Speaker 3 (04:28):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (04:30):
Being a parent's really hard. It might be the most
challenging thing I've ever done. And there's some advice I'm
curious to you guys think if this is good advice
or bad advice? Telling a kid to not be a tattletale?
Is that good advice or bad advice?
Speaker 3 (04:47):
I think it depends on the situation, because if your
friend is telling you that they want to hurt themselves,
then you should tell someone.
Speaker 9 (05:00):
So then should you tell a kid to not be
a tattletale?
Speaker 2 (05:04):
No?
Speaker 9 (05:05):
Okay, so it's bad advice.
Speaker 1 (05:07):
Yeah, GIMPI nobody likes a snitch for one and two kids.
They can't differentiate what's important and what's not, so they
just tell on goddamn everything and it gets annoying after
a while, it really does. It's like, I don't care
if Timmy took your lollipop, it'll be fine, you know.
(05:30):
So I've always been like, no, don't tattle. Come on now,
I'm not from the camp of don't snitch on people.
Plenty of people snitch on people, and what happens to them. Nothing,
They get stitches, nothing. No, that's not really a thing
unless you go to prison.
Speaker 9 (05:49):
And I think it's important when some and this is
what I tell my kids, I say, if you see
somebody getting hurt, you should tell somebody.
Speaker 1 (05:58):
All right, that's not tattling though, that's not tattling. Uh,
Tommy pulled my hair, that's tattling. Yes, somebody getting hurt.
Sally took my shoes, that's tattling.
Speaker 9 (06:12):
Yeah, you don't need to do that. I mean, you're
committing a crime.
Speaker 1 (06:14):
I guess. I guess they're kids.
Speaker 9 (06:17):
Yeah, that's why it also doesn't matter to tattle, because
they're kids, right, Like, they'll figure it out.
Speaker 1 (06:25):
Willy though, will they?
Speaker 9 (06:27):
Because they meet us as adults to guide them.
Speaker 1 (06:30):
And you know, if if you as adults aren't guiding
your children, then it's willy nilly. And then they become
willy nilly adults. I don't know if that's true. I
think then we had I liked using the Ted Bundy reference.
Do you think his parents just willy nilly? Oh? You
know I wasn't with him, and I agree, but I'm
just using it. I'm just using an example, like across
(06:50):
the board. You think of anybody who's done a heinous crime,
do you think their parents weren't giving them things like hey,
don't snitch and stuff like that. Right like to think that,
you'd like to thinking, but you don't know, because we weren't.
We weren't there. You would like to think that Ted
Bundy's parents raised them right way, but they could have
been total neglectful assholes and we don't know about it
because we weren't.
Speaker 3 (07:10):
There, and we don't even know if they raised him.
Speaker 9 (07:12):
Right now, the one stop crying good advice or bad advice?
Lindsay bad advice.
Speaker 3 (07:21):
I hated it when I when I cried, my dad
would say, stop crying, I'll give you something to cry.
I hate that would just make me cry harder because
you're being mean to me. And then what are you crying?
Speaker 8 (07:35):
Meaning me?
Speaker 3 (07:35):
Well, stop crying. I'm gonna give you something to cry,
and then I would cry harder because you're yelling at me.
I can't stop crying if you're yelling at me, So
that's bad advice. Kids are human, They're gonna cry.
Speaker 1 (07:47):
Gimpy, suck it up your pussy. You'll be all right, Okay.
I don't care if you cry or not. Don't cry cry,
I don't care. I don't. As Gimby demonstrated with his vasectomy,
things affect people differently. Yes, who am I to tell
you how it should affect you. Are they crying because
they spilled the Ryan scream? Or are they crying because
(08:08):
they hit their head on the wall. Not gonna lie.
Speaker 9 (08:10):
There's been times I've spilled ice cream and wanted to
cry because I was really looking forward to it. Clean
your plate. There are starving kids in wherever. Good advice
bad advice.
Speaker 3 (08:22):
So hmmm. I once wrote an article that said, that's
why we have obese children is because we make them
clean their plates and eat everything on their plates, when
in reality we are overfeeding our children. But at the
same time I grew up with that, I think we
all did, like you got to eat everything or take
(08:43):
all you want, but eat all you take. I'm on
the fence with this one because I do.
Speaker 9 (08:52):
Right, You're on the fence of almost all of you
so far.
