For a lot of it was work or you know,
if you've got to be somewhere for work, then you
build in some extra time to jump off somewhere, you know. Yeah,
so it was a little bit of both. But yeah, no,
I mean it's it's great. I mean it well, for me,
it meant that like work was back in full swing

after you know, after COVID, after strikes, after you know,
these things, that it was just a big full year,
which was fun.

Did you have a favorite location?

Gosh, yeah, I mean Cape Town, South Africa is unbelievable.
I made a pilgrimage back to Armenia where my great
grandmother where my great grandmother, and that that lineage on
my mother's side really from So I went and saw that,
which was which was really important.
Speaker 4 (01:21):
So are you Italian Armenian?
Speaker 2 (01:23):
So my father is Sicilian, British and Irish and African,
and my mother is Croatian. My mother's half Croatian, the
other half is German Armenian.
Speaker 1 (01:35):
Huh okay, okay, little little DNA of my mom.
Speaker 3 (01:40):
Took a lot of Armenian food for me growing up.
Speaker 2 (01:42):
So a lot of the things I ate, like culturally,
I you know, I grew up with a lot of
Armenian things.

Wow, I did not know that, all right, learning a lot.
Today we were just talking about hosting.
Speaker 4 (01:55):
Are you enjoying that world? Are you enjoying that space?

because you know, I think that some of the projects,
the types of things that I was doing, like you know,

I was hesitant for many years to do it, but

I'm so glad that I did the right The right
job came up for me, and I'm so glad that
I did it because it's like the show was made
for me and and I I really do love it.

of other games. It's a bit of a hybrid in
that way, you know, kind of postmodernist, you know game.

But but I mean the money is humongous.

Yeah, And and yeah, fans of the original You or
No Deal will love it because there are lots of
elements of that. But yeah, there are there are elements
of Survivor, but it's it's more strategic and definitely all
of the social game that that that people love from Survivor.

a man whose mother passed away, and in honor of

he started a restaurant where he went out and recruited
Italian grandma's to work the kitchen. So when you go
to the restaurant, your food is being cooked by an

cooking for you. And so that restaurant still exists in
Staten Island. Vince Vaughan and I played best friends in
the film. We actually went to the restaurant in Staten

it's almost like a serialistic painting where like things are
things kind of like remind you of other things or
things in our world, but they're not, And there's it's
just a mixture. There's you know, it's it's it's almost
like medieval or kind of like a medieval but like

you know, there's there's a bit of like Caribbean pirate,
European pirate, but it's then.

Then there's like steampunk elements, you know, like I control
these alligators that have these growths out of their heads
