Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, here we go after show podcast, coming in
hot Justin and Winnie is here. And do you hear
that noise in the background? Hold on, stop talking, let's
take a listen here. Oh it stopped. It stopped as
soon as I wanted it to. Winnie has on compression
boots on her legs because, oh, there it is. Yeah.

(00:20):
How's it feel good? Yeah? It really does feel right.
This is a special after show because we have a
very special guest in the studio, Jenna from Stretch Strategy
by Jenna. Hi, Jenna, hold up to the microphone there,
how are you?

Speaker 2 (00:33):
I'm doing well, how are you doing?

Speaker 1 (00:34):
Thank you for coming in, making the trip. We appreciate it.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
I love it coming in. Thanks for having me.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
So.

Speaker 1 (00:40):
Jenna has been here for about an hour now. She
brought her table. She brought the boots that when he's wearing.
She brought her decompression table that you lay on. We're
going to talk about all that. And and Whennie, she
brought a vibrator. Yo, she bought the biggest vibrator I've
ever seen. It even sounds like about it.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
That will get you to finish in like a second, right, Vin,
Winnie's jaw, Yeah, she readd some new range in her
mouth right now.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
Your jaw jaw? Are you serious?

Speaker 2 (01:08):
I did serious?

Speaker 1 (01:09):
She talks too much?

Speaker 4 (01:11):
Will we talk for a living?

Speaker 2 (01:12):
This isn't for talking?

Speaker 3 (01:13):
Yeah, oh okay, I can't appreciate my jaw work.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
Justice. Okay, I'm glad it's a helping But anyway, we
invited Jenna in. We've been teasing this because Jenna is
my stretch therapist.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
Is that what you'd say, Yeah, fascist stretch therapy.

Speaker 1 (01:30):
Okay. So a little bit of backstory here. So I
live in Sale in New Hampshire. Everyone knows gonna workout, freak.
I work out all the time. I'm obsessed with it,
but I don't I do stretch now. But I've had
issues with my body and all that, And so I
had been saying to my wife and anybody that would
listen that I wish there was somebody that would stretch me. Okay,
Now i'd heard of these places. I know they have

(01:52):
like stretched lab things, but I think they are around
here now, but they weren't. So I used to always
say that. But I was like, why doesn't somebody open
up place that will stretch you? That's what they said,
and that I would say. And then one day Winnie
says to me on a Friday, Hey, I'm coming up
to your area to get stretched, And I was like,

(02:13):
the fuck you talking about? Yeah, and then she explains
to me that Jenna had reached out to her via
DM Jenna is a listener of the Billy and Lisa
show and invite her up to do a stretch. And
so that's how I was introduced. You went and got stretched,
and then I've made an appointment and I haven't left Jenna,
because you've changed my life.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
You're welcome. So you're in Wyndham.

Speaker 5 (02:35):
Yeah, I'm inside of Sea Wickson Studio, so that it's
a plotate studio that I teach at and I rent
space from Kelly who owns Sea Wicks In.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
Yeah. So they do classes, bars.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Bar yoga, weightlifting, yea, all of it.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
Yeah, and so you teach there I do, and then
you also have the your room stretch room. Yeah, Winnie,
you haven't seen the updated room, have you.

Speaker 3 (02:56):
When I went there was the red light, the cupping these,
the room wasn't pretty yet.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
It's really nice now I have to come back, yes, fancy.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
Yeah. So when I went, when I started to see Jenna. Obviously,
when I went in it was a little bit painful,
but in a good way because I wasn't stretching enough
and she kind of worked on my body and taught
me some things. And I've been seeing her regularly since then,
and I just think it's so important to stretch. Now, harr,
I am who went from someone who went from not stretching,
So now all I want to do is talk about

(03:26):
stretching because it's so important, especially as we get older.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
Justin you're also a plates princess too.

Speaker 1 (03:31):
Oh I did do a class.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
Yeah, he did it, but it.

Speaker 1 (03:34):
Wasn't true pilates, was it. It was like a recovery.

Speaker 5 (03:37):
You did a Matt Best pilates. But you also do
some of those principles on your own. Oh I do yeah,
the sideline where you do the little leglifts, yeah yeah.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, there are.

Speaker 2 (03:46):
In fact, I'll do it.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
I'm going to go back.

