Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, here we go after show podcast, Winnie, justin's
(00:02):
your headphone volume right there, Whinnie, Billy was over here,
sorry to shock you turn it up a little bit there. Yeah,
Billy is. I don't know how he still has hearing.
Speaker 2 (00:10):
I'm already losing mine. I'm sad about it.
Speaker 1 (00:12):
It's really I think part of its genetics.
Speaker 3 (00:15):
No, but all of us, all of us have a
lot louder volume. Producer Riley when she comes in when
she's doing when she has my headphones on, she even
feels like it's too loud when it's on my setting,
and I feel like billing.
Speaker 2 (00:27):
Least are too loud.
Speaker 1 (00:28):
But Billy, here's good. I will say that one of
the strong the strongest traits that I have are my senses.
I have strong hearing. I have strong it's good, no issues.
I don't need glasses, so I have a yeah, I
know the most important one. I have good eyesight, good hearing,
(00:49):
I have good smell. I've always had strong senses. But
as I get older that might end, and then I
might you.
Speaker 2 (00:55):
Know, oh, yeah, I mean your grandmother. She died deaf
and blind.
Speaker 1 (00:59):
Deaf, no, no, just deaf. Yeah, she couldn't hear anything.
My mother is deaf too, Yeah, so's it's coming. It's fine. Yeah.
And then Jen has issues with hair hair air as
well because when she was a kid she has swimmers.
Swimmers air a lot, and she had air infections, so
she has issues there. She's got a lot of issues
at kidney stones. Oh yeah, they're not terrible. She's going
(01:22):
today to the appointment. They're just like it comes in
these little they're like little.
Speaker 2 (01:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:25):
But we don't know what's causing them.
Speaker 2 (01:27):
What causes kidney's diet Sometimes.
Speaker 1 (01:30):
She's been looking into that, but she can't really pinpoint anything.
She thinks it could be energy drinks. Not that she
drinks a ton, but she drinks probably an energy drink
every day. That's a lot, as do I.
Speaker 2 (01:39):
I've never drank. I've never drinking an energy drink.
Speaker 1 (01:42):
Really, Alani.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
I tried an Alani. Actually it's on my instagram if
you want to.
Speaker 1 (01:46):
So you know the story of Elanie, I'll tell you
real quick. Okay. So there's a fitness influenza. Her name
is Katie Hearn. I've been following her a long time.
She's a you know, from Kentucky. She built a really
big Instagram following from her fitness, her work up videos.
She's got you know, she's tiny, but she was like
a big nice butt that she built. And so I
followed her. And then she met another guy named Hayden
(02:09):
who ended up moving to meet her and met her
on Instagram. He slid in her dms. They became boyfriend
and girlfriend. They became like the Instagram couple, you know.
And then I don't know where the money came from,
but they opened a gym in Kentucky, Okay. And then
they started Alani and it has exploded over the past,
you know, ten years. They had nutrition, all kinds of stuff.
Speaker 2 (02:32):
It's so cool looking.
Speaker 1 (02:33):
Hold on, wait for it, wait for it. And about
a month ago it was announced that they sold Alani
to Celsius. You ever heard of Celsius?
Speaker 2 (02:42):
Of course? A million dred million, two nd million, four
hundred million.
Speaker 1 (02:49):
More a billion dollars.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
Shut the fuck up?
Speaker 1 (02:52):
Are Oh yeah, four kids. They're amazing. I love them
so much. I still follow them. They lived in Boca Raton,
had a mansion and sold that. Now they live on
a farm in kent in Kentucky.
Speaker 2 (03:04):
They'll never have to work again.
Speaker 1 (03:05):
They are so filthy rich, but seem to be very
down to earth all about their kids. Their kids are
they go, their kids go to like nature school.
Speaker 2 (03:13):
Okay, you know, want a story.
Speaker 1 (03:15):
They go. It's not like classrooms. Yeah, you know. But
they're still together, still in love, and you can they
don't flaunt it that much. What is her name, Katie
Hearn so k k A T y h e A
r N. But they take private jets, you know, don't you.
Speaker 2 (03:32):
She's pretty.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
It's beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Yeah, she just had her fourth kid.
