You're on Mario Lopez. Time to put a spotlight on
someone who's done something positive in the world. Okay, Fraser,
Who's getting honored with our good deed Lopez this week.

Speaker 4 (00:35):
Sonya Krawski, she was searching through some old stuff at
a discount stot in November when she found something that
looked a little out of place.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
It was an orange.

Speaker 4 (00:43):
Wave shaped piece of artwork that was sewed together with wire.
She thought it was really beautiful and unique and only
three point fifty three dollars and fifty cents, so she
got it.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
She got curious, she started looking it up.

Speaker 4 (00:54):
Turns out that an artist had worked three hundred hours
on this sculpture which got lost in the on the
way to an art fair, and even though she could
have sold it for thousands, she returned it to the
artists for free.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
Wow, that is such a sweet gesture by Sonia, because
you see so many of these stories where they found
something at a discount store at yard sale and it's
like a Picasso that people didn't realize they had, Like
the Antiques Roadshow or whatever.

Speaker 4 (01:22):
Right, people take stuff and find out it's worth thousands
of dollars or something.

Speaker 2 (01:26):
Sometimes they're cocky about it and they think they've stumbled
on some and the guy's like, yeah, no, that's this
is John. This is John, exactly complete trash more.

Speaker 1 (01:33):
Mario Lopez coming up.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
Mario Courtney Lopez was some quick food. But it was
twenty twenty five, apparently the year of sweet heat. McCormick
just dropped its Flavor of the Year for twenty twenty five.
This year, it's all about achi Amarillo a south or
it would be Amio because it's a South American chili
pepper that brings a fruity kick with a heat level
close to CAYU think of a passion food or mango

(01:57):
with a little fire. Well, that sounds like that, sounds
like takeen with what Maxican's put on all their fruit. Yeah,
we've been on that sweet heat. That's right, McCormick, All
Mario Courtney Lopez. Always something is celebrated on holiday. Are
we recognizing today?

Speaker 3 (02:14):
It is National Spinach Day.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
One of the few vegetables that you eat that I'll
eat steamed with a little garlic olive oil. It's the
way to go, all Mario Courtney Lopez quickly squeezing in
today's CELEBT birthdays. Fraser's got the lists. We're going to
guess the ages.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
Cash me outside, girl, Bad Barbie, even Barbie where her
name is.

Speaker 3 (02:37):
Believe she's in the list of our.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
I'm still around.

Speaker 3 (02:42):
She's twenty two.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
Twenty two is correct? Wow, she's that young. Wow.

Speaker 4 (02:48):
Karen Knightley from Pirates of the Caribbean Lots of Movies
forty three, forty four, forty Leslie.

Speaker 2 (02:55):
Surprised because she's been around a long time. She has,
but she was really young, and I guess she was
really young. Actually, and I love actually and stuff.

Speaker 5 (03:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (03:02):
Leslie Mann from Blockers. She's married to Jed Abbat Joe Appatol.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
Yeah, very funny, funny, funny, Leslie man, she's turning forty eight.

Speaker 2 (03:15):
You're so wrong, man, she is forty five fifty three.
She looks amazing.

Speaker 4 (03:20):
Martin Short only murders in the building apparently dating Meryl
Streel Streep.

Speaker 2 (03:26):
Now, wow, I like Martin Short. He's coming in just
short of seventy sixty nine, seventy seventy five. Wow. And
Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. Of course, I.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
Want to close my eyes.

Speaker 2 (03:40):
Got some jacked up toes legend.

Speaker 3 (03:42):
He worked hard on those feet.

Speaker 2 (03:44):
I know Steven Tyler's got to be seventy two seventy five,
seventy seven. Wow.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
That poor Mario Lopez coming up? What up?

Music rolls on Mario Courtney Lopez here. Hopefully you're sticking
to those New Year's resolutions. By the way, if one
of them was to be more spontaneous, this might be
something to try. Vacation rule it.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
It's the travel trend that shakes things up a bit,
and if you can't decide where to go, just grab
some friends or family, write down a few destinations, toss
them in a hat, and let fate decide.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
No excuse me, anxiety. Yeah, well, it's exciting, but I
assume when you're tossing those destinations in the hat they're
all within your budget. You can't just be right.

Speaker 4 (04:49):
You don't have to be within your budget, and obviously
they would most likely be places you would like to go,
although I think you should add one that you really
don't want to go.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
To, oh gosh, just to make it more risky.

Speaker 3 (04:59):
I'm just more surprised that these people can find the
time in their schedules that they could all go at
the same time.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
Exactly right, Jon Marrol Courtney Lovepez nothing worse than an
annoying coworker.