Speaker 3 (08:54):
No this one especially because I do feel like you
should know to take eat all your food. Yeah, there
are start. Yeah, I'm gonna say, eat all your food.
Speaker 1 (09:07):
So you're this is your good advice. I am got it.
I agree, this is good advice. It's wastefulness, all right,
and you shouldn't be wasting things. There are starving kids
in China and in Africa and all over the world,
and you're lucky that you have food right now because
there's a lot of kids that don't get that food,
(09:27):
so you better eat it all.
Speaker 3 (09:30):
Yeah, my kids too will be like I'm finished. Okay,
you're not going to finish that at all. No, and
then two minutes later like, can I have dessert?
Speaker 1 (09:38):
See that that's another thing. Yeah, you should ate all
your goddamn food exactly. If you'd eat all your food,
then maybe you could have some dessert. But no, you
said you were full at that time and that you
were done, so don't come at me five, ten, fifteen
minutes later and be like oh boom hoomer again. Well,
goddamn it. Listen, there's half a pork chop in there
that you didn't eat. Go finish it exactly.
Speaker 9 (10:00):
I don't care. I don't care if you finish your
food or not. I don't finish my food sometimes I
don't think it's a big deal. And maybe this is
because when I was little, my parents would make me
sit in the dining room and finish food I didn't like,
like turn off the lights.
Speaker 1 (10:22):
I had have to do with the same thing, and
I think that that wasn't cool. So maybe that's where
that comes from for me. Scored, maybe deep and emotionally.
Maybe I don't know if deep and emotionally I don't
cry or do math because of it. But we don't
know that. You don't let people over at your house,
so we don't know if you're doing meth and ball
(10:43):
in your hockey. To be fair, if I was doing math,
probably wouldn't do it in my house, right, You would probably
be a lot thinner too.
Speaker 9 (10:50):
Hey, that was weird. Why do you have to attack twice?
Speaker 1 (10:59):
All right?
Speaker 9 (11:00):
What's the next one? Work smart not hard? Good advice,
bad advice, Lindsay.
Speaker 3 (11:10):
I haven't heard work smart not hard. I've heard work smarter,
not harder.
Speaker 9 (11:14):
I think that's the same.
Speaker 3 (11:15):
Okay, then yeah, I think it's good advice.
Speaker 1 (11:18):
Say more.
Speaker 3 (11:20):
I mean, it's just it's teaching them easier steps like
doing maybe lawn work or something. Work smarter, not harder.
There's easier ways to do something. So if you're showing
them the easier steps to doing something, then yes, it's
good advice as long as you're you're teaching them the
(11:41):
easier way, the smarter way.
Speaker 1 (11:44):
Gimbi, I love this. It is absolutely good advice. There
is nothing wrong with doing things smarter and easier so
you don't have to deal with a bunch of bs.
Prime example, our old boss would get so mad because
we take certain shortcuts or do things a certain way
(12:05):
because it's easier, it's quicker, it's faster, and he gets
so pissed off about it. And my rebuttal to that
is the cotton gin was invented because people got tired
of honkering down and picking cotton. All right, so it's
not being lazy, it's called innovation. I felt like trauma
(12:26):
just a little bit.
Speaker 9 (12:28):
Uh, I am.
Speaker 1 (12:31):
I'm not a I think children should learn hard work,
so I think it's important to learn hard work. With
that being said, not everybody is cut out for hard work,
and if you can, you know, work smarter. Okay, But
I don't think it's a bad thing to learn how
to work hard. No, there's a difference between working hard
(12:52):
and barely doing it. You see what I'm saying. You
work hard, you get the job done. It looks good,
you have asset you just yeah, you check the box.
It got done. But it looks like hot garbage, you
know what I mean. So hard work, you can still
work hard and smart all at the same time. You
know what I mean.
Speaker 9 (13:10):
Okay, I'm just telling you in my opinion, like I
think that it is important for people kids to learn
how to work hard.
Speaker 3 (13:17):
There's I mean, but there's you can still work hard
and just take simpler things like Marcus does. He mows
our lawn and that is one of his weekly chores.
And it can be as simple as when they're when
the kids are pulling weeds, pulling the garbage can closer
(13:37):
to them instead of you know, taking the weeds to
the garbage can pull the garbage can closer to you,
So you don't have to work that hard. You know,
simple things like that.
Speaker 9 (13:48):
Yeah, it's all subjective. It's pretty much the rost absolute right, right.
Nobody's asking your kid to mow the yard with the
push mower than with the blades, right.
