Speaker 1 (00:05):
It's called try. Rick Cheesys always say trying and place failure.
I'm like, it's still I mean, come on and we
are going to have a b beautiful day.

Speaker 2 (00:20):
One more thing on that. Not trying guarantees failure. Try.

Speaker 1 (00:26):
We're the only K Morning Show. Good morning, welcome, I
Melan and social Queen Darling and not producer. My grandma's
all right, coming up. We're going to send you to
dine in La restaurant week and we also we also
have all the details. Aussie was late to rest this morning,
a live stream, the whole family there and he had

(00:46):
a procession through his hometown in Birmingham, England, so it's
super emotional. Also, Katie Perry on a dinner date, Liam
Neeson hooking up with Pam Anderson. Is a lot going
on inside entertainment that is just as head as well.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
Jesus k.

Speaker 3 (01:07):
K.

Speaker 4 (01:09):
She's held it, kay, and she's naked my day.

Speaker 3 (01:11):
She sail it Kay.

Speaker 5 (01:13):
It's the LNK Morning Show and let's see you every day.

Speaker 6 (01:16):
I love you guys.

Speaker 7 (01:17):
Coast one oh three point five, Coast one O three
point five Inside Entertainment with Lank.

Speaker 1 (01:23):
All right, Adam Sandler's happy Gilmore Too debut to almost
forty seven million views, the biggest Netflix US film opening ever.
They have like this kind of formula they do. They
take the let's see, they calculate the stat by dividing
the total hours of the movie has been watched by
its runtime of two hours.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
Oh okay, because I was gonna say, I wonder how
many of those people turned it off after forty minutes
like me?

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Yeah, forty three different celebrity cameos in that. Hey didd
he's asking for a presidential pardon and he wants to
get out of jail at least until the sentence sing
in October. And he said, you know, I'll do it
on fifty million dollars bail. So I guess the judge
has to take that in consideration. Also, Katie Perry got

(02:08):
to a dinner date with Justin Trudeau, but after they
went hiking. So they go on this long hike up
in Canada. I guess it's this beautiful hike where you
see all these romantic views. And then he dropped her
off at her hotel and then he came back and
picked her up and they're all dressed for dinner. So
someone took a video of them, and they were animated,

(02:29):
but I didn't really see any clues, like any romance
at all.

Speaker 2 (02:33):
The chef who prepared their meal even said that he
met them and saw no PDA, so I'm glad the
chef is way.

Speaker 3 (02:40):
We're all so nosy.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
Did they get the lip readers involved? I love the
celebrity lip readers all right. Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson
Naked Gun. I cannot wait for this movie. Nisson's seventy three.
He's been unattached since his wife, Natasha Richardson's fatal skiing
accident sixteen years ago. In pam Anderson divorced her fifth
husband three years ago. But they did this movie together.

(03:06):
They really like each other, so they sat down. They
didn't will sit down interview on the Today Show. I
had never met before. I heard when Matt Own said
we discovered we had a lovely budding chemistry, a connection
as two actors.

Speaker 4 (03:21):
I'm just like, oh, this is nice.

Speaker 1 (03:23):
Let's not mold less, let's just let it breathe.

Speaker 6 (03:26):
And that's what we did.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
That's what we did. Leave Neeson so look, I think
maybe he's found I don't know if it's love, but
he's smitten that's what everyone's saying. And they're so cute together.
They were fake making out on the red carpet just
because all the rumors are going real well, they were
like joking and then they turned around and start laughing.

Speaker 4 (03:48):
You think everything he says has that same tone, you.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
Know, like, yeah, I will love you, I will marry it,
I will find you, and I will kill you.

Speaker 3 (04:01):

Okay, So before we get to what we just touched on,
the perfect Lunch for Kids and adults, I do want
to call back just really quick to yesterday's It was
about taking a nap. How people that nap are sixty
six percent happier than those who don't. Yes, just even
an hour a day. Okay, Chris left us a talk
back about it.

