Speaker 1 (00:00):
Lisa, it's a massive crash out on four ninety five.

Speaker 2 (00:02):
It was actually a massive truck fire this morning.

Speaker 3 (00:05):
All lanes are closed on four ninety five northbound at
the mass Pike exit. It's well over a two and
a half hour to three hour delay because of that
three hours. I've never seen anything like it. All lanes
are closed due to this massive truck fire.

Speaker 4 (00:17):
Everybody.

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Okay, we don't know, but just it happened well over
an hour.

Speaker 4 (00:22):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
We'll stay on top of that. One meantime, we have
Chris Vogel on the phone. Chris happens to me, the
editor in chief of Boston Magazine.

Speaker 5 (00:31):
Good morning, Chris, thank you so much for having me
on today.

Speaker 4 (00:36):
Okay, Chris, here's the deal.

Speaker 1 (00:37):
The pressure's on because you are the opening act to
Tom Brady this morning. So you got to make this good. Okay.
I love it, and I know you're coming on the
show for some big announcement of surprise announcement for the show.
But in the meantime, a couple of minutes ago, Chris,
Justin and I were reading up on you, and you've

(00:57):
got quite a history, but this particular part of it
and interested us. It says you worked as an investigative reporter,
and you covered stories from humans smuggling to the Mexican
drug lords and and this is the one we want
to know more about. You uncovered new evidence in the
murders of Tupac and Biggie Small brigg.

Speaker 5 (01:20):
There we go, Chris, Oh my goodness, you're rolling back
the clock on me. Yeah, it's true. I worked in
the Los Angeles stuff before coming here to Boston, and
I worked with a detective who's gone on the great
fame and notoriety for his role in that in that
case by the name of Greg Kating, and he and
I put together some of our early pieces together, and

(01:40):
they later implicated the shooter Louke, who ended up, you know,
being the man as they say. So that was that
was many many moves ago. But it was thanks greting
out there in LA that's for sure.

Speaker 1 (01:51):
Do you have any close contacts at the time with
Chupac or Biggie.

Speaker 5 (01:57):
No, they were They were deceased at the time.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
So you weren't rolling with Tupac.

Speaker 5 (02:02):
No. No, Sadly I never got the trips.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
Okay, okay, Chris, again, you're the opening act for Tom Brady.
He's going to be calling in in about an hour
from now, and at Boston Magazine, you've got some big
story you want to announce.

Speaker 5 (02:18):
Well, listen, guys, I like to bring news, good news
everywhere I go, So I have to say that, Billy.
I'm very excited to say congratulations. See you. Is a
true honor to have you on the list this year.

Speaker 4 (02:29):
Hold on, I'm on a list.

Speaker 5 (02:31):
You're on one hundred and fifty most Influential Bostonians list today.

Speaker 2 (02:38):
Look at you.

Speaker 6 (02:39):
Bell.

Speaker 4 (02:39):
I'm sorry.

Speaker 1 (02:40):
This hits the news stands, as we used to say today, This.

Speaker 5 (02:44):
Hits the new stands of that today and online later
this morning. And and please let me say, Billy that
you between the show and you work with Chenny on
Dining Playbook and the Cookbook, you know you're the true
true voice of Boston and that simply wouldn't be the
same without you.

Speaker 2 (02:57):
Today, well deserved, Belle, thank you for having you.

Speaker 4 (03:00):
Okay, Producer Riley, Whenny, did you hear that.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
I'm leaving my mark on Boston?

Speaker 4 (03:07):
You are, I'm a true leader of the city of Boston.

Speaker 7 (03:10):
You've left your mark on me for sure.

Speaker 5 (03:15):
Today.

Speaker 4 (03:16):
Wow, and justin just handed me the list. I just
don't know what to say, Boston.

Speaker 1 (03:20):
I just don't feel as though I'm deserve it, but
I do want to look at the list that like
the Okay, for instance, in the top ten, you've got
Abigail Johnson now she heads up Fidelity. That's big, that
is big in Boston. You've also got Mayor Michelle wou
Mayor of Boston. You've got maur Hirley, the governor of Massachusetts.

(03:43):
Number two is very impressive in some way. Sandy and Paul,
the co founders of the Quinn House.

Speaker 4 (03:51):
Which is a very cool plot.

Speaker 5 (03:54):
That was a very cool that was that was a
wonderful tufer with the first. They're incredible and as you said,
the cosimers of the Queen and they are literally through
their club to Vieting people and who are making a
great impact in the city. And it's a phenomenal achievement.

Speaker 3 (04:09):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (04:09):
And I think fittingly at number one on the list
the Boston Celtics and owner of Wick grouseback.

Speaker 5 (04:19):
Absolutely, we really wanted to recognize Vic and the Boston Celtics.
This year exceptional year. They had a twenty twenty four
championship women that sort of just electrified the city. Wick
is a tremendous person and after selling, team's gonna stick
around for a little while. So we're all very grateful
for that.

Speaker 1 (04:35):
Look at number seventeen you got Jim Davis, owner of
New Balance. Oh and at number twenty one, our friend
Ed Caine from Big Night Entertainment to Who by the Ways,
partner with my son Chris over a Big Night. Let
me look further down. Oh, there's Sam Kennedy Fenway Sports Group.
Martha Sheridan at number thirty one. Actually, she's a partner

(04:58):
of mine with the TV show Meet Boston. Uh, she's
in charge of me Boston. So that's a good pick.
Let me go further down to where I am, Chris
and oh oh there's herb Chambers at number four.

Speaker 8 (05:11):
Wow, good company is very influential people.

Speaker 4 (05:15):
And again are you paying attention?

Speaker 7 (05:18):
What number are you?

Speaker 1 (05:19):
Oh there, I am at the double Nickel number fifty five, Okay,
the top Hondo. Yeah, okay, let's see who I beat.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
Chris.

Speaker 3 (05:35):
I love and I love the included I really do,
because you really have made such an impact in so
many places around the city, the food scene, the radio scene.

Speaker 7 (05:45):
All the charity work you do with the charity work.

Speaker 2 (05:47):
Yeah, so it's well deserved.

Speaker 5 (05:48):
No, I'm very you're going through the list. It's music
to my ears because the list and the ranking does
take a while, and there are many drafts before we
arrive at the final list, and it certainly is you know,
the ranks subject. We surely acknowledge that, and we celebrate
that because it's meant to be a conversation starter, just
like you guys are doing this morning.