Speaker 5 (03:49):
I'm telling you, Kelly's going to get you both on
a machine and you're going to do a private together.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
I'll do it with you, guys.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
I want to do a private.

Speaker 2 (03:56):
Yeah, you're going to do it.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
It's a little intimidating, it's fun though. I know what
it's like. It's like thirty like hot women, yeah, and
yoga pants. And then there's me. Yeah you know what
I mean.

Speaker 2 (04:06):
My husband says the same thing.

Speaker 5 (04:08):
So he came to one of my fusion classes, which
is like fast cardio.

Speaker 2 (04:11):
Oh my god, we were up. He was down. I'm
like screaming like Travado, pick it up. And he's like,
I can't move as fast as you bitches.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (04:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
Well you ever see those videos on Instagram of the
bodybuilders doing pilates? Yeah, you know that's hilarious.

Speaker 4 (04:25):
Players do them, But that's what I want.

Speaker 2 (04:27):
I want to see him do that.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
Yeah, I'll do it. I'll do it as a private to.

Speaker 2 (04:30):
Stop, will get one hundred.

Speaker 4 (04:33):
We're gonna video table.

Speaker 1 (04:34):
Okay, thank you, so you can make fun of me.

Speaker 4 (04:36):
I'm going to be there in person. We're gonna do
it together. We're gonna do private together.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
I'll do it. I'll do it. Also, you know, I
changed my whole schedule. Well two things. I joined the
new gym. I talked about that and so that freed
up my schedule and when it happened, everything kind of
went together and I was like, okay, now I can
actually start to do more of these classes. All I
haven't been to the guys. Yeah, Zeb, Yeah, he's coming
in because Zeb's going to see Jenna excited.

Speaker 2 (05:02):
Yet the best?

Speaker 4 (05:03):
Oh yeah, very I mean, I know you're married.

Speaker 6 (05:06):
Very hot.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
Well he's a nice guy.

Speaker 4 (05:08):
Nice, but this is the thing.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
He's handsome, he's sweet, personable, funny, nice and has a
nice body.

Speaker 2 (05:14):
Get him to do a they are you dating him?
He's married? Oh there, Philasophia.

Speaker 4 (05:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (05:20):
And also when he has a certain type, oh stop it.

Speaker 4 (05:23):
I dated a girl. I don't have any type. I
like who I like? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (05:27):
Did you know about that era? The girl era?

Speaker 2 (05:29):
I was a listener?

Speaker 1 (05:30):
Okay, didn't then?

Speaker 3 (05:32):
Well it was im back in my jaw stretch.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
It didn't take long. It's funny when when I asked
Jenna to come on, I go. She goes, I'll keep
it clean. I'm like, no, you don't have to, don't
have to.

Speaker 5 (05:53):
Well that's that's the thing about when I was talking
to you about plots and stuff. Our studio is so different.
We're not stuffy, funny. We play dirty music, you know.
So the first time I came on, I'm like driving here,
I'm like, don't say fu on the radio.

Speaker 4 (06:08):
You can't do that right here. You can say that's okay.

Speaker 1 (06:14):
We don't have to keep.

Speaker 3 (06:15):
Saying that the podcast.

Speaker 4 (06:17):
We can say whatever.

Speaker 1 (06:18):
Yeah, it's not regulated, which is cool. So on ZEB
when he comes in and get him to do a class, okay, yeah,
the girls will love him.

Speaker 4 (06:24):
I want to class with Z.

Speaker 2 (06:26):
You guys can all do the private class.

Speaker 1 (06:28):
I'll do it.

Speaker 5 (06:29):
Yeah, I'm slacking.

Speaker 1 (06:32):
She does. You know why she goes to that yoga
play something. She really likes the teacher and she's one
of those people that's like, I really like her.

Speaker 5 (06:40):
I want to go to her, but I'm going to
get her to fall in love with there's two yoga teachers.

Speaker 1 (06:45):
She doesn't take me seriously. I mean, she loves me
a little much. So I'm like, I'm like this, now
I'm a recovery guru. That's all I talk about. It's
all about, like my son.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
Recovery in life with drugs, and now you're the recovery guy.

Speaker 4 (07:03):
With your work.

Speaker 1 (07:03):
I'm an addict with everything to the core. So that's
why she's like, oh, it's another one of your.

Speaker 4 (07:07):
Things he's addicted to.

Speaker 2 (07:09):
Yeah, at least this pauses. Yeah, that's what you're supposed
to do.

