A Donna's Grove South High School, a soccer coach and
teacher has been charged with sexually abusing a student during
the tutoring session. Her name is Christina Ormela. She's a
thirty year old teacher and coach. She was arrested during
a traffic stop on Sunday, and the arrest came more
than a year after the alleged assault, which prosecutors say
(02:02):
came to light after sexually explicit text messages were discovered recently.
Now she worked at the school for five years. She
was placed on the administrative leave with pay. She's been
charged with one kind of aggravated criminal sexual assault and
one kind of aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
Speaker 2 (02:19):
Prayers go out to that student in they family.
Speaker 1 (02:21):
Yeah, he was fifteen years though this leged victim was
fifteen years old at the time.
Speaker 5 (02:24):
And was meeting with the teacher for a tutoring session
before school. That's why. So that's crazy. That's crazy. And
the fact that.
Speaker 1 (02:32):
It's been a year and she only been jack caught
because she got pulled over on the traffic stop and they.
Speaker 5 (02:38):
Ran her name. Wow, that's nuts. Man.
Speaker 1 (02:40):
Yeah, Prayers out to that family, Prayers out to the
students at Donna's gross stop.
Speaker 5 (02:45):
Absolutely feel good story. Man.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
I saw this, Man, I got a little fired up.
Shout out to my man. First of all, passed Hannah.
Good friend over here, man, one of the flies brothers.
Speaker 5 (02:55):
I know.
Speaker 7 (02:56):
Man, always good time. He stops by the show off.
He's want to put me up on Holo, you know
black label and purple label. I ain't know nothing about
that till I you know.
Speaker 1 (03:04):
Tough past Hannah shout out past well the south Side,
the intersection of seventy ninth and Cottage Grove. Anybody that
know Chicago, that little liquor store, that Happy liquor store.
Everybody used to be out in front of that joint.
It was like a twenty four hour club. Right well,
Pastor John Hannah is hoping to breathe life into that neighborhood.
(03:24):
The liquor store attached to the building. He bought the building.
He bought the building. He was like, look, people were
just standing outside. It's real dangerous. People that live over
in the area just kept walking because it was too
much happened. They were scared to go by a spot
last made police say three men was shot the other sidewalk.
One of them was killed. Gangs standing in front of
(03:45):
that door, selling drugs to the community, pushing dope, pushing dope,
just everything. You can get whatever you want over there,
as far as like seeing like a vice, you can
get it whatever you want.
Speaker 5 (03:55):
Off seventy ninth and Cottage.
Speaker 1 (03:57):
So Pastor Hannah said, I knew that there was so
much pretent you in this community. We knew that there
were people who want to see change in this community,
and we're not gonna let the negative smother the positive.
Speaker 7 (04:07):
Well, I really like the fact that he is doing
positive things over there with the building. Now, you know
what I'm saying, gonna have therapy over there, I believe,
a Dennis office, you know what I'm saying, And.
Speaker 1 (04:17):
A grocery storerocery store, medical facility featuring dinner on counseling service,
and even leave space for small businesses.
Speaker 2 (04:24):
Yes, I think that's dope. That's great dope.
Speaker 7 (04:27):
Yeah, I mean that's that's and that's Those are the
type of things that get you excited about church and
what the church is doing.
Speaker 5 (04:34):
What I'm saying, that's the church's supposed to love that.
Speaker 1 (04:37):
And he said we do a prayer down seventy ninth
Street every year, which they do pray on the nine.
He said, we've been walking past the store for fifteen
years and finally we don't have to walk past it.
Speaker 5 (04:46):
We put a flag in the ground.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
Yes, that's amazing.
Speaker 5 (04:49):
Shout out the past behind it.
Speaker 2 (04:50):
That's amazed. That's amazing.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
Man, coming up Leon's locker room, Zach, what are the
bulls doing?
Speaker 5 (04:56):
Dog? We supposed to be They're trying to make the playoffs.
Speaker 2 (05:01):
Sorry to fuck quality quality here with me.
Speaker 5 (05:05):
All you need to know is sports.
Speaker 3 (05:06):
I'm just here so won't get fun inside room.
Speaker 1 (05:09):
On one of the seer gc oh man at Zach,
I don't know what is going on with our Chicago bulls.
Speaker 4 (05:14):
Man.
Speaker 1 (05:15):
First of all, let's get through the scores from the
NBA last night. Nick's over the heat. Interesting story in
that game, man, my man Tracy Morgan aka hustle Man
was seen sitting courtside throwing up and had a bloody nose.
Had to be wheeled out of the game on the wheel.
Speaker 2 (05:33):
Chap, I hope he's okay, wrong, man.
