Speaker 1 (00:00):
What up, Whinny. Welcome in to you, well, not to you.
I've seen you for the last seven hours. Good morning
to everybody else. Welcome to the after show. It's it's
Justin and Whinnie. I was just telling Whennie I got
a massage today at one thirty. It's a deep tissue massage.
So what happened was, remember I stayed at the Salem
Waterfront Hotel probably like three or four weeks ago with
the fam. So you know what hotels they have those
(00:22):
blackout curtains. Yes, so Jen, my wife, you know, blacked out.
It was a double room, so she blacked out her
room and my room room. No, we still sit in
different rooms. Well, because my son and I had like
a boys sleepover and she had a girl's thing because
my son wanted to stay up late and want to
(00:42):
join me. Yeah, there was a door going through. Yeah,
so there was like double beds in each room.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
Did you meet in the bathroom?
Speaker 1 (00:48):
So everyone, yes, we did, Thank you very much.
Speaker 2 (00:52):
Did you like text her like meet me in the bathroom?
Speaker 1 (00:54):
Maybe? Yes? Maybe? But yeah, so the blackout, she blacked
out the room. So when I went to sleep, we
all went to sleep. I think I went to bed
at nine o'clock and woke up at nine o'clock the
next morning. So I slept for so long in one
position like a log, that my s high joint, my
lower back was like out of whack. So I've been
(01:15):
dealing with that kind of stretching.
Speaker 2 (01:16):
It are your front after your freestay?
Speaker 1 (01:19):
No, it's what do you mean? The bed was so comfortable.
I didn't move. It's my body, not the bed. The
bed was the best. It was my body.
Speaker 2 (01:27):
I gotta go there. I got to hit up Mike.
Speaker 1 (01:28):
I'm going to You're going to I'm going to brunch,
Easter brunch with the whole fam. Yeah, what why are
you looking at? Now? We paid, of course we did.
I'm not he's not paying for my whole family. He
was like ten of us going. It's like six hundred
dollars to go.
Speaker 2 (01:44):
Who's going?
Speaker 1 (01:46):
Nana, Nanny, my father, nanny's brother, two brothers, who the
Buddhist celeb my dad. You know it's free food, and
you know he's just coming along. But they have a
beautiful spread there for Easter. I've never been, but they
have the Easter money. It's good for the kids. I
love that and I love Yeah, I think I get
everything for free.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
I do.
Speaker 1 (02:07):
No, No, I don't. I don't, I don't, I really don't.
He paid me to do my spot. Yeah, yeah, he
paid me to do that commercial. Don't be jealous, Oh
I'm not. I was only I'm never jealous.
Speaker 2 (02:17):
I was only jealous when you got scammed out of
money and then he gave you money to make up
for it.
Speaker 1 (02:22):
Yeah, well that's what people do. The hope is if
happened to you, he'd do the same for you. Maybe
maybe not.
Speaker 2 (02:27):
Should I fake it and see if he does?
Speaker 1 (02:29):
Never do that, be honest. But anyway, back to my
fucking back winning my i't found a whack, So I
went to see a chiropractor. Yeah, and he was super cool.
He gave me a little bit of an adjustment.
Speaker 2 (02:40):
They like creep you outry practice, so the.
Speaker 1 (02:42):
Neck one does, because I don't. I don't like the.
Speaker 2 (02:44):
Next you hear those stories that people.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
I know, I know who that was, Lisa in the door.
But he so. My point is he tried to crack
my back and it was so tight he couldn't crack it.
And he goes, listen, I'd love to help you, but
you need a deep tissue massage. You are so tight
from all the lifting and working out. So I'm going
to see a woman Jenny yesterday. Jenna is a stretch girl.
(03:09):
So she's the same thing. She stretched me out and then, yeah,
but I feel so good now she is just like amazing.
Now I'm telling you, not even just the stretching in
her room. Now she has all these new ship like
red light. She has a decompression table. She has the
leg boots that go on your legs.
Speaker 2 (03:25):
Yep.
Speaker 1 (03:26):
She has a stimulation that she puts like on your body.
It's really nice.
Speaker 2 (03:30):
I love stimulation on her body.
