It's the Valentine in the Morning replay.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Welcome to the breakfast table a Valentine in the Morning.

Speaker 1 (00:05):
I laughed heartily. Oh my god, help us respectful to
say I love you.

Speaker 3 (00:09):
The full show podcast starts right now.

Speaker 4 (00:12):
Starting to show. Good morning, Jill, how are you.

Speaker 5 (00:13):
Good morning. I'm doing well. I have a gift to
give to you today for your wife.

Speaker 6 (00:18):
Dude.

Speaker 5 (00:18):
I saw something on TikTok and I thought, oh my gosh,
this is Leilani. Yeah, and I purchased it, and so
I would love for you to surprise her with it.

Speaker 4 (00:26):
Is it nice?

Speaker 5 (00:27):
It's nice?

Speaker 4 (00:28):
Well, should be like heart felt.

Speaker 5 (00:30):
Like I hope.

Speaker 4 (00:31):
So can I ask your favor?

Speaker 7 (00:32):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (00:33):
Can I give it to her from me?

Speaker 7 (00:35):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (00:35):
You know I need a win. I need a win.

Speaker 5 (00:37):
I'd let you do that, you'd.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Let me do You're gonna show me what it is first,
and I'll decide if it's something that I could pull
off or not.

Speaker 5 (00:42):
You would totally give this to her. I need to win,
and I feel like she would be grateful and think
you got it.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
If she doesn't like it, then I'm just gonna turn
and go it's actually from Jill.

Speaker 5 (00:51):
That's fine.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
I'll take it. What's your confidence level that she'll like it?
Scale into ten?

Speaker 6 (00:54):
Oh?

Speaker 7 (00:55):
Ten?

Speaker 5 (00:55):
Seriously I saw and I was like, oh, this is Leilani. Okay,
he's done in my car, but I'll get it to you.

Speaker 6 (01:00):
All right.

Speaker 5 (01:01):
You can't give it to it. You can say it's
from you.

Speaker 4 (01:02):
Can she wear it?

Speaker 5 (01:03):
It's for her to wear at night? Whoa, Oh it's jamas.

Speaker 1 (01:09):
We can of pajamas.

Speaker 5 (01:11):
Cute pajamas, short shorts, Oh cute, and a cute little top.

Speaker 4 (01:16):
Oh that's dangerous though.

Speaker 5 (01:17):
Why?

Speaker 2 (01:17):
Well, because since when I've given her clothes before, she goes, oh,
really you think I would wear something like this, I'm like, yeah,
it's a bunny outfit.

Speaker 4 (01:25):
You know. I thought it'd be really cute.

Speaker 1 (01:27):
Do you wear cute pajamas? Still? I do?

Speaker 5 (01:29):
Well, it depends.

Speaker 4 (01:30):
Always say cute pajamas.

Speaker 5 (01:31):
Do you wear the nice pajamas?

Speaker 2 (01:33):
Yeah, that's what she calls them, her nice pajamas.

Speaker 5 (01:36):
The nice pajamas come out when even if I'm not
even like trying to initiate anything, I'll wear them sometimes
just because I'm like, this is fun.

Speaker 4 (01:45):
Well, then that's false advertising.

Speaker 5 (01:47):
I'm open to it, but I'm not expecting got it.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
Well, if you wear that around the house. Weren't like
your husband's gonna be like, hey, most guys don't turn
down cute pajamas, you.

Speaker 4 (01:57):
Know what I mean?

Speaker 8 (01:57):
Yeah, the other day I was not feeling well at all,
and you wore the cue pajamas. No, No, I wore
what looked like I don't even know it was. I
had on two mismatched socks and they were really like
kind of like knee Like.

Speaker 4 (02:12):
Don't you always do that?

Speaker 5 (02:13):
Though? They're always mismatched, But I don't normally wear socks.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
To bed, right, But why do you do the mismatched
socks things? Not to get off target here, but I'm
very lazy and you just.

Speaker 4 (02:21):
Grab two socks.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
Yeah, you can't like put your socks together when you're
taking them out of the dryer.

Speaker 1 (02:25):
My girlfriend does the same exact thing.

Speaker 9 (02:27):
She like socks with like different inanimate objects with smiley
faces on them, and like they're never matched up, but
she has like a match in her head. So sometimes
I'll fold her laundry and they're just like one socks
of everything.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
She's like, oh no, the cheese goes with the pig.
What do you mean? It's like, no, like I have
a routine, like these are the ones that go together.
They don't go together at all. Yeah, this is a system,
but she.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
Knows, and we don't think the world has a problem
with OCD. Yeah for real, all right, so there you are,
you're not feeling great.

Speaker 4 (02:57):
You're wearing oh.

Speaker 5 (02:58):
Just some like big socks, a really big oversized shirt
and then like hold pants just like old ratted pairs
of sweats, and then yeah, that was it. I just
it wasn't There was definitely nothing cute about it. But

(03:18):
it was comfortable. That was the main thing. But I
usually have, you know, the cute matching shirt and shorts,
or if I am gonna wear pajama pants and you
know matching shirt that goes with it.

Speaker 1 (03:29):
I think that was designing you a new par of pajama.

Speaker 2 (03:30):
No, I'm actually drawing her as she speaks. Okay, so ahead,
keep going.

Speaker 5 (03:35):
Yeah, just a big oversized shirt. Holes in the sweats, what.

Speaker 9 (03:40):
Kind of holes like Swiss cheese holes or like little
baby mouse holes or what would we talking all hole sizes?

Speaker 5 (03:47):
They were just like super old yeahs Swiss cheese sweats
and yeah, nothing matched whatsoever. But it was just about
getting into bed at that point.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Right, right, okay, and that's the story.

Speaker 5 (04:00):
That's it.

Speaker 2 (04:01):
Okay, gotcha.

Speaker 1 (04:01):
How are we doing over there?

Speaker 2 (04:02):
Leo? It's coming out pretty good. That's coming out forretty
good Man.

Speaker 10 (04:08):
Not bad.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
This is not for uh air. I won't be showing
anybody this anyway. That was the start working it right there? Okay,
not bad.

Speaker 5 (04:18):
Wait what is that top portion?

Speaker 4 (04:20):
I hadn't finished that yet. I don't know.

Speaker 5 (04:22):
That's like the upper body of a male.

Speaker 2 (04:25):
I know, I hadn't gotten to that part, my little sketcher. Okay,
all right, T one O four three, my fan, it
is Valence in the morning. He gets want to reach
out three one o four three three one oh four
three right, Kerry on the show today. We'll tell you
the exact time a little bit later on. But Mariah
Carey stopping by for sit down in studio interview. Always
been a fan of hers, very talented. Sorry Christmas show
like two years ago.

Speaker 4 (04:45):
It was great.

Speaker 2 (04:46):
It's like a it's not an intermission, but every like
twenty five minutes she goes, hold on, darlings, I have
to get a bit of glam one second place.

Speaker 4 (04:54):
And the glam squad comes out.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
You're like, ok yeah, do you do that?