Speaker 1 (05:35):
He probably got a little too litty man enjoying some
cocktail or food poison. Yeah, well, I hope it ain't
food poison because he's about to get another check ready.
Cap one seventy six is lose to the Rockets, timber
Wolves lose to the Pacers, Pistons over the Pelicans, Big
one twenty seven to eighty one, Nuggets beat the Warriors,
the Kings beat the Grizzlies, and the Lakers beat the Spurs.
(05:58):
Lucas heating up with a triple double. All right, the
Bulls playing the Jazz. Another team that's saying, hey, we
won't we want to plant the flag. Well, the Bulls said, well,
let us help you. They win one eleven to ninety seven.
I ain't tripping, Okay, they gotta win. But now, Zach,
where what's our strategy? They're twenty nine and thirty nine.
(06:21):
They're right behind the Orlando Magic for the AC BUTUS
seven through ten get to play and the play in.
Speaker 7 (06:27):
And That's what I'm saying, Like, we continue to be
at the bottom of the Eastern Conference where we're not
low enough to be a draft pick the best of
the worst, yeah, but not high enough to make any
noise to win anything.
Speaker 2 (06:37):
So we just want to stay right there mediocre mediocre.
Speaker 7 (06:40):
And it's a terrible place to stay. Let's just lose
all the game's tank or how about a good jazz
stop going and forced them to. But you know when
you say that happened, man, we love the boy. We
can't stop going. Pack it out every game. It's crazy.
Speaker 1 (06:56):
Deon Sanders, Now, I will see how you feel about this,
and I want to get Ryan's Q on this too.
Speaker 6 (07:02):
Now.
Speaker 1 (07:02):
Deon Sanders is not holding back when it comes to
his stance on mandatory prayer and the use of chaplains
at practice. He said, I'm not gonna be intimidated by
a warning letter from the nc DOUBA about the mandatory
prayer and use of chaplains in sports. He said, I
believe in these practices and I'm ready to take about
despite the practices being labeled unconstitutional. Now, according to the
(07:26):
Freedom from Religion Foundation, having spiritual advisors lead the team
in prayer at a public institution is religious coercion. They
claim that the practice violates the rights of players and
staff members who don't share the same beliefs behind Sandy said,
I don't care.
Speaker 5 (07:41):
I've been doing it. We're gonna keep doing it.
Speaker 2 (07:42):
Well, you understand that that's what he does.
Speaker 7 (07:44):
You know what I'm saying. If you go to Colorado,
you understand that's part of it. So if you don't
want to do it, you know, the portal wide open.
Speaker 5 (07:50):
I agree with.
Speaker 1 (07:54):
What if your coach? What you mean, what if you're
on the staff and then you convert. Let's say you
don't you're not Roman cop for Christian, you become Muslim.
Speaker 2 (08:01):
Yeah, well, you just talked to us Prime about it.
Y'all figure it out. You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 7 (08:06):
You may be like, it may not be good for you,
but it looks like he's faith based and he's gonna
go through it.
Speaker 5 (08:11):
He said, do it. Yeah, yep. Man. What's coming up

Speaker 2 (15:04):
I'm a rip on my I gotta love her today.
Speaker 7 (15:13):
Smile Brie, it says dear Leon and Zach, I need
you try to keep it all the way weird with
me because my ex is out here spinning the block
like Ashanti and Nelly, and I don't know if I
should let him in.
Speaker 2 (15:27):
So boom.
Speaker 7 (15:28):
This is the same dude that lied, cheated and even
had a whole baby on me. That was my breaking
point and I dipped. Now out of nowhere, he's back
talking about he's a change man and ready to be serious.
He's saying he wants to marry me and build a
real future together. Now here's where it gets tricky. When
(15:48):
we were together he was broke, like struggling. But now
he's got his own truck and company, so money ain't
a problem no more. That's cool and all, But the
issue is with trucking. He always on the road, and
let's be real, if he was out here cheating when
he was broke, what's stopping him now that he got
money and more access. He's saying all the right things,
(16:11):
but I don't know if if I'm about to play
myself again, can a man really change like that? Or
is he just trying to come back now that he's up?
Should I give him another shot or tell him to
keep it pushing?
Speaker 1 (16:24):
Wow?
Speaker 5 (16:25):
This is I got you.
Speaker 2 (16:26):

It's sweaty from again?
Speaker 5 (16:39):
Okay, babby? What should this young lady do?
Speaker 11 (16:41):
Oh?
Speaker 12 (16:42):
Like the sound thing?
Speaker 4 (16:43):
She should chop it up and let this do.
