out every day, eating clean, looking better than ever.

She's tried to get me involved too, but I haven't
managed to stick with it.

Actually, Ray, he's gained a little way, says I've actually
gained a little weight.

I know I haven't exactly been keeping up my end
of the quote unquote grow old together, deal.

Yeah, I mean, you know forever or whatever they say.

You know, Ray rights that something like that. Lately, I
started to wonder if she's doing all this just for herself,
or if there's someone else she wants to look for.
I hate that my brain goes there, but I can't
shake the feeling. Am I Is it possible my instincts
are right?

Well, you know you're gonna have people that are I'm
in the perk relationship, you're in a good relationship.

You would know and you would be confident.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
Then anything, well that sounds like a good answer. Well
that's you know, it sounds.

Like that's nobody's perfectly healthy. Nothing's perfectly healthy.

There's always cracks and places for this to seep its
way into our brains.

You know, full disclosure talking to you. I wonder Quinn
got this letter first, and he asked me. He came
in this morning and he said, this is no joke,
he said, because he knows how it's going at my house.
He goes, did you write this letter? Did you at
this letter?

I know you're on Blue Sky Ray.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
Last night, I'm eating Chex Mix and I look at Sarah,
I go, what are you going? She was, I'm having
a banana, some organic peanut butter, and some flax seed.
She starts to tell me about her.

Eating there in a sports bra and I'm eating.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
Checks mix right before bedtime. I'm gonna go with what
Quinn was making was making fun of. I think you
would know, right, that is the real truth. I think,
I mean, I think we all kind of know but.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
If there's ever any situation in relationship, maybe it's not
one hundred percent at the time, and for some reason
this happens.

Speaker 4 (02:18):
It's easy to fall into that. So just talk to them.

Speaker 2 (02:21):
Quinn and I have a mutual friend.

Speaker 4 (02:22):
Or you know, following and put his link on their
phone that you can follow.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
Who got a trainer, Yeah, got a gym membership, got
two therapists. And he also had a girlfriend in another
country for a long time.

Speaker 4 (02:37):
A long time. For the record, love is love. I'm sorry.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
I feel for his wife because at the time he
was getting healthy and super fit. I remember. I'm sure
she wasn't aware of the motivation.

Speaker 4 (02:49):
I wonder if she thought about it, though she may have.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
But after the fact, when he came clean about things, yes,
I bet she put two and two together.

Speaker 4 (02:59):
Then you relive it here, you pay it through the
wine button play again.

So it does. That's a real story from a guy
we know. That does happen.

If you're living in that kind of situation in your
head a lot, then you get yourself with another therapist, therapy.