Speaker 5 (04:58):
Today at our iHeartRadio Music Award. Since she was accepting
her award, she got glam to She made a comment
about the lighting in there. This lighting good.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
She loves how she looks on stage. She wants her
glam squad. Hey, she can pull it off. Like if
some people do it and you're like you can't pull
it off, You're like whatever, But you're forgiving in that
respect because that's her character. That's how she is. It's
Mariah Carey. That's what she does, that's how she lives
her life. You know what I mean, lamb squad pops out.

(05:27):
So she is on the show today Your Chance of
the Iheartradimus Festival as well. Explain that coming up Mariah
Carey coming up on the show. Mariah Carey will be
stopping by the show after eight o'clock this morning.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
I guess our digital team just started bringing in lighting.

Speaker 4 (05:43):
Oh GLAMs her own.

Speaker 1 (05:44):
Lighting hours in advance her lighting. I think it's her.

Speaker 5 (05:49):
I know, I've never seen these lights before. Really, yeah,
which I'm thrilled about. We're gonna look great.

Speaker 2 (05:54):
You think so, I hope?

Speaker 7 (05:55):
So?

Speaker 2 (05:56):
Okay, Mariah Carey in studio. She'll be here after eight
o'clock this morning. She's playing the iHeart Radius Festival, which,
by the way, that lineup I think's fantastic. Some people
are like, Sammy Hagar, what's going on with that? Well,
if you don't know Samy Hagar, you probably know somebody else,
like Justice or a fade, you know, whoever it is
that you're into.

Speaker 4 (06:16):
There's a lot of.

Speaker 2 (06:17):
Like, what do you call them to like niche No,
not saying that, but this is the first time I
think that I heard Radimusic festival. We've had that many
like are they DJs or what are they?

Speaker 1 (06:29):
What do you call them?

Speaker 4 (06:31):
Hip hop? Not hip hop?

Speaker 1 (06:32):
Do you talk about justice?

Speaker 4 (06:33):
Yeah? Well what's justice?

Speaker 1 (06:34):
Justice? I would say, is like an electronic Yeah, that's
what I was trying to say.

Speaker 2 (06:37):
Yeah, because there's more than one Justice and somebody else, Yeah,
to do others?

Speaker 1 (06:41):
Two?

Speaker 4 (06:41):
I thought.

Speaker 7 (06:42):
So.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
My kid looked at the lineup and he goes, this
is the first times just repeating when he said, now,
this is the first time you've had two whatever's on
the lineup.

Speaker 1 (06:49):
That you're saying, Yeah.

Speaker 4 (06:52):
My relationship have asked him more information.

Speaker 1 (06:54):
Okay, we're gonna look into it.

Speaker 5 (06:55):
He was happy about it though. That's a good thing.

Speaker 4 (06:56):
He was happy.

Speaker 2 (06:57):
I was just stoked for Brian Adams Summer sixty nine.
You know, Sammy Hagar, I can't drive fifty five. I
don't think Sammy Hagar's allowed to drive, to be honest,
why not he's older? Oh no, no, no, John Fogerty, come
on center Field. I grew up with that song. So
this stuff for every generation. At this festival, which I'm
totally stoked about, you'll have a chance to win those

(07:19):
tickets coming on nine o'clock.

Speaker 3 (07:20):
One o four to three my SM Entertainment headlines.

Speaker 5 (07:24):
Halle Berry has revealed that her boyfriend Van Hunt has proposed,
but she hasn't said yes. They did an interview together
with Today dot Com and Van Hunt said, so, I
put out the proposal and it's still on hold. As
you can see, it's just out there floating. Maybe you
guys can encourage her. But then halle Berry explained her
hesitation and said it's because she's been married three times.

(07:45):
And halle Berry said, we don't feel like we have
to get married to validate our love in any way.
I think we will get married just because out of
out of the people I've been married to, this is
the person I should have married, and Paramount Plus is
developing a new show called Nola King, a Tulsa King
spinoff set in New Orleans. It's gonna start Samuel L.

(08:06):
Jackson in a role similar to Sebster Saloone's mob boss
character in Tulsa King. And what's cool is his character
will debut in Tulsa King Season three, currently in production,
and then he will move off to start in the spinoff.
I'm Jill with er intimid headlines on Valentine in the Morning.

Speaker 2 (08:24):
New Music Friday coming up, John, how's it looking for
a little bit past six thirty two?

Speaker 9 (08:28):
Oh man, I'm having a hard time like deciding which
ones to talk about because there's so much out today.
Oh really, we're gonna have to hit Sabrina Carpenter, Yeah,
new song out. We're gonna have to hit ed Charon.
He's got a new song out. Okay, But there's a
new one from Teddy Swims, Mariah Carey, the All American Rejects.
Addison Ray just came out with some music. I really
want to play you some songs from John Bellion. That's
another one that I'm so excited about this week. So

(08:50):
we're kind of skiing.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
How to decide? Do you only do like three, don't you?

Speaker 9 (08:53):
I honestly prep probably six or seven, okay most weeks,
and then right before it's like a game time decision.

Speaker 1 (08:59):
Oh no, which ever one I feel is going to be.

Speaker 2 (09:02):
The you vibe off of the moment, and then pick
like the top three after six or seven.

Speaker 9 (09:06):
Sometimes I'll go in the other room and I'll just
play them really loud on the speakers and find like,
whichever one removing me the most in that moment, I'm like,
that's the one we got to add.

Speaker 4 (09:14):
Uh huh.

Speaker 5 (09:14):
And when he's doing that, it sounds like he is
bouncing off the walls doing cartwheels in there, like I
don't know what he's doing.

Speaker 2 (09:21):
I thought it was another show all the time. I'm
blaming that other show down the hall.

Speaker 1 (09:25):
Maybe come you one with the vibe? Yeah, you gotta
figure it out.

Speaker 2 (09:28):
All right, Well, I'll be excited for that a little bit
later on this hour. Do your first sip as well,
and then if you want to reach out three one
oh four to three Mariah Carrey on the show after
eight o'clock this morning's we all should be in studio
right here on balance in the morning.

Speaker 5 (09:40):
We're already getting text messages asking when we are going
to give away the table for four at my FM's
second Chance promt, and it'll be sometime before ten am.
We haven't we're not sure of the time just yet.
But you're listening for the little cruise ships set.

Speaker 4 (09:55):
We're not sure why.

Speaker 5 (09:56):
Because we haven't even discussed it.

Speaker 2 (09:57):
No, we're sure, we're sure. Yeah, it's just super chick.
Jeohn has the time. Yeah, John's going to tell you
the time right now.

Speaker 1 (10:03):
I was in charge of the time today.

Speaker 2 (10:04):
John's Texas. Brian's on here. Brian's got a bladder infection
or something like that. Yes, so John's entirely in charge
of this today. You want me to give the tech, John,
I want you to give the time right after the break, Okay,
first sip new music Friday, all that before that, you're
going to give the time with a ten minute window,
perfect of when we're gonna do a second chance prom ready. Great,

(10:24):
you realize putting him in charge could be the demostatic.

Speaker 5 (10:27):
No, it's going to be the greatest.

Speaker 4 (10:28):
So yeah, yeah, right.