They're four boys, and.
Speaker 3 (03:39):
That's so Alani definitely, I'm not. I tried it because
it looks good, it's pretty.
Speaker 1 (03:45):
It's really good. It's good design attract.
Speaker 3 (03:46):
They got me with the marketing and then I tasted
it and I was like, it's good drinks.
Speaker 2 (03:53):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (03:53):
It was fruit punch okay. And then I tried like
the fruity loop milk protein.
Speaker 1 (03:59):
I don't know. I haven't had any of those. But
they did well. They did a Kim Kim collaboration Kim Gardah.
Speaker 2 (04:04):
Yeah, no, they're smart.
Speaker 1 (04:05):
That one wasn't that good. Good for them, But that's
the only that's honestly, that's the only energy drink that
my friends and I all drink for my wife and
all our friends. Yeah they're doing okay, Yeah, they're doing
all right. I'd say yeah, i'd say so. Anyway, Whinnie,
it's a it's a Thursday. It's the skies are blue,
so that's good. I know. I always talk about the weather,
but it's important to me because when I have kids
(04:28):
and it's raining, it's really tough. Yeah, this weekend's going
to be tough. I was thinking about taking my son
to see the Minecraft movie.
Speaker 2 (04:34):
Oh, my friend took her son yesterday.
Speaker 1 (04:36):
Was it a mess there?
Speaker 2 (04:37):
She said it was fine.
Speaker 3 (04:38):
She said she hated it because she goes and wand
into video games, but she said her son loved it.
He's a first grader.
Speaker 2 (04:44):
Okay, no, he's like six and a half.
Speaker 1 (04:46):
So the movie theater in Salem, New Hampshire that we
go to is called Cinemak. I believe.
Speaker 2 (04:51):
Is there a Showcase up there?
Speaker 1 (04:54):
It's a showcases and Lowell is the closest one. It's not.
It's like, yeah, sometimes I go lull, but Cinema is
right now in my house and my son likes it there,
so that's where we go. If showcase was closer to
where I am I'd go more anyway. On the Salem,
New Hampshire Facebook page, here we are again anonymous, posting
yesterday anyone that has kids and sent them to see
(05:15):
Minecraft this weekend next to them all, you should really
have a good talk with them about being a good person.
And if you were one of the people I'm gonna
speak of, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm an
employee at the theater, which is why I would remain anonymous.
But the things that happened this weekend in that theater,
in every theater in the country, is disgraceful.
Speaker 3 (05:32):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (05:32):
The theaters were beyond trash, food and drinks thrown everywhere
the way. The customers were so aggressive to other customers
and the employees. There were people screaming, charing, chanting at
the top of their lungs from inside the theater all
the way to the parking lot. They were jumping on vehicles,
Winnie and chanting in the parking lot. Wow. Yeah, so
they had to deal with a lot of shit there. Wow.
(05:54):
So I don't think I'll be going to the movies
this weekend. No, I had the big Rain Rain reunion.
Speaker 2 (05:59):
Though I will be there at some point.
Speaker 1 (06:02):
Oh girl, poor you well in with a negative mindset.
Speaker 3 (06:07):
That Billy came in the other day yesterday, like it's
hurt because he wants like the whole show.
Speaker 2 (06:12):
Why don't you want to go?
Speaker 1 (06:13):
This is his moment?
Speaker 3 (06:14):
And I said, listen, sir, as much as I love
a free meal from Billy Costa, like I would never
turn down a freemial from him, right, no matter where
it is, I want a free meal if Billy cost
is paying for it, I want to be there. I've
had these dinner plans for like three weeks, okay, and
that's fine. And he kept saying to me, oh, yeah,
you go to dinner first, and you go to ring.
Speaker 2 (06:34):
I didn't realize that he was.
Speaker 3 (06:36):
Orchestraing dinner with the whole morning show, right, So I
already had these dinner plans, and I'm like, and I
kept going back, like do I cancel him?
Speaker 2 (06:44):
Do I still go? You know what I mean?
Speaker 3 (06:46):
And now I feel bad. I mean, like you said yourself,
Smith Winskis.