Speaker 6 (05:10):
Believe me, you cannolways pick the people you work with. Unfortunately,
people do annoying things. New survey from Monster breaking that down.
What are the top five most annoying coworker habits?

Speaker 3 (05:21):
Honey, all right, so number five is not responding to messages.
Seventy seven percent of the employees said that that was
number five.

Speaker 2 (05:31):
You have to specifically, this is number five, is right?
You got at least hit me with a like button
or a thumbs up or something.

Speaker 3 (05:40):
Let me know you acknowledge that you knowledge exactly. Another
seventy seven percent said being late to a meeting.

Speaker 2 (05:47):
Yeah, because it just makes everyone else later. They're not
going to start until you get there, so come on,
have a little respect for people's time.

Speaker 3 (05:53):
Up one percent is seventy eight percent. Use of inappropriate language,
I mean, really will care?

Speaker 2 (06:00):
Hey right here, coming right here?

Speaker 3 (06:01):
Yeah, eighty one percent. Gossiping. Everybody does that at some point.
I don't know how. This is not one hundred percent.
This is only eighty eight percent.

Speaker 2 (06:09):
So you are.

Speaker 3 (06:10):
The twelve percent are disgusting and not cleaning up after yourself.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
Yeah you got especially if there's a commune fridge in
microwave area. You gotta clean up after your show. Yeah,
who to twelve percent not bothered by it.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
Mario Lopez will be right back, Amrio.

Speaker 2 (06:24):
Courtney Lopez love hearing from you what you find in
our inbox today.

Speaker 3 (06:29):
This is from at Katie dal ninety nine and she said,
I don't have any RIZ, but I do have snacks
in my purse. And you know what, Katie, kids will
love you for that.

Speaker 2 (06:40):
I was gonna say, if she as kids, she's a
rock star. You don't need RIZ when you got snacks.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
More Mario Lopez coming up, You're on Mario Lopez quok.

Speaker 2 (06:49):

(07:09):

right now in Hulu.

Speaker 4 (07:25):
You're all.

Speaker 2 (07:26):
Mario Lopez just a few songs away from catching up
with Chloe Kardashian. She's about to zoom into talk some
podcasting in a new season of The Kardashians over on Hulu.
Back with Chloe and Ten don't move to pel Mario
Lopez joining me right now on Zoo, my buddy, Chloe Kardashian.
How you been, Chloe.

Speaker 5 (07:44):
I'm so good, Mario. I haven't talked to you in
so long. I miss you.

Speaker 2 (07:47):
I know, miss you too. It's so nice to hear
your voice. But that's one of the one of the
good things about social media. You can keep up with
people you haven't seen in a while. I see you
look great. And the kids getting so big hold of
they know a ttum.

Speaker 7 (08:00):
Two and a half and true is going to be
seven in April. Wow, I know it's crazy. And you,
I mean, you don't have babies anymore.

Speaker 5 (08:09):
It's wild.

Speaker 2 (08:10):
It is fourteen, eleven and five now, I mean I
got one little guy, but that's about it.

Speaker 5 (08:14):
Yes, Oh my gosh, but it's crazy.

Speaker 2 (08:17):
Congrats. You've been crushing it in the podcast space with
your show, Chloe in Wonderland, one of the top podcasts
right now. What kind of things are you talking about
right there?

Speaker 7 (08:26):
You know, that's the beauty of having a podcast. I'm
sure you know with radio, but you do like sort
of whatever you want, I can go through. I have,
like I had the luxury of having Jay Shetty and
Mel Robbinson. And then I call it Chloe in Wonderland
because I have so many curiosities of so many vast

(08:46):
spanning things, like my brain is everywhere, So I want
it just to be a little insight into everything I'm
thinking of, from UFOs to real self help conversations. I mean,
I'm nuts. I like to talk about anything and every.

Speaker 2 (09:00):
Yeah, just a good old conversations. Then people ended up
bulging more after that.

Speaker 1 (09:04):
I like that.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
All Right, hang on for me quick break and we're
gonna come back with Chloe Kardashian.

Speaker 1 (09:08):
More fun on the way On with Mario Lopez.

Speaker 2 (09:12):
Chloe Kardashian hanging on Zoom with us Mario Lopez. You've
been talking about your podcast, but you also have a
new season of Kardashians that premiered on Hulu. At this point,
because when you're shooting after so many seasons, I'm sure
obviously you're comfortable with the cameras right there, but is
it do you approach it different than you did initially

(09:33):
or you know what I'm saying, or how is it
after so many years.

