Right, Adams and Heaven on ninety three point nine Light FM.
Melissa Foreman, producer jemn you Happy Thursday, don't forget on Monday,
thirteen times a day on the twenty five, starting at
eight twenty five am to eight twenty five pm. You've
got a chance at one thousand dollars. We're paying your bills.
Speaker 2 (00:18):
All right. We've been talking about weigh in.
Speaker 1 (00:19):
It was weigh in day this week and a lot
of people are watching, you know things, what their eating,
and I want to know when you weigh yourself, like
do you do it on a Monday morning, on a
Friday afternoon?
Speaker 2 (00:29):
Do you do it in the middle of the night.
What's your plan? All right? Megan is on she wanted
to weigh in on this. Get it weigh in? Okay,
how you doing Megan? And good? Thanks?
Speaker 1 (00:38):
How are you good?
Speaker 2 (00:39):
Okay? Are you calling in with your way in? When
do you weigh in? Yes?
Speaker 3 (00:43):
So, my doctor actually advised me to weigh in every
day because as terrifying as that is, and with the fluctuation,
but he said that way you can actually pinpoint, like
if you ate too much salty food the day before,
then you know what to start to cut out of
your diet for what makes you like bloat or retain water. Yeah,
(01:09):
and all of those things. And so it was a
really good point that he made.
Speaker 1 (01:13):
I actually totally agree. That sounds like common sod. I mean, listen,
you could do it weekly. There are some people who
are able to do it monthly. But honestly, that sounds
like a great another great plan for some of us
who maybe cheat a little and don't realize, Wow, that
extra whatever really did make a difference, you know, Or
that salty pizza meal that I only had one piece
(01:34):
really wasn't a gooda you know, I agree. I think
that's another great plan. So did you start it yet
or you're.
Speaker 3 (01:40):
Gonna I have started at the first of the year.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
Yeah, oh good.
Speaker 3 (01:44):
You know's going okay. But I think the further along
in this journey, you know, I'll be able to see
more of a difference than everything as I go.
Speaker 1 (01:52):
You have to be patient. We all have to be patient.
That's the one thing we don't have are patient. And
then Megan, make sure did he tell you to you?
You got to weigh yourself every day at the same time,
so don't you did.
Speaker 2 (02:03):
He tell you that too?
Speaker 3 (02:04):
He dare specifically say that. But but yes, I think
if you were to weigh yourself like every morning, yeah, yeah,
then then you would struct to see the fluctuation and
be able to like think, gone, okay, well what did
I eat and when to say like, well maybe that
Chinese whood yeah was really high in sodium.
Speaker 2 (02:23):
Yeah. I think you have to do that.
Speaker 1 (02:24):
So, like you decide I'm gonna weigh in the morning,
I'm gonna wagh at night, I'm gonna weig in the
middle of the day. But if you're weighing daily, definitely
do it at the exact same time. Again, I'm not
a doctor, but it just seems like common sense that
you need to Yeah, keep it consistent.
Speaker 2 (02:37):
That's so exciting. Well, that's another great approach. I'm loving.
I've gotten so many good calls on this.
Speaker 1 (02:42):
I was a little I was a little like man,
I don't know about this year, but like, you know what,
now you've all motivated men.
Speaker 2 (02:49):
I can't wear sweatpants the rest of my life.
Speaker 3 (02:51):
Everybody just needs to do it together.
Speaker 2 (02:53):
Yes, I like this idea. I do like this. You've
inspired me.
Speaker 3 (02:57):
Thank you?
Speaker 2 (02:58):
Yeah, perfect, Okay, so you're weighing every day.
Speaker 1 (03:00):
We have another listener. She's weighing monthly. Some people will
like to weigh on a Friday, some on a Monday.
And even if you just hear this and eliminate one
bad thing from your diet, absolutely okay, good yay, And
then it improves our mood when you feel better when
you drop a little weight, you do that, you know,
even just a little bit helps, although you know it
rolls the ball to everything else.
Speaker 3 (03:20):
Absolutely yeah, all right, Yeah, I.
Speaker 2 (03:22):
Love you, my friend. Well, good luck.
Speaker 1 (03:23):
Will you call me and check back in, just say hi,
I want to know how it's going.
Speaker 3 (03:26):
Oh god, thank you?
Speaker 2 (03:27):
All right, miss Megan. Will you have the best day
and I will.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
I'll talk to you a few weeks or anytime you
call me anytime, okay, all right, I'll talk to you
soon