Speaker 1 (07:13):
Don't you want don't you want to be to be
addicted to stretching? Yes?

Speaker 2 (07:17):
Yes.

Speaker 1 (07:18):
One other thing I love about Jenna So I'm not
the most muscular person. Right, I have muscles, but I'm
not like you know, I'm not.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
Like zep right that reformer is going to change you.

Speaker 4 (07:28):
Okay, yeah, changed your party.

Speaker 1 (07:30):
But like, I'm proud of my legs. I have decent muscles.
My le legs are pretty lean. But I love about
Jenna is when I go she stretches me. In my mind,
I'm thinking she's going to stretch me and be like wow,
nice legs, good muscles. But it's not. She's like shames
me because I'm too tight. He's more concerned about my
my mobility than my muscles, which you know is how
it should be.

Speaker 4 (07:50):
I will say this no matter if you're a stretcher,
like before you work out, I'm horrible. I'm not. My
trainers like whinny you have to.

Speaker 3 (07:57):
He'll be all, start your stretches before we start lifting,
and I'll do like two.

Speaker 4 (08:01):
And I'll be like bro, and I'm like I don't wanna.

Speaker 3 (08:04):
I was like, let's just start, like I want to
get the workout to start it.

Speaker 5 (08:07):
Well, that's kind of why, Like even in our group
classes that we have, there's only a few minutes to stretch.
You have to get our full body in and all that.
So we always tell our clients like take the time
at home. Yeah, I also know they're probably not doing that,
so that's why I'm so busy.

Speaker 2 (08:19):
But you do. When I give you homework, you always
do it.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
I always do it. I always do Okay, so let's
get into this now. So Jenna, people can come see
you to get stretched like a professional stretching and you
give all the toys. We'll talk a little bit more
about that. But what can people do now at home
to improve their life, to improve their stretching and their mobility,
like a routine? Is there a routine that someone can
do every single day?

Speaker 2 (08:43):
Yeah, totally.

Speaker 5 (08:44):
I think the hard part is is that everybody that
I've worked with, and I say everybody has usually learned
if they're not a dancer or in that genre, right,
they've learned how to stretch in gym class yeh, from
like nineteen touch and toes right, And it's so outdated
and wrong and like the homework that I give clients

(09:05):
is like I ask questions and they always feel like
they're in trouble, like how would you do this at home?
How would you put your leg down? And they always
freeze and I'm like, you're not wrong, but.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
Like we have to change it. Right.

Speaker 5 (09:16):
So a lot of people are stretching, but they're stretching incorrectly.
So that's why I like them. You know, I think
the world's expensive right now. So when I get someone in,
my goal isn't to be like I want to see
you three times a week.

Speaker 2 (09:28):
My goal is.

Speaker 5 (09:29):
To see you once a month, give you the tools
that you need, and teach you how to do things
at home.

Speaker 1 (09:35):
Yeah. You always give assignments always, and that's and I
do them.

Speaker 5 (09:38):
Yeah, you know, and you can tell not you, but
like I can tell when people don't. Yeah, you know,
like Winnie is very tight right now.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
Yeah, very tight.

Speaker 1 (09:46):
I'm sure, like still tight and that's why.

Speaker 3 (09:48):
But no matter how in my eyes, no matter how
much I stretch myself, I can never stretch myself the
way you.

Speaker 4 (09:53):
Can stretch me.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
And that's true.

Speaker 4 (09:54):
And so if it's.

Speaker 3 (09:55):
Something if you're in the New Hampshire area, you know,
northern maths wherever the fuck or not I made.

Speaker 1 (10:00):
That's a hell of a plug you just get.

Speaker 4 (10:04):
I'm so good.

Speaker 3 (10:08):
Yeah, it's fun, it's nice.

Speaker 5 (10:11):
But yeah it's it's really to help in all aspects
of life. So, like people will say, and that's the thing.
Social media is a blessing and a curse. I think
that's for everything. But I'll have somebody, you know, DM
Me who's seventy, and they're like, well, I saw this video.
I can't do that.

Speaker 1 (10:26):
I did that.

Speaker 2 (10:27):
I promise that.

Speaker 5 (10:29):
Like if I stretch you know, one of my cheerleaders, Ella,
and I have her in a you know, insane position,
I'm not going to do that on you.

Speaker 2 (10:37):
It's about meeting you where you're at.