Speaker 3 (10:31):
Three my FM, My FM.

Speaker 2 (10:35):
Somebody's now swearing in the text line, just give the
time for the Second Chance from six thirty two. Weather
today if you want a cloud slight drizzle, mostly Sunday
this afternoon, temps seventies to mid eighties. For the weekend, sunny, warm,
high st upper eighties by Sunday fifty eight Knoggy Park,
sixty one, Fullerton. Jill's got the entertainment headlines coming up.

Speaker 5 (10:51):
A piece of clothing from Ferris Bueller's Day Off is
expected to get six hundred thousand dollars at an auction.
I'll tell you what article of clothes think it is?
Coming up at six fifty.

Speaker 4 (11:01):
John, have you decided?

Speaker 1 (11:02):
I have decided?

Speaker 2 (11:03):
Okay, this is John's decision when we're gonna do Second
Chance prom today.

Speaker 4 (11:07):
Now, granted it's not necessarily just one time.

Speaker 2 (11:09):
Could pop up at other random times as well, but
what is your decision for today?

Speaker 4 (11:13):
John?

Speaker 9 (11:14):
Stick around because we're doing this in the second half
of the eight o'clock hour.

Speaker 1 (11:18):
It's your okay, Okay, you gotta spend the morning.

Speaker 4 (11:22):
It's six thirty one.

Speaker 2 (11:23):
You're gonna make people wait around to the second half
of the eight o'clock.

Speaker 1 (11:25):
Hour, two hours. They should be here all day, you know,
we go.

Speaker 2 (11:28):
Nobody's gonna sit here listening to I'm not listening for
two hours.

Speaker 9 (11:31):
I think you're underestimating the significance of Second Chance prompted.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
All right, listen, even if you can't listen for two
hours straight. It's the second half of the eight o'clock
hour today for Second Chance prom that John says, we'll
give it away.

Speaker 4 (11:41):
Yeah, so make sure you check back in at that point.

Speaker 2 (11:43):
I do not expect you to sit by the radio
for two and a half solid hours or something like that.
You're crazy, hey man, you would do that. The episode
of a Goldfish.

Speaker 1 (11:53):
It's like you this mean, I listen the whole time,
but it's on.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
So before we launched it into a and he was like, Friday,
let's do first sip, grab a cup coffee, salute the
day in front of us. This one goes out to
today and maybe we'll find a reason later on in
the show. But I thought it's kind of a smaller audience.
I'll be targeting this first tip. So it may not
be you, it may not be somebody in your life,
but it is somebody listening right now. Are you struggling

(12:19):
to start a family? Are you out there trying to
start a family and desperate to have a child of
your own. There's so many paths to starting a family,
so many paths to having a family, from blended families
to adopting to natural birth, just all different ways to
start a family.

Speaker 4 (12:36):
Right.

Speaker 2 (12:36):
Family means different things to a lot of people. But
for somebody out there right now, you and your partner
are trying to have a child, it can be a struggle.
Fertility is just gonna be really, really hard. I went
through that with my wife. We did IVF, and it
was a massive struggle for us. And I talked about
the ups and downs of that. Some of you were
with us seventeen plus years ago when I talked about
that on the radio, and how hard that was for

(12:56):
me as a guy too, with a stereotype that society
puts on you.

Speaker 4 (13:00):
When you see all your buddies going on, you got
a pregnant. Nice job, Bobby, good job, man, You did what.

Speaker 5 (13:06):
You had to do.

Speaker 2 (13:08):
Yet here I was as a guy struggling to get
my wife pregnant, and to be fully honest, full disclosure,
biologically the issue was on my side. So how that
makes you feel when society places so much pressure upon
the male ego at that point is hard, But it
causes a tough dynamic and anybody's family, and it causes

(13:28):
a lot of pain and angst.

Speaker 4 (13:30):
And then it's not only successful if you do something
like IBF.

Speaker 2 (13:33):
So if you are trying hanging there, if you have
tried and things did not work out, I see you
and I feel for you. That's today's first hip count
of such.

Speaker 3 (13:42):
One, two, three New Music Friday.

Speaker 2 (13:47):
Well then we go into this song, Oh, New Music
Friday coming in nexten is one of four three MYFM
second Chance prompt coming up in the back half of
the eight o'clock hour that he speaks like that John
goes in the back half of the eight o'clock I'm like,
who says the back half?

Speaker 1 (13:59):
I think about it like an analog clock?

Speaker 4 (14:01):
Do you really you know what I mean?

Speaker 9 (14:02):
Yeah, Which is weird because I feel like a lot
of younger people don't really see those much anymore.

Speaker 6 (14:05):
You know.

Speaker 2 (14:06):
That's an Alzheimer's test. They'll tell you like, can you
write two thirty? Can you make a clock on a
piece of paper?

Speaker 4 (14:11):
Thirty?

Speaker 2 (14:12):
And I realized when I was looking at the other day,
because my mom's in Alzheimer's unit, I'm like, that's not
going to be there for somebody like our age when
we get older, maybe mine, but not for John. Yeah, like,
can you write this clock to like, dude, why don't
you have me draw a payphone?

Speaker 4 (14:23):
I don't know what you're talking about.

Speaker 9 (14:24):
Warn to watch since I was a little kid, and
even my Apple Watch now has the analog clock.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
It's how I see it.

Speaker 2 (14:29):
Yeah, all right, all right, so you would tell your friends, hey,
I want to meet you for tacos, meet me the back.

Speaker 4 (14:34):
Apple watch it all right?

Speaker 1 (14:36):
I tell Joe that all the time.

Speaker 2 (14:37):
So sometime after eight thirty will be your chance for
these second chance problem.

Speaker 9 (14:40):
All right, we got some new music I want to
get into today. Let's do a new music Friday. First up,
I want to get you into this new release from
Sabrina Carpenter.

Speaker 1 (14:47):
Now, this was kind of unexpected.

Speaker 9 (14:49):
She just teased it out of nowhere this week and
we didn't even get like a clip of what it
was going to sound like, so it was a surprise.

Speaker 1 (14:54):
This is her new one Man Child.

Speaker 4 (14:56):
I don't know what.

Speaker 5 (14:57):
Don't look at me like I'm waiting for you to
explain yourself.

Speaker 4 (15:00):
You gave me big eyes. I'm sorry, I mean I
like it.

Speaker 1 (15:04):
Please this one.

Speaker 4 (15:05):
But I like to Espresso more for now.

Speaker 9 (15:08):
Okay, this is one of those ones that's gonna grow
on you, you think so, And I love how first
fun she had with it. She has this lyric if
so sexy, if so dumb? Or why so sexy? If
so dumb? And how survive on earth?

Speaker 1 (15:19):
So long?

Speaker 9 (15:20):
If I'm not there, it won't get done. I choose
to blame your mom. She has so much fun with
her songs and I love that. So she's calling you
a manchild. Now, the lore behind this song is that.

Speaker 4 (15:30):
It's about more behind this song, did you say that? Yeah?

