walked in today was WHOA, that was a big storm
last night. I slept right through it, and I typically
do not slop through storms. I am just that exhausted.

Yeah, ow bad. It was water everywhere. I called my
truck big Thirsty because it loves to drink gas like
it's going out of business. And the water coming down
the hill on the street that I am crashing on
was halfway up my tires and wheels. Yes.

So there was a flash flood warning that went into
effect to last night for Mecklenburg County. At least one
hundred flights were canceled. So check those flights so you
don't have to get there too early. It could be delayed. Also,
we're gonna have a rainy weekend. This rain is not
stopping anytime soon. If you haven't looked outside, Yes, it's
still raining. Grab your raincoat. Oh well, that is not

great news. But I am glad that I prepared because
I would not have done that.

We mentioned we just came back from Myrtle Beach a

Week ago yesterday. Well, a great white shark. He's ginormous.
They've named him Contender. He is thirteen feet long, over
sixteen hundred pounds. He has been spotted off the North
Carolina coast. He was pinged at five pm on June seventh.

You and my mom are in sync because my mom
sent me that story yesterday. That's amazing.

She's like, thank goodness you did not get into the water.
And if you're still last minute shopping for I gift
for your dad. One of the greatest gifts I've ever

His dog, Nash. He loves the dog more than he
loves me.

And right now, the Charlotte Mecklenberg Animal Control they are
over capacity.

But they're having an adoption event is happening Saturday from

ninth and they're waiving all adoption fees amazing.

we were discussing the origination of Friday the thirteenth.

I thought it came from the Jason movies, which I've
never even seen a Jason movie, but I just associate
the two together.

So back centuries ago, Friday the thirteenth started with the
Knights Templar, which if you're not familiar with that group
of people in that period of time, that's okay. They
were a military group of very influential religious figures, we'll
just leave it at that. And they were formed to
protect Europeans who were traveling to Jerusalem. That was their
whole thing of life. We're gonna protect these people on

their journey. Well, then it started to get politicized and
some bad things happened to the Knights Templar on Friday
the thirteenth.

So that day, that is a terrible story, Graham, and
you're all intrigued, watching your every movements, talking with your hands,
and now my heart hit the floor.

So historically it was associated with bad things and bad
luck because something bad did go down on a Friday
of the thirteenth, and historically after that it was associated
with bad luck.

last night, but the effects of it are most definitely
rearing its ugly head today.

I was afraid to ask. I have not asked all

And yesterday I was grooming my emotional support horse, Pinto.

Oh and he's so sweet.

But he and I bumped heads literally, you know you
hit heads with people.

I am so surprised my teeth didn't get knocked out.
I have a busted lip. People pay a lot.

Of money to get a lip this size, so I
would be proud of it if it didn't have this
big red mark on it.

The first thing I thought when you walked in this
morning was like, what's up? Balboa Rocky walking into the building.

Usually I can bob and weave, just not with the

congratulations to Denny Hamlin. His family's getting a little bit bigger.

They just welcomed a baby boy into the family, so
then now they're a family of five. And because of this,
Denny is obviously not going to make the race of
Mexico City this weekend.

Happened to some of the other racers trying to fly
out to Mexico City.

So they're on the plane, all these race car drivers

He shared a picture on Twitter and he's like.

We're about to take off from Charlotte and then he said.
Speaker 2 (18:06):
Cancel that plane. Attempted take off, plane made a small boom.
We are headed back now. That is not what you
want to hear. All these race car drivers on a
plane and you hear a boom. I'm now driving the
rest of the way. I Am not getting back on
a plane.

There's zero chance that you would get on that plane.
I do not debate you would drive to Mexico after that.