Speaker 12 (16:44):
Because it him being on the road, he's gonna be
doing all types of things he's gonna be thinking women's
weigh him on the road and driving him back to
the city. You know, as man as I had that
does that, she might as well just chop it up
and do the shop this morning, that's all.
Speaker 2 (16:57):
No, she shouldn't. I disagree.
Speaker 12 (17:02):
Through the shop, he gonna be taking females with him.
Speaker 5 (17:05):
That's where your car road.
Speaker 3 (17:09):
Side.
Speaker 12 (17:09):
They got that dad back there in that truck.
Speaker 5 (17:12):

Speaker 1 (17:16):
A six six eight A five one seven five. Continue
to hit us up at GC I one on something
five GC shot number one for hip hop and R
and B. That was Dosa category Hills with my guy
in the middle of loving malivm Man.
Speaker 5 (17:30):
Should she stays? Should she go?
Speaker 7 (17:31):
Well, there's a lady who wrote in and basically said
her ex is trying to spend the block. He had
a side baby on her once before. But the thing
is that was when he was broke. Now he got money,
got his life together, got a truck and company and
wants to be back with her. But she's like, I
don't know if I could trust you, because I couldn't
trust you when you was broken at home. Now you're
gonna be on the road and you're making money. I
(17:52):
feel like you're gonna be out here cheating. She wants
to know what should she do?
Speaker 5 (17:56):
A six, six eighty five, one on something five, let's
go to the phone lines? Who this wait? Check? Been
from love on to light.
Speaker 4 (18:02):
So she mind was just stick it out. Man. He
already got the teeth part over with man, he wanted
to marry us, He got his career going, the tea part.
So she just needs to start being here the cure.
But she messed up beat over at that job.
Speaker 2 (18:18):
I agree, look, and I never agree with him.
Speaker 12 (18:21):
He the ball out.
Speaker 4 (18:22):
Look, he the ball out. While while he was broken,
now he got it. Now he wants the brother depended
on his other.
Speaker 5 (18:29):
Yep, yep. I would tell my daughter he can't keep
running and.
Speaker 3 (18:34):
Out of your life. So you need to keep running
and leave girl.
Speaker 1 (18:40):
And you already you're gonna have to deal with the
baby mama for the rest of your life from that
broke days.
Speaker 5 (18:45):
So just go ahead, say enjoy your life.
Speaker 2 (18:46):
That I can't do it. I think I cannot do it.
I disagree.
Speaker 7 (18:49):
I think if a man, when a man gets some
money and some paper and the stuff, together. He gonna
go after what he wants. If he want to be outside,
he could just stay outside. He got money now and
he travel all the time. He ain't gotta come back
and get you. You know what I'm saying, she said,
is he just trying to come back now.
Speaker 5 (19:04):
That he's up.
Speaker 2 (19:05):
When we get up, we usually leave the fact that
he's up and coming back for you. Lets me know
that he wants you.
Speaker 1 (19:10):
No, he's coming back because it ain't nothing out there
but bombs, And you're like, he ready to be something good,
But you raised a whole nother human.
Speaker 2 (19:17):
You ready.
Speaker 5 (19:18):
You can't keep running in and out of my life
with NB ivy.
Speaker 2 (19:24):
He is ready for.
Speaker 5 (19:28):
Cargo.
Speaker 1 (19:32):

So people, all right, it's that time of the day
that everybody loves one person gonna be absolutely pissed as
Leon's goofy as person today. But I'm not doing no
goofy today. I'm giving a shout out, man past the
hand of man. You doing your thing. This is what
passes are supposed to do for their community. Man, step
(20:19):
up and make the community better shape. The Lasstcape, he
saw it was an eyesore over there on Sunday night,
the cottage Grove. He saw that his people, his parents,
were scared to walk past that place and everything that
was happening to the detriment of that community. Yes, now, man,
I'm gonna change it and make it a beacon of hope.
I'm gonna put a dentist office over there. I'm gonna
put groceries because a lot of our neighborhoods are food deserts.
(20:41):
We don't have fresh vegetables and stuff. You know, I'm
gonna put that over there. I'm gonna put mental health
therapy and stuff over there, which a lot of us need.
And then I'm gonna just make the building clean and
an overall safe space for everybody in that community. I
took my hackey on.
Speaker 4 (20:54):
That, man.
Speaker 1 (20:54):
You know, sometimes people get caught up and building up
their church and putting all the facilities in there, but
he's putting it out in the community.
Speaker 5 (21:01):
Appreciate you that for that. Brother. You know, I always
been a fan of yours. Whatever.
Speaker 1 (21:05):
That's one pastor that got me to come to his