Speaker 1 (13:55):
Like they did fifties. Right, you used to have one
of those.
Speaker 9 (13:59):
I'm just saying that I don't.
Speaker 1 (14:01):
Sometimes working smarter implies you cheated or took a short cut,
and there are places for that. But I think it's
important for kids to learn how to work hard. Last
one here. Winners never quit. Good advice, bad advice, lindsay.
Speaker 9 (14:18):
Good advice, say more.
Speaker 3 (14:21):
I so in our in our house, if you sign
up for a sport, you have to play the entire season.
You don't quit mid season. And if you don't want
to play the following season, that's fine. But you're not
giving up. You signed on to a team and you're
going to fulfill that commitment. And whether you win or lose,
(14:44):
you're not quitting. That's just it, Like it's how it works.
And you just don't give up.
Speaker 1 (14:57):
Okay, GIMPI absolutely Winners never quit and quitters never win.
All right, how are you going to how you're going
to win the game if you quit halfway through? All right?
You just you just can't now not all people who
finish the race or the game are going to be winners,
i e. First place. That's that's just the harsh truth
(15:19):
of it. You're not going to be number one all
the time, Ricky Bobby. It'll be fine. But you know what,
you gave it your best, You saw it all the
way through, and you you finished. You finished what you started,
much like you I Dinna, you finished what you started.
Speaker 9 (15:37):
Plenty of people who win quit things. I still think
quitting's a big deal. I think commitments important. That's different.
But to imply that if you don't quit, you'll win
is not accurate. Plenty of people quit things all the time. Coaches,
Kobe Bryant, people quit things. I don't see what the
(16:02):
big to do is.
Speaker 1 (16:04):
I think it's worse to tell a kid you'll be
a loser if you don't do this, This is my opinion.
But telling someone adults quit things all the time. I
think there's a difference between a job and smoking and habits.
(16:24):
You see what I mean. Like, if I never would
have quit math years years years ago, I probably wouldn't
be here right now, you know what I mean? So, yes,
as it is fine to quit some things, you shouldn't
instill that like, you know, because at least in my
opinion anyway, you know a lot of people, a lot
of kids will will start something, well, I don't like this,
(16:44):
and then and then quit and then they they You've
got goddamn Methew Matt on your hands, who has a
hundred projects at the house because he started on one,
quit that one, started on another one.
Speaker 9 (16:57):
Ooh, squirrel got another one star? Did you see what
I mean?
Speaker 1 (17:01):
So as opposed to just starting your project, finishing that one,
moving on to the next one, you don't have a
million unfinished things lying around. Yeah. I think that's an
accurate example. I just kind of have the mindset of
I think the problem with society is too many people
are afraid to try things because they're afraid they won't
be able to quit it later. They're afraid to fail.
(17:21):
And I think failing is a good thing. Failing is
a good thing. That's how you learn right. To fail
means you quit, not necessarily. To fail means you didn't
do it up to standards. Quitting is the ultimate fail,
absolutely one hundred percent. Quitting is the ultimate fail. That's
why I quit. I'm done. I ain't messing with this anymore.
But if you did it, you did everything you could.
(17:42):
What do you say, you tried your best, you did
your best? Whatever the hell that phrase is that you've
been using lately.
Speaker 9 (17:47):
Do your best, do the most you can, the best can.
Speaker 1 (17:49):
Yeah, absolutely so with that, you know, if they're not
doing the most they can and not doing the best
they can, you know, and then you just quit whatever.
They'll never know the end result. But you did the
most you can, you did the best you can, and
it still didn't work out or whatever. That's life. That's failure.
That sucks, but you learned your lesson for the next
time that you get into something.
Speaker 9 (18:10):
I think this is also kind of connected to the
food thing and me having you sit at the table
like it's okay. I didn't want to fit eat the
bell peppers, right, I don't need to finish. I can
quit eating this if it's okay to go. This ain't
for me, right, yeah sure? As an adult.
Speaker 1 (18:30):
As an adult, I think with kids, your rights are
very limited, very limited, because right now we're giving kids
way too much freedom and they run over you. Kids
don't run over me, and they have a ton of freedom.
I'm sure what's run over like, in your opinion, take
advantage of you that it's taking advantage of like, give
(18:52):
me some examples so I can understand. So, so let's
say you know your kids are running around and they're
acting like assholes, and you don't do anything about it
because you want them to be free and express who
they are. But then that gets out of control, and
then you can't do anything about it because you've already
let it go way too far and the kids have
zero respect for you, They have zero respect for authority,
(19:15):
and then they just willing nearly do whatever they want.
