It is Kid Crawford and Gary Erickson. So they invented
the cliff bar back in nineteen ninety and sold the
company back in twenty twenty two for nearly three billion
with a bee as in boy dollars. Since then, they've
given a third of their fortune to charity.
Speaker 5 (00:45):
Wow.
Speaker 4 (00:46):
They're specifically helping small farmers, food workers, and groups that
are focused on healthy living and outdoor activities. Hence cliff Bar.

Okay, good, Okay, then I'm not that old half of
the people between the ages of eighteen and twenty four
evidently aren't using any deodorant.

What are you getting a piece of bark? Yeah, that
is the weirdest thing.

I was so impressed that you literally decided to dive
in to this TV show Special Forces, which is on Fox.
Speaker 2 (03:37):
How'd you end up on this show?
Speaker 8 (03:39):
Well, they asked him to do it. I said no
a couple of times, and then after several calls, I
was convinced that. You know, I think part of why
I did it was because I was so afraid to
do it, and I thought, you know, this is a
once in a lifetime I will never have an opportunity
like this. It's so challenged and completely you know, out
(04:03):
of my comfort zone. So that's really why I decided
to just, you know.
Speaker 7 (04:08):
Just do it.
Speaker 5 (04:08):
Good for you. More people should have that attitude.
Speaker 3 (04:11):
All right, Denise Richards is on Zoom with us. We're

Saved my life.
Speaker 8 (04:47):
And Cam Newton and Golden Tate. Those guys really helped
me so much. They're the best and I really adore them.

Speaker 8 (05:28):
Actually his brother directed it, Daniel, and it was with
him and I worked with also Billy Baldwin.
Speaker 7 (05:38):
He plays my husband in it. So I got three
Baldwin brothers in.
Speaker 8 (05:42):
This movie Wow, which was very funny to see all
three of them on set at once.
Speaker 7 (05:47):
But it's a it's an emotional story and it's very.
Speaker 8 (05:51):
Part warming and you know some a couple, uh, you know,
parents going through something that's very tragic with one of
their children. And it was but it's it's good, I'm
excited for people can think that. So, but it was
for something though, doing something that is so emotional and dramatic.
(06:12):
Having someone like Steve involvement on set helped a lot
in between takes because.
Speaker 7 (06:19):
He is so funny and really hilarious and.
Speaker 8 (06:26):
And same and Billy too, but Billy is more super
It's funny watching all three of them because they are
very different.

Speaker 5 (07:24):
That was the first job.
Speaker 7 (07:25):
It got me tapped hartly into Stag.
Speaker 8 (07:29):
And I only had a couple of lines and I
kept going over them and over them and over them.
I was so nervous saying like two lines and anything.
Speaker 7 (07:40):
I was so nervous to shoot that show.
Speaker 5 (07:44):
You were fantastic.
Speaker 2 (07:45):
I believe you had.
Speaker 3 (07:47):
I can't believe I remember this. Backin you had on
like a green bikini or something green bathing suit.
Speaker 2 (07:52):
From way back then.
Speaker 5 (07:53):
I can't believe I remember that, but it.
Speaker 7 (07:55):

Speaker 2 (07:58):
Yeah, yeah, I remember how how good was a c
slater rescuing you?
Speaker 1 (08:03):

Speaker 7 (08:05):
I was so embarrassed.
Speaker 8 (08:07):
I was like, I can't believe I have The show
is huge, and you know he was is still very popular,
and I was just like, I cannot believe I'm going
to be in a bathing suit and have to pretend
and do help help in the ocean.
Speaker 2 (08:22):
And it was so worried.
Speaker 7 (08:26):
I was like, I'm gonna be too heavy.
Speaker 8 (08:27):
It's gonna pick me up and carry me out onto
the stand and it was just like crazy.
Speaker 7 (08:32):
By the way, I got a residual.

Speaker 3 (10:25):
In case people out there aren't familiar with what he's
talking about, my wife decided to do a little post
about how I asked her for our home address, mind you,
while I was at home. But I only did that
because I've been nursing a injury and I'm a little
loopy with medication, and I had to answer a text
(10:46):
real quick with the address, and for some reason, I
had a brain fart and I couldn't remember.
Speaker 2 (10:49):
How long have you been in this house? About a year?
And I just I just couldn't. I just couldn't remember
for some reason, some reason, I couldn't. Got a lot
of my mind. It happens. It happened. And you put
me on Blast. Thanks.
Speaker 4 (10:58):
I am put you on Blast.
Speaker 2 (10:59):

Speaker 4 (11:02):
I put you on ig Story Blast, which is not
majorly Blast, but it's very relatable because so many people
responded to it saying, oh my god, my husband does

Here in the success of shows like Yellowstone is giving
us a genre of television. They're calling it dad TV.
This includes series like Reacher, Outer Range, Jack Ryan, and Bosh,
Amazon CEO says, look for more programming targeting the forty
plus demographic in the future. You know all those shows
are are pretty it sounds harsh.

Well, here's the thing.
Speaker 5 (11:51):
I'm gonna tell you why I think it's working.
Speaker 3 (11:52):
Those are very masculine shows, sort of throwback old school,
and we're missing a lot of that in.

I need a fancy gown for a formal banquet honoring
my husband. Should I go for sexy or mother of
the bride? Keep in mind, I'm fifty nine years old.
Speaker 4 (12:48):
Okay, okay, well, Anti Dutch, I always want to come.
Personally speaking, I love a sexy dress, but you can
do sexy, classy all in one.
Speaker 7 (13:03):
You know.
Speaker 4 (13:03):
I don't really know your style or your vibe, but
I think if it's honoring your husband, then obviously you
will also be spot in the spotlight as well. Because
you're with him. You're his accessory. So I would not
steal the show, but I will. I would look like, yeah,
this man has a snack on his arm.