Speaker 5 (10:38):
So like, I could stretch five different people today from
the ages of eight to eighty five, and they're all
getting a different version of what I'm doing.

Speaker 2 (10:46):
You know what they need.

Speaker 1 (10:47):
That's why she's a professional. Are those boots almost done?
It's all all my hair is the buzzing. Yeah, so
you stretch Billy during the show. Now, Billy's older, so
when you were stretching him, I'm just saying he is,
you know, but he's got an achilles thing going on.
So you you kind of are more aware of like
someone's age.

Speaker 5 (11:07):
You listen to the tissue, so like, I can feel
how tight when I'm stretching you, I can feel what
you're feeling. And that's the thing that there's this old
thing like no pain, no gain, and that's just not
simply true. Yes, your body is going to feel like
the first time you got stretched after you kind of
feel like, wow, I'm sure because you haven't moved in
a certain way and I'm decompressing the joints and things

(11:29):
are moving that just haven't moved in that way. But
when I'm actually physically stretching you, you're not like screaming
in pain.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
You know, well except for that thing you do. Okay,
and what's that called in the hip? What's that called? Dude?

Speaker 2 (11:43):
I did it? No, I did it to Ashley.

Speaker 3 (11:45):
Oh yeah, no you don't want.

Speaker 2 (11:50):
It.

Speaker 1 (11:51):
You should have it.

Speaker 4 (11:52):
I want to.

Speaker 3 (11:52):
I want to show you that I'm not a bitch
like you.

Speaker 1 (11:56):
What is if she's tight everywhere else, her so as
is tight.

Speaker 4 (12:04):
Fit the table in here?

Speaker 1 (12:05):
No?

Speaker 2 (12:05):
No, no no, you can just lay right here on
my thing on the podcast.

Speaker 1 (12:11):
I really will. I actually want to see this because
you're talking tough right now.

Speaker 2 (12:15):
I will, I will tell you this does hurt. It
hurts bad.

Speaker 1 (12:18):
Yeah, I can't.

Speaker 2 (12:20):
I can't wait to stop whining like a little two
year old baby.

Speaker 1 (12:24):
Yeah, I can't wait. Here we go. All right, she's
getting up on the table on the floor. I gotta
stand up. So hold on, Jenna before you do, explain
what it is and where it is.

Speaker 2 (12:35):
So on the inside of your hip phone.

Speaker 1 (12:37):
Okay, so inside the top of your leg.

Speaker 2 (12:39):
And for women it can be a little bit more sensitive.

Speaker 1 (12:41):
So we're but what is it? Yes, yes, all right,
when he's laying down, hold on, hold on when I
gotta get this on tape because and don't don't try
to act tough. Okay, all right, here we go. She's
she's trying to find it. She's on the upper hip. Yeah, China,

(13:02):
don't go easy, do not go easy on her. Yeah.
Oh she's taking it. Oh, we know you look at
her face. Look at her face. Don't hold it in, Winny,
go ahead, look at her.

Speaker 5 (13:15):
Oh.

Speaker 1 (13:15):
Oh, toes of curling. Her toes are curling.

Speaker 2 (13:20):
I know, I know, but that wraps around.

Speaker 1 (13:24):
Yeah, it's it hurts, Winnie, and you don't have to
top Yeah, it hurts.

Speaker 2 (13:30):
He does not like that one.

Speaker 1 (13:33):
I don't I don't like that one. The other thing
is I'm ticklish. Oh so.

Speaker 2 (13:41):
It takes the only one.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
Yeah, I'm pretty ticklish. Okay. So Jenna, if working out
stretched before after or both?

Speaker 5 (13:50):
Okay, So this is kind of a hot topic. So
you want to do some active movements. So it depends
on what you're doing. So, you know, I have the
people that are about to run Boston. We want to
up regulate their nervous system before they are run, so
they don't want to do these crazy deep stretches. It's
like active, fast paced, get your heart rate up. So
it really depends on what you're doing.

Speaker 1 (14:09):
Is that static stretching, So that's what you don't want
to do before, right, Okay, and that's you know, bend over,
touch your toes, stretch out your hamstring. You want to
do more like Okay, So what I've been doing lately
is ten minutes on the stair master. Oh yeah, okay,
so lifting up your legs, squat air squads, and that's running.

Speaker 5 (14:27):
No, that's just like before you work out right, get
your heart rate up a little bit, get that nervous
system going.