And that's what I mean by taking advantage of you,
running over you, because the parents aren't doing anything to
control their kids. Again, these are kids, they're not full
grown adults, so they have very limited rights. And it's
on us, as parents, I feel, anyway, to control these
kids and to mold them and to at least what
(19:36):
we believe should be upstanding citizens. Because the kids will
never figure it out on their own, they really won't.
They might pull other examples from different places, whether it
be television or movies or you know, figures that they
see in their real life. They might that's a huge
mite right there, but it's our job as parents to
(19:57):
take these kids, this little ball of lay that shot
out of your vagina and then molded into something that
is what we feel and deem as an upstanding citizen,
because I honestly think that most I want to say
that all parents want their kids to be decent, upstanding citizens.
They don't want them to grow up to be assholes
(20:17):
who have no respect for authorit. If your kids don't
respect you and your authority, now they're not going to
respect the authority of the police or the law, whether
they come of age or a job, right, exactly exactly. Yeah,
I just don't agree with that philosophy because there are
plenty of people that are brought up in bad homes
(20:38):
and they figured out after they've left the home that
that isn't the right way to do things, or that
isn't the right way to treat people, or they were
taught no respect and then they respect authority later, right,
And then somebody text us in and they're like, still
bad advice, though, Corbyn, And this is what I would
respond to that with. For you, you know, respect is
what you think respect should be. So there's no standard
(21:03):
across the board of what we think a good citizen
is right.
Speaker 9 (21:08):
I want my kids to be free thinkers. I want
them to do what they'd like. There's rules in our house,
and you follow them, and if you don't, there's consequences. Right,
If my kid wants to throw a fit in public,
go ahead. You ain't embarrassing me. You're the one that's
not gonna give you one.
Speaker 1 (21:24):
I think that you are an anomaly when it comes
to that sort of thing, And I think there's a
lot of parents that when it comes to you know,
you're throwing a fit in the grocery store or whatever.
You're not embarrassing me, but you actually are, you know,
And I think you might be the anomaly in that one,
which is, Okay, what do you mean that? Like, you
(21:46):
actually are? What do you mean by it?
Speaker 9 (21:48):
You said?
Speaker 1 (21:49):
But you actually are? Right? You the person the parents
are embarrassed because now everybody in the Walmart is turned
around and looking at you and looking at your kid. Look,
you've seen the videos on the TikTok of these uncontrollable
kids in the stores just throwing crap on the ground
and just having no respect for anybody all whatsoever. And
(22:11):
how many times here's another, how many times have you
seen a child in a store like that, and you
look and you think to yourself. You may not say
it out loud, but you think to yourself, or you
maybe say it to you you're the person you're with me, Like, damn,
so many needs control that kid. Somebody whooped that kid's ass.
There is no excuse for this kid to be acting
like this, and the parents just let it go. They
(22:32):
just let it go. Oh, they're free thinkers, and I
want them to do whatever they want. You're not embarrassing me,
but deep down inside, you know, you probably go home
and you're like, where did I go wrong? Yeah?
Speaker 9 (22:47):
I see plenty of tults that have temper tantrums in
public places all the time.
Speaker 1 (22:51):
And those then this probably spawns back to their parents. Yeah,
but they also might have been kids that were spanked too.
Like there's no equation, That's what I'm saying. There's no
way across the board. Maybe there should be. Maybe we
can get together a committee and spend publicly space people.
I just go out in public and I see some
Joe Blow acting like an idiot, and he's been him.
Speaker 3 (23:10):
Over my knee.
Speaker 1 (23:11):
Not so much like that, mad boy. Honestly, there's a
lot of people that probably could and do need that.
You know, adults and children alike. You know, you see
somebody acting a fool wherever you're at, you should be
able to go over there. You don't assault people. I
assault people. You don't get your s together.
Speaker 9 (23:28):
There is no data that you just speaking is helpful
in any way, shape or form. We just do it
because that's what we were brought up to do. It works,
I mean, it doesn't work. I never once had to
spank any of my children at all whatsoever. My kids
are all grown now and I never did once have
to lay a hand on them whatsoever. But you know
what I did do. I put the fear in them
(23:48):
to where they think that I'm going to but I
never really had to.