Speaker 9 (15:32):
The lore of this song, dude, is that it's about
Barry Kyogen, who she dated before he was in her
video for Please Please Please, And essentially that's due to timing.
This is her first release since the deluxe version of
Short and Sweet, and so that's the last relationship people remember,
so they assume it's about Barry. But either way, it's
coming out at a great time. We're going into the summer,
plenty of time to add it to all your summer playlists.
And the way that Espresso was last year, now it's

(15:54):
kind of hard to compare anything to the success Espresso had,
but this is still a fun one. This is Manchild
from Sabrina Carpenter. Next up here is the newest from
Ed Sheeran. This is another track with some cultural influence.
This is a song called Sapphire. So this album for Ed,
it feels like an exploration of like different cultures. You
can hear the Indian music influence in this one, and
that's a place that Edi said he loves performing. He

(16:15):
collaborated with some local people in India, local artists, and
the chorus even features a line in Punjabi which I'm
not gonna try and pronounce, but I can tell you
what it translates to. It translates to shining like the stars.
And this is kind of a trend right now. You
saw Ryan Tenner come in with a song in Punjabi
and he was like, guys, this is going to be
a direction that music is starting to move.

Speaker 4 (16:34):
Indian music's really good.

Speaker 1 (16:35):
It's good man.

Speaker 2 (16:36):
There's some really talented artists out there. Bollywood's just explosive.

Speaker 9 (16:38):
It really is, and you're starting to see that with Ed.
Sharon's album as He's on was Persian. This one is Indian,
so it's kind of like this like love letter to
different cultures, and I'm wondering if that's going to continue
for the rest of his album.

Speaker 2 (16:48):
Should we get behind like Bollywood music? You know how
people got behind K pop and everybody jumped on the
K pop bandwagon. It was a little like white guys
like me not saying who because that's my buddy, but
other white guys like me going oh, I love K pop?

Speaker 4 (17:00):
Like, oh, okay, you know anything about K pop? What
do we do like B pop?

Speaker 9 (17:03):
And it's okay, something something to that cup huck. So
Ed's album comes out in September, and of course that's
the same month is the iHeartRadio Music Festival going down
in Las Vegas. He's going to be on that stage
as well. So it's going to be a big summer
for Ed Sheeran. God is that Ed right there?

Speaker 1 (17:20):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (17:20):
No, nailing it.

Speaker 9 (17:21):
This is a collaborator he had on the album. So
the next up is an album drop from John Bellion. Now,
John Billion is one of those artists like Benny Blanco.
He's an insane producer. If you don't know the name,
you'll know some of the work. Songs you didn't even
realize he wrote like waffle House.

Speaker 4 (17:35):
So John Billion wrote waffle House for the Jonas Brothers.

Speaker 9 (17:37):
Yes, he did, just like Maroon five Memories, and even
songs for Justin Bieber, like Ghost.

Speaker 4 (17:43):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (17:44):
He has got a roster of songs.

Speaker 9 (17:45):
Songs you've heard on the radio, Rihanna, you got Miley Cyrus,
Justin Bieber, so many different artists he's written songs for.

Speaker 4 (17:51):
I didn't know this guy.

Speaker 1 (17:52):
A lot of people.

Speaker 9 (17:53):
Don't because here's the thing. He was an artist of
his own years ago. But John had a problem. He
got into this tiff with his record label where he
wanted to own his own music. Yeah, and essentially they
wouldn't let him. So they got to this beef and
he wasn't able to release music of his own for
six years.

Speaker 4 (18:07):
Oh my god, he wrote for everybody else.

Speaker 2 (18:09):
So he wrote for every body, and yeah, became prolific,
like a David Foster type person exactly.

Speaker 9 (18:13):
He wrote songs for so many people just to be
in the music industry. And he's, you know, been able
to put his kids through college for doing that. So
he wasn't upset by any means. But then due to
some changes in the label and all these other things,
he was able to resolve that conflict.

Speaker 1 (18:24):
He got all his music back and now he owns
his stuff. Now he owns his stuff.

Speaker 9 (18:28):
Now he's able to release new music, and he just
dropped his first album in seven years.

Speaker 1 (18:33):
This is that lead song off it called Why, with
Luke Combs.

Speaker 2 (18:35):
Well, hold on before I hit it. We're about to
hear this guy's voice, yes, because I don't know what
he sounded like. Is we heard everybody else's voice.

Speaker 1 (18:40):
I think you're gonna love it.

Speaker 4 (18:40):
Here we go, God enough is what I expected?

Speaker 6 (18:43):
Or not?

Speaker 4 (18:43):
Is very emo?

Speaker 2 (18:44):
And I'm coming off a waffle house in my head,
you know.

Speaker 5 (18:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 9 (18:47):
So he said something interesting when he was deciding whether
or not he wanted to come back to music. Right
He's like, if you think about pop music right now,
there's a bunch of like young hotties on the scene and.

Speaker 1 (18:55):
He's a dad of three right now. So he didn't
know if that was a place that he fit.

Speaker 9 (18:58):
But then he's had six years of thoughts and opinions
and he had so much to say, and he said
that perspective was so important. So then it started with
this song right here, which he said was inspired by
the unconditional love for his boys, and it's asking the
question why love anything at all?

Speaker 4 (19:14):
Why just because of you? If it doesn't work out,
the pain is too hard.

Speaker 1 (19:17):
That's exactly right.

Speaker 9 (19:17):
Yeah, Like when you love something, like the vulnerability that
comes with that is so massive, and maybe that starts
in a relationship. But then even Luke Combes has this
line just wait till you have a son. It is
the scariest thing in the world. Like the love is exponential,
but the fear is right there with it too. So
they asked the question, why love anything at all? So
this entire album kind of explores those themes of being

(19:39):
a father and kind of being a grown adult, and
so it's this different perspective in music right now. And
he has a cult following, So definitely an album worth
checking out from John Belly. And the album is called
Father Figure. So there's a full playlist on that free
I heard radio app These songs are in there. We
got a bunch more at it as well. Just search
my new music. I'm John Camuci. That's your new music Friday,
All right, John? Thanks, So it's good. Forty five.

wife was watching the other night and they were at
a tropical destination. So very nice, all paid for. That's
why the Housewives love that stuff. Yes, and their single
housewives are trying to fix them up with other guys there.
It's almost like in mini bats or bats Arette type day.

Speaker 5 (21:16):
I haven't seen this.

It was cute, but it's ridiculous.

Speaker 5 (21:18):

Hap be Friday, everyone, because I don't give you fear

Speaker 3 (29:12):
Now it your happy news.

Speaker 5 (29:15):
It's eight six six five four.

Speaker 3 (29:18):
Four my firm.

Speaker 5 (29:20):
My happy news is today is actually the first day
that we're really starting on this fertility journey. My husband
and I have an appointment. We went and had a
like a consultation to talk about our options because I
met my husband later on in life. I'm forty, and

(29:41):
my doctor said, you guys should try for six months
and if you're still not pregnant, then we should talk about,
you know, your your options with you know, different doctors
and having a you know, going to you know, having
discussions about infertility. So we did that a couple of
weeks ago, and then today the day where we start,
and we're going this morning. I'm going to be leaving

(30:02):
the show a little bit early, but my husband and
I are going to go and I'm going to have
like my first procedure. It's a little you know, an ultrasound,
and they're just going to be checking for certain things
and seeing exactly what this journey might look like for us.
They're going in and they're going to be poking around,

(30:23):
looking around and seeing what's going on. But my husband
and I were just so happy because this is the
first step in hopefully starting a family. We're going to
be parents no matter what, one way or another, We're
going to start right.

