twenty nine seventy eight. It's gonna be opening in Setember
and it's got a less formal atmosphere, lower prices to
perfect for young families that are flocking to Magnolia. And
by the way, the balloon Bread is an airy baked
peda with basil pesto and truffle honey.

So congratulations to you at Magnolia. There's a new restaurant
coming to town Dialba Craft Kitchen and Cocktails for new
Sir Anthony Dan.

This is so sweet. I've seen people on our neighbor
page talk about this recently. It's called pet hospice, a
newer emerging part of vet medicine and Doctor Erica with
Loo Pearl Pet Hospices that some bets are gonna have
a diagnosis where the quality of life isn't good, but
we can manage that with changes to their treatment plan,
environmental modifications in the house, and then we can potentially
increase the amount of quality time we still have left.

recent example where they were able to actually add nine
more months of joy to a dog named Mr Fee,
all thanks to amazing hospice care. They even have a

consider for our fur babies when those times come, keep

It's going to be expanding to Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Texas.
And it's pizza with kind of a Greek twist because
the owners they actually took over from mister Singas. The
newer owners are from They're born in Greece, Greg Sannis
and so they'll bring that Greek twist to their pizza.

People are loving it. It's coming soon to Cypress Creek
Parkway and the Katie Dang.