Speaker 1 (14:32):
Yeah, I've been doing ten minutes on the stair master
before good like that. Yeah, I feel my heart, my
heart goes and then I'm ready ready.

Speaker 2 (14:40):
Yeah yeah, some like arm circles.

Speaker 1 (14:42):
I do all that stuff. Yeah, I have a little
shoulder issue.

Speaker 4 (14:45):
I just can't give the fact that you've abandoned your
brothers at the gym.

Speaker 1 (14:49):
It's so we had a long talk about it. So
basically to talk about it. Yeah, we had a heart
to have them. No, he's my best friend. Yeah, we
had a heart to heart about it. Basically, he gets
how to work at three, He gets to the gym
a three fifth in Haverol. Okay, I get home at eleven,
So I was sitting there for three hours waiting and
then I would go and be gone until five five thirty.
So my daughter gets picked up at three. My son

(15:11):
is off the bus at three thirty. My wife works
from home, so while I'm gone at the gym, while
she's trying to work from home, get the kids.

Speaker 2 (15:17):
Oh no, I kill you.

Speaker 1 (15:18):
Yeah, when you could.

Speaker 4 (15:19):
Have done that at eleven o'clock.

Speaker 1 (15:20):
But my wife is an angel, and this is why
I love her. It's why I love her and her
and her big ass. You know, two main reasons is
like she put up with it. Yeah, you know, never
said a word. She was frustrated, but she knew that
I loved Zeb and there was something that I was
passionate about. So when this happened, Now I can go
home at eleven, I can eat lunch, I can get
to the gym by one, and then I can pick
up my daughter from daycare and get my son off

(15:42):
the bus and spend time with you.

Speaker 4 (15:44):
No, it makes sense, right, Who are you just not
seeing Zeb anymore?

Speaker 1 (15:48):
Like we went out Friday night last Friday.

Speaker 4 (15:50):
You guys are going to see each other.

Speaker 1 (15:51):
Yeah, it's kind of sad. It's a little bit of upbreak.
I mean twelve years. Yeah, you know, he taught me
everything that I know.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
Where does he live.

Speaker 1 (15:57):
He lives in Haverol, right near the gym. But it's
actually a good story with Zeb. So I told you earlier,
used to be really big. So when I joined the gym, okay,
so when he heard the speech before, so, I was overweight.
I was suicidal. I wanted to die. I couldn't stop eating,
and I would join gyms and then I would not
go right, that's the story you hear. So I made

(16:19):
a commitment to myself that okay, let's start small. Let's
do three days a week. Any days, I walk into
the gym to the first treadmill, not even all the
way in the very first one, and walk for twenty
minutes and walk out. So I did that for weeks,
three days a week, and every week I would set
the goal of three days and I did that, and
eventually I did thirty five minutes or thirty minutes, and

(16:40):
then I did the elliptical. But I never would go
on the weights because I didn't know how to lift
weights right. And so I would go at three o'clock
every single day and I would get on the cardio
and do my cardio. So for months, you see the
same people at the same time at the gym, right,
So I would be on the treadmill and here would
walk this guy.

Speaker 2 (16:57):
Zeb who met him at the gym.

Speaker 1 (16:59):
Listen, so he would walking at the same time to
lift weight. Now he looks like a Greek god, and
I noticed that he was always helping people. And I
used to stare at him and be like, that's what
I want. I want a physique like that, but I
want to like be fit. He's showing up every day
and so time passed, and then one day I was
doing legs by myself and he came and his workout

(17:20):
partner stopped showing up, and so he came over to
me and he said, hey, do you need a spot
or something? And I said yeah, and he goes, where's
your friends? I said they're not coming, and he said
mine isn't either, and he said, you want to work out?
And that was it. And then he was born, you know.
And then he taught me how to lift, and he
took me under his wing and we worked out for
a long time together. So yeah, it's a good story, right.

(17:42):
And then and then six months after that happened and
we met. I uninvited somebody to my wedding so I
could invite him. I'm not going to say who is no?

Speaker 4 (17:53):
What if he hears them?

Speaker 1 (17:55):
No? But he I know, no, No, you just want
to get me in that throat? Yeah, Well he wasn't
really close and I need him. I'll tell you off
the show, not on the air.

Speaker 4 (18:06):
You're such a posty.