Speaker 1 (30:36):
Yes.

Speaker 5 (30:36):
And while I know you've been on this journey before
with Leilani, how you guys have call in and so yes,
so we're very excited. We're very happy. They told me
to take some I reprofen before I go, so it's
not going to be an enjoyable thing.

Speaker 4 (30:50):
But you've already done.

Speaker 2 (30:51):
So anybody knows the IVA process, You've already done the
egg retrieval. That's already done. They're hanging out waiting for
their call.

Speaker 5 (30:57):
Thank goodness, what did that? A couple of years ago
before I even met my HU husband. I was lucky
enough to be able to do that. So we have
a few eggs and so now they're going to go
and see if you know, if this is an option
for us to.

Speaker 2 (31:07):
Be able to Okay, so just all right, So that's
very heavy. I may not have known that, and we've
talked about this off year obviously. Yes, So today's such
a big day because they have to go in and
make sure that theater and the wall and everything else
is good for you go for pregnancies.

Speaker 5 (31:24):
Exactly right, because we are having some issues and we
don't know is it me, is it Jeff? Is it
both of us? So this is that first step in
seeing like, okay, let's let's look around and see would
get me? Yeah? Yeah, so you know it's they're they're
so great over there, and we've we've had such a
great experience so far. Are you nervous, I'm not really nervous,

(31:46):
Like I I just know in my heart I'm gonna cry.
But I just know in my heart that Jeff and
I are going to be parents. Yeah, he's going to
be a dad somehow. Yeah, and today's the day where
we start to see exactly how that's going to happen.
So I just I love that man so much, and
we are we're very very excited, We're very happy, we're

(32:08):
very hopeful. So that's that.

Speaker 1 (32:12):
I'm so excited for you.

Speaker 6 (32:13):
Joe.

Speaker 5 (32:14):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (32:14):
Thank By the way, that man that loves you so much,
as well as currently in our parking garage sleeping in
the car. Yeah, I know, we had a whole couch
you could sleep on.

Speaker 5 (32:26):
I told he's going to come up in a little bit,
but it was very early for him, and I said,
sleep in the car for a little bit.

Speaker 2 (32:33):
I heard Jill as she was walking away from the car.

Speaker 4 (32:35):
She goes, see what it's like. Yeah, this is a
tough job I have. It's not just playing music and talking.
It's a pretty hard job.

Speaker 5 (32:41):
Sounds like.

Speaker 4 (32:43):
Shock and she said that stuff too. It was so shocked.
This guy that she loves so much.

Speaker 5 (32:47):
He's going to come up in a little bit. But
I was like, it's five am. You stay here anyway.
We're very happy.

Speaker 4 (32:53):
That was very well said, though.

Speaker 2 (32:54):
It was very honest, and thank you for opening up
and sharing that, because when you do that, you help
other people out there. People struggle for tility, people struggle
with desire for family and for something it comes easy
and God bless them. For others, it is a bit
of a struggle and.

Speaker 5 (33:08):
People, you know, some people struggle for years and we've
had you know, we started trying in December and so
you know, we've gotten a few of those negative pregnancy
tests and huff and I feel for every person who
has gone through that for years and has gotten that
that negative and you don't see that second line, and
you want this so so badly.

Speaker 4 (33:29):
So the way you said that, you don't see that
second line.

Speaker 5 (33:31):
Yeah, yeah, it's just it's it's a journey that people
go on and we're the music. I'm already crying. You
don't need to play the music. Howd you get that
so quickly?

Speaker 2 (33:48):
Thank you Bell, Thank you Joe. Somebody wants to many
years ago. Tears equals ratings.

Speaker 3 (33:55):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (33:56):
Well, it's number one, number one.

Speaker 4 (34:00):

being recognized for us speaking to languages English and Armenian.

Speaker 2 (34:39):
Dude, your five year old kid speaks English and Armenian.

Speaker 6 (34:43):
Yes, he fully speaks and understands Armenian and obviously English before.

Speaker 2 (34:50):
What a superpower speaking multiple languages, absolute superpower. Do you
speak Armenian too.

Speaker 6 (34:56):
Yes, we try to speak it at home as much
as we can, just it's the English language at school, right,
He's perfected already, so we try to keep out our
meeting language too, just so he doesn't forget it's the
second language.

Speaker 4 (35:08):
I love it.

Speaker 2 (35:09):

out and take it with us, and then who gets
it in the family, because everybody is on that. I'm

Speaker 1 (47:24):
Well, it is a new music Friday.

Speaker 9 (47:26):
One of the big releases we're following today is the
newest from Ed Sheeran, a song called Sapphire.

Speaker 2 (47:31):
Flight You Flights Out Exploding like fun Woods the School.

Speaker 7 (47:40):
So on Me.

Speaker 9 (47:43):
This is the newest from Ed Cheron's album Play, which
comes out in September, the same month he's joining us
on stage at the iHeartRadio Music Festival.

Speaker 1 (47:51):
So a lot going on for ed cheron this summer.
You can stream it on the free iHeart Radio. I'm
John Kamuchi. That's today's trending music.

Speaker 2 (47:57):
Would you like to talk about some other trending music.

Speaker 7 (48:00):
So this song is called Type Dangerous and it samples
hip hop songs from growing up from er. We just
ended up working on that song because I just love
it so much. We were at a restaurant in Aspen

(48:23):
and they had all different songs on the like the
music they were playing, and they had that song and
I was like, oh my gosh, I haven't heard this
in so long, and everybody with me was like, yep,
you do love that song.

Speaker 4 (48:35):
Ladies and gentlemen, put your hands together from.

Speaker 5 (48:36):
Riot Carrie, this is amazing.

Speaker 4 (48:42):
I have not seen you in years.

Speaker 7 (48:45):
I know, been a minute.

Speaker 2 (48:47):
I did get a chance to see your Christmas show
at the Hollywood.

Speaker 7 (48:50):
Ball Though, Oh you did. Was it two years ago
or last year?

Speaker 4 (48:53):
It would have been two years ago.

Speaker 7 (48:55):
Yeah, that was the better one when it rained, It
rained and there was a mop and all that. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (49:02):
We made a big announcement this week. We also line
up for iHeartRadio Music Festival presented by Capitol One in
Las Vegas, and Mariah's gonna be there.

Speaker 7 (49:11):
I'm so excited for that.

Speaker 2 (49:13):
When you go to Vegas yourself. Then, is there anything
that we need to watch out for? Is there a
Mariah Carey unleashed?

Speaker 7 (49:20):
No, she's pretty much leashed as much as possible.

Speaker 5 (49:25):
Because we have a Vegas Valentine. When VAL's in Vegas,
he is a whole different different man.