Speaker 12 (05:49):
As a forty year old man with three daughters, I
can say that napping has not only made me happier,
it saved my life. I nap chance I get. I
can sit down at a stoplight and take a five
second nap and wake up feeling like I just slept
eight hours. That's all important apps to have become to

(06:10):
my being. Yeah, that being definitely makes me happier. Do it,
try it, live it.

Speaker 1 (06:18):
Yeah, he's living happiness. I don't know about this. It's
falling asleep at stop late, but you know wherever you
can get it, I guess if you're being safe.

Speaker 4 (06:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
As a mom, So when Calvin was young and you'd
send him off to school, I don't know, or dar
when your kids go to camp or whatever, was there
ever guilt about sending them with a PBJ?

Speaker 4 (06:37):
Did you feel like that was just lazier or not good?

Speaker 1 (06:39):
Never nose. They love them and we'd even make them
a mask for the football team, okay, so that when
they would go to their locker area, they would always
have peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Speaker 2 (06:50):
Perfect comfort food. Okay, good and now it's great food.
It's really it's the best lunch you can have. Okay, So,
according to neurologists, the plant fats and peanut butter improve
the function of your prefunctal core text and the jelly
will correct your blood sugar.

Speaker 4 (07:04):
So they kind of work in tandem to actually be
a really good food for your brain.

Speaker 1 (07:09):
That's amazing overall health brain food. Who knew it's your
grown up glow up.

Speaker 3 (07:17):

Past one o three point five Top stories top the hour,
Good Morning of Ellen k and thankfully we didn't wash
away overnight light tsunami waves.

Speaker 1 (07:40):
Did reach our California coast around one a m. And
this after that massive eight point eight striking near Russia
was thirteen miles deep on the ocean floor, type for
the sixth largest ever. There's a tsunami advisory here in
southern California will remain in place through Saturday. And some
of the big waves that we are seeing so far,
the latest recorded six feet and then also the Bay

(08:02):
area with boats bouncing in Half Moon Bay waves up
to four feet there. LA Cannon leaders just voted to
ban law enforcement officers from wearing masks while on duty.
The decision comes after many federal ICE agents refuse to
identify themselves during recent immigration raids. Supervisor janis Han says, quote,
people are pulled out of their cars by men in
tactical gear with no faces or names. That's not how

(08:23):
law enforcement and a democracy should operate. And A scripted
series dramatizing the gambling scandal involving Ibey and Misihara, Shohei
Otani's former interpreter, is being developed by Stars. The real
life story centers on in Misuhara's theft of nearly seventeen
mil from Otani to cover illegal gambling debts. He fleeted
guilty to bank fraud and tax evasion sentence and serving

(08:46):
to four point seventy five years in federal prison, plus
order to pay eighteen million dollars back to Otani. And
we're keeping a warmth for your Wednesday Sunday clear highs
hitting ninety right now. Sixty five in Burbank, and we
are presented by Celsius Energy Drinks KOs to Los Angeles
Coast one of three point five. It is a song

(09:07):
addicted to Love. It's also the subject of our letters
to Ellen coming up, don't Love.

Speaker 8 (09:12):
It's the LLENK Morning Show.

Speaker 2 (09:15):

Speaker 1 (09:15):

Speaker 8 (09:24):
Coast one oh three point five.

Speaker 1 (09:25):
We're the on K Morning Show. It's Coast one O
three point five. We love to read your letters to Ellen.

Speaker 4 (09:29):
Write to Ellen for advice because she's seen a thing
or two.

Speaker 11 (09:32):
She is Ellen.