Speaker 4 (06:05):
Yeah. No, I'm very honored.

Speaker 1 (06:07):
I mean, these are all very important people.

Speaker 3 (06:11):
I think you're from Maggie Sequels on there, Maggie seeing Yeah,
a million dollar Maggie.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
Yeah, all right, and Magie.

Speaker 1 (06:18):
Hey, look at that. I'd beat Ernie balk Junior. You
did not, Yeah by about thirty. But no, Ernie's a
dear friend of mine.

Speaker 4 (06:26):
I love Ernie. Jim Cock from Boston Beer Company. Uh,
well what a list?

Speaker 5 (06:31):
Wow?

Speaker 9 (06:32):
Well you and Herb Chambers buddy on the list. Well,
you guys share everything.

Speaker 1 (06:35):
Right, Herb shares most of the things with Billy, but
maybe it is fair for her to not let Billy
play with it. Also on the list, Bobby George her
we just had her on the show.

Speaker 5 (06:48):
Chris, Oh, I think you have most of these people
on the show.

Speaker 4 (06:53):
Oh yeah, David Wade. WBZ love David Wade.

Speaker 1 (06:57):
He didn't it just through the nationally, it's the other
over the weekend. Yeah, at number one hundred and fifty.
Karen Reid, Oh a good one.

Speaker 5 (07:10):
Argue she could be even higher this year. But I
can tell you, I tell you she's you know, we
always look for who's had a big year, and she
has had a bigger year, you know, at least, you know,
for better or real than Karen. Wow.

Speaker 1 (07:22):
Yeah, putting this list together must have been next one possible.

Speaker 5 (07:28):
You know. I'll tell you, you know, when it comes
to you sort of how do you make it to
Carnige Hall or what's in the ziggert sauce? You know,
all I can say is that it starts with a
tremendous amount of research. Here. It's months and months of
hitting the phones and observing all the moving and shaking
this down to really understand who's shaping the city and
how they're shaping it. And again, we always do look
for people who are really making waves in this past year.

Speaker 1 (07:46):
And I love at the end you did an honorary
one hundred and fifty one.

Speaker 4 (07:49):
You gave it to Michelle Woo's baby, which is nice.

Speaker 5 (07:53):
And she's had a heck of the first year too.

Speaker 4 (07:55):
Yeah, she sure has.

Speaker 5 (07:57):
Well.

Speaker 1 (07:57):
I got to tell you, Chris, you're the opening act
of Tom Brady and you did a great job.

Speaker 4 (08:01):
I can't thank you enough.

Speaker 5 (08:03):
Billy, thank you for letting me let me share the news.

Speaker 1 (08:06):
I am thoroughly honored and please give our best to
everybody over at Boston Magazine.

Speaker 2 (08:14):
Congratulations.

Speaker 5 (08:16):
Well Billy will go up and clean up the mess.

Speaker 4 (08:19):
He's Oh my god, he.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
Wrote every nice momenties.

Speaker 3 (08:28):
Kids one to wait with Billy and Lisa's weird stories.
So we always say, like, do twins do everything together? Well,
this proves it because two sisters gave an eyewitness account
after a carjacker caused a deadly crash in Australia.

Speaker 9 (08:42):
You have to picture this right, So if you have
not seen the video, these two identical twins they give
the report and they're wearing identical clothes and then listen
to them tell the story.

Speaker 10 (08:53):
And one god, he was up there with our mom.
He went up there and he was coming back down
and he goes run, he's got a gun, and oh,
our hearts started to pay on, said mom.

Speaker 4 (09:07):
With's mom and.

Speaker 10 (09:09):
Poor mama was stuck up there. But apparently mom. She goes,
are you all right? Because he had all black his face,
and he goes, I'll shoot you.

Speaker 7 (09:22):
She goes, hey, I'm.

Speaker 6 (09:23):
Heating to hell.

Speaker 9 (09:24):
They're talking about the greatest news video of the year.

Speaker 3 (09:27):
Richet and Paula Powers. They literally do everything together.

Speaker 7 (09:31):
They have the same boyfriend. It's weird.

Speaker 2 (09:32):
Yeah, it's so weird.

Speaker 7 (09:33):
They're very weird. They're down in Australia.

Speaker 8 (09:36):
They are like, they have to weigh the same, they
have to have their hair cut the same. They have
They're like probably their forties at this point. There was
a show about them recently and they share a boyfriend.

Speaker 4 (09:46):
It's weird.

Speaker 7 (09:47):
No, it's uncomfortable. They have a psychological issue.

Speaker 2 (09:51):
Who's the boyfriend, That's what I was going to say.

Speaker 7 (09:53):
I think his named Chris Lusty guy.

Speaker 3 (09:55):
Yeah, yeah, I was going to ask that, Like, is
it hard dating twins?

Speaker 4 (10:02):
Identical twins? You know what he's got, He's got himself
a twofer.

Speaker 7 (10:05):
Well you know what he has to do, Like if
he kisses one, he has to kiss the other.

Speaker 4 (10:08):
Oh boy, Like okay, well you know what. Everybody's got
their own thing. How about this.

Speaker 1 (10:17):
Some moron went through downtown LA with a chainsaw this
past Friday night, cutting down a bunch of trees for
absolutely no reason. People went on social media thinking it
was some sort of an anti Earth Day protest.

Speaker 4 (10:32):
Here's one of the residents talking about it. This is
an active destruction.

Speaker 11 (10:35):
Start getting pictures from many different people in the influencer
space downtown space saying did you see what they did
last night?

Speaker 4 (10:41):
And I realized this was.

Speaker 11 (10:42):
A little more malicious than you know at the city
chopping trees down.

Speaker 4 (10:46):
Today is Earth Day.

Speaker 7 (10:49):
Birthday? Oh yeah, it is a human happy Earth Day.

Speaker 4 (10:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (10:54):
I feel the earth under my feet, I feel the
sky down.

Speaker 1 (11:02):
Are we supposed to do anything for like save a tree?

Speaker 4 (11:07):
I hug Charles every day.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
Well, give im a extra squeeze.

Speaker 7 (11:10):
If you see letter on the ground, pick it up.

Speaker 2 (11:13):
Ye see your part.

Speaker 9 (11:14):
Yeah, and Billy, congratulations once again one of Boston's most
influential people. We just had Chris vogelon, editor in chief
at Boston Magazine, to make the big announcement. So Billy's
been in there going through the list.

Speaker 4 (11:26):
Yes, right here, he was going through it earlier.

