drag it out. This is
the way to Drake.
Speaker 11 (21:57):
Will reveal is Andy that.
Speaker 1 (22:01):
Is an important detail that we need, and then we
need his number.
Speaker 4 (22:05):
Speaking of breaks, I need to take one right now. No, yes,
that's the way it goes.
Speaker 1 (22:12):
Well, we're going to get into the mix.
Speaker 4 (22:13):
Next, who's she in a meeting with?
Speaker 1 (22:15):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (22:15):
She's not texting me in the mix. Next it's kids.
Is he single? We're about to play the mix.
Speaker 11 (22:21):
Okay, they're in the middle of the show. I'm waiting
for them to text me. Oh, I'm getting the doctor going,
the doctor going.
Speaker 4 (22:29):
And d KT, a Channel five reporter is single for
Mariah listener who called in one.
Speaker 11 (22:35):
So the response was loaded question. But and then they said,
we defer to Grace, who's the boss over there. So
they're really dragging this out.
Speaker 4 (22:44):
Make sure that they know you're talking about this on
the air right now.
Speaker 1 (22:48):
I'm on the air.
Speaker 4 (22:51):
I think, tell them before you reveal everything you just revealed,
legally sing.
Speaker 1 (22:55):
I'm on the air, legally single, legally single. I put
in the oh, yeah, he's not married.
Speaker 4 (23:01):
If you're just joining us, Mariah Colton once she list you, guys,
guys what.
Speaker 11 (23:10):
I'm so bummed what he is not single?
Speaker 1 (23:14):

Speaker 6 (23:15):
I got single energy from him.
Speaker 4 (23:17):
Goodbye starts right now. People like sl in the mix

Ryan for the first round and then we'll get to
you Rosalinda. Here's how it's gonna work. We'll give you
a We'll give you a phrase with a blank in it.
You just give us what you think should go in
that blank. If the panel says the same thing you say,
you get the most matches, you win. All right, here
we go. Ryan, your first don't say anything out loud. Ryan,
yours is blank eggs, So don't say anything blank eggs.
(24:15):
The panel is going to write down what they think
you're going to think for the blank, and we'll see
if you can get a couple of matches. It's always
interesting this, so it is revealing. So what you say, Ryan,
what kind of eggs? Boiled? Boiled eggs? Boiled eggs? All right,
let's see if you get any matches with our panel. First,
Tanya on our panel.
Speaker 1 (24:35):

Says scrambled eggs? Sorry, Rhino? All right, hold on one second, Rose, Linda,
your turn nowt all you gotta get is one match
to win? So yours is blank home? Blank home? Kind
of home? Is it going to be blank home? Ah? Okay,

Hold one second please, panel panels already, okay, okay. What'd
you say, roseland sweet home? Sweet home? Siany?
Speaker 1 (25:25):
I said lovely home, Tanya, I said lovely home.
Speaker 4 (25:31):
You're supposed to match with?
Speaker 1 (25:33):
So random?
Speaker 4 (25:35):
Ruby?
Speaker 8 (25:36):
I said happy home.
Speaker 4 (25:39):
It's close, it is close, it tops did you say
sweet home? Said clean home? Clean? I thought welcome home.
Speaker 1 (25:48):
Welcome, my gosh, great one.
Speaker 6 (25:50):
Ryan?
Speaker 4 (25:52):
The panel all right. Nobody wins that round? Sound another round?
Here we go, Ryan, You're up? Yours is he? Yours
is garbage blank? Garbage blank, garbage blank, garbage blank. I
think an obvious one. But okay, would you say right
now garbage can? Yeah, that's what I thought, Tanya, I said,
(26:15):

Speaker 3 (26:22):
Garbage for ruby, I said, garbage man and tubs garbage can.
Speaker 4 (26:29):
Okay, pressures on Rosalina. Yours is blank tag blank tag
tag tag blank them not a blank tag like kind
of tag.
Speaker 9 (26:46):
Blank tago.
Speaker 3 (26:51):

Speaker 4 (26:52):
Oh my god, tag good one. Okay, Sisney, What did
you say?