Speaker 1 (03:32):
Yeah, Oh it's great. It's really great. She's gonna come
in I think next Wednesday. Are you okay with that?
Speaker 2 (03:37):
Yeah? Whenever.
Speaker 1 (03:38):
Yeah, we need to talk about the importance of stretching.
It's really important. And she's a hot shit too. Her
husband's a police officer, Okay.
Speaker 2 (03:47):
And I don't know if she wants me to say
where her places. She's in Windom, Yes, yes, I don't
know where he's a I don't know anything about him.
Speaker 1 (03:55):
Yeah, she's in She's in Wyndom, which is off the
exit three up ninety three.
Speaker 2 (03:58):
Honestly, when I went to her the street shot. It's
not bad. I just live in fucking random.
Speaker 1 (04:02):
Yeah, it's kind of crane in the ass if you
live down here, but I'm telling you it's worth it.
She I feel so good today. Hopefully after this massage,
I'll feel better.
Speaker 2 (04:10):
But are you're gonna ask for? Uh?
Speaker 1 (04:13):
What's that a happy ending?
Speaker 2 (04:16):
No?
Speaker 1 (04:16):
I'm married. Why would I want to do that? Why
would I want to get a.
Speaker 2 (04:19):
Happy if it's if it's just a hand.
Speaker 1 (04:21):
Well, according to Nikki Glazer, it's not. Remember we saw
her and she talked about that, and she goes, I
want my boyfriend and cheat. I tell him go down
and get a happy ending. What do you think? She
she was, what do you think I'm afraid of that?
The little Asian lady is gonna it's gonna jerk you off,
and then you're gonna look in her eyes and go,
I'm leaving my wife. I'm leaving my girlfriend.
Speaker 2 (04:42):
I will say. I think that's the only thing that
wouldn't I really don't think I might get mad about
I don't think I would. I don't know. I've never
been in that situation, but I don't think I would
like she said, what are you gonna do? Like, right,
you know what I mean, Oh, a couple of pulls
on your deck. While I mean it's a part of
(05:03):
the massage.
Speaker 1 (05:04):
I mean in some cultures that's what they say.
Speaker 2 (05:06):
It's a muscle, right, Like yeah, for some reason, I'm
very territorial. But that's one thing I don't think that
would bother me because, like she said, like, who she's
gonna want to leave you after you whatever?
Speaker 1 (05:16):
Poor Bob Craft, I know, you know, he was just
trying to get a table shower by two little Asian
women and they put a camera in and bust them.
Oh my god. So hopefully I'll feel better after that.
Speaker 2 (05:25):
I hope you feel better after.
Speaker 1 (05:26):
That, Thank you very much. Other things going on. Whennie
on the show this morning, we talked about the worrying
everybody's worried about things. I actually had a lot more
to say about that, but I didn't want to bore everybody.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
I want to do it here.
Speaker 1 (05:40):
No, Well, it's just a what you try to you
got to work on. Like, worry is always going to
be there, but it's about you know, not letting you
yourself spend too much time.
Speaker 2 (05:49):
I think I'm in a constant state of worry and anxiety,
but I just live life.
Speaker 1 (05:54):
That's what you should do. Like I don't.
Speaker 2 (05:56):
I wonder do people live life not anxious because I
just do everything with thingsiety. Mm, Like, I I know
I have anxiety, but I just I have what they
call you like high functioning anxiety. Like it's not crippling
my life. I'm not gonna not go to work, I'm
not gonna do things. I just exist with it.
Speaker 1 (06:12):
And that's the problem when people let let let it
cripple them.
Speaker 2 (06:15):
Yeah. No, it's never crippled to me. You know, it
just consumes my head.
Speaker 1 (06:19):
Yeah yeah, But I mean you just try to get
to remain positive and just do your best to it's
gonna be okay.
Speaker 2 (06:26):
Like all morning, I think about the dog. The dog
has fleas, but I don't think. I don't think he does, though,
because shout out to alert listener Rachel, she dm me
saying that fleas are really small. You won't see them
unless he's like so they were these were these look
like legit like little flies. So I think what happened
was he's like my mom's all day yesterday and she
has a big backyard, so he and he's a husky,
so he just lays on the cold floor like grass
(06:48):
or whatever. So maybe he just laid where there were
a few bugs and they got in his caller or something,
because I didn't see anything else after I saw like
those little bugs. I'm gonna go home and give him
a bath. But like I think, I think we're okay.