Speaker 1 (09:36):
Heather is hot feeling, she's feeling hot right and spicy
about her mother. It's your letters to Ellen. You can
write to us anything in your life and you need
help or advice. It is eight hundred and nine two
nine KOs t or just go to Coast one O
three five dot com. Tap on that envelope and we
get your letters to Ellen. We read them live on

(09:56):
the air seven ten on Mondays and Wednesdays. And so
this one from Heather right, Dear Ellen, I really need
your advice before I say something I can't take back.
My mom is getting married again for the fourth time.
My siblings and I are emotionally exhausted. Our dad left
when we were all under ten. Mom raised us on

(10:17):
our own. We'll always admire her strength for that. But
since then we've lived through a constant carousel of relationships.
Two more marriages, two more divorces, and now a new
fiance and another wedding on the calendar. We're grown now
with kids of our own, and honestly, we are just exhausted.
We're tired of playing nice, tired of meeting the one again,
tired of pretending this time is different, and most of all,

(10:40):
we're just tired of the weddings. It's confusing for our
kids too. They've called three different men Grandpa. How do
we explain yet another new family member, another ceremony, another
round of promises. I don't feel like she's setting a
good example for any of us. We love our mom,
we want her to be happy, but how do we
support her when our hearts just aren't in it anymore?

(11:01):
What do we do? Love the show? Thank you for
reading this, Heather? All right, Well, I don't know it
sounds like your mom is a strong woman. She raised
you on her own. I think she said, there's four
of them total. That's not easy, all of them under ten.
And so she's looking for happiness. She's finding it with
different men, but then marrying and divorcing, marrying and divorcing,

(11:23):
and I guess everyone's just tired of it.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
What about not going in full speed on this, Maybe
you say to your mom, look, I know this is
number four. You know it's not healthy that the kids
call three, not four different guys grandpa. So in the beginning,
we'll give you two holidays, two weekends a year. If
you guys make it a year, okay, then.

Speaker 4 (11:41):
We'll give you.

Speaker 2 (11:42):
We'll give you three. Okay, get to two years okay.
We're doing four to five okay, so we can slow
roll it. We don't need to become emotionally invested. Your
success will depend on how often we are together.

Speaker 1 (11:52):
Oh whoa okay, but okay, but do we all go
to the fourth wedding?

Speaker 4 (11:58):
And no, no, no, no, you don't go to the wedding.

Speaker 1 (12:00):
Oh you don't go to the wedding? No no, So Heather
should not go to the wed None of udn't none
of the kids or grandkids should be at the wedding
as their mother trades vows again with another man. So
that's your saying. Pam Anderson has been married five times.
She's now in a crush relationship with Liam Neeson. That's
what you know, everyone's saying. Anyway, she seems really happy.

(12:21):
Two grown kids, and he has two grown kids and
they're kind of hanging out. So, you know, I guess
when you fall in love, you know you have that glow.
I guess Heather's mom is glowy, okay, frequently too frequently. Yeah,

(12:43):
I don't know. I wish I knew why the marriages ended.
I would like to know that Heather didn't put that
in her letter.

Speaker 13 (12:52):
I would definitely protect my family and be careful how
I expose them to all this new stuff coming in
their grandma. Yeah, and probably just keep up high boundaries,
but be respectful.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
Would you take the whole family to the wedding the
fourth wedding?

Speaker 13 (13:10):
I probably would make an excuse for half of them
and then ask the older kids, it's up to you
if you want to go.

Speaker 1 (13:14):
Oh, that's good, to make your own decision. That's good. Well,
it's eight hundred and ninety two nine kost. Heather and
her mother. That's the fourth wedding and she's tired. She
doesn't want to do it again either. You could repeat dresses. Yeah,
that's goods. One thing.

Speaker 8 (13:31):

When you call eight hundred ninety two nine KOs two
with your guesses, the lovely Social Queen Darlene is here too.
And you could have more than one, but this happens
when you meet a soulmate. Something happens, say eight hundred

(14:18):
ninet two nine kost, and you can have more than
one soulmate that has been scientifically proven. But when you
meet one, this happens. What do you think it is.
We'll get your guesses next.

Q and A on Coast one O three point five.

Speaker 1 (14:52):
Hither Hi, maybe that's right?

Speaker 4 (14:54):
Oh god?

Speaker 1 (14:55):
It Ryan me?