Speaker 1 (26:57):
I said, clothing tag? I said tag?
Speaker 8 (27:01):

Speaker 4 (27:04):
Ryan? When are you going to Wango tank?
Speaker 9 (27:07):

Speaker 4 (27:10):
Thank you so much for listening.
Speaker 11 (27:11):
We love you, Thank you all right, all right, take
care bye means you all.
Speaker 4 (27:18):
Right, Ryan, We'll see you there, and thank you Roseanne
for listening to us. Andy uh Riismeyer Riismeyer from KTLA
Channel five that we've been talking about hooking up with
Mariah listeners coming up in a few minutes here, alright's
one of two point seven Kiss FM. Let's get to
the headlines this what do you have?
Speaker 2 (27:33):
FM headlines with siciny you know.
Speaker 3 (27:36):
Two people were killed and six injured after a shooting
at Florida State University yesterday. The suspect was taken into custody.
The Supreme Court announced it will hear arguments in May
on the President's proposed limits on birthright citizenship. FIFA is
looking for volunteers in La ahead of the FIFA Club
World Cup twenty twenty five, which starts in June and
(27:58):
includes matches at a Rose Bowl. And Siza announced she's
launching a lip gloss line in collaboration with Not Beauty.
The glasses will be only available at pop up stores
during the Grand National Tour with Kendrick Lamar.
Speaker 4 (28:13):
It's one of two point seven Kiss FM. All right,
let me explain what's going on, because it's all sort
of unfolding here in the moment. Mariah called us a
few minutes ago, listening to the show in Norwalk, and
she said, Hey, guys, I just want to ask you
if I should shoot my shot, but I don't want
to tell you who I want to shoot it with.
But it's a local TV personality. So we said, well,
what channel, what time of day? Anyway, we nailed it.
We got it. Channel five, a reporter named Andy is
(28:37):
who she's interested in, but she doesn't know if he's
single or not. Yeah, so Tony told me he's single.
Speaker 1 (28:43):
No, well, okay, I said, appears to be. I think
we think he's single.
Speaker 4 (28:47):
But then called Amy Sugarman, who knows everybody Channel five,
who works with us in them, and she does a round.
She thinks he's not right.
Speaker 1 (28:55):
He appears not to be. He appears to appears. I'm
looking at his instagram. There's no trace of a significant
other on let.
Speaker 4 (29:02):
Me get Maria. Are you there?
Speaker 5 (29:05):
Yes, I'm here.
Speaker 4 (29:07):
Okay, Well, the suspense is killing me. Andy, are you here?
From Channel five?
Speaker 9 (29:11):
Hey?
Speaker 4 (29:12):
There he is? That sounds singing to me. That sounds
like a single.
Speaker 9 (29:16):
Hey right that I'm so happy to hear from you.
Speaker 4 (29:20):
Guys.
Speaker 9 (29:20):
I hate to break your heart. But before we get
to that, I can't believe I'm on Ryan's roses right now.
This is this is almost second first time listener.
Speaker 4 (29:31):
No, I correctly, Andy Rasmer.
Speaker 9 (29:34):
But my my agent refers to me as a Ryan
Seacrest type.
Speaker 4 (29:40):
So see how far that?
Speaker 1 (29:45):
What that means is that a category that's discussed.
Speaker 9 (29:50):
Of course, yeah, you know, just uh, we're all following
in the footsteps of the great, the great Ryan.
Speaker 4 (29:56):
Your agent's too generous. But Andy, my are you? You're not?
You were gear enough to tell us you're taken, weren't you?
Speaker 9 (30:04):
I am taken? Unfortunately. Uh for for the segment, I apologize,
but I'm so flattered. I'm so thankful and and you're right,
there is not enough representation on the ground.
Speaker 1 (30:15):
Yeah. If I were her, I'd be like, where am
I on here?
Speaker 9 (30:19):
It's all good. You know, it's one of those modern relationships.
Speaker 4 (30:22):
You know what they say, no modern relationships, Andy from Channel.
Speaker 9 (30:26):
Five, you know, where you don't acknowledge each other in
public at all. You just hope that that's that's how
that goes for the world.
