Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to another episode of Tell You Yesterday. Cambell two
country cruise with Russell d Dude.
Speaker 4 (00:06):
That was awesome.
Speaker 3 (00:06):
That was so much fun.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
Okay, I out of like the country cruises that I
have been on over the last two and a half
years since becoming a part of Kamoo two.
Speaker 3 (00:16):
They've all been so much fun.
Speaker 2 (00:17):
But there was something special about the one yesterday where
the energy was so different.
Speaker 3 (00:22):
It was so fun and it was.
Speaker 4 (00:24):
The biggest, most packed, it was so bad.
Speaker 3 (00:26):
Part of crazy it was people were.
Speaker 4 (00:28):
Drinking because they didn't weren't at work before. That's another
part Sunday.
Speaker 1 (00:31):
Another part is is we weren't up at three in
the morning yesterday last morning, so that we had a
little more energy to have a little fun on the
boat yesterday.
Speaker 4 (00:39):
Yeah, So that that's what kind of all happened. And
he was a blast.
Speaker 2 (00:42):
He has such a great energy, he's so much fun.
And the way that everybody like stood up and got
really into this thinging happened to me at the end
of the at the very end, so fun, so cool,
and Russell's just such a neat guy.
Speaker 4 (00:56):
And it's all on our soul soils.
Speaker 1 (00:57):
If you want to go relive the experience if you
were there, or go live it even for the first time.
That's one thing that's really cool. I mean you talk about,
you know, social media and how it can be the
downfall of society and how awful some stuff is, but
it's cool and stuff like this where maybe if you
weren't able to make it yesterday for whatever reason or
we you know, you didn't win tickets or something, you
can go at least experience the whole dog On thing.
(01:18):
Because there's so much video and audio. With the video
about everything that happened yesterday, you're gonna feel just like
you were there. I mean, it's gonna be different, but
it's just it's so cool all the stuff that was
captured and now I have to do is go on.
I really looked for Russell Dickerson. You'll see a whole
bunch of stuff on our boat yesterday.
Speaker 2 (01:35):
Well, and what a neat weekend in general, because not
only did we have Russell Dickerson yesterday, we also had
Chris Jansen on Friday, Busy, Busy, Busy, which was really
really fun.
Speaker 3 (01:43):
That was cool to have him in the studio, especially
because he played along with our squirrel games.
Speaker 4 (01:48):
Which I loved Russell did a little bit too.
Speaker 3 (01:50):
He did, he did.
Speaker 1 (01:51):
I asked russ I said, hey, can you work in
God gave me a squirrel? And he's like, huh huh,
and then Must showed them the I'm sorry Doves. Doves
showed him the picture. Dub showed him the picture that
we made of God giving him a squirrel handing over
his score. He thought it was awesome.
Speaker 4 (02:07):
It was ai.
Speaker 1 (02:07):
Interpretation obviously, and then he made a little adjustment at
the closing of the song yesterday. So but Jansen, I mean,
he went up, he worked it right, and he just
he redid part of the song.
Speaker 4 (02:18):
He did the hook for us on Friday, which is cool.
I think he kind of liked that.
Speaker 3 (02:21):
Actually, I think so too.
Speaker 2 (02:22):
Yeah, you can see video of that on the Chris
Carr and Company Instagram and Facebook as well.
Speaker 1 (02:27):
So there's a lot of experiences that you only get
by just hanging out with us, and that's what's really cool. Yeah,
this is the stuff that the streaming services can't do exactly.
Speaker 2 (02:36):
Yeah, because you don't have events like this. You can't
and especially free events too.
Speaker 1 (02:41):
Not like this now where you're up close personal touching
the stars, getting selfies and all that kind of stuff
like a lot of people did yesterday. Some people in
the back of the boat just getting plowed Boss Brad Yeah, no,
he was talking to somebody else. Yeah, but no, but
now it's Brad. Brad is Brad is our boss now running.
Speaker 2 (03:01):
I think he was talking about like his buddy Brad
or something, somebody that was like sitting by him. But
it was funny the way that everybody just kept on
like shouting song requests at Russell, and he was.