Speaker 12 (11:30):
Nice Bill, Oh boy, No one ever knows when he's
talking into the candid micropho.

Speaker 1 (11:42):
I'm ahead of the director of the Red Sox Foundation.
I'm way ahead of the globe about.

Speaker 4 (11:52):
Step on your face an honor?

Speaker 2 (12:00):
Okay, what's coming on?

Speaker 1 (12:01):
No, wait a minute, pause the music and what is
wrong with you?

Speaker 4 (12:07):
No, do not play it again. That's horrible what you
did have Amazon Robotics. Dude, You're never going to be
on that list. How can you do that? You just
shredded the list and its memory.

Speaker 7 (12:19):
Who face on your way up?

Speaker 4 (12:21):
It doesn't matter robotics. No, that was all edited creatively.

Speaker 7 (12:26):
We have time. No, we don't have any time.

Speaker 1 (12:29):
I have a lot to say congratulations to everybody.

Speaker 4 (12:33):
On the list.

Speaker 1 (12:34):
With Tom Brady on the list, no, I don't think
they recognize him as Boston.

Speaker 4 (12:38):
Maybe that's otherwise it'd be, you know.

Speaker 2 (12:40):
Maybe next year he has his own maybe next year.

Speaker 1 (12:43):
With car Oh Yeahsta, I can't even.

Speaker 4 (12:50):
This is what is wrong? This is monstrous.

Speaker 1 (12:54):
You have something going on or something. Is not my
fault that your wife has chickens. Yeah, we're yeah, bringing
it to work. It's okay, it's another story from what
do you.

Speaker 7 (13:05):
Got coming up?

Speaker 2 (13:05):
In entertainment?

Speaker 4 (13:06):
If I'll still.

Speaker 5 (13:08):
Be here.

Speaker 8 (13:17):
Fuss, it's the kid Ler Roy and you're waking up
with Billy and Lisa in the Morning and kiss went away.

Speaker 4 (13:22):
Hi, Lisa, how are you doing? How are you doing? Lisa?

Speaker 1 (13:28):
Oh Man, Justin, let's get a couple of talkbacks in.
I'm sure they're talking about something out there.

Speaker 4 (13:32):
Oh they sure are.

Speaker 5 (13:34):
Oh my goodness, Justin playing their clip of Billy hysterical
Total Morning.

Speaker 4 (13:44):
You're not allowed to play it again.

Speaker 2 (13:46):
Oh my god, it made our morning too.

Speaker 4 (13:48):
Yeah, you're forbidden.

Speaker 9 (13:50):
So they can find it on the podcast though.

Speaker 4 (13:52):
Oh they can.

Speaker 7 (13:53):
It will be there to live forever.

Speaker 9 (13:54):
Billy and Lisa in the Morning on the iHeartRadio. You
can hear the clip on. Billy's not letting me play
it again.

Speaker 4 (13:59):
You're not come on, it's Billy's show. I don't want
to watch that. At least you make the decision. I
thought it was funny. Well, we need to preface it
by the people that it was doctored.

Speaker 3 (14:13):
Well, you were, you were given an honor, You're on
the Boston magazine one of the most influential people in
Boston list. And then Justin had sort of an outtake
of you talking about it this morning, Right, Justin.

Speaker 9 (14:24):
Yeah, he was going through the list kind of off Mike,
and I was recording as I usually do because I'm
very sneaky like that, and I kind of caught Bill
on a little bit of a moment there, going through
the most influential list.

Speaker 4 (14:38):
Again, this is all.

Speaker 6 (14:41):
No one ever knows. When he's talking into the candid microphone.

Speaker 1 (14:46):
I'm ahead of the director of the Red Sox Foundation.
I'm way ahead of the globe about I'm way ahead
of Amazon Robotics.

Speaker 4 (14:54):
I step on your face. O.

Speaker 2 (15:00):
Now the entertainment update with the Billy pops up.

Speaker 4 (15:03):
I can't even continue. No, this is unfair, oh man.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
Tom Brady was at Coachella this past weekend with the
Sun Jack and don't forget he's partnered with my son.
Chris is going to be joining us right after nine
o'clock and then tom Brady's going to be calling in.
He may still be in California. He's been all over
the globe the last week or so, so that's coming
up this morning right after nine o'clock, tom Brady, right
after nine thirty. Justin Bieber was at to Coachella, smoking

(15:34):
up a storm, and he triggered more and more speculation
about his health and his wellness. I think we're all collectively, like,
legitimately worried about Bieber now, right, we are.

Speaker 3 (15:44):
He looks gaunt, he's doing strange things. He's yeah, we
don't know what he's into. He's posting weird stuff about
Haley on his Instagram.

Speaker 1 (15:52):
M m hm and strangely, don't forget it was Easter
Sunday this past Sunday. He was at Coachella over the
weekend and his wife, Hayley, was posting pictures of she
and the baby on Easter Sunday and.

Speaker 4 (16:07):
Justin ware, I think there.

Speaker 2 (16:08):
I think being a new parent is tough. I do.
I think it's challenging. So I don't know. I hope
they work through it. I love them as a couple.

Speaker 7 (16:15):
I know I feel bad. I think there's a lot
going on with him.

Speaker 2 (16:17):
I think so too.

Speaker 4 (16:18):
We don't know about Yeah, legitimately worried about it.

Speaker 2 (16:21):
We are.

Speaker 1 (16:22):
Kendrick Lamar becomes the first musician to start in a
gator Rade commercial Pekaboo.

Speaker 5 (16:30):
Right.

Speaker 1 (16:31):
That's song is oh Definitely and it features cameos from
Luka Dancic, Jason Tatum, and Caitlin Clark. It's a big
commercial cost a lot of money seeing the same thing, right,
A lot of them. These are all the biggest earners
right now. Wow, And it looks like Acon could be
the next artist to go country. He says he may

(16:51):
do his entire catalog in country. He wants to redo it,
including uh smack that who was that creature YouTuber?

Speaker 7 (17:00):
I think?

Speaker 1 (17:01):
Yeah, Okay, doesn't he need permission to do that.

Speaker 4 (17:04):
If he's just a YouTuber.

Speaker 7 (17:07):
Half the time.

Speaker 1 (17:08):
No, And then there's this. Uh, yesterday we talked about
jelly Roll. He was on the Jennifer Hudson Show talking
about how.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
He pooped himself over sharing.