Speaker 4 (30:36):
Yeah, I.
Speaker 1 (30:39):
Acknowledge.
Speaker 4 (30:41):
Hey, Mariah, just your reaction to the can you just
and you just talked to Mariah? She's heartbroken.
Speaker 9 (30:46):
I love you, Mariah. I'm so thankful and so flattered
and I wish I you know, we should have met
a year ago.
Speaker 4 (30:54):
Oh well, you're I'm not going to feel good about that.
Speaker 9 (31:00):
Who's to say? Yeah? And thank you so much for
being so kind and saying hello and everything like that.
And uh, you know, hey, who knows where the world
will take up?
Speaker 4 (31:13):
What security for your partner right now?
Speaker 1 (31:15):
Listen, you're saying a chance, Mariah.
Speaker 4 (31:20):
I played the long game on this. He didn't sound
so soon.
Speaker 11 (31:24):
I know.
Speaker 5 (31:24):
I mean, if I don't keep seeing any more photos,
I might still assume this.
Speaker 1 (31:28):
I don't.
Speaker 4 (31:29):
Soon he'll be anchoring the evening news and you'll be like,
you don't want him yet, he's in the field too much.
You want him when he just has to rolling to
be the anchor.
Speaker 9 (31:39):
Hours are terrible.
Speaker 4 (31:40):
Yeah, I don't.
Speaker 9 (31:41):
I don't quite have I'm not when I get to
the level of Ryan Secrestian dressing room then then come knocking.
Speaker 4 (31:48):
That's Maura. That's when you want to step in. And
it doesn't sound like it's going well with him in
it's a relationship now, so I think there's hope in the.
Speaker 5 (31:57):
Oh my gosh. I don't want to be a home wrecker.
I might. I might have to just be on the
sidelines and just watch.
Speaker 9 (32:04):
I appreciate that so much, and things are going well,
and I don't mean to be uh me to be mean,
but I do appreciate you being so so sweet and
so kind and what vulnerability of going out on the radio.
Speaker 4 (32:15):
What I know, that's deep. We well, we love you
Mariah for for shooting your shot. And look, there are
a lot of other journalists out there, so.
Speaker 9 (32:26):
You see at NBC four, there's a lot of people
over there.
Speaker 4 (32:32):
Just just look down, just just flip on your TV,
start flipping around.
Speaker 5 (32:37):
Yeah, I mean, if you guys have a hookup, just
let me know you have my number.
Speaker 4 (32:40):
Now you got it? Andy, thank you for being a
good sport and all in jest, we know you're in
a great relationship. Thank you, Maria. Take care Andy, thanks
for covering all the important stuff here locally on KTLA
channel five.
Speaker 9 (32:53):
Thank you, Ryan Wow huge, all right.
Speaker 4 (32:58):
Take you care a Channel five. I think big things
are gonna happen with this guy. That's right, got a
good personality. Apparently the audience loves him so much. Something
you want to go out with him? Great hair, it's
phenomenal hair, Andy Reesmyer, Channel five.
Speaker 1 (33:16):
Taken but not shown. Taken a notch I want to hear. Yeah,
I'd be like, where's my photo? Post? Broer than me?
Speaker 4 (33:30):
Mike Posner at Kiss FM got our weekend watch list
on the way. All right, So Sidney a lot of
people were talking about eggs being too expensive to die.
They're at six bucks twenty three cents, right, Yes, too
expensive to die.
Speaker 1 (33:43):
So what do we do Easter Sunday? There's an alternative?
Speaker 4 (33:46):
What are people saying they will replace eggs with?
Speaker 3 (33:49):
Well, I saw this because they this company took it
upon themselves to create a whole kit and market it
the right way that it's completely sold out everywhere. I'd
be surprised if you could find a great idea. It's
a very great idea. Jet puffed the marshmallows that we've
all probably eaten at some point in our lives, whether
it's in s'mores or hot cocoa and things like that,
(34:11):
came out with a dip and decorate dozen kits. So
it was only a dollar ninety nine and the kit
contained extra large marshmallow bag, six colors with miniature tongs
for dipping and decorating, pens to design your marshmallow. So
instead of dying Easter eggs, you dye the giant extra
large edible dye.