Speaker 1 (23:51):
But they act straight. They actually they had no problems
at all whatsoever. Why because they know if Dad gets mad,
that's that's the end of it.
Speaker 9 (24:00):
We've never seen it happen, all right.
Speaker 1 (24:03):
I didn't have to. I didn't have to. All right.
We got to take a break. We got tickets to
Mudvane we're gonna give away. We've got listener emails. Jeff
Hinsley's gonna join us. We'll do all that when we
come back.

Speaker 3 (24:55):
In ninety seven five, woman hands out th h see
lace to candy to children in park on Mother's Day.
This happened in Chicago, where police are now searching for
a woman who is believed to have handed out thhc
laced candies to as many as four kids at a
(25:17):
park on Mother's Day. The incident occurred around three point
thirty in the afternoon. According to the Wheeling Police Department,
the four kids became sick after eating the candy. They
complained of feeling fatigued and sluggish. Police said that the
woman was not known to the kids involved. At least
one child tested positive for THHC after being rushed to
(25:39):
a local hospital, and during a search of the park,
investigators recovered THHC lace chocolate. The candy was labeled Mojo
the Milk Chocolate, and the suspect is described as a
heavy set woman between the ages of fifty and sixty
with a blue cross tattooed on her shoulder. On Sunday,
(25:59):
she was wearing a blue and white leather jacket and
left the park from the southbound exit. Now they say
that exposure to THHC and children can result in severe
I know all that, even coma.
Speaker 1 (26:15):
Sure, they're just going to sleep.
Speaker 9 (26:17):
Sleeping technically it's a form of a coma.
Speaker 3 (26:20):
Sure, are we not teaching our kids to not take
candy from strangers anymore?
Speaker 10 (26:26):
So?
Speaker 1 (26:26):
I did some investigating because this story is so bizarre
to me. How old were the kids? And I couldn't
find one story that shared that. It was one of
my first questions.
Speaker 9 (26:35):
And I could be wrong.
Speaker 1 (26:38):
I don't see people buying edibles, walking around like their
cheese puffs, chomping on them and then going you want some.
It's entirely possible this person went to the park to
be nefarious, but it's probably a scenario where the kid
told them from their brother, tried to share them, and
then when they got caught, they're like, ah, we got
(26:59):
it from a fat lady at the park. Could be Yeah,
it's hard to mooch edibles off a friend, yeah, right,
much less somebody in a park just handing out the
brand by the way, because I looked at up it was.
Speaker 9 (27:13):
Mojo THC Milk Chocolates. M I just I don't buy
the people buying edibles and handing them out.
Speaker 1 (27:22):
Right because a lot of people, unless it's a good,
good friend, the heads aren't just going to give away
their edibles.
Speaker 9 (27:29):
And and I don't know what the milligrams were. I
know if I eat a full chocolate, I get down syndrome.
I'm just being honest, like, and so these kids were
just do you see what I'm saying? Like the dosage
would be the biggest concern, right, And only one kid
(27:50):
tested positive, only.
Speaker 3 (27:53):
One was taken to the hospital. What what if it
was here here, child, give this to your mom for
Mother's Day and they didn't, and they ate it themselves
because it's candy.
Speaker 1 (28:04):
Even then that's taking a risk of just willy nilly
giving strangers people you don't know at the park your edibles.
Most potheads aren't gonna do that unless you know the
person you know, because you don't know if that person
over there at the other side of the seesaw is
is ahead or not, whether they use or not, And
(28:25):
so you're not gonna take a chance unless you're sitting
down there with them on the bench and you start
talking and it's like, man, girl, I need some edibles
to hang out at this park. And then the other
mom's like, you're not wrong, would you like some? You
see what I'm saying.
Speaker 9 (28:42):
They're not just gonna be like here, take this. I'm
just not weed. No, not any drug, I don't think
so it's too expensive, yeah, not LSD, not your cocaine,
none of that. Forget how much it is, just the
heavy the tax on it that you pay when you
a just am not It's possible, of course, I'm just
(29:05):
not buying kids.
Speaker 1 (29:06):
Be nefarious, right right, They be stealing their stuff and
then they got cat. I think you're right on that one.
Now you are naked man bites dog and fights with cops.
