Okay, well documented. It's been a big week on the
Billy and Lisa Morning Show, especially for Lisa Dunovan or
son max A graduating high school moving on to college,
or son Riley graduating middle school moving on to high school.
So a lot of celebrations, a lot of parties. So
family members are flying in from all over.

My parents, my sister, all of the cousins arrived last night.

to Key West for vacation. I know uncle Mark has
a place there, so walk us through it. What's your
biggest place in Key West?

Well, the Red Guarters big. We've probably had one of
the greatest on the East Coast of America rock and
roll venues with our house band, The dirtbags, unbelievable band.
And of course the upstairs is the dance club and
that's huge, and we're actually getting ready to add on
to the property. We're putting in the bar. If any

of your customer or your regular listeners have been out
there to Amsterdam, there's a real famous bar called the
Old Sailor. So we're gonna put the new bar in
downstairs called the Old Sailor, right next to what's called
Captain Tony's, and going to make the upstairs even bigger
and put new bathrooms in.

So we're really looking forward to that.
Speaker 3 (04:04):
Oh, they must be excited about the new bathroom.

So, but Rix is still there too, right, Mark, Rix
is always Rex is always Rix is there?

of food you're offering up there? In Key West.

placed there on TV. They were on the TLC network. Really, yeah,

that come through the doors.

lot of faith in the younger people of today.

They invited a lot of people to these. I like
their passion. And Gianna told me when she came to
the Gregory Maguire book Club event. Gregory Maguire wrote Wicked.
He's from Conquered and we were with him a couple
of weeks ago. She said it's her go to feel
good movie like it's her like comfort, Comfort movie.

Didn't Gianna show up at the book club dressed up
for the movie and car paraphig sorry.

She had green sparkle boots on because it's green and
pink and I love that. And she about a lot
of her her own sort of posters and he signed everything.

would happen? So Bill would show up to something like
what's something that would draw Bill to go like to
or somewhere you'd go stand in line. I think it
would be something with boating.

there to Amsterdam, there's a real famous bar called the
Old Sailor. So we're gonna put the new bar in
downstairs called the Old Sailor, right next to what's called
Captain Tony's, and going to make the upstairs even bigger
and put new bathrooms in.

Drives plows, like the big equipment plows at night during snowstorms.

Telling them what the plow driver was saying, before I
could even finish, my husband like jumped in saying, when
you're driving plows, especially at night, you have to be
looking left and right and not just at the road.

That's I always thought Lucky was a good witness, just
to talk about what the scene was like that night.

the court was canceled today it was too hot for things.

fans outside would be hot and they learnt how to

till tomorrow.

lives up in Maine, also lives in Key West. He's
been on a show many many times, and he's coming
down for some celebrations this week, so we had him on. Yeah.

him very much. And he is coming in for Max's graduation.