Speaker 1 (17:16):
His most embarrassing moment. Now this week on the NBA
on T n T, Shack during the live broadcasted.

Speaker 4 (17:25):
Himself the other thing about Kawhi is you know what
your big fell I go ahead, keep talking joke. Yeah,
well on TV? Yeah, that's that olive all you've been drinking. Hey,
take some matches with you. He could hold it?

Speaker 5 (17:47):
Hold it?

Speaker 4 (17:47):
What's it? First kill? That wasn't something planned? Was it?

Speaker 10 (17:56):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (17:56):
You gotta go, you gotta go. I love it you
all right, brother, there's something going around that all.

Speaker 4 (18:03):
Of oil go right for you? Why is he drinking
all of that's what I want to I know a
good one. Maybe that's a new fail hitting.

Speaker 2 (18:10):
Yeah, it is.

Speaker 1 (18:12):
Latest episode of The Handmade's Tale dropped at midnight last night.
They've been doing a couple of episodes at a time.
Because I know my wife Michelle and I wanted to
watch the most recent episode last night and it hadn't
been dropped yet.

Speaker 2 (18:25):
Can I talk about the most recent episode of the
Last of Us?

Speaker 4 (18:28):
Oh yet?

Speaker 2 (18:28):
I watched last night episode two.

Speaker 4 (18:30):
It's all over my next this episode.

Speaker 3 (18:33):
I'm not going to ruin it for anyone, but it
was so disturbing and I am so upset about what
happened in that episode.

Speaker 2 (18:39):
I can't not think about it.

Speaker 4 (18:41):
Are you gonna keep watching?

Speaker 2 (18:43):
I think I am, But I'm sad at what happened
last night.

Speaker 9 (18:46):
Yeah, everyone is outraged about it. I only know what happened.

Speaker 3 (18:49):
I just keep seeing it's outrageous on so many different levels.
So anyway, if you're a Last of Us fan, well
to be ready. If you haven't seen it.

Speaker 1 (18:56):
It's weird because I had never watched the Last of
Us because I'm not big sci fi guy. Last night
I landed on it and I couldn't believe what I
was saying.

Speaker 4 (19:06):
I'm like, no wonder on that.

Speaker 3 (19:07):
One I was it was actually crying. I was crying
that would happened.

Speaker 1 (19:10):
Well, something big happened. Yeah, but we can't say.

Speaker 3 (19:14):
Right anyway, if you're a Last of Us fan and
you haven't seen it, be prepared.

Speaker 1 (19:19):
Celts in the Magic going to have a game two
in the TV Garden tomorrow night and then the series
shifts to Orlando. I think it's Friday and Sunday nights
in Orlando. Red Sox beat the White Sox out at
Fenway yesterday while the marathon was going by four to two.

Speaker 4 (19:33):
Was the final.

Speaker 1 (19:34):
They took three out of the four games from the
White Sox. Speaking of the marathon, massive crowds turning out
for the marathon yesterday. John Coreer from MCKNYA was the
men's winner. Boy, he just darted across the marathon like
it was nothing like it and by the way, fell
at the starting line and I saw that he tripped
and he still won the marathon.

Speaker 4 (19:53):
That's how fast this guy was.

Speaker 1 (19:56):
Sharon Ledeki is the women's winner for the wheelchair racers.
Marcel Hoog one for the man that's his eighth Boston
Marathon win Susanna Sarcone the Woman's winner, and I saw
something cool at the finish line. A woman crossed the
finish line exhausted. She turned around and her soon to

(20:16):
be husband was on his knee, and.

Speaker 7 (20:18):
Oh yeah, I saw that.

Speaker 2 (20:19):
That was amazing news. I want to say.

Speaker 3 (20:21):
Socany is doing free metal engraving today at Marathon Sports
nine thirty to one thirty. I'll be there from eleven
to one with the Kiss Street team.

Speaker 4 (20:28):
Can you bring old Marathon?

Speaker 3 (20:29):
I think it's it's the twenty twenty five Boston finisher
medal engraving.

Speaker 7 (20:33):
Billy's gonna come with every metal height.

Speaker 2 (20:34):
I asked, if he's engraved. You've never had a no.

Speaker 4 (20:37):
That I've got a couple of times I thought.

Speaker 2 (20:39):

most influential Bostonians.

Speaker 4 (20:47):
I'm on the list, and I bring the list with
the medals. Bring it? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (20:50):

Brilliant, Lisa Kiss.

Speaker 1 (21:26):
Okay, So, Justin, as we look back on the eight
o'clock hour, do not feel the need to bring up
the list or play your little clip about the list
of influential I.

Speaker 9 (21:35):
Will not play the clip, but I will talk about
the influential list in one second. But I want to
go back to our topic time. Yeah, which was our
biggest turnoffs and turn ons? And this came from a
new study that says the scent of somebody can really
turn others on the way that you smell either a
good thing or a bad thing.

Speaker 1 (21:51):
Justin, I can't believe you're not playing the clip from
Anchorman when Paul rod is describing the cologne sex panther.

Speaker 4 (21:59):
Maybe Odio nine Countries ah, a classic scene. It's called
sex Panther by Odia. It's illegal in nine countries. Yeah,
it's made with bits of real panther, so you know
it's good. It's quite pungent.

Speaker 13 (22:16):
Oh yeah, it's a formidable scent stings the nostrils in
a good way. Brian, I having to be honest with you,
that smells like pure gasoline.

Speaker 4 (22:28):
We've done studies, you know, sixty of the time. It
works every time. Oh yeah, that works every time. That's
what a classic movie. Oh god.

Speaker 9 (22:40):
Also in the eight o'clock Hour, Billy just mentioned it
he was named one of Boston's most influential people. Yeah,
big deal. We had Chris vogelon from Boston Magazine to
make the announcement.

Speaker 5 (22:50):
Guys, I like to bring news, good news everywhere I go.
So I have to say to Billy that I'm very
excited to say, congratulations. See you. Is a true honor
to have you on the list this year. You're an
one one hundred and fifty most influential Bostonians.

Speaker 9 (23:06):
He joins Wick Grouseback Celtics, Jaylen Brown, Reed, and many
many others. So congratulations Billy.

Speaker 8 (23:13):
Congrats to Billy for being one of the most influential
people in Boston.

Speaker 5 (23:17):
Well deserved for many years.

Speaker 4 (23:19):
Yeah, it came on the perfect day.

Speaker 1 (23:21):
You know.