Speaker 11 (14:57):
Ryan?

Speaker 14 (15:00):
Ryan?

Speaker 12 (15:02):
All right?

Speaker 1 (15:02):
Well, so Ryan, you are in your ride right now.
It says you're a driver. Is it Uber Lift or
your own private company?

Speaker 11 (15:10):
No, I'm employed by I'll just give you him a
package car delivery company.

Speaker 1 (15:19):
Do you wear the brown yes? Okay, yay, all right Ryan, okay,
So Ryan, what do you think it is? You can
have more than one, but when you meet a soulmate
this happens. What is it?

Speaker 11 (15:31):
I think you can have like the same value. All
you know, guys will giggle together a lot, so, you know,
just an instant connection kind of.

Speaker 1 (15:38):
Like a lot in common things align. Yeah, that's a
really great guess and it's a popular guess, a lot
of people saying that it is not the right answer. Ryan,
I'm so sorry, Okay, I say today, all right, we'll
do all right. We go to Rebecca Fountain, Valley High. Rebecca.
Good morning, Good morning, Rebecca. So what do you think

(16:01):
it is you can have more than one. I don't
know if you have a soulmate or soulmates, but this
happens when you meet one.

Speaker 5 (16:07):
I think it's personal growth, where you're willing to open
yourself up to new adventures.

Speaker 1 (16:13):
Oh oh, that's a great guess, really great guess, personal growth.
It is not the right answer. I'm so sorry. Try again.

Speaker 9 (16:27):
Thanks, Okay, thanks guys, Bye bye.

Speaker 1 (16:29):
We go to a castake. Hi Naomi Hili, Hey Naomi.
I am pleased to tell you that the tsunami advisory
has been called off with that giant, giant earthquake. Yeah,
so it was scary. We were, like my husband, I
woke up at one in the morning because that's when
the big waves would have potentially hit our southern California coast.

(16:50):
And then we saw that it was it was calmer
than expected. Yeah, we're glad. Everyone's okay, Naomi, So what
do you think it is? Do you have a soulmate, Naomi.

Speaker 11 (17:02):
Not at the moment, but I mean, well, maybe I
have a boyfriend.

Speaker 1 (17:06):
Okay, all right, you can for your soulmate.

Speaker 4 (17:09):
Also known as a twin flame. They call it.

Speaker 1 (17:12):
That's sweet twin flame soulmate. And when you meet, when
this happens, what do you say, Naomi, I.

Speaker 5 (17:18):
Think you're chokraate tingles?

Speaker 1 (17:20):
Ah, okay, you're chakra all right, So that's a yoga term.

Speaker 4 (17:26):
We have seven chakra points. I just looked this up. Okay,
and the one most likely to tingle is your crown chakra.

Speaker 1 (17:33):
Oh right, here's the that's the third eye.

Speaker 4 (17:35):
The crown I believe is in the top back of your.

Speaker 1 (17:37):
Really, and that will tingle. Okay, Well, Naomi and Ryan,
you're both right. Your chakra tingles. If you get that
chakra tingling in the back of your head, on your
crown chakra or the other seven or six, you've met
a soulmate. Wow. Yeah, you just want to four pack

(17:58):
to Disney Yes, do your chakrast tingle around your boyfriend?

Speaker 9 (18:06):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (18:06):
Okay, good good, all right, Well take your chakrast to
Disneyland and you get to pick your park. Have a
great time, Okay, thanks for playing.

Speaker 5 (18:14):
Thank you so much.

Speaker 1 (18:16):
We love doing it and we have Disney all throughout
the day again. Next hour, another four punk stuck her
on hold. But yeah, maybe it's a new relationship, maybe hopefully,
and she's she's starting to feel that tingle.

Speaker 3 (18:33):
This ally wakes up with the ellen Ky Morning Show.

Speaker 11 (18:38):
You guys are awesome, I love you too.