Speaker 5 (09:37):
No, I totally get what you're saying.

Speaker 7 (09:39):
The crazy thing is, when we first started shooting, I
don't think we had any idea the magnitude. Well I know,
we didn't have any idea the magnitude that the show
would have, and so at first we were just like, oh,
this is fun, and we didn't think.

Speaker 5 (09:51):
About it at all.

Speaker 7 (09:52):
Right, and then when the show I hate that we're
like this more. It was way more fun to film
back in the day because cancel culture wasn't a thing.
So now I think even on social media or anything,
I'm sure maybe you.

Speaker 5 (10:06):
Feel like this too. You just have to overthink what
you say.

Speaker 7 (10:09):
So Fortunately, it doesn't mean you're going to say anything bad,
but you're just second guessing yourself no matter what, and
that takes away from the fun of just like rolling
with it.

Speaker 2 (10:18):
Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. You're exactly right,
I know, and.

Speaker 7 (10:21):
It doesn't mean that innately you're even going to do
anything wrong. But now you're just so overthinking. Did that
offend anyone? Did I say something inappropriately? Did I use
a word that we're not allowed to use anymore? Like
I don't know and it makes us I think too
much on our toes.

Speaker 2 (10:36):
That's a really good point. And hopefully, I feel, at
least maybe because I'm an optimist, it's starting to change.
So we'll see, all right, Chloe hank Ty a few
more songs and we'll come back with Lee. Kay, you're
al Mario Lopez got Chloe Kardashian on Zoom with Us
talking about the new season of Kardashians over on Hulu.
And uh, there's a clip from this season of your
mom talking about how she knew the Menenda's brothers at

(10:58):
one point before the murders. Wild, all the six degrees,
how did she? Howd she know them through the dad
or the parents yet?

Speaker 7 (11:05):
So what's crazy is my dad and my mom when
they were married, they lived in Beverly Hills, and my
dad had a tennis court, and I guess they used
to come over and practice on my parents' tennis court,
I think, if I'm telling the story correctly.

Speaker 2 (11:23):
Yeah, yeah, because the boys were into tennis a lot.

Speaker 3 (11:26):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (11:26):
Yeah, I mean it's.

Speaker 5 (11:27):
Crazy how small the world.

Speaker 1 (11:29):
It really is.

Speaker 2 (11:30):
That's so wild. That mini series was good too, it
was really good. Yeah. Well, more with Chloe Kardashian coming
up first, Let's get back to music. Getting back to
Chloe Kardashian, who's on Zoom with us. New season of
The Kardashian streaming now on Hulu. So, what are the
adventures or drama are the fans going to see in

(11:50):
season six and are the kids involved in all or
how do you feel about that?

Speaker 5 (11:53):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (11:54):
So, I I mean, I'm really chill with the kids.
I feel like I put them on social media. I
don't mind if they're on, but I just don't want
them to like they're never going to miss school or
do something like that for filming. But if we're filming
a dinner, I'm not gonna like exclude them from that.

Speaker 5 (12:10):
I just want them it's reality.

Speaker 7 (12:11):
I want them just to be a part of what
they want to But if ever True would tell me
or Tatum that they don't want to be on, of
course I would never make them. I don't have like
storylines around them. If you will, They're just they're around.
If they're around, got it, It's pretty easy. And then
the first two episodes, actually I run into Lamar and

(12:36):
so that plays out and there's a social clip going around,
and it's pretty awkward because I haven't seen Lamar in
almost ten years.

Speaker 2 (12:42):
Wow that long huh Okay.

Speaker 5 (12:44):
Yes, it was a really long time. And so.

Speaker 7 (12:47):
Yeah, ever since he got better and was able to
sort of be self sufficient from his accident, we parted
ways and yeah, we ended up meeting up. You're going
to see it on the show, and was it was
pretty interesting for I think me and Tim.

Speaker 2 (13:05):
That's a good tea right there. Awkward, but you know, yeah, yeah, yeah, no,
I'm sure you handled it, handled it just fine. Right there.
What a trip?

Speaker 1 (13:12):
All right?

Speaker 2 (13:12):
One more thing I want to ask, going to take
a quick break, come back and wrap it up, Chloe.

Speaker 1 (13:16):
Kat You're the full interview now at on with Mario
dot Com. More Mario Lopez on the way.

Speaker 2 (13:21):
Rapping up with Chloe Kardashian. You're on with Mario Lopez
And before you go, I wanted to mention, by the way,
I saw a pig of you. You cut your hair short.
Looks cute?

Speaker 5 (13:29):
Thank you? I did.