Speaker 14 (23:22):
It's just Billy's luck that today's podcast I Will Put
Money On will be one of the most listen to
podcast episodes because Tom Brady is coming on after nine o'clock.
So that cannon microphone. Yeah, everyone's going to hear that.
And Billy, don't.

Speaker 5 (23:39):
Worry about it.

Speaker 14 (23:42):
It's so good.

Speaker 7 (23:43):
You're you're so good.

Speaker 5 (23:44):
You made that list for a reason, right, own it, Yes,
own it?

Speaker 6 (23:48):
Baby.

Speaker 10 (23:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (23:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (23:49):
My son Chris is in the studio. I don't know
if he's.

Speaker 1 (23:51):
Aware of the accolades that were handed down this morning
on the Billy and This Morning show.

Speaker 4 (23:57):
Yeah, Jaylen Brown and I we roll.

Speaker 9 (24:00):
Yeah, Chris, did you happen to listen to the show
on the way in?

Speaker 4 (24:02):
I did?

Speaker 5 (24:03):
I did?

Speaker 15 (24:03):
Yeah, incredibly proud and also humiliated that his behavior off
off Mike.

Speaker 7 (24:10):
Did you hear that?

Speaker 15 (24:11):
I heard the whole thing again? Well, let's go, let's
play it back, rack it up.

Speaker 6 (24:15):
Justin the Ken did microphone like no one ever knows
when he's talking into the candid microphone.

Speaker 1 (24:28):
I'm ahead of the director of the Red Sox Foundation.
I'm way ahead of the Globe about I'm way ahead
of Amazon Robotics.

Speaker 4 (24:36):
Step on your face? Whose face was he staying?

Speaker 1 (24:45):
You know this show well enough to know what Justin
does with his fingers in the edit room and geometrically always.

Speaker 8 (24:53):
Anything he saved you because he didn't done that ten
times worse.

Speaker 4 (24:56):
Do you know what's funny about this?

Speaker 1 (24:58):
This is the list right the magazine probably hasn't been
published yet, so they're probably going to take me out
of it.

Speaker 4 (25:04):
No, no, no, it's because it's used.

Speaker 2 (25:06):
You're in.

Speaker 9 (25:06):
Yeah, you're in, and don't let my nonsense take away
from the big honor one of Boston's most influential.

Speaker 11 (25:12):
Congratulations, Greetings are Things. This is Bzork from Galaxy Excel five.
Please inform Billy Acosta that he has made the list
of the top one million influential people in the galaxy,
coming in at number nine hundred thousand, three hundred and

(25:33):
thirty two. He is just ahead of Kling or the
Magnificent Happy Earthday Humans.

Speaker 4 (25:42):
I'll take it. We're talking about a galaxy. I'm on
the list.

Speaker 2 (25:47):
From the Planet Fitness Kiss one of eight studios.

Speaker 4 (25:50):
We're back with Villy and Lisa.

Speaker 2 (25:52):
In the morning on Kiss.

Speaker 4 (25:54):
Hey guys, so welcome back.

Speaker 1 (25:56):
So I think we should set the scene here because
this is a special day on the Billy and Lisa
Morning Show. Well, there was the list that we got
a little while ago that they put me on the
list of most influential in Boston, and thank you very
much to Boston Magazine.

Speaker 4 (26:10):
That was very exciting and I appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (26:13):
We've been talking about Tom Brady because he's calling in
in about a half hour from now. I don't know
where in the world Tom Brady is right now. He's
done a lot of traveling. But the reason for all
of this is that my son Chris Costa is partnered
with Tom Brady, which is still kind of bizarre to me.
But Chris is in studio with us right now. We're

(26:35):
talking about card Vault. What used to be card Vault
and it's now card Vault by Tom Brady.

Speaker 4 (26:40):
That's right. How did that happen? Long story?

Speaker 15 (26:43):
But you know, Tom has become more public about his
love of collecting and memorabile. I'm sure we'll talk about
it when he calls in. And you know, our relationship
with the Craft family and long standing relationship with Tom
having been a New England based business. You know, somewhere
along the line, the connective tissue kind of pulled us
all together into this conversation of Hey, what could this

(27:04):
look like? And you know, we thought it sounded pretty exciting.
Tom thought it sounded pretty exciting. And here we are.
We're on our way. We've got our first official news
store opening that happened last week at American Dream in
New Jersey. We'll open in East Hampton Memorial Day weekend
in the Dampton's and then yeah, we're doing a store
a month.

Speaker 2 (27:22):
Are you going to go to the store opening in
the Hampton's.

Speaker 4 (27:24):
Well, it's Memorial Day weekend. As you know, I'm a voter.

Speaker 2 (27:28):
You could bring the boat to the Hampton Vineyard.

Speaker 4 (27:33):
Yeah, okay, No, I haven't you know what, Lisa, I
haven't made.

Speaker 1 (27:38):
Up my mind get on Memorial Day weekend because I'm
also supposed to be at a wedding Memorial Day weekend.

Speaker 4 (27:44):
Busy guy.

Speaker 15 (27:46):
But there's plenty of openings, Like I said, store a month.
My father will be at plenty of.

Speaker 4 (27:50):
The yea, So you're okay, but let me go there?

Speaker 5 (27:53):
Okay?

Speaker 1 (27:54):
Because you were with Randy, your partner, with Big Night Entertainment,
and well used to work here with us. Yeah, and
you were hanging out with him a few nights ago,
and you guys texted me and called me and you
were talking trash about me because I didn't come to
New Jersey. Yeah, so you did care and you did
mind that I didn't come to New Jersey.

Speaker 4 (28:13):
You just didn't tell me.

Speaker 15 (28:14):
We were poking and prodding at you, as we often do.
Rand and I were at the new store. We stuck
around for a few extra days after the opening, made
sure the team had what they needed and then got
up and running. Which is that team in that store
is a machine. It's unbelievable down there. It looks beautiful,
out of control.

Speaker 1 (28:30):
So Tom Brady that day at the mall had to
be throwing ninety yard bombs. It was incredible, Like Stein's
is his arm still NFL ready?

Speaker 4 (28:41):
It's gotta be.

Speaker 15 (28:41):
You gotta ask him. But from what I saw, it
was something. It was magical. I mean the ball and
the travel on the ball, in the spin rate, all
the metrics. It's just it's something to behold. And he
hit the targets like two rafters up American Dream Malls.
The second largest mall in the United States. Two Mall

(29:03):
of America owned by the same family, the Goomesians. Good
friend of ours now.