This comes out of Lawrence, Kansas, just North of us
where this dude goes into a Casey's General store like
three in the afternoon, and he goes and he takes
(29:26):
his dog into the bathroom with them. So the employees
are like, sir, you and your dog have God'll leave,
and he is not having it. He ain't leaving the
bathroom at all whatsoever. So the cops get there because well,
he's refusing to listen to the employees telling them to
get the hell out of the store, so the cops
get there. When the cops get there, the man's naked,
(29:47):
now naked with his dog, and he refuses several times
from the police and starts fighting the officers when they
try to arrest him. Well, after tasing him twice, he
continued use to resist. That's when the man bites his
own dog's ear and neck and then refuses to let go. Eventually,
(30:10):
they did get the man. One of the officers had
to be taken to the hospital for a bite wound
that was given him to him by the man. And
so far as the dog, the dog was taken to
the Humane Society for evaluation and care. Uh I read
another article nowe and it said police and said several
(30:31):
officers suffered minor injuries.
Speaker 9 (30:33):
How did it take so many people?
Speaker 1 (30:35):
Probably high on something, yeah, you know, probably meth or
PCP or something like a you know, and and he
just he wasn't going down without a fight. What kind
of dog was it didn't say. I imagine it's probably
a pit bull or something. Fifty six percent of pet
(30:56):
owners would cut life short to extend their pets life Nope.
January survey from Talker Research took a deep dive into
the thoughts and feelings of two thousand dogg and cat
owners across the country.
Speaker 9 (31:09):
They found that.
Speaker 1 (31:10):
Fifty six percent of them said they'd be willing to
shorten their lifespans if it meant that their pet would
live longer at their side. In addition, around the same
percentage of pet owners said the animal they adopted had
literally saved their life in some way, shape or form
that last at one hundred percent. Totally believe that. But
(31:30):
to shorten your life so you can have your dog
not be with you the whole time, but to be
with you longer. No, No, I would gladly shorten some
of my pets lives to extend my own. I'm just
the opposite of that. Study all these stories around our

Berry Halee, berry Halle, Berry holy. Whatever and she apparently
posted On Mother's day a video of her in bed
with some guy that she's, with and she made a
statement that apparently people are not okay with this adult
human making on social. Media she's apparently In france with
(37:47):
her man Van, hunt which sounds like a character in a,
movie but that she's been with for over five, years
and she's In france for the Cann Film, festival and
she made a statement about how she's gonna have, sex
and apparently there was a bottle of lubricant in the video,
(38:08):
too and.
Speaker 9 (38:11):
She says that's how she's going to do Her Mother's.
Speaker 3 (38:14):
DAY i thought that it WAS i watched the video
actually On Mother's, day AND i thought that she was
like endorsing that product.
Speaker 9 (38:24):
Like it was AN Ad, YES i, mean if it,
was it has to say ad.
Speaker 1 (38:29):
Right, Right, well maybe she figured out to put that on.
Her it happens to the best of.
Speaker 9 (38:33):
US i would, think not at her.
Speaker 1 (38:35):
Level but maybe you're right and people are just shocked
and disgusted that she would do. THAT i kind of
have the idea of, that, like who, CAN i DON'T
i don't. CARE i don't care if you dance like a.
FOOL i don't care if you try to mess with
a bouncer and he whoops your.
Speaker 9 (38:53):
ASS i don't.
Speaker 1 (38:55):
Care it's The.
Speaker 9 (38:56):
Internet it's literally like Town. Hall it's just a peece
bunch of people being.
Speaker 1 (39:00):

Speaker 3 (39:02):

Speaker 1 (39:04):
Wants good for her for normalizing being that edge and
banging on vacation right and needing lube.
Speaker 9 (39:11):
While you're at. It who? Cares but that sent me
down a rabbit.
Speaker 1 (39:16):
Hole of celebrities that have talked about their sexual, life,
okay and one.
Speaker 9 (39:22):
Of them is going to surprise. You one of THEM
i think is.
Speaker 1 (39:24):
A gross not but like bad misinterpretation of a. Word
and the one that shocked me the most would Be Ricky.
Martin this is the gross interpretation of a. Word he
apparently talked about his appreciation for a golden shower.
Speaker 9 (39:49):
For those that don't, know golden showers.
Speaker 1 (39:51):
Where you go to the bathroom number one on. Somebody
and if that's too much for, you, guys oologize it.
Is it is what it. Is everybody's got their, kink,
man everybody's got one kink or. Another it's.
Speaker 9 (40:08):
Okay his words from the article in two thousand and five,
Quote i've done it. Before in the, shower it's like so.