Speaker 4 (03:11):
Just like, band.
Speaker 2 (03:15):
Like it, we already did that.
Speaker 4 (03:17):
That was the drunk guy.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
That's the guy that in the middle of nowhere else
he goes on Wisconsin and everyone's like.
Speaker 4 (03:28):
What do you want?
Speaker 1 (03:29):
You want the march what he wants?
Speaker 3 (03:36):
Even was like huh.
Speaker 1 (03:42):
It was so funny, lot of fun Yeah, and everybody
needs to get on one of those.
Speaker 4 (03:45):
We'll do more next year.
Speaker 2 (03:47):
Russell was even fist bumping people that were in the
front row and like getting like cheers in with them.
Speaker 4 (03:53):
It was very cool. Oh yeah, he had a bloody mary.
Speaker 3 (03:56):
He had more than one, I believe that.
Speaker 4 (03:58):
Yeah. It was a little nervous because it was next
to those electronics.
Speaker 3 (04:02):
I was like, I don't know who those are.
Speaker 4 (04:03):
Hopefully it doesn't spill.
Speaker 3 (04:05):
You had it sitting on top of the speaker.
Speaker 4 (04:07):
You know, kno ken would I've never seen that happen.
I haven't seen that happen.
Speaker 1 (04:11):
And we do these shows and there's speakers and there's equipment,
and they've got their pedals and all that stuff, and
these drinks are sitting there shaking on speakers and wobbling
and like moving towards the edge and like the end
of the it's almost like they tied the end of
the song to watch this bloody mirry or whatever his
beers moving to the edge of the speaker, and then
it's like, Okay, song's done, go take a sip, move
(04:31):
back to the middle, and then it.
Speaker 4 (04:33):
All over again.
Speaker 3 (04:34):
Maybe they do it might be very intentional.
Speaker 1 (04:35):
I sit and I watch and I'm like, Dann, God,
I should have taken video of that.
Speaker 4 (04:42):
But it was a blast yesterday.
Speaker 1 (04:43):
Yeah, I was still tired after the man he's sitting
out there on the boat and you know, hanging out
and stuff. He had a little pregame going on before
that as well.
Speaker 3 (04:51):
It's good times, a little pregame. It started at eleven.
Speaker 1 (04:54):
On a Sunday on Sunday, some of us are a
little more experienced than others.
Speaker 4 (04:58):
You know what I'm saying, Dude, you're in Stillwater? What
do you do?
Speaker 3 (05:02):
Still?
Speaker 4 (05:02):
Did you guys do after you bail?
Speaker 3 (05:06):
What do you mean? Bail on?
Speaker 4 (05:06):
You?
Speaker 3 (05:07):
You left with your friends and family?
Speaker 4 (05:08):
Where'd you guys go?
Speaker 2 (05:10):
Hawthorne and I took a little walk and then we
grabbed ice cream at Minnesota and ice cream?
Speaker 4 (05:14):
Ooh nice? Nice?
Speaker 2 (05:15):
Yeah, it was really it was good. It was really
really nice. Weirdly, there's in still Water. There's three ice
cream shops right next to each other, part of the
same building, doesn't matter.
Speaker 3 (05:26):
Yeah, they were all busy. It was wild. It was
so weird.
Speaker 4 (05:29):
The same person, I don't think.
Speaker 3 (05:31):
So they'd all look very very different.
Speaker 4 (05:34):
Imagine that.
Speaker 3 (05:35):
Yeah, right, they.
Speaker 2 (05:36):
All had a different esthetic, I guess, But they didn't
seem like they served super different things.
Speaker 3 (05:41):
I guess. I didn't look super closely.
Speaker 4 (05:43):
But of flavors and what else do you need?
Speaker 3 (05:47):
I guess I don't know.
Speaker 2 (05:48):
So we got ice cream and then walked back towards
the car. So it was it was fun. It was
My hips were stiff for some reason.
Speaker 1 (05:55):
If you're just listening for the first time. Sam here
is pregnant. The hi female voice that.