Then also shout out to me for not liking him
on my bed or the couch because I don't have
anxiety that my house is infested. That's like because if
he had fleas, it would probably be in my bed
(07:08):
or my couch if I was, if I they spread. Well,
people love their dogs on the couch and on the bed,
have a higher thing of that being.
Speaker 1 (07:16):
In there, better couch. Nope, Oh wow, I didn't know that.
Usually everyone left their dog.
Speaker 2 (07:21):
No, I've never gone up the way. Like occasionally he'll
jump up out, I'll like get down, and or sometimes
like when my boyfriend's there, like he'll like sit on
his lap, like on the couch because he's think he's
a laptop even he's like sixty pounds, but like that'll
be like literally thirty seconds. Ill, alright, get down because
I don't want. I don't want. He's a hairy husky.
Speaker 1 (07:39):
The hair thing is it's ridiculous.
Speaker 2 (07:41):
I vacuum literally every day.
Speaker 1 (07:43):
Yeah, yeah, it's that was one of the big things
of getting a dog with me is the hair. Yeah,
it's crazy. I cats they don't shed.
Speaker 2 (07:52):
Well. The dogs that have hair are great because they
don't shed like the burner doodles anything.
Speaker 1 (07:57):
They're expensive.
Speaker 2 (07:58):
Yeah, I actually funny. I saw one on a shelter recently,
a one year old bernerdoodle. Don't know why it was
a shelter. So snatch that up, people, because those are
like four thousand dollars dogs going for that dog's going
for like one hundred bucks, five hundred bucks whatever. Because
you know, people get these puppies and then they're no
longer puppies and they don't want to take care of them.
Speaker 1 (08:19):
Yep, they grow up. That happened. Oh that's puppy on TV.
Speaker 2 (08:22):
No, No, it was Billy and Lisa with Oh there
was a promo for them on the WTV.
Speaker 1 (08:28):
Yeah. I bet that happened too. With the pandemic. People
got puppies because they were stuck in the house and
then they grew up and didn't want to take care
of it.
Speaker 2 (08:36):
Listen, if you're thinking about getting a dog. Go please,
please go to the shelter. There are so many amazing
dogs in the shelter. And you don't need to have
four grand to get a dog. It's five hundred bucks,
you know.
Speaker 1 (08:45):
Yes, yeah, I like cats because they don't go out. Yeah,
some don't.
Speaker 2 (08:50):
Well that's the one thing I love my dog. But like,
the one thing I underestimated is the time it adds
to my day. Not a big deal that like I'm
just gonna run home and change and goes, oh wait, no,
I gotta take them out. Like it adds another like
fifteen twenty minutes to whatever you're doing, like in the
morning for work. It'd adds time. Like yesterday was like
a struggle to get out of bed. It was my
bed was so comfortable yesterday could knock get out of bed.
(09:11):
And I was like, fuck, I don't have time to
give him a long walk, so e peede. I texted
my sister, Hey, Coda's looking for you to come by.
So she went and caught him. But like, well I
felt bad, but I was like because I couldn't really
like I didn't have time for him to go on
like on a walk.
Speaker 1 (09:27):
At you you're a dog mom.
Speaker 2 (09:29):
I hate that term, you know.
Speaker 1 (09:30):
I also I hate do I have to say Happy
Mother's Day now?
Speaker 2 (09:32):
Please? Don't you know? Also, I hate in this and
I'm not calling out anybody specifically, but I was at
least this book club during the the uh whatever. It
was a shaw the main thing. We have great listeners.
But anyways, one of them hold them came up to
me and we were chatting, and you know, I had
just posted my boyfriend's lips on my Instagram, so of
(09:54):
course he asked me about that and then coda whatever,
and they were like, well, there's nothing like the love
of a dog. No, I go, I am not that person.
I want to be in a human relationship with a human.