Speaker 1 (18:42):
Host one O three point by top stories, help with
the hour, and good morning, I'm ellen k And two
notes found from the Manhattan shooter mentioning CTE. The gunman
killed four people injured one morning a Manhattan office building
before killing himself. The note found with his body requested
that his brain be studied, and doctor McKee, the director
of the Unite Brain Bank at Boston University, who was

(19:04):
mentioned by name in the note, said she would be
interested in studying his brain. Tamura also left notes mentioning
that disease link to football injuries and appear to have
grievances against the NFL and football. Police found a second
note at his home in Las Vegas that was described
as an apology to his parents. Ozzy Osbourne has been
laid to rest today in Birmingham, England. A huge procession

(19:26):
tons of flowers on a bench and a bridge named
after Ozzy. Sharon Osbourne breaking down in tears as she
placed flowers on a huge pile, and the family in
tears as they say goodbye to Ozzy. And what about
this National Cheesecake Day. The origins of cheesecake can be
trades ancient Greece and the Olympics held back in seven

(19:47):
seventy six BC. It wasn't until the Romans conquered Grease
that eggs and baking methods were introduced. So in eighteen
seventy two, a New York dairy man unintentionally came up
with cream cheese because he was trying to use a
French cheese that wasn't baking well. So if you want
a cheesecake deal, look no further than Stonefire Grill. They're
offering a half off promotion on personal or shareable slices

(20:10):
of their rich and creamy original cheesecake. All right today,
Warm for you Wednesday. Sonny Clear High's hitting ninety right now,
it is seventy in Burbank. It's kost Los Angeles Coast.
One of three point five more four packs to Disney.
Come enough keb here to win.

Speaker 8 (20:26):
It's see Ellen k morningsholl.

Speaker 11 (20:28):
You guys always are very humble, talk about your problems,
and you help other people with their problems, and you
sound so genuine and so kind. And I love you, guys.
I listen to you every morning. Okay, I love you.
Everybody loves you.

Speaker 7 (20:39):
Coast one O three point five we love your letters
killing to Ellen for advice because she's seen a thing
or two.

Speaker 11 (20:45):
She is Ellen.

Speaker 1 (20:49):
Let's go to Coast one O three five dot com
and tap the envelope. Write your letter to Ellen like
Heather did. Dear Ellen, I need your advice before I
say something I can't take back. My mom is getting
married again for the fourth time. My three siblings and
I are emotionally exhausted. Our dad left when we were
all under ten. Mom raised us on her own. Will
always admire her strength for that. But since then, we've

(21:11):
lived through a constant carousel of relationships. Two more marriages,
two more divorces, and now a new fiance and another
wedding on the calendar this winter. We're grown now with
kids of our own, and we're just tired of playing
nice and meeting the one and pretending this time is different.
And most of all, tired of the weddings. It's confusing
for our kids too. They've called three different men Grandpa.

(21:34):
We love our mom, we want her to be happy.
How do we support her when our hearts just aren't
in it anymore? And what do we do? Love the show?
Thank you for reading this. It's from Heather. So what
should Heather do? So fourth wedding? They're just kind of
over it, but they want to make sure they support
their mom and she's happy. So maybe some people just

(21:55):
express their love in different ways. Her hers is let's
get married. Like, if she falls in love with someone,
maybe the next step for her is marriage. Maybe the
instability with raising four kids on your own has given
her a real need for more stability and to give
this to the family. Like here, look at this guy. Okay,

(22:18):
maybe she jumps in too fast. Maybe it's the wrong choice,
or maybe you know, maybe she doesn't notice. I don't know.
It's not in the letter.

Speaker 4 (22:28):
Well it's not. I mean you have to it's not
a great track record.

Speaker 2 (22:30):
This is not there's very little faith at this point
that this guy's going to be Grampa number four and
it's gonna stick.

Speaker 1 (22:36):
We were thinking about Pam Anderson she's been married five times.
A lot of Hollywood stars have been married multiple times.

Speaker 2 (22:44):
Yeah, like, let's okay, if I invite everyone here, Okay,
if I invite you to another wedding of mine, you
guys are gonna go.