Speaker 1 (49:31):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (49:32):
Oh yeah, yeah, he's a good time. Not a good
time normally.

Speaker 7 (49:38):
But he's a good time then as well.

Speaker 5 (49:40):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (49:41):
Jill also claims that New York Valentine is more fun
than La Valentine.

Speaker 5 (49:45):
Yeah, it's just away from away from work.

Speaker 4 (49:47):
You know, we're responsibilities.

Speaker 7 (49:49):
I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing staying here
and moving back to New York. I don't know.

Speaker 2 (49:55):
Yeah, but I would guess when you make decisions like that,
because you have twins, it's still very much based on
your family.

Speaker 7 (50:01):
Yes, And you know, it was so funny because my
daughter said she hated New York and all this stuff,
and then she was like, I mean, she didn't say
she hated me, she didn't like being there. We were
gonna come out here, and she was like, I love
La so much, it's amazing. Like now, last night she
said to me, I missed New York, and I'm like,

(50:22):
what do you mean. I'm trying to figure out where
we're living.

Speaker 2 (50:28):
Do they have a sense or an understanding of how
important you are to pop culture?

Speaker 4 (50:33):
Mine?

Speaker 2 (50:33):
I look at my own kid and he goes, oh,
that's my Daddy's just on the radio. Whatever, that's the job.
Do they have that same view for you or do
they realize how impactful you've been?

Speaker 7 (50:41):
I think they're very much. That's my mom she does that.

Speaker 2 (50:45):
I was explaining to John how you know, obviously a
lot of your first songs I was on the airplane
those songs. And when the Emancipation of MEI dropped, that
was such a big moment for you musically and culturally too,
because you came out and said, hey, this is me.

Speaker 4 (50:58):
I'm Mariah Carey. Now this is on my terms.

Speaker 7 (51:01):
No, it was. It was a moment. It was I mean,
everybody was calling in a comeback. I guess it was
a comeback. I mean I hadn't stopped making albums, but
that one really hit. The Emancipation of Me ME twenty.

Speaker 5 (51:14):
The very first CD I got from my uncle for
my birthday was your MTV Unplugged. Oh wow, and that
album I can listen to from start to finish and
like every intro to every song that you do, I
know word for word. Like that album to me made
me fall in love with you and then being a dancer.
We grew up making up routines to your songs, you know,

(51:37):
as kids, and then competing with different songs. Do you
have an artist or an album like that where you
can listen from start to finish and you know every
song or it just takes you back to just such
a special time.

Speaker 7 (51:50):
Yeah, probably Prince Purple Rain.

Speaker 4 (51:53):
God, it was good.

Speaker 7 (51:54):
And I saw the movie. Me and my friends went
to see the movie.

Speaker 4 (51:57):
I had too.

Speaker 2 (51:58):
Yeah, I remember my sister went on a date with
the guy just to see that movie. She didn't even
like him. And he came to the front door dress
like Prince, wearing all white and had the purple scarf
and everything. Oh wow, was a chance to go see
a purple Rain. And she goes, I'll go with this
lookalike Prince. Where do you want to go from here?
I mean, obviously Christmas is done, that's cornered. We've got

(52:21):
that in lockdown for you, and nobody can challenge that.

Speaker 4 (52:24):
That is just history.

Speaker 2 (52:25):
Were you surprised at how that happened, by the way,
how basically the world accepted you as Christmas.

Speaker 7 (52:30):
I mean, I don't think about it like that, but
it's Christmas, and I love Christmas. I happen to have
a couple of Christmas albums. Once you make a Christmas
album and you fall in love with it, like my
first Christmas album, Merry Christmas, which has all I went
for Christmas is you on it, everything takes on a
new luster. I don't know. It's just a whole different

(52:53):
way of experiencing making music, being involved in music. It's
the whole thing when the holiday it.

Speaker 9 (53:00):
I know, you have so much more music coming out
this year with the album. Yeah, I've heard by the
end of the year Christmas, I don't know that's the
end of the year.

Speaker 1 (53:07):
Is there gonna be another Christmas song on this album.

Speaker 7 (53:10):
That I did write a new Christmas song really in
the studio and it's really good, but I'm not going
to put it out this year. I don't have time.
We're traveling everywhere, and all that.

Speaker 1 (53:21):
You want to give its proper attention. I get that.

Speaker 7 (53:23):
Yeah, I want to do it when people are really
going to take a minute and listen to it or
put it in a movie. Oh okay, that could be good.

Speaker 2 (53:31):
Do you have a favorite Christmas movie that hits? I mean,
for many of us watching the holiday, that's one of
our favorites. We love that is the one that hits
for you.

Speaker 7 (53:38):
Elf is my favorite. Let's go Elf is a real
Christmas movie because the Holiday is just more like a
romance and all that no offense to the holiday. But
I love ELF.

Speaker 4 (53:52):
I love it too.

Speaker 2 (53:52):
But you're coming at us hard with saying the Holiday
is just a romance movie.

Speaker 7 (53:57):
Okay, I didn't mean to say that. Beautiful, beautiful movie,
and we love it, but I like Elf.

Speaker 2 (54:05):
Better weather today, Nice Sonny. Get up into the seventies
and eighties, more so in the eighties tomorrow as well.
Jill's got the entertainment headlines coming up.

Speaker 5 (54:15):
Tom Cruise just set a Guinness World Record while filming
Mission Impossible to Final Reckoning.

Speaker 7 (54:20):
I'll tell you what he did.

Speaker 5 (54:21):
Coming up at eight fifty.

Speaker 7 (54:23):
Get up.

Speaker 2 (54:27):
In the studio, Absolute treat. We have this young lady
sitting to my left hand side.

Speaker 4 (54:38):
Hit after hit.

Speaker 2 (54:39):
After hitting, brand new songs. Well, we'll talk about again
a couple of seconds here.

Speaker 4 (54:46):
Rian Cherry's here.

Speaker 5 (54:48):
Would you ever do something, you know, having your music
and movies. Would you ever maybe think of doing a
Broadway show with all your music like Michael Jackson or
Carol King.

Speaker 7 (54:58):
I've been thinking about do we show? Yes, really, but
it takes a lot of time and you got to
really focus on it and find the right partners to
work on it with and all that.

Speaker 2 (55:09):
Where do you think on a day to day basis
you're putting your most energy as Mariah Carey traveling?

Speaker 4 (55:16):
Yeah, it's a lot, is it?

Speaker 7 (55:18):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (55:20):
Do you have a favorite bag? My wife has a
favorite bag. Oh my gosh, what kind of bag? It's expensive.
I just know that it's some little pink thing and
she loves it.

Speaker 7 (55:29):
I have a pink one that's liked my favorite bag.

Speaker 2 (55:32):
I don't think it's the same as yours.

Speaker 4 (55:35):
I'll just guess it, but I don't know.

Speaker 2 (55:37):
Oh, okay, we've got Mariah Carey in studio. If you're
not traveling and you're not tied down by all that stuff,
what do you like to do with the kids. What
do you do to get off the grid, just to
have fun.

Speaker 7 (55:48):
We go to amusement parks or Disney or it's you know,
and I just tone it down.

