Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hi, everybody, welcome in after show Friday, justin here, weekend
is here and Winnie. When I was on vacation last week,
I did not track any food. I eat whatever I wanted.
I hew fantastic, it was great. It was awesome. So
this week now that I'm back on and no cheat
this week for me. So yeah, tomorrow night, usually I'd

(00:20):
be like excited for my cheat, but I'm not going
to cheat because I cheated for a whole week and
it felt really good.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
I had everything.

Speaker 1 (00:27):
I had ice cream, I had chips, I had think
about it. I didn't have no prepared males.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
Yeah, I didn't take my shot last week either. I
skipped it and I had I mean, I went to
Dallas and honestly, though, I will say on Monday of
our trip, I feel like we were kind of like stuffed,
so we didn't really we had breakfast and then we
didn't really eat until like, I mean, we had like
a snack, but we didn't eat. And then we got
on the plane and I was like, I've had no

(00:52):
protein today. So I got like, I surprisingly Delta had
a very decent chicken salad sandwich.

Speaker 4 (00:58):
I got. I was like fourteen dollars, but I something
of substance, and honestly was it was pretty good.

Speaker 3 (01:04):
But yeah, I felt like, damn, I didn't I didn't
pace myself enough with the food because you only have
a couple of days and you're trying to get everything
in and I'm like, damn, I didn't even get to
fully enjoy Monday.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
You do a lot of walking, though, No, we didn't.

Speaker 4 (01:15):
Because Dallas is all driving. It's I mean justin it's
fucking huge, but it's quick. So twelve miles is twelve minutes.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
Yeah, Like you go across it's like, oh, the place
you want to go to, the eleven miles away, Oh,
you'd be there in ten minutes. Because their highway system
is crazy. They say they have traffic, Their traffic is
nothing in pan of ours. Like I didn't see red
once on the map. It was like a little bit
of yellow, a little bottleneck somewhere.

Speaker 4 (01:39):
But yeah, we would go across town.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
It would take like twelve fifteen, you know, fifteen minutes.

Speaker 4 (01:43):
But you have to drive. You have to run a
car when you go to Dallas.

Speaker 1 (01:45):
Sometimes the walking helps. We did a lot of walking
on the mall. Yeah, but I did gain I gained
like almost four pounds.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
Oh well yeah, but yeah, a lot of that's just water.
I away myself because I had I was so happy.
I just was like close to like one of my
goals and I hit it, and I was.

Speaker 4 (02:01):
Like, oh, I probably now didn't. But you know what
I'm gonna do next.

Speaker 3 (02:04):
Not way, but I have a pair of jeans that
I'm obsessed with that I have not.

Speaker 4 (02:09):
Been able to fit into. I'm gonna see how long
it takes you to fit into them.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
There you go.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
I have a shirt that way, the same kind of
thing with the shirt Beck's got me a long time ago. Yeah,
she got me a Supreme shirt that still doesn't fit
because I mistakenly told her lodge when it was actually
large and it runs.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Small, so it's like a small large. So one thing.

Speaker 1 (02:30):
Yeah, I had a Yeah, I had mister Bestsburger. How
was that sick? Tasted good? I felt like shit the
whole night after, But that's only right. No, they have
a restaurant now, it's in the American dream Mall.

Speaker 4 (02:44):
How was it?

Speaker 2 (02:45):
It tasted good? Like?

Speaker 4 (02:46):
What would you compare it to?

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Like shake shack? It's like a shake shack.

Speaker 4 (02:49):
I love shack.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
Yeah, it was good, but I felt like shit after.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
I think also because you know, I mean I've been
eating clean for consistently for like six months. Yeah, so
when I started eating the food food, my stomach was
kind of like, ah, what is this?

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Probably the I don't know.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
Processed food. So yeah, so no cheat this weekend tomorrow.
I want to keep it nice and clean. Check back
in on Monday, and you know, summer's coming, so just
try to stay consistent, you know what I mean. But
you know what I do though, which is a hack.
So instead of cheating, I mean, I'm not gonna cheat,
but typically that last man would be like a red meat.
So what I'll do is I'll get like take out

(03:25):
a Texas roadhouse and get a steak, get like an
eight out stake. So well this week, so this week
I can have a carb with it, so I'll get
like probably rice or something.

Speaker 2 (03:37):
You know.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
Yeah, it's weird. It's weird how he does it. Like
on days I lift weights, I can have a carb
at night. If I don't lift weights, no carb, vegetable.
So I'll do that. So when I when I do that,
it makes it feel like I'm cheating. Do you know
what I mean, yeah, instead of eating my like ground
beef that I make myself.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
Text roadhouse is awesome. Great. I actually had it the
weekend before we went on vacation. Yeah. I picked it
up at the takeouts right now at my house next time,
my new gym, and they gave you all the rolls,
and I legit asked.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
I asked for extra butter, and on the five minute
drive in six of them, I would take a whole
roll and just dip into the.

Speaker 2 (04:11):
Whole butter and eat it.

Speaker 3 (04:13):
Oh.

Speaker 2 (04:13):
It was fantastic, so good. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
So other than that, this weekend winning, I'll be doing
some yard work. With the weather nice, I have to
rake my whole yard.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
And that's it. What are you doing?

Speaker 4 (04:22):
I don't know something dinner, Probably go out get food.

Speaker 2 (04:26):
Okay. Did you see the Cheesecake Factories changing their menu?

Speaker 4 (04:29):
Well, they added like twenty things. It's funny. I went
a few weeks ago and I did.

Speaker 3 (04:32):
They did have like the little special menu that I
think is some of the things they're rolling out and
they're getting rid of some things.

Speaker 4 (04:36):
Some of the things look good. So I'll definitely have
to go try.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
Some maybe this weekend. Maybe you never know, we'll see.

Speaker 1 (04:43):
If anyone else tries the new menu, always reach out
on the talk.

Speaker 4 (04:46):
Back yes and let us know weekend justin.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
Oh you too. You're so nice. You will not miss me.
You'll see me Monday. By bye.