Speaker 1 (06:52):
It means different. It's steak. It's a wonderful, awesome, one
of the best steakhouses. And then Colloon's great too, but
it's Chinese food.
Speaker 3 (06:57):
And I don't think it's a good idea to dance
and go to the club after you had China.
Speaker 1 (07:04):
I'm gonna be.
Speaker 3 (07:05):
Like Chinese food to me is like sleepy time food.
I'm going to eat it and I'm going to maybe
go to the bathroom and go to bed, you know
what I mean.
Speaker 1 (07:14):
That's a visual.
Speaker 2 (07:15):
But like it's not club food. It's post club food.
It's not pre club food, right, you know, like, really
go for sinceest me chicken. I love chicken.
Speaker 1 (07:24):
Oh It's so good. I'm gonna be stuffed. They gonna
have to roll me in the rain.
Speaker 3 (07:27):
I know, I'm jealous. Last time I went to Caloun
I Want with Billy and his wife Michelle and his
sister La Cheryl.
Speaker 2 (07:32):
And we had a lovely time. But I will be
coming up there. I just can't go.
Speaker 1 (07:39):
You're gonna see, uh some moving and some shaking. I'm
the worst dancer of all time. Yeah, but Jen gets down,
you know, and I gotta I gotta support.
Speaker 2 (07:48):
Her, That's right. I just go back for her.
Speaker 1 (07:50):
You know, I just kind of move with her a
little bit. You know, she shakes it. I kind of
move with her. That's that's all I really do.
Speaker 3 (07:56):
You know, I have thirty people going to this fucking thing,
and I said, I can't dinner with anyone.
Speaker 2 (08:00):
Else but you guys. And I said, okay, well I'm sorry.
Speaker 1 (08:04):
Okay, well we look forward to that. So that's good.
That's good. We talked about the most embarrassing things that
we've done and our listeners done Whennie, and did you
share anything?
Speaker 3 (08:15):
Did not?
Speaker 1 (08:16):
Did nothing embarrassing.
Speaker 3 (08:17):
I've had a very embarrassing life. I've had an embarrassing situation.
Speaker 1 (08:21):
Just didn't know if you had.
Speaker 3 (08:22):
My relationships have been embarrassing. Okay, for my current one, Okay,
my previous ones.
Speaker 1 (08:27):
What about Okay, let's think about.
Speaker 2 (08:29):
This, make it awkward if you want to hear.
Speaker 1 (08:31):
What about like when you went to go meet a
guy at the house and the dog was barking because
you were trying to sneak into the house.
Speaker 3 (08:38):
I was embarrassing because in the closet I share, it
wasn't like public like I could have never shared that
with you guys, And it was just me knowing that
it wasn't a public shaming. Yeah, and I got out
alive to tell the story. That was so dumb.
Speaker 1 (08:49):
Yeah, it was.
Speaker 2 (08:50):
That was an an embarrasing that was more just poor
judgment on my end. Yeah, you know what I mean.
Speaker 1 (08:54):
You know, my first introduction to Nanny, my wife's mother
that lives with us, was I never met her personally
until me and Jen reconnected after many years. Yeah, we
were younger my she dated my best friend. And so
one time we were at her house, Jen, my wife's house,
and we were in her bedroom getting high at smoking
weed and her mom came home.
Speaker 2 (09:13):
But you hadn't met her.
Speaker 1 (09:14):
We hadn't met her, and the mom came upstairs and
knocked on the door and she had the door locked,
and she knew we were in there doing She didn't
know who was in there, but she was like, Jennifer
opened this door, and she wouldn't, and she stuffed us
in the closet, me and my friend.
Speaker 2 (09:26):
No, I didn't go in the room.
Speaker 1 (09:27):
No, she opened the doorshop she sitting on the closet.
She started screaming at I fucking doing drugs in this house.
Speaker 2 (09:35):
I'm like, what the so you never met Nanny?
Speaker 1 (09:37):
Never though, Yes, And it's a legendary story with my
friends because we always talked about that moment we were
in the closet with Gen's mother.
Speaker 2 (09:45):
She didn't to tear anyone from doing drugs.
Speaker 1 (09:47):
Oh no, A you kidding me.