Speaker 4 (55:55):
Do you like coasters?

Speaker 7 (55:57):
I love coasters. I like them danger.

Speaker 4 (56:03):
Oh my god, I did not know that.

Speaker 2 (56:04):
I'm terrified of roller coasters, are you?

Speaker 7 (56:07):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (56:08):
And I'm a man's man, don't get me.

Speaker 7 (56:10):
Wrong, but men don't always like roller coasters. Yes, I've
seen that.

Speaker 4 (56:16):
I feel like I'm out of control.

Speaker 2 (56:17):
I'm like looking at this kid who's like seventeen running
the controls and you didn't go to school for roller coasters,
and I get nervous up there.

Speaker 4 (56:22):
I don't know.

Speaker 7 (56:23):
Don't ruin it for us.

Speaker 2 (56:27):
It's a payback for the holiday. What else is on
the horizon for you? What else can we promote or
talk about? Because you're such a treat to have in studio.

Speaker 7 (56:34):
Well, I'm traveling all over the land this year, and
then it's Christmas and we'll see where I'm going to be.
I think we know, but.

Speaker 2 (56:44):
I would love to see you to a Christmas train
tour where you pull into every city on a big
Mariah carry like the Polar Express, some beautiful Mariah Carey train,
and that's how you travel city.

Speaker 7 (56:56):
To city oooh, that's a good idea. Maybe Disney would
go in on that one, you know.

Speaker 2 (57:04):
I think that's great. The Mariah Carey train tour. That's
how you get city to city and Disney sponsors it.
Oh my gosh, and you saved me a seat in.

Speaker 4 (57:12):
The back of the gaboose. Oh what a time.

Speaker 7 (57:14):
Come on, it's great.

Speaker 4 (57:16):
I'm gonna ride the train and ride and ride it.

Speaker 7 (57:18):
Uh oh, maybe not that song as.

Speaker 4 (57:25):
Mariah, thanks for coming in. This has been so much fun.

Speaker 7 (57:27):
Honestly, thank you for having me.

Speaker 2 (57:30):
Tell the family who said hello, and good luck with
your decisions there.

Speaker 7 (57:33):
Okay, thank you very much. Have a great rest of
your day.

Speaker 2 (57:36):
One of four three, my family, It is Valentine in
the morning. Just in fact, Mariah Carry's back to music
makes me happy, and I'm happy that you guys had
a chance to meet her and see her in person
and smell her and touch her.

Speaker 5 (57:45):
I was sweating.

Speaker 2 (57:46):
You were sweating, Yes, was not noticeable. Nobody noticed it.

Speaker 5 (57:49):
Goodness, you know.

Speaker 4 (57:50):
So that's good. John.

Speaker 2 (57:51):
Your thoughts of Mariah Carey meeting her still processing.

Speaker 1 (57:54):
I think it's insane that that.

Speaker 2 (57:55):
Was like wow, kept sunglasses off the majority of the interview.

Speaker 1 (58:01):
She did that, right, that's cool people.

Speaker 2 (58:03):
Do right, stars do that stuff all the time. It's
crazy in that respect, and didn't roll that deep. I
thought she'd actually rolled deeper because she does have her
glam squad with her at all times and stuff, And
she had a glam squad when I saw her the
Hollywood Ball and they interrupted the show to glam her
out and stuff. But that's the vibe, that's Mariah Carrey, right,
That's what you are invested in, that's what you enjoy
her persona in that respect. But I thought it was

(58:25):
interesting too, talking about her two kids are twins and
how they want to live in LA that want to
live in New York, going back and forth trying to
figure out which city is the best city for them.
And I think she opened up more about her kids
than I heard her do in previous interviews.

Speaker 4 (58:36):
So I like that.

Speaker 5 (58:37):
Yeah right.

Speaker 2 (58:38):
I don't know how she did another shows. I know
she was making the rounds at iHeart, so I'm not
sure how she did on the other shows. Of our
interview was better.

Speaker 5 (58:46):
Without even hearing the other ones.

Speaker 4 (58:48):
YEA, thank you very much.

Speaker 3 (58:52):
One four three My SM Entertainment Headlines, Tom.

Speaker 5 (58:56):
Cruise set a Guinness World Record while filming Mission Impossible
the final and it was for the most burning parachute
jumps by an individual yet sixteen. In one scene, Tom
Cruise left from a helicopter at seventy five hundred feet,
igniting a fuel soaked parachute midair, end up flying a
backup shoot after the main one disintegrated, and some jumps

(59:17):
include a fifty pound camera rig for the close up shots.
And according to Guinness Wow, no other actor or stuntman
has come close to that amount of drops.

Speaker 2 (59:25):
Has anybody seen the new movie Mission Impossible? No, My
wife saw it with my son. They loved it. This
is the only thing I would say, if you're an
anxious person, be ready because there's a lot of like
you're on the edge of your seat for a large
portion of the movie.

Speaker 4 (59:41):
You got to I just.

Speaker 1 (59:42):
Feel like every Mission Impossible movie has done that to me, right.

Speaker 5 (59:46):
Yeah, we started watching the first one, so whatever one
comes before this last one, the final reck Oh? Sorry,
my husband and I who's in the studio? Okay?

Speaker 2 (01:00:04):
I love how he goes to your microphone. There's another
mic that's open that our friend Mark was using.

Speaker 4 (01:00:08):
You want me to cozy up to your mic with hello.

Speaker 5 (01:00:11):
Look at this And director Ryan Coogler has confirmed he
has a role for Denzel Washington in Black Panther three.
This is the first confirmation we've received since Denzel kind
of let it slip last year that he's planning a
trip to Wakonda, and the director says Denzel is the
greatest living actor and confirmed that he has crafted a
role specifically for Denzel in Black Panther three. I'm Jill

(01:00:34):
with any Tim heapines.

Speaker 4 (01:00:36):
Nice job. Were you nervous? No, he's right next to you.

Speaker 5 (01:00:38):
I know, I felt like more at ease. We're relate
e Yeah, not that I'm like nervous on a normal day.

Speaker 4 (01:00:43):
Wells, you want to impress your husband with your job, right?

Speaker 7 (01:00:46):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (01:00:46):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (01:00:46):
I guess where are you going now?

Speaker 5 (01:00:48):
We are going to HRC Fertility for a fertility appointment, okay,
to get things started on having a baby.

Speaker 4 (01:00:56):
Right.

Speaker 2 (01:00:56):
Is there anything that you can tell us that if
you don't want to share a polease don't share? Like
the process is today? What's going on today?

Speaker 5 (01:01:02):
Is I forget the exact thing I want to say.
It's like a hydro sono. It is an ultrasound basically
where they're going in and they're going to inject some
sline got it to kind of look around to make
sure tull ups or fibroids and like anything that could interfere.

Speaker 4 (01:01:19):
I know what the name that. It's called the uterine
car wash.

Speaker 8 (01:01:23):
That's the we're gonna get the super SuDS.

Speaker 2 (01:01:27):
And there's a point like when you go too far,
like I took you there and then you keep going
like we just cross over there.

