Speaker 1 (00:00):
Oh Man, Friday, we made it Winnie. The end of
the week, the weekend feeling good. The weather's going to
be nice today, but tomorrow is going to be shit again.
Is that correct? I don't know. I didn't look. I
see I think I see rain in the forecast. I'm
supposed to go to Lisa's house. I wanted to go
this weekend because she has a peloton. You mean shaking

(00:22):
back your peloton, she offered. I know it was on
the radio. She offered it on the radio. I know
I had a peloton. Okay, ready had a peloton. Loved it.
Went to go see Jenna, our friend, stretched and she
told me that it was listening no, because that was
my only form of cardio. So I'm on a schedule.
I have a coach and everything, so I'm doing four
to five days and sometimes it gets up to like

(00:43):
forty five minutes at a time. So that's a lot
of cycling and it was really making my hip flexus tight.
So Jenna told me, you need to either get rid
of the peloton or switch it up. And I can't
really do cardio at the gym because of time and kids.
So I talked to Lisa and Lisa's like, I have
a brain new treadmill. I was like, do you want
to trade? And she was like yeah, because she had
another treadmill, so we trade it. So that's good. So

(01:04):
now I have a treadmill that works. But I've been
missing my peloton as a kind of alternative, you know,
And that's what she offered to me. Where are you
going to put it? Though, I'm gonna put it in
my garage next to my sauna.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
Okay, so it's the treadmill in the living room.

Speaker 1 (01:17):
It's in my living room. Yeah. I need the treadmill
to be my priority. Yeah, but I like to, you know,
one or two days a week to do the peloton.
I love my girls. I know you do. I really do.
We know you literally booked her for that. One of
the greatest moments of yes. Yes, I couldn't forget one.
Let me tell you, okay, And I was talking about
this the other day actually this last weekend. You know,

(01:40):
after Okay, you work in this business, you meet celebrities.
You know, it's great, it's cool all that stuff. In
the beginning, it's way it's way cooler. I mean, it's
like unbelievable. And then after a while it becomes kind
of normal, right, it's still cool but normal. But for me,
all I care about is fitness people that I'm interested in.
You're Jay Cutler, bodybuilders, You're Emma love Wells.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
You've booked all these people, by the way.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
Yeah, thank you. And so when I got an email
that she wrote a book. She's from monte' Vinyard and
she was on a press tour, I was like, well,
she come in and they said, yeah, I go booked
even though I know none of you three even in
ride pelotons, and I booked it. When she came in,
I was so excited. I went and got her. Now,
typically producer Riley gets the gas, I went and got her, okay,
And when she opened the door and was walked in

(02:20):
with her partner and her team, I was like a girl.
I was giddy. I was like and I gave her
a whole speech about why I liked her classes and
why I resonate with her, and it really is because
she's like. I didn't say this to her because I
didn't want to offend her because she's very beautiful, but
I'm not like attracted to her in that kind of way.
She's pretty, but that's not why I'm into her. I
like the way she does the classes, but the way

(02:41):
that she teaches is very motherly. I didn't say that
to her, obviously, Okay, but that's how I feel. She's
comforting in that way. She's kicking my ass but at
the same time comforting. So it's like, I do a
hard hits class that's really hard, she makes it easier
to do. If that makes sense. I can go get
my peloton and I can be on an Emma love Well. Class.

Speaker 2 (03:03):
Instructure that makes you feel good is really important.

Speaker 1 (03:05):
It's really great.

Speaker 2 (03:06):
You know.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
I don't work out with zeb anymore because I left
to go to another gym, and it's sad, but my
joints hurt less because when I'm with him, we're like
complete animals and we push to like past failure. And
so now I'm still pushing hard, but not as hard,
so my body feels good. Anyway, what are you doing
this weekend? Nothing? There we go the life of nothing.
What's it like to be Winny.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
I'm gonna probably brunch?

Speaker 1 (03:29):
Okay, that's last weekend. Yeah, I don't know. I gotta
confirm I don't know. I got nothing, really, I guess
with you. It makes sense because you don't drink and
you don't do drugs. You don't like party like that.
You took edibles every once in a while, so for you,
it's like going out to eat is the highlight of
what you do on a weekend, right, So what what

(03:51):
is it?

Speaker 2 (03:52):
I'm sorry, I'm annoyed.

Speaker 1 (03:54):
Okay, and you can't interpret all.

Speaker 2 (03:56):
Sorry. My boyfriend just texted me that he started a
jock without me, which one, Well, he's typing, so we'll
see he and he knows that he fucked up because
look at the emoji.

Speaker 1 (04:08):
Oh the car he's covering this melt with his hand.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
Oklahoma City bomber.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
Oh yeah, you want to watch that? I don't know.

Speaker 2 (04:15):
I just don't like that he started it without me.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
Okay, stop being a controlling I'm not. I'm not controlling.
Let him watch a show. You don't have to watch
every show together. I know.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
But he knows because the emoji, because we watched docs together.
I don't care if you watches.

Speaker 1 (04:28):
Something that I don't care about a little clinging. I'm
not clinging a little bit. No, I'm not. Did you
want to watch that one?

Speaker 2 (04:35):
I don't care?

Speaker 1 (04:35):
Okay, And who can. Well, I'll still let him think
that he fucked up. Yeah, of course you will see
the Queen of Petty. That's who it is. All right. Well,
if you're looking for a recommendation to watch, there you go.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
We'll be watching Joe I think this weekend on our list,
and we had a recommendation the other.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
Day when we did the whole what are you watching? Yeah,
I think that it looks good. That looks good. Maybe
I'll watch him TV too, But either way, we'll be
back on Monday with another They're after show, another show,
So catch up on the podcast all weekend long and
we'll see it in