Speaker 2 (09:50):
You guys are all right, new house, someone else's house.
Speaker 1 (09:53):
Yeah, this is what we did, not anymore, though I.
Speaker 2 (09:57):
Know you your biggest drug is the ice bath.
Speaker 1 (10:00):
Well, speaking of that, the midlife crisis thing we did
today that was kind of scary that I checked everybody.
Speaker 2 (10:07):
I saw it and I was like, oh my god,
this is Justin.
Speaker 3 (10:10):
So I said to Billy, I go, we're going to
do this, but do not tell Justin about it. We're
going to surprise them with it. And literally you check
every box.
Speaker 1 (10:17):
But when I think about a midlife crisis, I think
that it's a negative thing and I couldn't be happier.
Speaker 2 (10:23):
Right, So is it you are going through or.
Speaker 1 (10:27):
The people that have a midlife crisis not know they're
going through a midlife crisis?
Speaker 2 (10:31):
I mean, I don't think so.
Speaker 3 (10:31):
I think you just buy a car because you want
a new car, you buy it, like like, I think
you're getting to the point now, and I think midlife
crisis are made possible. But in the fact that you
have a little more money, you know what I mean.
So the things that you want to do when you're younger,
that you didn't do because you couldn't afford it, right point.
Speaker 2 (10:44):
Now you can afford it, right, So you're like, I.
Speaker 3 (10:46):
Want to, really I want like you are so going
through one because all you care about is youth. It's
about taking your youth and bottling it.
Speaker 2 (10:55):
Right.
Speaker 3 (10:55):
So, whether that's a hot young girlfriend or a hot
young car, right.
Speaker 2 (11:00):
For you, it's new teeth. It's doing anti aging.
Speaker 1 (11:04):
Things, right, I'm doing that now.
Speaker 2 (11:06):
It's dressing like a twenty five year old, but.
Speaker 1 (11:09):
Yeah, what's a forty five year old dress?
Speaker 2 (11:11):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (11:12):
I'll be wearing dope cakes until the right exactly.
Speaker 3 (11:15):
But you're bottling your youth, yeah, and so before some
guys would do that with a hot young girlfriend, but
you're married, yeah, and your wife is beautiful, not to.
Speaker 2 (11:26):
Not a couple years younger than you, yeah, but not
like age gap. Right. Then you're not gonna buy a corvette.
Speaker 3 (11:32):
No, But what you are gonna do is you're gonna
leave here, go get your hair cooked. It's Thursday, all right, right.
Then you're gonna go work out. Yeah, and then you're
gonna go which is a fitness thing, fitness right in
your nice street wear coming from there, right, you're right
with your kicks. Then you'll go home to your ice
bath and your sauna, right, and then you'll think about,
(11:55):
maybe if I hadn't done drugs, I would try to
do the Sukadle like adventures to become one with my
inner self.
Speaker 2 (12:03):
Yes, that's what you're doing them.
Speaker 1 (12:05):
Yeah, yeah, I don't want to. I don't want to
do it.
Speaker 3 (12:07):
Was one thing on it we didn't mention because it
didn't apply to you, which was divorced memoirs, which you're
very happily married. Oh but some people at that point
they're ready to get divorced or talked or they just
got divorced.
Speaker 1 (12:16):
I just I believe you do.
Speaker 3 (12:17):
What makes you happy, and what makes you happy is
all those things on that mid.
Speaker 1 (12:20):
Life You love to you love to eat out, do
you love cheesehak Factor, you love restaurants, and you do
that's what you do for fun on the weekends. I
do it makes you happy.
Speaker 2 (12:29):
It makes me very happy.
Speaker 1 (12:30):
And who cares if it's a mid.
Speaker 2 (12:31):
Life Listen, I'm not judging. I was just bringing to life.
Speaker 1 (12:35):
No, I nailed it. I checked every box. You really
did anyway, that will do it for the after show
today tomorrow is Friday. We will have an after show,
yes we will, and we always have fun on Friday,
so make sure you listen to the Billy and Lisa Show.
Thank you everyone for listening.
Speaker 2 (12:48):
Bye by hey,