Speaker 1 (34:29):
It's edible dye, and it's this is.
Speaker 4 (34:31):
A much better program anyway. You can eat it.
Speaker 1 (34:33):
Yeah, and you get so many more and kit's.
Speaker 4 (34:36):
Feels better than a hard boiled egg exactly.
Speaker 3 (34:39):
But they soared off the shelves like they were sold
at Walmart, and the minute they would put them up
if they were completely sold out, they sold out online
obviously for that price. Like, who can beat that? You
can make it yourself though. It's like a DIY. It's
basically food coloring and marshmallows.
Speaker 4 (34:53):
So okay, So this is going to be the future
of Easter egging. The only thing you have to do
is figure out how to explain to your kids that
the Easter bunny he gives and like.
Speaker 3 (35:02):
If you're right or and they need to be maybe
packaged in something so that they're not just like sitting
in dirt and.
Speaker 4 (35:08):
With your grass. He's choked in your flower beds. It's
so much better as a kid.
Speaker 1 (35:14):
Yeah, it's delicious. It's almost like your own homemade peep.
Speaker 4 (35:19):
I think it's gonna be popular every year.
Speaker 1 (35:21):
Yeah, so Easter is saved. Guys.
Speaker 4 (35:23):
Huh, breaking news. Shall we do our weekend watchless year
and the Josh Groban's gonna join us?
Speaker 1 (35:28):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (35:28):
We can watch list? Is any what's on yours?
Speaker 2 (35:30):
The weekend watch list?
Speaker 3 (35:32):
Just watch well, you know, I was talking about it yesterday.
Sinners is my weekend watch list for anybody who wants
to hit the theaters this weekend. It's about these two
brothers who want to leave their troubled lives behind, so
they return back to their hometown, only to discover there's
a greater evil.
Speaker 1 (35:48):
Michael B. Jordan is in this movie. Hailey Steinfeld.
Speaker 3 (35:51):
It is a Ryan Coogler film, and it is one
of the most incredible movies that I've seen.
Speaker 1 (35:57):
In a very long time. It's in theaters today.
Speaker 4 (35:59):
Very Sinner's Tanya. This something I want to see.
Speaker 1 (36:02):
It's so good, Like it is so good.
Speaker 6 (36:06):
If you like reality competition shows, this is your show.
It's eight episodes, so it's a pretty quick binge. It's
called Million Dollar Secret on Netflix, and basically it's kind
of like a mix between Traders and The Mole, but
basically like somebody is the millionaire, somebody has the million dollars,
and the million dollars kind of switches from person to person.
You have to figure out who it is, and the
(36:27):
person who ends up with the million dollars at the
end wins.
Speaker 1 (36:29):
It's so good.
Speaker 4 (36:32):
All right, what's that on Netflix?
Speaker 1 (36:33):
Yeah, it's on Netflix, Got Ruby.
Speaker 4 (36:35):
What's in any weekend watch this.
Speaker 8 (36:36):
Mine is also on Netflix. Black Mirror season seven.
Speaker 7 (36:40):
What I love about this is basically every episode is
a standalone episode, so you don't have to watch or like,
you know, commit to the entire series if that's not
your thing. But they're very suspenseful and just also exploring
technology in a modern world, which is like really interesting
because it like has to do with AI and all
the stuff that we're kind of dealing with now and
what could look like in the future.
Speaker 4 (37:01):
And every episode stand alone. I started this one because
somebody told me to watch it. I could just jump in.
Speaker 8 (37:05):
Yeah, you could start, you know, episode three.
Speaker 4 (37:08):
And yeah, and the whole thing. Yes, My Weekend watches
Your Friends and Neighbors on Apple TV Plus. This is
John Ham. He's in this one, yep, and he's fired
in Disgrace. He's a hedge fund manager resorts is stealing
from his neighbors homes. It's all good stuff. So that's
on Apple TV Plus. Also American Idol Sunday Night. We'll
see you for that if you're around. Want to see
that with the kids with the family, Songs of Faith
(37:30):
for Easter Sunday, Monday got a big live show on
Monday as well. We're revealing some results at Sysney. What's
new this morning?