Speaker 1 (18:07):
Okay, Jenna, So at your studio, I just want to
go through real quick because I don't really understand it.
All the equipment that you have. Oh boy, okay. So
you have the table which you brought.

Speaker 2 (18:16):
In here, Okay, trying to get a new one.

Speaker 1 (18:18):
I know this high end table, right.

Speaker 2 (18:22):
They are so that that one I have out there
is expensive.

Speaker 5 (18:25):
It was a custom built because I wanted the biggest,
because I stretched a lot of guys. So I had
one off. When I first first started, I didn't even
have a closed door room, like we were like tucking
me in.

Speaker 1 (18:36):
The back corner of the You didn't have a room.

Speaker 2 (18:38):
I didn't have a room. I didn't have a door.

Speaker 1 (18:40):
Well you were you a working there first?

Speaker 2 (18:43):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (18:43):
Before you did stretch it? Yes, okay?

Speaker 5 (18:45):
And then I did time massage training, and then when
the studio would be like after hours, I would stretch
people on the floor like on a time.

Speaker 1 (18:51):
That wow, what a comma?

Speaker 2 (18:54):
Yes, like my back. That was not good for me. Yeah.
So then I was like I need more. I need more.

Speaker 5 (18:59):
So then I went to the stretch to an institute
out in Arizona, and I took every class I possibly could.

Speaker 4 (19:05):
How long was that?

Speaker 2 (19:06):
It depends?

Speaker 5 (19:07):
So you go like they have like levels, so you
go for like the full week, like you fly over there,
you stay in a hotel and it's like fifty hours
for like each course thing you do, and you just
do so many.

Speaker 1 (19:19):
Wow, So you got them.

Speaker 5 (19:21):
And then when I came home after I got the table,
I got like a crappy one off Amazon, and then
I had like the first guy on it, and I
was like, oh, this is not going to work.

Speaker 2 (19:30):
Like it was like like as I was moving.

Speaker 5 (19:33):
So then I got that custom build and that's great,
but there's just things that I can't do.

Speaker 2 (19:38):
So like the mechanical table like splits in half.

Speaker 5 (19:40):
Right, So like if I want to like decompress you,
I can literally put you on your belly split in
half and you're like, oh right, it's just incredible.

Speaker 1 (19:46):
So you have the table and then you have that
decompress What is that?

Speaker 5 (19:50):
The decompression is a heated table that it's basically who
said it? I think Billy said. It's kind of like
AI right now, like it's a massager. But like I
end sessions in that. So like I do the full
body stretch, right, we decompressure joints.

Speaker 2 (20:02):
We open up.

Speaker 5 (20:04):
We open up your joints, let the synovial fluid get through,
kind of like the tin man. Right, we're loving everything up.
We do cupping we do all of that like fun stuff.
But then at the end I give my clients the choice.
So the decompression table goes on top of the other table.
I put them on that. I put the boots that
when he just had on on, the heated eye massager,

(20:25):
or you can do a guided meditation. So depending on
like what's going on in your life, there's like a
million options. There's weight loss, there's recovery, drugs, alcohol, there's anxiety,
there's stress, there's pregnancy ones. So like a lot of
my pregnant moms will like prepare for birth and like
it talks to you in your ears.

Speaker 1 (20:42):
Yeah, you put it on it, you can hear it.
It's really cool.

Speaker 2 (20:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (20:45):
So the boots that when he was wearing, those are
decompression boots.

Speaker 2 (20:49):
They get tight they Yeah, so you can choose.

Speaker 5 (20:52):
I usually put everybody on the highest setting unless they're
injured or you know, things like that. But like my
runners especially love them. They're honestly good for anyone, anyone, anyone.
So like, if I have somebody like my oldest client
I think is eighty two, he doesn't move like as
much as you, right, but it gets his blood flowing,
like he loves the way those feels. When he comes

(21:12):
out of those, he's like, oh, I feel so much better.

Speaker 1 (21:14):
Well, a lot of the things you have I see
on Instagram. Yeah, I see professional athletes and weightlifters using
these things, like the boots and everything, and there they
who are right in windhom that's right. I had no idea,
you know what I mean.

Speaker 5 (21:27):
But there is something to be said about too much
too right, Like I get some people ahead.

Speaker 2 (21:32):
A younger guy who got the cups that I have.

Speaker 5 (21:36):
Gave himself some issues because he was just constantly over
using it.