The dog does not, in my eyes, does not replace
human love because my dog loves me and I love
my dog, but my dog can't do anything for me
but just be there, like.
Speaker 1 (10:14):
You have doggy styles.
Speaker 2 (10:17):
It.
Speaker 1 (10:20):
I'm sorry you walk right into that.
Speaker 2 (10:23):
Oh my god, you are well.
Speaker 1 (10:25):
That's the name of it. What do you want gonna say?
Speaker 2 (10:28):
Are you you're discussion? Well that was my point. I
I'm like, my dog can't do plenty of things that
I need for somebody to do, and I also think
the emotional connection you have with a human right you'll
never have. You can't. You can't convince me. I love
my dog. I'm so glad I got him, But you'll
never convince me that a dog connection is better than
a human human connection with someone that you love, like.
(10:50):
You just can't. You just can't. Because I love my dog,
he's a liability. Everything I gotta do, I gotta pay
for everything, I gotta walk him, do this. If he
barx with somebody, I'm embarrassed, Like, get yourself a nice
man that can do all these things for you and
have sex with you. I love my dog, but it's
not it doesn't compare, doesn't.
Speaker 1 (11:11):
Thank you. Thank you, Lisa joining the conversation. Now, I
understand what you mean.
Speaker 2 (11:16):
I do.
Speaker 1 (11:17):
I do understand that you can't if they're different, a
dog and a humor.
Speaker 2 (11:21):
You're that say I take my dog any day over
my husband. I'm like, well, you mean to get a
better husband. If your dog is doing more for you
emotionally than your husband, that's an issue.
Speaker 1 (11:29):
That's my One of my biggest fears in life is
being in a long term marriage. And you know, ten
twenty thirty years and just having my wife say things
like that to people. Yeah, I'd rather do that than
the old lump on the couch. That to me is
like death.
Speaker 2 (11:44):
What I want that, And that's I grew up. My
parents are still very much in love. They're in their
sixties and married almost forty years. And my mom and
dad always choose each other over us over anything, like
because if they don't have their relationship like solid, we
won't be good. The house wouldn't be good, everything around
them wouldn't be good. So like they like, don't gay twisted.
(12:04):
They're great parents, but I know my mom and my
dad ride for each other. They're a united front when
it came to parenting and all that. Like even they
disagreed separately, like together it was like listen to your father,
listen to your mother, like all that type of stuff.
So I fully believe that that's what your goal is,
not having a dog.
Speaker 1 (12:20):
Yeah, I you know, my wife's not the most touchy
philly person in the world. We are, you know, we
are physical with each other, not overly. But my friend Chris,
I was working out with him recently. He has three
young daughters, and he was saying to me, He's like,
it's so important to me to be very physical with
my wife, meaning like I hug her, I kiss her
when I walk by her, I put my hands on
(12:41):
my hands around her. He's like, so my daughters see
that as kids, so as they grow up they see that.
Speaker 2 (12:46):
It's so true. My parents are super affectionate and like
not in like an overly weird way, like it's just
like you, they leave, it's a kiss. They come in
the house as a kiss, like and to this day
my mom has a kissed my dad or vice versa.
When they leave the house are come in, it's like hello,
And it's that I'm a very affectionate person with whoever
I'm with. And when I got my dog, I think
people thought I was getting to replace my ex girlfriend,
but I was doing it to more replace her dog.
(13:07):
I loved her dog, and I was like, oh, I
really like having a dog, like one th't going to
replace my human relationship at all. I had nothing to
do with it. I was just like I liked having
a dog around. Once I started having her dog around,
and I was like, oh, like you know what if
if if the dog's gone, maybe I'll I would like
to have a dog. That was where it came from
where I was like, oh maybe I would look a dog.
Speaker 1 (13:26):
So I think it was a good timing for you.
Speaker 2 (13:28):
It was great timing. I CODA came in my life
at the perfect time. Ye so they usually do, they
really do. But again I'm picking my man every fucking time.
Speaker 1 (13:35):
I'm sorry, thank you.
Speaker 2 (13:37):
Can you fuck me?
Speaker 1 (13:39):
Oh? Okay you can't, so they can, all right? All right,