Speaker 1 (40:15):
Sexy you, know the temperature of your body and the
shower water is very.
Speaker 3 (40:19):
Different are you taking a cold?
Speaker 1 (40:24):
Shower, WELL i mean it's it is, different, accurate it's
unless you were in there with a thermometer getting that
shower water at what is it, now ninety seven and
a half degrees or whatever is a normal body. Temperature
now it's going to be. Different it's going to be
hotter or work or.
Speaker 9 (40:42):
COOLER i mean your shower water is usually like one.
Speaker 1 (40:46):
Ten your body is anywhere between ninety seven to ninety
nine on the average. Temperature, Right so, yeah there's definitely a.
Difference it's a weird thing to be. INTO i kind
of interpreted that, like maybe he doesn't. Understand, yeah but
maybe he. DOES i don't. KNOW i don't know how
good His english.
Speaker 3 (41:03):
Is maybe he's maybe he was just referring to just
peeing in the.
Speaker 1 (41:08):
Shower, AH i think, So, Yeah i've never heard of.
THAT i, mean, YEAH i guess technically you are giving
yourself a golden. Shower. Uh, no most men don't urinate on,
themselves just their. Feet most men don't ronate on their
feets unless you got stung by a jellyfish or you
have athletes.
Speaker 3 (41:28):
Foot but maybe he didn't know what the term actually.
Meant maybe he thought.
Speaker 1 (41:32):
That's WHAT i, said that's HOW i started.
Speaker 3 (41:33):
This, yeah maybe he just thought that it means just
a pee in the, shower and he JUST i.
Speaker 1 (41:38):
Agree except for the, Statement, no he knows exactly what it.
Is by saying what he, said you know something about
the differences in the temperaturemble he knows exactly what it.
Is so that's one. Example another. ONE i don't believe
this cat at. All but apparently in Will smith's, book
(41:58):
he said that when he was The Early time with
his now Wife, jada that they drank every day and
had sex multiple times a day for four straight. Months,
OKAY i see that in a new, relationship especially, young
because they got together when they were, young, young, right
like early twenties, young right.
Speaker 3 (42:19):
When he was still on fresh.
Speaker 1 (42:20):
Print, yeah you, know SO i. COULD i can totally see,
that especially being young and in a fresh new. Relationship
of course you're going to bang it out as much
as you. Can it feels like a weird.
Speaker 9 (42:36):
Brag it totally is, like oh, yeah, no everybody bangs
for months nine times a. DAY i don't know anybody
that does something multiple times a day for four, months,
right besides.
Speaker 1 (42:53):
Breathing but it's weird to put it in the, book, like,
Yeah i'm good for you, Man i'm, Glad I'm i'm
glad it worked.
Speaker 3 (43:02):
Out maybe if you would have kept, on she wouldn't
have stepped out on your marriage.
Speaker 9 (43:08):
If you have an open.
Speaker 1 (43:09):
Marriage, True AND i don't Think Will smith is completely
innocent in that. Role of course. Not, well she's just
the one that opened up about. IT i am fairly
positive That Will smith has been slaying many other bitches
Besides Jada pinkett their entire. Relationship when you are an
icon like, that of course it's thrown at. You i'm,
(43:35):
AGAIN i think that had an open. Relationship one that surprised.
Me Dolly, parton she said that her and her husband
have an open. Relationship i'm, SORRY i had an open.
Relationship wi wow. Quote if we, cheat we don't know of.
It so if we do, cheat it's very good for
(43:57):
both of. US i don't want to know if he's
cheating on, me and If i'm cheating on, him he
wouldn't want to. Know and if we, do if that's
what's making it, work that's fine. TOO i wouldn't consider
that an open. RELATIONSHIP i consider the open. Relationship we
have had this. Discussion i'm going to sleep with other.
People you're going to sleep with other, people and we're
okay with. It to, me it's like we're doing whatever we.
Want as long AS i don't hear about it or
(44:18):
you don't hear about, it it's. Okay.
Speaker 9 (44:20):
YEAH i think that still quantifies as an open. Relationship open,
NOW i mean it's, open like you do what you.
Want but then she wouldn't have considered it.
Speaker 1 (44:28):
Cheating then that's and that's the way that's what people
ON i think that's what people call, okay, right, right
if you have sex with someone, else, right in a,
marriage people consider that, cheating but even in an open,
relationship outsiders would go that's. Cheating. Yeah as a person
who's you, know dealt with that Lifestyle, okay not me,
(44:49):
personally but has worked with it and seen a lot of,
piness witnessed that, LIFESTYLE i don't think they would consider it.