Speaker 1 (22:51):
Okay, yeah, exactly, I know that's whatever would it be.

Speaker 4 (22:56):
We got to get to some calls, maybe the second.

Speaker 1 (22:59):
One and you've been out, not the one, but another one.
I was a groomswoman at the last one.

Speaker 4 (23:06):
I'm not asking you against the next. I don't know.
I'm still working on the guest list.

Speaker 1 (23:14):
Well, this is about Heather. All right, Melissa, what are
your thoughts?

Speaker 9 (23:18):
I think she should go to the wedding and so
she could support her mom, but she can also keep
her distance after that.

Speaker 1 (23:25):
Oh okay, just don't go around another new guy, right, Okay,
we're getting all kinds of good advice for Heather, and
thank you. We'll pass this along.

Speaker 13 (23:36):
Okay, thank you.

Speaker 1 (23:37):
Thanks went good to Jr. In Louisiana listening on the
iHeart app. What part of Louisiana? Okay, my husband from Metri.
Oh wow, yeah, you had a comment for Heather, Yes, ma'am.
So what what do you think she should do about
this fourth wedding. Her mother is inviting.

Speaker 11 (23:57):
Everyone to consider the kids, leaving it up to him
to call him grandpa.

Speaker 9 (24:04):
And I don't think I would go to the wedding.

Speaker 11 (24:07):
Yeah, yeah, Or she can go to the wedding. She
can go to the wedding, but I wouldn't take the kids.

Speaker 1 (24:12):
Okay. When my husband was little, his grandma remarried and
they called the new guy, not Grandpa, but mister Hudson.
Oh really, yeah, his name his last name was Hudson,
so they called him mister Hudson. And he wasn't there
one grandpa who passed and then it was just yeah, yeah,
so you know, I guess there's so many different ways

(24:34):
to slice it. Yes, yeah, well thanks j R. Yes, Okay,
a lot of advice for Heather.

Speaker 6 (24:41):
My.

Speaker 1 (24:42):
When my grandpa passed away, he had his second wife, Cornelius,
and we would just call her Cornelius. It's a pretty name,
yeah it is. Cornelius would come around all the time.
She became part of the family and she would make
us lemon ring pies and it was great. That was
his second, his second marri So yeah, but Heather's facing

(25:04):
a fourth wedding and it's not really thrilled about it.
It's eight hundred and ninet two nine kost. I'm taking
your calls on that and yes, Disneyland on the way,
LA waves up.

Speaker 3 (25:12):
But the L and K Morning Show, I am always

Speaker 1 (25:38):

Speaker 6 (25:41):

Speaker 1 (25:42):

Speaker 3 (26:15):
John.

Speaker 1 (26:16):
He attended the the funeral of Ozzy Osbourne today in Birmingham, England.
So it's five am our time when the procession down
Ozzy's street where he used to play as a kid
happened and the family in Elton a lot of tears
shed a lot of prayers said, I love this Ozzy
Osbourne quote. If you don't believe in yourself, no one
else will. You've got to be your own biggest fan,

(26:38):
even when you're your own worst enemy. The rest in peace,
Ozzy Osbourne. All right, Heather wrote is a letter letters
to Ellen. It's about her mother. Her mother's getting married
for the fourth time and she's just tired of the
vows and the promises and meeting another guy, the weddings.
So she has three siblings and they have kids and
they just don't they just they're over it, basically, and

(27:00):
she doesn't know what to do about it because there's
another wedding coming up in November. So Ronnie, you heard
the letter. What do you think?

Speaker 14 (27:08):
You know?

Speaker 10 (27:09):
I honestly think that the daughter is taking away too personal.
It's a mother's life and it's it's the daughter's responsibility
to support her, just like the mom did supporting her
kids while they were grown up. The kids, the grandkids
only need to call the guy grandpa. But you know,
love is love, and if this is the way she's
expressing it she wants to get married, then you know,

(27:30):
if there's fifty weddings, the kids should be there celebrating
the mom every time in her happiness. This is one
life that we're living, and why not enjoy.