Speaker 3 (37:38):
Well, the Hollywood Bowl has been named the outdoor concert
Venue of the Year at the thirty six annual Pollstar Awards.
FIFA is looking for volunteers in La ahead of the
FIFA Club World Cup twenty twenty five, which starts in
June and includes matches at the Rose Bowl, and the
Weekend is planning a very unique kind of Coachella appearance
for Weekend two. He sets a host a Ferris Wheel
takeover today through Sunday.
Speaker 1 (37:59):
And that's What's this Morning on.
Speaker 4 (38:02):
Air with Ryan Seacrest, one of two point seven. It's
Kiss FM. Lady Gaga doing it again tonight at Coachella.
Speaker 1 (38:11):
It's gonna be so good.
Speaker 4 (38:12):
How many of my friends went to Coachella without telling
me they were going to Coachella Weekend one until after
they got back.
Speaker 3 (38:17):
Because they stopped in biting you. They probably you probably
say no every single time.
Speaker 4 (38:21):
I do, but still you want to be what happens?
I went to Coachella? What really? What? Who? All you
guys went on?
Speaker 1 (38:28):
Tell me fomo a little bit.
Speaker 4 (38:31):
Caah. They were driving back on Monday. Yeah, driving back
on Monday, got day off, drive back on a Monday.
Oh look, Josh Grovin just popped in this Josh anything.
Speaker 12 (38:39):
Everyone just popping in there is I also was not
a Coachella.
Speaker 4 (38:44):
But you know, have you ever been asked to play Coachella?
Josh Grovin.
Speaker 12 (38:47):
No, I've not been asked to play Coachella. I've been
to Coachella and it's always been very eclectic. But I
think like in the recent years it's become even more eclectic.
Speaker 2 (38:54):
Like they've got the La Fill there now.
Speaker 4 (38:56):
And they've got that on zimmer And But doesn't that
introduce the concept of a Josh Groban.
Speaker 2 (39:01):
I think.
Speaker 12 (39:02):
I think maybe I never thought that my voice would
actually would ever work for an environment like that. But
you know the great thing is that those audiences now,
like they really listened to everything. I was talking to
somebody that they when they heard the La Phil starting
the John Williams score, like people flocked over to that stage. Yeah,
And so you know, never say never, I'd be I'd
be thrilled and honored to do something over there.
Speaker 2 (39:22):
Sometimes I do think.
Speaker 4 (39:23):
That is what is so cool. I remember when we
first started talking about Coachella However, many years ago when
it was when it was starting, it was just like
an independent festival, right, and it.
Speaker 1 (39:30):
Was this ultern, very alternative.
Speaker 2 (39:32):
That's when I first went to it.
Speaker 4 (39:33):
Yeah, so you and have you what was the last
time you went?
Speaker 12 (39:37):
Last time I was at Coachella was like fifteen years ago,
like I went. I went early early on, and it
was that it was very kind of homespun and maybe
a little less than fifteen years ago. But I saw
I remember seeing like Narls Barkley do their very first
ever performance of Crazy It.
Speaker 2 (39:52):
It was a cool, it was cool. It's still cool.
Speaker 12 (39:55):
I just now now I think to myself, I just
I probably won't be able to get a hotel room.
Speaker 2 (39:58):
So I just been watching it live because I don't
want to go. I just I wind up.
Speaker 1 (40:02):
Thinking that it's so easy to stream it now.
Speaker 2 (40:05):
It's so easy to stream it now. Exactly.
Speaker 4 (40:07):
Yeah, Josh Grovin is here. There's a lot to cover
with Josh. Let's start with thank you for your generosity
on American Idol, with these young contestants who are just
trying to figure it out for themselves.
Speaker 12 (40:19):
Man, it was my privilege and they're great. I mean,
they're they're so talented. It's such a great group.
Speaker 2 (40:25):
It is every year.