Speaker 2 (21:40):
Yeah you know, so.

Speaker 1 (21:41):
Oh to himself because you can buy them.

Speaker 2 (21:43):
Correct.

Speaker 1 (21:44):
Yeah. I like the cupping.

Speaker 4 (21:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (21:46):
I also think it's kind of cool when you get
cupped and then you go to the gym.

Speaker 2 (21:49):
You feel like Michael Phelps.

Speaker 1 (21:50):
Yeah, people are looking at the cups.

Speaker 2 (21:52):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (21:53):
Wait, so you can do it too much?

Speaker 2 (21:54):
Oh yeah, yeah totally.

Speaker 5 (21:57):
But when people do well, it depends. Like there's many
different styles of cupping. So if we're doing like a
deep muscle release and you have it on for a
little bit.

Speaker 2 (22:08):
You don't need that a ton.

Speaker 5 (22:09):
It's like a massage, you don't you don't need that
every day, right, But I think what happens is we're
kind of instant gratification people, right, So something hurts, so like,
let me throw a cup on it.

Speaker 2 (22:18):
Let me throw a cup on it. Let me throw
a cup on it.

Speaker 5 (22:19):
And that's not that's not good either. That's not teaching
your body how to survive without it.

Speaker 2 (22:23):
It's just too much.

Speaker 1 (22:25):
What do you think about ice baths?

Speaker 5 (22:27):
Love?

Speaker 1 (22:27):
Yeah, I do it every day. Yeah, I have a sauna.

Speaker 2 (22:30):
Yeah more, I like saun more yeah.

Speaker 4 (22:32):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (22:33):
Yeah. There's a lot of controversy right now about ice
bats right after you weight train that I can like
prevent muscle growth.

Speaker 2 (22:40):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (22:41):
I don't do it right after. I usually wait a
few hours.

Speaker 5 (22:43):
There's a lot of there's a lot of talk about anything,
right like, there's there's I was selling at one point
the powder that you add to your drinks, the electrolytes.

Speaker 4 (22:55):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (22:55):
And this is actually a really funny story.

Speaker 1 (22:59):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (22:59):
I love them, and I do and we have.

Speaker 5 (23:00):
I've had a lot of great success stories, a lot
of girls with pcos and issues and everything like that.
But I was on Instagram once and this girl who
followed me, I had no idea who she was, sent
me my own story.

Speaker 2 (23:10):
She was talking shit. She was like, look at this,
blah blah blah. But that's the thing. There's a million
products out there for for a million different things. Use
what works for you.

Speaker 1 (23:21):
You know, why was she talking shit?

Speaker 2 (23:23):
Because she sold a different brand. She respond so.

Speaker 5 (23:30):
I did, but I decided to be nice. I just
responded and said I don't think this was for me, right,
And she was like, oh my god. And I was like,
because she was trying to act like I was selling it.
But the thing is is that I really don't sell them.
I usually just give them to my clients. So I
was like, that's part of what I do. Like, and
you're mad because you you just what want my clients

(23:50):
to buy from you?

Speaker 1 (23:52):
Like, yeah, I'd imagine if that was Winna happening. Recently,
someone said you something that was meant for someone else
about me.

Speaker 4 (23:59):
It was a listener.

Speaker 1 (24:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (24:01):
And then she tried to be like, oh, I was.

Speaker 3 (24:03):
Just saying that the back pedal right, And I was like, no,
I know what you were saying, and she's like, happy
you have a good sense of humor.

Speaker 4 (24:10):
Whinny.

Speaker 3 (24:11):
I was like, you were literally talking trying to talk
to somebody about me, But okay, it's fine.

Speaker 2 (24:16):
But like in those situations, just don't follow me.

Speaker 1 (24:18):
Yeah, yeah, you know, that's a good lesson in life.
Just unfollow.

Speaker 5 (24:23):
Oh you can follow me, so same thing with you
can hate follow.

Speaker 1 (24:27):
Yeah, all the creeps.

Speaker 2 (24:29):
I get some you do interesting.

Speaker 1 (24:32):
I'll never forget one time I booked with Jenna and
it was at like eight o'clock or seven o'clock at
night on a weekday, and when I went there, she goes,
You know, I typically don't like book people this late,
especially men, because you know, I'm here all alone. We
don't know, you know, it's like no you me, So, yeah,
you gotta be careful all that creeps.

