All right, here we go.

Speaker 3 (01:04):
Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin are no more. Supposedly this
is the second time they broke up. Now, the last
time these rumors came was August of last year.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
I did the deep dive. It just wasn't true.

Speaker 3 (01:16):
Dakota was then seen like the very next day, smiling
walking the dogs right by Chris's house. But they say
that this time the split is reel. My son just
saw Coldplay up at Stanford. They did Stanford Stadium for
two nights because Steve Jobs launched an Apple.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
Product with Coldplay music.

Speaker 3 (01:33):
Yes, and then he shouted out Eve Jobs, Steve's daughter.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
She was in the audience. They put the spotlight on her.
No way, how cool is that?

Speaker 2 (01:40):
That is so awesome.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
But Chris was super happy, having a great time.

Speaker 3 (01:44):
I just don't think that if the split is fresh
and real that he would.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Be he'd be that happy.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
It's a great point.

Speaker 3 (01:51):
And Dakota is going to be on SETH Myers tonight.
She's out promoting her latest movie called Materialists with Pedro
Pascal and Chris Evans. But yeah, so you can watch
her on seth Meyer tonight. We'll see if he brings
it up. This is sad Aha. Singer Morton Harkett revealed
his uncurable diagnosis of Parkinson's disease.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
So one of our good friends, Nora is Norwegian. She
was just there for a week.

Speaker 3 (02:15):
That it's all the headlines, but that Morton did a
ton of interviews. He it's early diagnosis. He looks amazing.
He's sixty five, but he looks like he's, you know,
forty five, and just vibrant and everything. He underwent two
advanced brain surgeries at the Mayo Clinic here in the
States to manage symptoms and noted that the disease has

(02:37):
impacted him, but he has those really great days too.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
Yeah, so I know. He said he's going to keep performing.
He said, singing is my responsibility. Oh I love that,
So keep going. That's very cool.

Speaker 5 (02:49):
Ed.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
Who are America's richest self made millions? Oprah is the
richest celebrity and Forbes list. She came in at number thirteen,
Kim Kardashian's number nineteen, Swift, number twenty one Katy.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
Perry on the list she got in.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
She squeaked into the top one hundred and ninety seventh
on that Forbes list. All let's talk about the weenie, right,
weenie embarrassing our parents and when our parents embarrassed us.
Arnold Schwartzeinger sat down with his son Patrick and shared
his reaction to Patrick's nude scenes in The White Lotus.
Forty years after, Arnold stripped down fully and the terminator.

Speaker 5 (03:24):
I'm watching your show and I'm watching you with your
butt sticking out there. And that was in the See
the Weenie, and I said him and said, what is
going on here? I made this is crazy? And then
I said him and said, well, Donald, hello, weenie, I
do did the same thing, and Conan and determined that
all of those films you and naked. So don't complain
about it. But it was kind of like a really

(03:45):
a shock to me that you will follow my footsteps
done closely.

Speaker 3 (03:49):
That's the Weenie. But if you want a winnie, then
keep it here with us. We've got a four pack

Speaker 2 (05:01):
It's one A three point five The L and K
Morning Show. Hi, good morning, Happy Friday, Eve, fifth of June.
I'm Ryan Mano.

Speaker 1 (05:08):
Hello, I'm Social Queen Darling and our producer Mike Romos, our.

Speaker 2 (05:12):

this Saturday. I want you to join our team Santa
Monica Peer such a good cause raising funds for the
Jewel of our city. Ellen hosting this Saturday with Sugar
Ray Leonard. So what is this their eighth year together
doing it? It's pretty and it grows and grows, and yeah,

(05:32):
the whole team will be there, So come out hang
with us. Yes, time for your happiness Hack for Life.
So there's an emotion that we feel. And this actually
pertains more to men than women, and I wish it
was across the board, but it's just really kind of us.
There's one emotion that makes us gain weight because of
the things that it affects in our life. So when
we feel this, we are less likely to make good

(05:54):
dietary decisions, We're less likely to work out. It leads
to depression. Why are you smiling dark?

Speaker 1 (05:59):
Because?

Speaker 8 (06:00):
Okay, So my friend is in a new relationship and
she just lost twenty pounds. Yeah, and she's like madly
in love right now the honeymoon stage, and she she
already knows she's gaining weight.

Speaker 1 (06:10):
Yes, so I thought for sure it's love.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
I know you would think because a lot of times
when people get in relationships.

Speaker 1 (06:15):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (06:16):
Maybe because we get comfy, we just stop trying.

Speaker 8 (06:19):
You know, and you want to go out and eat
and hang out.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
I know, and there's so much more going on. Yeah,
but it's not love. You would think that's it, but
it's actually anger. So anytime we feel hostility, it leads
to weight gain. So I don't know, if you're a
guy listening and you feel like bursts of anger, it's
actually like really bad for you for your waistline. Or
if you're a woman and you have a guy in
your life and he can't figure out why he's gaining weight.
If he's angry, it's because of that.

Speaker 1 (06:41):
Oh I have one.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
Yeah heck yeah, okay.

Speaker 8 (06:46):
It made me happy. The other day, I took my son,
he's three, to go play. He's on summer break, he's bored.
And at Burger Kinge they have those playgems. Well, we
bought something.

Speaker 2 (06:56):
They still have playgyms at Burger king Yes, I think
they're the only ones that have them still, like the
ball pits and stuff.

Speaker 8 (07:01):
So he was playing and I ordered something and on
the receipt I noticed, oh, if you do a survey,
they give you a free whopper and I was thinking, well,
with that whopper, they give you a new receipt, and
with that whopper another receipt. You can just keep getting
whoppers if you keep doing survey, what.

