Speaker 1 (00:00):
All right, you crazy judges are going to stop me.
I'll tell you what. Let me go ahead and try
this move here. All right, how about Rico racketeering charges.
I'm just tired of messing with you, So we're going
to lump this all together here. So first I want
to get your thoughts on the fact that people voted
for Donald Trump to make America safer again. Stop the
madness across the border, the insanity with gang members in
(00:22):
the cities, and getting rid of illegals across the country,
the border coming into this country illegally, and now all
of a sudden, people are going no, bring that MS
thirteen gang member back home. So your thoughts on these
judges jumping in the way of what is really common sense.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
The Democrats and these judges are absolutely insane, and the
proof is in the putting. Let's just put it that way.
They're fighting for human smuggling, sex trafficking, and murderers to
stay in this country. President Trumps sent to the White
House with a mandate he's unleashing Operation Take Back America
with Christy Nome and Pambond. So we're going to go
(01:01):
down the route of Rico racketeering charges against these trendy
are a gang members. They are gang members committing some
of the most heinous, violent criminal acts that we all
know and see. So it's time for them to get
the hell out of our country. And I don't even
see where the debate is. I don't even see the
(01:22):
what the point of debating this is? Why are they here?
Send them out, Get them to l Salvador, send them
wherever wherever they came from.
Speaker 1 (01:29):
All right, Well, was I gotta get to ask you
a question there? So you're sitting at a restaurant and
somebody pulls up next to you there, and they're sitting
there talking, and you ask them, say, what do you
have against getting rid of these people?
Speaker 2 (01:41):
Uh?
Speaker 1 (01:42):
And they look at you and go due process. They
didn't go through due process here. It's it's like the
president has just gathered up Tom Homan and said, just
go find people with Spanish last names and deport them.
Are you kidding me? Due process? What do you say
to somebody that says, well, they didn't go through due process.
Speaker 2 (01:59):
Well, I believe the United States Constitution applies to United
States citizens and Americans, and I don't know that it
protects you just because you are here illegally, already breaking
the law. So you've already committed violations of our law
by coming here illegally or staying here illegally. So Tom Homan,
(02:19):
Christy Nome Pambondie, Secretary of Rubio, all of them are
doing a fabulous job. Get them the hell out of
our country. They aren't a due process, they're owed nothing.
They're here illegally breaking the law. Not only that, but
they are sex trafficking, murdering, human smuggling thugs that are
(02:40):
committing acts of violence in our country.
Speaker 1 (02:42):
Well, you know you said it right there at the
beginning of this. They're in the country illegally. They came
across illegally. They're not here going through the federal immigration
law process to become a US citizen. And if you
come into this country, there are ways to do it.
There are ways to get green cards, there a way
to get visas, and you just can't walk across our
border and set up shop and think that that's okay.
(03:03):
We have laws on the books, and Joe Biden basically said, well,
we're going to ignore those laws. We don't have to
follow that, and I'll make sure that nobody comes after
you and worries about that. So you want to come in,
come on, you don't have to do it legally. So
that's an ugly world precedent for this country to just
have open borders and now, you know, cleaning it up
when the toothpaste is out of the tube already, it's
(03:25):
tough to get done. So talk to me about how
you think the first reco racketeering charges against these gang
members is going to help when the president's administration ramps
it up to you know RICO.
Speaker 2 (03:35):
Well, they're going to ramp it up. They're going to
be found guilty, and they're gonna be sentel Savador to
finish out their terms. I would assume we're going to
find out what happens. But I can't imagine fighting for
these people to stay in our country. That is completely
insane to me to argue that they should be here.
They came here on their own free will, and if
(03:55):
they don't want to get charged with RICO, they don't
want to be deported, then they can leave on their
own free will. No one is stopping them from leaving.
But the fact is they're criminals and they're not going
to leave on their own free will. They're going to
stay here and push push to down. So the debate
is completely mute. To me, I can't imagine anyone fighting
(04:16):
for these people.
Speaker 1 (04:17):
Well, it's just crazy. I mean America today, half of
this country is all about not supporting what we stand for.
And we were, you know, with the forefathers and where
we are as a sovereign nation, protecting our borders and
keeping crime out of our way. And it's just like, well,
you know, I got to tell you got to be
kinder to the criminals than the victims. I mean, you
got to think about what the criminals are going through
(04:38):
and why they're doing this, and can't we just coddle
them and hug them?
Speaker 2 (04:42):
And you know, its patriotism is coming back. President Trump
is giving us a patriotic hope again. He's bringing hope
back to this country. He's doing such amazing things for
Americans and America. It's going to last for generations to come.
Law and the rule of law will prevail at the
end of the day, and President Trump will have established
(05:03):
a solid legacy that we will read about in history
books for years to come, and it will be the
Golden Native America one.
Speaker 1 (05:12):
Hundred percent read. Thank you so much. Reid Rasner there,
GOP commentator, former GOP Senate Candida, Thank you very much.