Speaker 5 (24:53):
I've had some really great I stretch mostly my clients
husbands or referrals and things like that.

Speaker 2 (24:58):
So they're mostly people. I know.

Speaker 4 (24:59):
Have you ever stretched a guy that's a little creepy?

Speaker 2 (25:02):
So justin can attest to this.

Speaker 5 (25:04):
I think the answer is easy on that one is no,
because I put off the opposite of like even allowing
those vibes. Yeah, you know, like it's very I'm like
aggressive in the way of like what's up not there's
no sexual.

Speaker 2 (25:22):
Anyway.

Speaker 5 (25:23):
Yeah, in any any anyway in my d MS, I
block them I just you know, and I can go
into my sister. I want your underwear. I want socks,
I want like weird things socks.

Speaker 1 (25:36):
Yes, yeah, I'm.

Speaker 4 (25:39):
Going to start selling my socks.

Speaker 2 (25:41):
Yeah. They'll take anything anything. Yeah yeah.

Speaker 1 (25:46):
Yeah, Well we don't know, we don't, we don't.

Speaker 6 (25:48):
The dollar is green, all right, So Jenna, your Instagram

Speaker 2 (26:02):

Speaker 1 (26:03):

Speaker 3 (26:29):
Yep in their soon and what else? I have a
list of things that connected you to Okay. Yeah, all
my ladies team here we are. But I just don't feel.

Speaker 4 (26:39):
Like I ever get it back the other way. We
are a team. But like see how like one giving?

Speaker 1 (26:45):
What can I give you? Nothing?

Speaker 3 (26:47):
Really, there's nothing. I don't want a fucking ice bath.
I don't want like a chicken. I don't want you
have nothing for me. So that's what it is.

Speaker 4 (26:58):
So one way straight this French.

Speaker 1 (27:01):
Well, I mean when he did hook it up Jena,
my whole body lays a hair rom.

Speaker 2 (27:07):
He does talk about that.

Speaker 3 (27:08):
Oh yeah, and currently you're taking something new, can you
talk about that?

Speaker 1 (27:12):
I don't think she wants me to going great.

Speaker 3 (27:15):
Yeah, I'm just getting him very jealous about that. Literally,
I'm getting him all oiled up.

friend Mo? Yeah? Yeah, Mo from sale in New Hampshire. Okay,
Mos a listener of this podcast and the Billion Lisa Show.
She came to my yard sale. Oh did you remember
my yard sale? Yeah? She did what she did? I
forget Nannie's junk.

Speaker 4 (28:29):
How much did Nanny take about that?

Speaker 1 (28:31):
She didn't make a ton of money, but speak honest.
You know, she got suspended from work. Imagine being her agent.
She's like in the early sixties. Yeah, she's been doing
like what does she do? Collection?

Speaker 4 (28:46):
Collection? She collects that.

Speaker 1 (28:47):
Yeah, it's because they set the bar high and she
had to like reach a goal and they paid. They did,
but they moved it like higher, so they put her
on a pip performance then. Yeah, and after thirty days
she didn't hit, so they sent her home for the day.
That was her suspension. I was making fun of her
so hard. Yeah, they sent her home. So she worked

(29:08):
until eighth and the cent her home at like noon,
so she lost eight hours of pay. Yeah, I'm so
she had to go.

Speaker 4 (29:14):
Now she can she's back one day suspension.

Speaker 1 (29:17):
Yeah, yeah, it's crazy, right, I mean it is mean.

Speaker 2 (29:20):
I don't like that.

Speaker 1 (29:22):
Yeah I was. I was like, what a loser she suspended?

Speaker 4 (29:28):
She watches her children for free.

Speaker 2 (29:29):
She does, like said, you see me?

Speaker 1 (29:32):
Yeah, actually, wow.

Speaker 3 (29:34):
She feel like an ashtray when she the couple's couples
to day. Yeah, she's, oh honey, and you know, you know,
I said.

Speaker 4 (29:41):

Speaker 1 (29:45):

Speaker 2 (29:50):

Speaker 1 (29:53):
And then when she when she's driving and she's smoking,
she doesn't have like an ash tray the windows.

Speaker 4 (30:00):
She is a riot. She's super sweet, but she's a character.

Speaker 1 (30:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (30:05):
Yeah, she's very interesting lady.

Speaker 1 (30:06):