Speaker 2 (07:17):
Is the best you can eat free forever? Don't tell
Burger King they're doing this. This is our secret coming up.
We're gonna we got a pair of tickets for you

Speaker 1 (12:33):
The first thing is quit your job. What's second second?

Speaker 10 (12:37):
I would say, buy a house for friends, family.

I am thinking by another lot of tickets.

Speaker 3 (13:15):
What a smart thing to do or buy thousands of them?

lottery is they quit their job.

Speaker 1 (13:40):
But what is the second most common thing.

Speaker 2 (13:42):
They get a divorce.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
They get a divorce, and you are going to see
tears for fears. You are right, it's get a divorce.

Speaker 3 (13:51):
I guess it's that financial independence all of a sudden
that makes a lot of people say, I'm.

of forty current seniors broke in and super glued twenty
classrooms shut, leaving them inaccessible. They also broke tables and chairs,
spray painted walls and lockers, pulled clocks off walls, and
pushed a golf cart down a flight of stairs. So far,
no arrests have been made, but school officials are asking

(15:24):

Morning Show and Let's see you every day. I Love
you guys Coast.

Speaker 4 (16:34):
One oh three point five.

Speaker 3 (16:36):
It is therapy Thursday, We're tackling your troubles with our
licensed therapist, Sarah Dash. Sarah, welcome, thank you for having
me well, Sarah, We've got a doozy for you today.
And this came in a letter to Ellen three months ago.
I discovered my husband of six years cheated on me
during a work trip. Okay, he begged for forgiveness, promised
to change, and I chose to stay. But now I'm

(16:58):
plagued with doubt and annoy you. I check his phone,
analyze every word. I feel like I'm losing myself. He
wants to move on, but I don't think I've even
begun to heal. Can therapy help us rebuild trust? Or
am I just delaying the inevitable split?

Speaker 9 (17:14):
I think in this situation, therapy can absolutely help rebuild trust.
But what she needs to see is consistent behavioral change.
That's what she needs to see in order to rebuild
that trust. And if a trusted partner violates our trust,
then we're going to experience that betrayal trauma. And it

(17:34):
can even show up as a type of like i'll
call it relational PTSD. Oh, that's the hypervigilance that you're seeing.
That's a survival mechanism.

Speaker 3 (17:43):
Oh okay, so the trust is gone.

Speaker 1 (17:48):
Is there a chance that she could move on?

Speaker 9 (17:51):
The problem is the betrayal? Okay, And so's she's going
to need to see that behavioral change in order to
feel safe to let down her guard.

Speaker 1 (18:01):
I would think that would take so long to regain trust,
he does. I mean we're talking about years.

Speaker 2 (18:06):
We're talking about several years.

Speaker 9 (18:07):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (18:08):
Yeah, And in this letter, the end is what got me.
She even acknowledges she's somewhat delaying the inevitable. I think
when you start talking like that, you might you might
be done right.

Speaker 9 (18:19):
Well, I mean she needs to know that neither leaving
nor staying is a failure. That's that's a deeply personal decision.

Speaker 2 (18:26):
Uh huh m hmm.

Speaker 1 (18:27):
Okay.

Speaker 9 (18:28):
I don't and I don't think there's a right or
wrong answer when it comes to exiting a relationship.

Speaker 3 (18:33):
It sounds like he wants to stay because he wants
to move on and just put it in the past.

Speaker 9 (18:39):
And he's going to need to commit to making her
feel safe, and she's going to need to commit to
forgiving him.

Speaker 3 (18:46):
Okay, Well, thank you, Sarah. Okay, And if you've have
any advice, I like what Sarah said. Yeah, we'll see
if we can we.

Speaker 1 (18:56):
Can save this marriage eight ninety nine. Kost the field.

Speaker 3 (19:50):
Just nice to have an extra grand laying around and
just play with it and have fun with it. It's
so easy to win here, and Kathy did it with
smooth Criminal Michael Jackson.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
I thought this is really cool.

Speaker 3 (19:59):
Spike Leader to doc you memory about Michael Jackson and
found out that Annie, are you Okay? Is from RECESSI
an It's the Indee industry standard resuscitation doll. So when
you learn, when you learn cprs with RECESSIAN or it
used to be, and so RESSI and when you're training
on RECESSI and you have to say Annie, are you okay?

(20:20):
While you're performing CPR and the dummy and so while
he was learning CPR, Michael Jackson was he liked the
beat of it, and then he was kind of like,
I wanted to put that in a song, Annie are
you okay?

Speaker 1 (20:33):
There's somebody like hidden things and songs.

Speaker 2 (20:36):
And up until about six months ago, I think you
thought it was Annie are you walking?

Three point five Top stories Top of the Hour, Good
Morning of ellen K and Well Didy Day sixteen the
trial started with expert witnesses, and that trial continues. A
friend of Cassie's given explosive testimony. So many things happening
in that trial, but just more shocking stuff coming out
of Manhattan as this Diddy trial. Hopefully we'll be wrapping

Hey, And what about this amural downtown La Kobe and
gg Brian has been vandalized again, the same one that
was defaced in April then restored. The artist now says
he intends to recreate it in a different location. It's
unclear if this latest incident was done by the same
people who did it the first time. And tummy time
isn't just for toddlers anymore. The latest TikTok wellness trend
is adult tummy time, not just about getting in touch

(22:01):
with your inner child. The idea is to spend at
least ten minutes a day on your tummy while you scroll.

Speaker 1 (22:06):
Or read or watch TV.

Speaker 3 (22:07):
Fans of the practice say it helps relieve tech nek
that dreaded hunch from staring at screens all day, and
experts agree that have done correctly. It's a great way
to stretch your spine.

Speaker 1 (22:17):
Strengthen your neck muscles.

Speaker 3 (22:19):