Speaker 5 (01:01:35):
But we're gonna go right now.

Speaker 4 (01:01:36):
Good luck all the.

Speaker 2 (01:01:39):
Board baby for the second Chance Prompt one of four
to three. My family, it is Valancine in the morning. Hi, Tina,
how are you?

Speaker 6 (01:01:52):
Hi?

Speaker 2 (01:01:52):
Good morning, Tina?

Speaker 4 (01:01:54):
Are you ready? Are you ready to hear the words?

Speaker 2 (01:01:58):
Because until you hear the words, it's not official, is
it exactly? Can you tell me you will be with
us at second Chance prom?

Speaker 1 (01:02:07):
You got to.

Speaker 6 (01:02:10):
Thank you, thank you so much.

Speaker 4 (01:02:12):
You're gonna join us.

Speaker 9 (01:02:13):
Congratulations seeing that you've won a table for four to
our second chance prom We're going through.

Speaker 1 (01:02:17):
Marina del Rey running a boat. We got dinner for you.
We're gonna have drinks and dancing and everything. It's gonna
be such a good times, awesome.

Speaker 2 (01:02:25):
Thank you so much, did you go to your first problem?

Speaker 6 (01:02:28):
No, I didn't. My family didn't have the money.

Speaker 4 (01:02:31):
Didn't have the money, gotcha? Okay.

Speaker 2 (01:02:33):
For a lot of people, the second chance problem that
we do is an opportunity to finally have the problem
they ever had.

Speaker 4 (01:02:39):
I never went to my firm.

Speaker 2 (01:02:40):
The only prom I went to was as a police officer,
and I was a dufis. I stood there with my
field training officer. His name is Rus Wiener. True story,
and I'm sitting next to Russ Wiener and Melissa Downey
walked up to me, and Melissa Downey said, Hi, Sean,
let me give you a hug. I was out of
high school as a police office sir, just doing overtime

(01:03:01):
doing security at the prom. And I go, nope, I'm sorry,
I'm on the job. And then Russ Wiener, my FTO
field training officer, goes, I'll hug you.

Speaker 8 (01:03:10):
No.

Speaker 2 (01:03:13):
Oh, my stories like that stand out. So I'm gonna
wear my police officer uniform in this prom too.

Speaker 6 (01:03:19):
Oh nice.

Speaker 2 (01:03:21):
No, it doesn't fit, not a chance of that. But
you're gonna be there. Congratulations table for four, like John said,
and we're so excited for you.

Speaker 6 (01:03:28):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 10 (01:03:29):
I really appreciate it.

Speaker 4 (01:03:30):
You got it, Thanks Tina.

Speaker 2 (01:03:31):
We got more chances coming up second Chance prom and
if you want to enter right now you can. If
you're listening to one of four to three MIFM and
the free iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 1 (01:03:39):
That's right, open it up and leave us a talk back.

Speaker 9 (01:03:41):
Click that little microphone on your screen and just tell
us why you'd like to go to Second Chance Prompt
whatever that is. Maybe I had a good or bad experience,
but do it on our free iHeart Radio app and
you could still win yourself a table for four.

Speaker 3 (01:03:51):
Free things you need to know right.

Speaker 7 (01:03:53):
Now, all right.

Speaker 2 (01:03:54):
The Disneyland resort has announced several major updates, including plans
for a new parking structure and details, and the upcoming
Coco and Our Retar attractions. Now, a new six thousand
space park instruction will be built east of Harbor Boulevard. Also,
Disneyland and revealed that in order to make way for
the new Avatar themed land, Monsters Inc. Mike and Sully
to the Rescue will permanently close in early twenty twenty sixty.

(01:04:14):
Do you have time, but it will be closing. American
Airlines flight declared and emergency landing shortly had to take
off this morning, forcing the CROWM passengers to return to LAX.
The flight was en route to Dallas. Fort Worth was
safely landed about two am. Officials have not detailed the
type of emergency yet, but an LAX spokesperson did confirm
that it was a mechanical issue. Jill is at the

(01:04:36):
doctor right now. If you're listening to the show earlier today,
Jill was opening up talking about her journey to try
and have a child, and so the IBF doctor today,
her and Jeff, her husband, are going there and it's
a procedure to just see if her body would be
receptive to something like that. Am I characterizing it right?
That sounded like, yeah, somebody called it a uterin car wash.

Speaker 4 (01:04:55):
I don't know if he's that.

Speaker 1 (01:04:56):
Well, I'll let them do the explaining of that.

Speaker 2 (01:04:59):
Yeah, absolutely, So keep her in your thoughts and she's
probably there right now.

Speaker 4 (01:05:05):
And it's probably happening right now.

Speaker 1 (01:05:06):
I hope she paid for like the exclusive deluxe one,
you know, like not just like the Chief wash you
know I used to.

Speaker 9 (01:05:11):
And then I feel like if you're going to one
of those drive through car washing, yeah, yeah, it's not
doing a good enough job.

Speaker 2 (01:05:16):
I don't think so either. But I paid for that
deluxe car washing to drive through. I do sometimes and
you know, three four bucks more or whatever, and all
it is is just more SuDS. It's more colors, right, yeah,
it's just a bunch of colors coming on your car
and then they never if you want to make a
difference in life, I'm not running for politics or anything.
I'd love to one day, but I would say, you
got to give us more time on the hair dryer

(01:05:38):
for the car. Dude.

Speaker 1 (01:05:39):
Every time I've never once that out.

Speaker 2 (01:05:43):
You're never dry and you come out of there and
the car is still wet. The car hair dryer needs
more time in the drives your car wash.

Speaker 1 (01:05:51):
There's one by my new apartment. It's one of those
drive through car washes.

Speaker 9 (01:05:54):
But there's a guy at the end with a rag
stuff that they pay to make sure that.

Speaker 1 (01:05:58):
He it's the best.

Speaker 4 (01:06:00):
He's the man.

Speaker 1 (01:06:00):
It's worth it every single time. Right, those are awesome.

Speaker 2 (01:06:02):
And I sit there with that hair dryer, I'm like,
I am not going to let's says lift off. I'll
not pulling out of this launch pad. I don't care
if the guy's behind me pulling his car on you out,
I am getting and you're inching forward, ever so slightly,
trying to time out that perfect amount of blow drying
for your car.

Speaker 1 (01:06:17):
And of all things, it's like air. It's the thing
that costs in the least.

Speaker 4 (01:06:20):
What's up thirty more seconds? Right, give us thirty more
seconds on.

Speaker 1 (01:06:23):
That thing, Sony, all right, it's valincentive.

Speaker 4 (01:06:26):
This is one O four to three my.

Speaker 3 (01:06:27):
Effect, one O four to three. Maya Film Entertainment headlines they've.

Speaker 9 (01:06:31):
Got a couple of big movies coming out this weekend
if you're looking to hit the theaters. The first one
is Ballerina. That's the one that takes place in that

to replicate Stanley's voice. Production of the film is looking

(01:07:16):

Was that public knowledge?

Speaker 6 (01:07:28):

Speaker 1 (01:07:29):

Speaker 2 (01:07:29):