Speaker 3 (05:59):
You that's me.
Speaker 2 (06:00):
Yeah, we were gonna leave, but then I was like,
I actually think I need to go for a walk
because my hips are kind of killing me. Sometimes if
I sit for too long, they get like really stiff.
Speaker 3 (06:09):
It's weird.
Speaker 2 (06:10):
Or the baby must get into some position or something
and then all the muscles around it just stiffen up.
Speaker 4 (06:15):
I don't know, contracting. Weird.
Speaker 3 (06:17):
Yeah, and I learned that the baby is well.
Speaker 2 (06:19):
Last week it was the size of a corn cob,
which to me, I'm like, that thing's getting huge.
Speaker 1 (06:23):
Well, it depends a full grown corn, not a full
grown corn cob.
Speaker 3 (06:26):
Yeah, I mean the picture was a full corn cob, a.
Speaker 1 (06:28):
Full one, like a great big sweet think of sweet corn.
Those things are huge, I know.
Speaker 3 (06:33):
But then I think this week, okay.
Speaker 4 (06:35):
Look, well you're about ready.
Speaker 1 (06:36):
Then well, how big of this thing gets I'm.
Speaker 3 (06:41):
Not even that far along.
Speaker 2 (06:42):
Well, but it's weird because when you look at the
monthly like different fruit sizes that your baby can be,
it doesn't make any sense. So you've got the ear
of corn last week. They don't make sense. They like
alternate and change So last week was an ear of corn.
Now this week it's gonna be the size of an eggplant,
like eggplants sizes, right, Yeah, I realized that as soon
(07:04):
as the picture popped up.
Speaker 4 (07:05):
Well, it's not like there before.
Speaker 3 (07:09):
So I've got it. I've got an egg plant now
sitting on muscles.
Speaker 4 (07:15):
Yeah, moving on, what's next week? Next week?
Speaker 2 (07:17):
Next week is going to be a spaghetti squash, which also, hello,
I feel like it is huge. Yeah, but not as
long as an ear of corn. So I don't really
know how they get all of their Yeah, I don't
know things. Yeah, measurements really strange.
Speaker 4 (07:29):
Well, we're happy.
Speaker 3 (07:30):
We can't wait, tubbs. What did you do after the cruise?
Speaker 4 (07:33):
We went to the freight house and had like a lunch.
Speaker 1 (07:36):
That family parties, Lauren's family. They must really just like
they just live for life.
Speaker 2 (07:42):
They do.
Speaker 4 (07:42):
You got to love that. Yeah, they're all about experiences.
Speaker 1 (07:45):
Yeah, and they have a pontoon they do. I mean
that's just makes it even better. That just makes everything fun.
Speaker 2 (07:50):
Yeah, they're always doing like fun things on weekends the boat.
Speaker 4 (07:53):
And do they work, yeah, cheapers, they're always doing something
like that.
Speaker 3 (07:59):
They probably worked during a week. We don't hear.
Speaker 4 (08:01):
He goes out on the boat through the week, sometimes too.
Not recently, oh y, not recently, Okay, I thought you did.
All right.
Speaker 3 (08:09):
Do they live on a lake or close close by?
Speaker 1 (08:12):
They leave the boat at his Yeah, they leave the boat. Well,
maybe don't stick the boat out. He doesn't want to
talk about it in the air.
Speaker 4 (08:18):
That's what it is. Yeah, on the pontoon. Blah blah blah, like,
oh that's kind all right, in laws, it's like what
the heck is like?
Speaker 1 (08:26):
Oh yeah, attached it to the back of that equinox
and where you went right the pontoon.
Speaker 4 (08:31):
I'm sitting there thinking, I'm going no, you're just out
of wheel. I'm on the back wheels of the equinox. Yeah,
the middle of the week he was out. He's like no, no, no, no.
Speaker 1 (08:42):
On the weekends, I don't even know what you're talking about.
Speaker 4 (08:46):
It to me to blow that deal.
Speaker 1 (08:49):