Speaker 7 (13:30):
I love it short. It's so much easier and lighter.
I should know that, but it's just it's so much
more fun.

Speaker 2 (13:37):
I think I like I like sor. I met my
wife with short hair too. I always told her, I
like it, like that you could pull it off.

Speaker 1 (13:41):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (13:42):
I love short hair. It's so fun. Good for you.

Speaker 2 (13:45):
I love talking to you. I hope I get to
see you soon.

Speaker 5 (13:48):
I would love to see you.

Speaker 2 (13:49):
Congratulations on everything, and listen. Be sure to catch Chloe
in the new season of The Kardashian streaming now on Hulu,
and new episodes of a podcast, Chloe in Wonderland wherever
you get your podcast. Thank you so much for checking in, honey.

Speaker 5 (14:05):
Thank you, Mario. Have the best day and I'll talk
to you soon.

Speaker 2 (14:08):
Okay, you too, see take care? All right, a few
more songs. Going to serve up some justice in Courtney's
Court Mario and Courtney Lopez. Here by the way, if
you have a dispute or you just need advice and
would like Judge Courtney Lopez to rule on it, slide
to our DMS on Facebook and ex at Noald Mario
over on ig at naland Mario Lopez and back to

(14:28):
see what today's case is all about in Cordo's Court. Next,
my God, Jo Mario Courtney Lopez time to dish out
some common sense justice.

Speaker 1 (14:38):
All rise.

Speaker 2 (14:38):
Courtney's Court is now in session. This is from I'm
at three fourteen Gemini and they say, years back, I
had an affair with a married man. I was already
friendly with his wife back. Ah, but I haven't had
contact with either for years. I recently heard they divorced.
Can I try to rekindle our friendship? And would I
have to come clean to her?

Speaker 6 (14:59):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (15:00):
I think the answer is very clear. You need to
stay away from both people. If I were this wife
that you were friendly with, and you tried to come
back into my life and admit to me that you slept,
what good is coming of that? We would be fighting?
So I wouldn't you need to just forget about this friendship,

(15:23):
forget about these people and leave it alone, because I
would whoop?

Speaker 2 (15:28):
Y'aut? Now, let me ask you a question. What if
she were to try it? It's interesting that she's trying
to be friends with the wife and not the husband,
And what if she romantically wanted to approach you want
to rekindle the affair, but this time wouldn't be a
fair right.

Speaker 3 (15:40):
They're divorced now, so that's not any of my business.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
But the friendship, yeah, you can't.

Speaker 3 (15:45):
But the friendship is that's ballsy, is just you know
what you're gross?

Speaker 1 (15:51):
Tell Mario what do you think? On Twitter? At On
with Mario More Mario Lopez on.

Speaker 2 (15:56):
The way, what a Mario Courtney Lopez here? So you
think you're a cool, parent might want to think again,
especially if you have a teenager. New survey finds that
eighty nine percent of teens living at home are embarrassed
by their mom and dad. Yup, trying to use you slang,
kissing your kids in front of their friends, adding their
friends on social media. Skinny jeans, barring your kids close

(16:17):
also made the cringe list. We're not working.

Speaker 3 (16:20):
I do that all the time.

Speaker 2 (16:22):
Listen. I love and live to embarrass on my kids. Oh,
Mario Courtney Lopez putting a spotlight on my wife for
a random thought?

Speaker 1 (16:32):
What you got honey? All right?

Speaker 5 (16:34):
Hear me out.

Speaker 3 (16:35):
If our fingers have finger tips but our toes don't
have toe tips, then how do we steal tiptoe?

Speaker 2 (16:45):
Ooh that's deep all Mario Lopez. Almost time for me
to head home. Just one last thing to squeeze in
before I do. New research claims that people who enjoy
dark humor are typically smarter and more emotionally stable.

Speaker 5 (17:02):
This bodes well for me.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
Coll me Einstein. Researchers at the Medical University of Vienna
have found that the enjoyment of so called gallows humor
is linked to high levels of both verbal and nonverbal intelligence.
In an experiment led by psychologists Urique Willinger, they also
found that participants who appreciated and such jokes tend to
be less aggressive than those with a more conventional sense

(17:24):
of humor. Hmmm, I wonder what launched these studies.

Speaker 1 (17:27):
But thank you more Mario Lopez coming up.

Speaker 2 (17:32):
That's it big thanks again with Chloe Kardashian for zooming
in almright dot com to check out my full chat
with her.

Speaker 3 (17:37):
More fun tomorrow The Cherry Blossom from the Mask Singer
will be here. Until then, Mario and Courtney Lopez saying
good night