Speaker 1 (27:40):
It, all right, Rod Stewart, Three marriages, five baby mama's
eight kids, and they do holidays all together and make
it a big fun thing. Everyone's blended and loving each other.
So that is a possibility. That was an avenue we
could take. That's right. Well, Ronnie, are you are you
in a relationship or married?

Speaker 14 (27:58):
You know, I lost my wife last year and she
was the love of my life and have two amazing
kids and she's mine one and only, so I'll see
it again one day and I don't need to go
through two, three, four.

Speaker 10 (28:11):
Or five marriages. I mean, I was lucky enough to
have a true love in this lifetime, so I'm very.

Speaker 1 (28:17):
Content, all right, Ronnie? Thank you, Yeah, no worries.

Speaker 2 (28:21):
Take care.

Speaker 3 (28:22):
La wakes up with the Ellen k Morning Show. Thank
you so much for doing what you do.

Speaker 1 (28:26):
Playing such great music and having such positive attitudes. You're
being positive to us about being positive, and so it
makes us feel extra positive. Hosts one of three point
five Lease Control post one of three point five boy
speaking of losing control. Where we were reading with Katy
Perry and Justin Trudeau eight at this Montreal restaurant. I mean,

(28:47):
this is a lot of food. You want to hear them,
please read share these dishes. It's a really expensive restaurant.
Katy Perry dining with former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. They're
both single. They got you, Yeather, she's performing there in Canada,
but they're in Montreal. So they had dishes like tuna
and tomatoes. They started with that, moved on to beef tartar,

(29:10):
and then they had a lobster dish that cost one
hundred dollars, asparagus nokie, and then lamb, oh my gosh,
a whale left. That's a lot to eat if it
was a date too. Anyway, they said it was super chill.
They came and met the chef and the staff and
all that. It's your letters to Ellen. Though we read

(29:30):
Heather's letter today. Heather doesn't know what to do. Her
mother's getting married for the fourth time. She has three siblings.
They have grown up and they were raised by their mother.
She was a single mother. Their dad left before any
of them were even ten, they were ten and under,
so they admired their mother for being this strong, you know,
single mother raising them. But now she's going into her

(29:53):
fourth marriage. She wants everyone to be there. It's her wedding.
And Heather said, she's just tired of meeting the next
one and tired of the vows and pretending it's different.
So she doesn't know what to do. And Laura, thank
you for calling. You've got great advice. You say, what
are you thinking.

Speaker 9 (30:11):
I really think that the lady who's getting married for
the fourth time, I really think she's feeling a hole.
There's a void that's trying to feel by getting married
repeated times. Because if it's like I heard somebody say,
it's not the one but another one, right, And so
as far as the family going, I think it's okay
to support your mommy, man, that's your mom. You only

(30:31):
get one, right, Yes, But I think there's a conversation.
I think there's a conversation that needs to be had
before she makes this next step, because it's gonna happen again.
If the if the void isn't filled with the right things,
it's going to happen again.

Speaker 1 (30:45):
Okay, then it would be wedding number five? How many
weddings can we have? Wasn't Jane Fonda? She's been married
like seven or eight times? I think? Oh, Ryan's picking
it up for me. Ryan's so fast, look enough stuff?

Speaker 4 (30:58):
Only three?

Speaker 3 (30:59):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (30:59):
Only three?

Speaker 4 (31:00):
Am I thinking of them?

Speaker 1 (31:01):
I don't know. Liz Taylor probably yeah, all right? And
Bryan only three? Well, thanks for thanks for calling, Thanks
for listening.

Speaker 9 (31:14):
You're welcome.

Speaker 6 (31:14):

right next to me when he eats his nuts. He has.
He has gotten onto my lap before, but then he
got scared and he ran away. But yeah, I always
wonder like, what is the what's the intellect level?