Speaker 4 (29:09):
America partner vip pass. Do you have a VIP pass
to the Mall of America now? Of course like a laminate.

Speaker 15 (29:17):
Yeah, that's cool. So they owned the three largest malls
in North America. They own the West Edmonton Mall, Mall
of America, and American Dream. American Dream has the main
concourse which we are in carve up by Tom Brady's
and its concourse A and it's this big atrium and
there's three levels of the mall. The place was packed,
all three levels. They say ten thousand people were there.
I think it was more like five, but call somewhere

(29:38):
in between.

Speaker 4 (29:39):
Yeah, was overcrowded.

Speaker 15 (29:42):
But the third deck, so we had a stage on
the main floor in the atrium and then the third
deck is probably sixty to eighty feet overhead plus sixty
to eighty feet in the distance.

Speaker 4 (29:54):
He threw a.

Speaker 15 (29:54):
Ball to a kid on the third deck, had to
be a sixty yard seventy yard throw and hit the
kid in the forehead.

Speaker 1 (30:03):
And you were later rolling the balls to Tom as
he was tossing him into the grounds.

Speaker 15 (30:07):
If I was his throwing. That's kind of a throw,
isn't it. Like, Yeah, that's great.

Speaker 4 (30:11):
I love it. You are like his center.

Speaker 15 (30:13):
Yeah, it's it's pretty surreal. But yeah, one of the
most epic events I've seen in our space. And the
turnout of Patriots fans and Tom Brady's fans in the Meadowlands.

Speaker 4 (30:27):
Yeah, I mean, you're strange. It's like weird country for
him with.

Speaker 15 (30:30):
The stores next to MetLife Stadium and the Giants, but
the Jets play, I mean years of hatred and not.

Speaker 4 (30:37):
A single person or no all chicking.

Speaker 15 (30:41):
It's fascinating because what he's become post career is almost
transcended football, right, He's become like this global icon, and
and to see people chasing after him and trying to
break the line and come in and hug them, and
I'd never i mean, I've been how many concerts have
ever been with you where you're interviewing celebrit and A listers.
I've never seen people that rabbit to just like be

(31:03):
around somebody.

Speaker 4 (31:04):
So it's like, we're better than your time with your father.

Speaker 15 (31:07):
Yeah, just you know, it's it's easy to forget all
those memories because I'm holding like a ten or twelve
page blog that Brady posted yesterday all about card Vault
and all about the trading card industry.

Speaker 1 (31:23):
So he started very young, as did you guys, you
Alex and Dylan.

Speaker 15 (31:28):
Yeah, I mean I was your car when I was
six years old. We were going to local card shops
and I was chasing Nomar rookies and yeah cam Neely cards.

Speaker 1 (31:40):
Do you know how many times a week people will
call me and say, yeah, Billy, I listen, I know
your son is into this trading card thing.

Speaker 4 (31:47):
I don't know why I'm talking like this. I got
boxes like I got boxes in the basement. They're all
brand new. Trust me on this, they're all brand new.
Can you call your son see if you can do
something for me? I say, very unlikely.

Speaker 15 (31:57):
You think it happens a lot to you. It's it's
my higher life. Yeah, and it's usually worthless, right unfortunately.
But you know the majority of the nineties, which is
most of what people have eight late eighties, mid eighties
and nineties is what they call junk wax.

Speaker 9 (32:11):
Yeah, Chris, I'm not lying. I already got a DM
this morning.

Speaker 4 (32:16):
It's my life.

Speaker 1 (32:17):
I'm still waiting for my payout on my Babe Ruth
card that I gave.

Speaker 15 (32:20):
You're speaking of junk wax.

Speaker 1 (32:25):
All right, Tom Brady is less than a half hour away,
but we've got some talkback leftovers coming.

Speaker 4 (32:29):
Out right, really and Lisa way before we.

Speaker 1 (32:33):
Get to Tom Brady, justin let's get some talkback leftovers.

Speaker 4 (32:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (32:36):
People have been joining the show all morning long. We
appreciate that you can always join the Billy and Lisa Show.
Kiss went to wait on the iHeartRadio app. Just tap
that red microphone and tap in on anything that we
talk about.

Speaker 2 (32:45):
Good morning, morning crew.

Speaker 14 (32:47):
I just finished watching Ransom Canyon or whatever it was called.

Speaker 7 (32:51):
It was alright on the base level. A lot of
sex scenes, but it was all right.

Speaker 9 (32:56):
Yeah, Billy mentioned he watched that show yesterday. It's on Netflix.
Kelly Menka, Yeah, she's still really cute. Yeah, now, Chris, Billy,
Chris Cosses in the studio. Did you watch it too?

Speaker 15 (33:07):
Oh yeah, yeah, I didn't finish it yet. I'm mentioned
in the last episode, but I'm close.

Speaker 2 (33:11):
Isn't Minka Kelly going out with Dan from Imagine Dragons?

Speaker 7 (33:15):
She type of guys?

Speaker 1 (33:17):
Yeah, well I told you when I searched the cast
of Ransom Canyon. Uh, And then I went to me,
I said, because I couldn't figure out who she was,
I said, I know that woman then and Maka Kelly,
and it had a long list of all the men
she's been with, Oh, Jeter Trevanoah.

Speaker 3 (33:33):
Yeah, yeah, she's.

Speaker 4 (33:34):
With Dah's a weird one.

Speaker 5 (33:36):
You know.

Speaker 9 (33:37):
Hey, this is Dan from Imagine Dragons and you're waking
up with Billy and Lisa.

Speaker 4 (33:40):
In the morning.

Speaker 15 (33:42):
Just you know what that show reminds me of. It's
like a mix of Yellowstone meets Outer Banks. Really, yeah, yeah,
that's what That's what it felt like to me.

Speaker 9 (33:51):
We have to check it out, Ransom Canyon. We had
a topic time this morning. What's your biggest turn off
or turn on? Specifically smells? Do certain smells turn you
on or on?

Speaker 16 (34:00):
Guys, with regard to this conversation about your significant other scent,
I am dating a woman I've been together for about
three months. I love everything about her, but I have
noticed that sometimes she's a little uh ripe under the
pits what And I don't know what to do about it.

(34:20):
And sometimes it's just a little something and I'm kind
of like, I'm kind of into that but some days
she smells like a full on cab driver's not listening.

Speaker 15 (34:32):
Yeah, it's a confident phone call to me.