Speaker 12 (40:25):
But honestly, like when I was just standing there with
Jelly and listening to them singing, the first time I
heard them sing was like just out on the balcony
at the Alani and there was no reverb, there's no mic,
there was nothing. It was just them and you know
the sound of kids playing in the pool behind.
Speaker 2 (40:38):
Us, and they cut through.
Speaker 12 (40:40):
They cut their talent cut through, so they were there
were It's always great when you know exactly what you
need to say to somebody to just elevate it to
that thing. There are some people where it's just there's
a lot of things they need to work on. These
these finalists many they have already so many things going
for them that it didn't take much to give them
kind of the thing they needed.
Speaker 4 (40:58):
Jelly Roll and Josh Grobin worked with the Testins on America.
If you missed that, we were in Hawaii and I
had a chance to see Josh in the gym.
Speaker 12 (41:04):
The guy gets after us, right, you get after it, man.
I'm gonna I'm gonna start doing some of the moves
you're doing. I truly I'm doing I'm doing a lot
of things, but I'm not doing them with like fifty
pound ankle weights.
Speaker 10 (41:16):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (41:18):
I got those ankle weights for my butt blasters.
Speaker 12 (41:21):
Yeah, he's butt blasting. And it is like, I didn't
want to ruin your zone because you were you were
really you were in it.
Speaker 2 (41:28):
But but yeah, that it.
Speaker 12 (41:29):
It's nice to have the two hour time shift when
you go to Hawaii, isn't it, Because you get up
just a little bit earlier, you feel rested. You're like, no,
what I think, I'm gonna go hit the gym. I'm
gonna get in there, and yeah, exactly, hit the pool.
I told myself, don't get sunburned before your performance clothing, don't.
Speaker 4 (41:45):
Which starts oh wait so and he, of course he
did the mentor, and then he performed this song, which
I for the first time. This is the first time
I had heard it was the first It was my
first time ever performing be all Right.
Speaker 12 (41:58):
It was was on the idle stage, and so it
felt like a good message just for where we are
right now in the world, but also just for the
finalists that are all there. They're nervous, their whole futures
ahead of them, and I wanted to say something that
would I could dedicate to kind of their futures and
everything that they taught me during that week too.
Speaker 4 (42:13):
Let me play a little bit of it right there, jast.
It's fun. Seems to me what I think is just
(42:37):
so fascinating about what you can do, what artists can do,
is that that was that comes out of thin air,
like there's nothing that exists like that is completely from
your brain and from your creativity and the ideas that
you have the music and thinks right. And I said
to you when I heard it, and I think you
saw the crowd doing the same thing, which is what
you want. After sixty seconds, they're sitting in the.
Speaker 12 (42:58):
Hook, they were saying a long watching Linels sing along
like that's a real that's a that's a fun thing
when everybody kind of gets it and starts to sing
along and feel the spirit of it. Sometimes you write
things that you just kind of need to hear in
those moments, and that was definitely one of them. And
I'd written that song a couple of years ago with
a wonderful writer named Phil Lawrence, who's done a lot
of work with Bruno Mars and a lot of other people,
and it was kind of a soulful song for me,
but it was one that just made me feel good
(43:20):
every time I sang it. And so as we were
releasing this best of and wanted to put a couple
of new things on there, I thought, what, you know, what,
what is it that I want to sing right now?
Speaker 2 (43:26):
What is it will make me feel good to be
on stage singing?
Speaker 4 (43:28):
And that was it.
Speaker 2 (43:29):
So it was awesome to do it with that back backdrop.
Speaker 4 (43:31):
I was listening to it and of course Idle is
a Disney show, Disney show, right or an ABC Disney
and I'm thinking, there's a that's a perfect song for
a Disney movie.
Speaker 2 (43:41):
Ah, listen your mouth to Mickey's ears, Miami into it, like.
Speaker 4 (43:47):
This is the perfect song for like the animated Superstar
at Disney Universe.
Speaker 12 (43:55):
I feel like this is playing in the background while
the King goes.
Speaker 2 (43:58):
Don't insist, say something like it is going to be
only right.
Speaker 4 (44:05):

Planet on the zoom he was so sweet.

so he asked if I could help. But he was
so sweet and thanked me a bunch for audio.