Speaker 8 (34:36):
Maybe he just like for her birthday or something just
gets her some nice ye.

Speaker 2 (34:41):
Yeah, it takes her down to CBS.

Speaker 9 (34:43):
Yeah her, it's just that little is okay, it's a
little bit of a smell. It's okay, but not too
much now.

Speaker 1 (34:52):
Yeah, it's certain times you pick up a little something,
it kind of you know, improves the groove.

Speaker 15 (34:58):
Yeah, okay, how is he picking up on it?

Speaker 5 (35:01):
Is it?

Speaker 15 (35:02):
Is it strong enough for him to notice in passing?
Or is he lifting the arm in the in the
sleep and sniffing the pit?

Speaker 4 (35:08):
We cud maybe? Well, the arm pit can be an
erotic spot.

Speaker 7 (35:12):
Yeah, sure, I mean it tickles.

Speaker 8 (35:14):
Oh my god, it's oh my god, I like I
die when someone tickles me.

Speaker 4 (35:18):
There are we just letting that slide?

Speaker 15 (35:20):
Is the armpit an erotic spot?

Speaker 6 (35:21):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (35:22):
You go there? It's showtime?

Speaker 7 (35:23):
What did you say when someone tickles me?

Speaker 15 (35:26):
Does anybody consider the armpit erotic?

Speaker 2 (35:29):
I guess I can.

Speaker 4 (35:31):
I'm just saying, once you get there, it's showtime.

Speaker 15 (35:34):
Well, I don't know if that would be the location
of show time. Several other showtime locations on the body.

Speaker 4 (35:42):
But that's the first stop along.

Speaker 2 (35:44):
The tying that if you're that.

Speaker 1 (35:46):
Close that yeah, if you're embracing me, yeah, that's that's
when you know you're greenlit.

Speaker 4 (35:54):
Yeah, you're going everywhere. Yeah, at least, how you doing?

Speaker 2 (35:58):
I stink?

Speaker 1 (36:02):
Well, I think it's a good thing. We don't have
Tom Brady yet. Please, he could do without that conversation.
But we do have Tom Brady up next right, that's
coming up in minutes, so stand by.

Speaker 4 (36:16):
Okay, we're back again.

Speaker 1 (36:18):
We got to set the scene. Okay, Tom Brady is
a couple of seconds away. You have to understand he's
at a family appointment with one of his kids, and
my son Chris is now on the phone making contact
with Tom Brady. We have him justin. We've got Tom Brady.

Speaker 4 (36:33):
Allow me to reinduce myself.

Speaker 2 (36:35):
My name is.

Speaker 4 (36:37):
Stud Opie.

Speaker 15 (36:39):
I used to move snow Place.

Speaker 4 (36:40):
Yeah, I guess well, good morning, Tom Brady.

Speaker 5 (36:46):
I love that song get.

Speaker 10 (36:49):
Well.

Speaker 1 (36:49):
That was a special moment when you were honored out
at jo Lette Stadium. You came out onto the field
and that song played. People went nuts.

Speaker 5 (36:59):
Yeah, that was such a special day for my family.
And just to I think the culmination of a lot
of great years, so many fun times, and so many
great people that have been a part of my life.
So that was that one won't ever be recreated. RKK
went over the top on that one. That was a
really special night.

Speaker 1 (37:16):
So is that always going to be a walk in song?
Like You're on Fallin next week? That's going to be
the song?

Speaker 5 (37:23):
That's a pretty you know, it's been a lot of
years going out to it, so it just gets me
in the frame of mind. We're all trying to get
that in that mode and get our game face on,
and that song did it for me for a long time.

Speaker 1 (37:34):
Now, the phrase let's go, Did you ever try to
nail that down and make it your own legally?

Speaker 5 (37:40):
I know, you know, I think about it and then
I hear it all the time. And the best part
about that it can mean so many different things depending
on the tone and how you say it. And there
was a lot of those where I looked at Jewel
as like let's go, and you could use it about
I don't know, five seven different ways, and it's a

(38:02):
very versatile combination of words, so I use it a
lot of times to get fired up and that fired
a lot of other people up. But I see a
lot of people use it now, so well, that's a
pretty good one.

Speaker 1 (38:13):
It's so cool and it must feel so good for you, Tom,
because you see videos of high school and middle school
football teams and even young kids in high school and
college doing the let's go thing that you created.

Speaker 5 (38:25):
Yeah, a lot of years of it, and it's just
a yeah. Man. There's a lot of things that I
looked up to and a lot of people I looked
up to in my career. So I don't know, it's
always we'll give a little bit back. Hopefully a lot
of the young kids could drop the middle word in that.

Speaker 1 (38:39):
Little series of word, so the PG version, yeah, we
can suggest it.

Speaker 4 (38:45):
So I got to set the scene.

Speaker 1 (38:46):
Okay, Tom, I've got my son Chris, your partner with
Cord Vault by Tom Brady. I'm here, Billy, I've got
Lisa here, Justin is here, a Winn he's here, Producer
Riley is here, And if you don't mind, Tom, we
have a fat head of you sitting in the main
chair so that we can actually see you while we're.

Speaker 4 (39:05):
Talking to you.

Speaker 5 (39:06):
Oh that makes me feel better. Well, then I've kind
of been there, not even virtually. I'm actually a standy
is standing in for me.

Speaker 1 (39:12):
I gotta tell you, Tom, not your best picture. No,
you have pink eye in the picture.

Speaker 5 (39:22):
Chris. Get on it, Tom.

Speaker 4 (39:25):
I'm on it, Tom.

Speaker 1 (39:27):
I got to say something, proud dad to a proud dad.
I need to thank you so much for believing in
my son Chris in card Fault. Thank you, thank you,
thank you so much.

Speaker 5 (39:41):
Yeah, I can't. You know, there's think for me to
be involved with him and the whole crew at card Vault.
We just it's always about the right teammates, and it's
about everybody playing their job. And I think when you're
involved with the right people and the right teammates and
people have humility and a work ethic, you know there's

(40:04):
no limit to what can be accomplished. And you know,
we're doing this with a great collectible business, and it's
a great hobby. And I've been a collector for a
long time. But it's really about how do we take
our collective expertise and share it with the masses to
create a new generation of collectors like we were when

(40:27):
and like I was when I was a kid. So
I love partnering with your son. He's a wonderful man.
You've done a great job. And there's nothing like being
a dad to seeing your kids grow up and being
happy and fulfilled. And that's a great journey for all
of us as parents.

Speaker 4 (40:42):
Tom.

Speaker 1 (40:43):
I remember when I was a kid, we collected baseball cards.
We kept them in shoe boxes, and we played a
game on people's stoops. I think it was called Leaners
or something. Well, you would line the cards up against
the wall and throw other cards and knock as many
down as you could. I'm guessing you never played that game.

Speaker 5 (41:02):
See, you guys didn't realize that if you damaged the
corner of the cards, the grading service was going to
deduct you a card. You're going to be wordplace. See.
By the time I was collecting, everything went in a
plastic sleeve, not quite grated like it is now. But
there's it turned into it too, to a great hobby
that I think speaks to you know, what a lot

(41:22):
of people are trying to do in their life and
creating these nostalgic memories through collecting and learning about people's biographies.
And I wrote about it this last week. So many
of the benefits of collecting you know shine through and
what we're doing these days.

Speaker 4 (41:37):
Yeah, I read it.

Speaker 1 (41:38):
I read your blog and you said I learned about
fractions and percentages and averages and probabilities through trading cards.

Speaker 5 (41:46):
Yeah. I was not. I don't tell my kids this.
I was not much of a great student. I told
this to my son this last weekend. We actually went
to Coachella for who happened to be out there in
Palm Springs And we had a great time. And we're
driving and I said, listen, like, your dad wasn't the
best student in the world. As my daughter just walks in.

(42:07):
I have my precious little girl that just walked in.
She's home from school, not feeling great. Oh, she gets
to hang with her dad today.

Speaker 4 (42:17):
Tom.

Speaker 1 (42:17):
Did you think for a second that we did not
know you were at Coachella with your son, Jack.

Speaker 4 (42:22):
I think the world knows you were at Coachella.

Speaker 5 (42:25):
I know we went there. We were We were with
my parents for for Easter and it happened to be
Coachella and we were across the street and Travis Scott
was there and Dad said, Dad, we gotta go to this.
And I said, I said, Jack, this he comes on
at eleven forty five. You know, that's two forty five
East Coast time. I'm normally waking up it for you
aim to start my day? How am I going to

(42:45):
stay awake? And it didn't take much. A little two
hour nap before the show in a warm shower, and
then we were good to go.

Speaker 1 (42:54):
Well, you boy, Jack might be a big fan, but
we saw you dancing around to Travis Scott.

Speaker 5 (42:59):
I know I had. I'm a huge fan of his
and he's just he's a very humble guy and he's
worked extremely hard. I think he's a very hard working guy,
very creative, and you know, I love people that that
always start trying to do things differently. And he's he's
certainly created his own brand and music, but also in merchandising.

(43:20):
You know, I look at what he's done with his
shoe collection. Man, he's he's he's a very impressive guy
at such a young age.

Speaker 1 (43:26):
I think Justin's wearing the shoes right now in his studio, so.

Speaker 4 (43:29):
He's holding him up in the air.

Speaker 5 (43:32):
I like it.

Speaker 4 (43:34):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (43:35):
So how about your playlist? Like, what do you drive
around listening to during the course of the day.

Speaker 5 (43:40):
You know what, I'm pretty diversified in my music choice.
It's all depends on the mood I'm in. If I'm
working out, it's one thing, it's and if I'm if
I'm hanging out in the backyard, it's another. But right
now i'd see if you saw my playlist, it'd be
between Morgan Wallin, proos Malone, Travis Scott jay Z. Yeah,

(44:03):
probably you two. Still those are probably my five top ones.

Speaker 4 (44:08):
Diversification school, a lot of diversification there. Yeah, I know.

Speaker 1 (44:12):
So you guys got off to an amazing start in
New Jersey a couple of weeks ago. I think there
were like ten thousand people. There are twenty thousand people.
And I got to ask you, Tom, your arm looked
very NFL Ready is there a chance?

Speaker 5 (44:31):
I know, Billy I those days have come and gone. Unfortunately,
I Uh, it's time for the next generation to do it.
And I had people. I had my Montana Steve, young
people I looked up to in John Elway and Dan Marino,
and now it's time for these young kids to do it.
So I get to I get to view it from
a different seat.

Speaker 1 (44:52):
Man, you were throwing sixty seventy yard bombs darts.

Speaker 4 (44:56):
It was incredible. Before I let you go Tom, I'll
have the boat.

Speaker 5 (45:02):
I have a I actually sold the boat, and I
have a smaller boat because it's a little easier to
maneuver around this this Miami Bay where I live now.
So it's the bigger, the seventy seven foot boat. That thing.
It just was a little hard to kind of get
where I needed to go. And interestingly, in Miami you
use it as a means of transportation. Here it's not

(45:23):
just recreational. So I have a little smaller one out
that I share with my friend.

Speaker 4 (45:26):
Well, I got to tell you, Tom, now that you're
my new son.

Speaker 1 (45:34):
We do have a family putt put here in Boston,
you know, seventy feet or so, and you're welcome on
it anytime if you want to get back out in
the water here in Boston.

Speaker 5 (45:44):
I love it. I appreciate And when we open our
car Vault by Tom Brady down here in Miami, you
better come down to that.

Speaker 4 (45:50):
Opening count right. Do I get on the boat, absolutely,
But I have a little boat.

Speaker 5 (45:55):
Love a little boat, tost It's a little sunset boat toast.

Speaker 4 (45:57):
Oh there you go, there you go. We don't have
to throw trophy out into the water or something stupid.

Speaker 1 (46:01):
Right, Those days are gone. Tom, I can't thank you enough.
I hope your daughter feels better. But again, thank you
so much for taking care of my son and keeping
an eye on him and partnering with him.

Speaker 4 (46:11):
And you're a good guy.

Speaker 1 (46:13):
Tom.

Speaker 5 (46:14):
I appreciate you. Guys, good luck, and I hope everything
is great in Boss. I know the marathon was yesterday.
My boy Teddy Bruski had a team running for stroke awareness.
I always pay attention to that and all the runners,
And that's such a special day in our city. And
I used to live there on Beacon Street, and that
day signified a lot of things, and it signified that
we were getting closer to football season, which is kind

(46:37):
of the start of the off season in the springtime
and spring workouts. So it's a good time of year
up there in the Northeast.

Speaker 1 (46:43):
See Tom, that's why you're so special. You remember things,
he remembers. Oh God, we love you, Tom Brady.

Speaker 5 (46:50):
Thanks brother, Thanks guys, great to talk to you. Care