Cheating you. Know it's because you. Would you wouldn't call it.
Cheating it's it's open. Relationship. Yeah to, me it's just
another argument that he wasn't real. Right you may not
be wrong.
Speaker 9 (45:07):
Because you consider it Not, Listen Dolly pardon's goat, man
like there is any dog on.
Speaker 1 (45:12):
Her do whatever you.
Speaker 9 (45:13):
WANT i don't.
Speaker 1 (45:14):
Care but it's weird of all the things that she's
so open, about but this is the thing that she
hides but then also shares her sexual life with, him
and it does not track with everything. Else and we
may never, know of, course BUT i was shocked to
see that she came out and was, like oh, yeah
(45:34):
open for. Business, yeah by the, way totally it right
for the, name just for the. Notoriety gimby all of, it,
man all of it. Right like even, now what is
she like seventy seven or something like that she's seventy
(45:54):
nine years.
Speaker 9 (45:55):
Old she still looks.
Speaker 1 (45:57):
Good. Yeah my granted she's had a lot of work
done to that image, up but she has always been
a good looking gal ever since the. Beginning so, yeah,
notoriety the fact that you can say you Banged, dolly
parton the fact that she's still hot af at this.
Age i'm in, it And i've been wanting to see
those jugs since i was a wee little. Child so of,
(46:20):
course If dolly's, like, hey, hey, gimpy y'all come down
here To Dolly, Land i'll be, like hell, yeah sign me.
Speaker 3 (46:28):
Up maybe they were both beards from one. Another maybe that's,
possible not.
Speaker 1 (46:33):
UNCOMMON i, want she would have to be wearing her,
wig and she'd have to be wearing her, makeup because
nobody knows What dolly really looks. Like oh, absolutely one hundred.
PERCENT i think with any of these, celebrities they'd have
to be dooded up like they normally, are and say
that differently dressed up like they normally. Are not, dude
look like a. Lady but you know WHAT i, Mean,
(46:55):
YEAH i, mean of, course you, know you get some
of these gals and you, ah. Boogeyman you get to say,
it you get to say. It but if you Got
Dolly parton without the, makeup without the, wigs, right and
you take a picture of it and you send it
to your friends and gonna be, like who's this old
lady that you just? Slayed you know they're not gonna
(47:17):
that's Not? Dolly pardon cowbe? Right what's it called when
you gnaw off your own arm to get out of
the dog?
Speaker 12 (47:24):
Ugly?
Speaker 1 (47:25):
Yeah and if she's double dog, ugly that means you
had no off both. Arms. Yeah. Uh there's an article
THING i was reading about a guy who was just
a normal person and he was dating a, female super famous,
celebrity and the interview was about his experience with, that
and he didn't divulge who it was or anything like,
(47:48):
that but he talked about how challenging it was because
she was the dominant, personality of, course and he had
to see thing that he normally wouldn't be okay with
in a. Relationship hugging a lot of people sure or,
whatever right, right or having the money and confidence if
(48:11):
you will to be like get bent right, Right that's
the WAY i kind of see, It like with dating
a porn. Star, right you have to accept some things
if you're going to date a porn. Star, yes you
get to say you're dating a porn, star, right but
you gotta know that when she come home from, work right, that,
(48:32):
well you know you're going to be probably number ten
on that list if intimacy is actually happening that. Night,
Yeah chefs don't love to come home and cook dinner
for the, family, Right people that clean hotels don't come
home and want to clean, right, Right, Right you just
(48:53):
have to accept the. Fact you gotta have to accept
the fact that you could go out to dinner and
there's going to be some guy across the room staring
at your old lady THINKING i know?
Speaker 3 (49:02):
Her, yeah how DO i know? Her?
Speaker 1 (49:06):
Right excuse? Me can you take your top off for a.
SECOND i feel LIKE i really recognized you. Somehow the
only asked to like, shoemaker no shoes, THEORY i think
are people that molan's three yards always look? Great right
to go home and there you're, like, yes a guy
lived next door to. Me he mowed, yards but his
yards looked.
Speaker 9 (49:27):
Amazing somebody texted in and, said, HEY gimpi if the
mortician takes a picture Of Dolly parton's boobs after she's?
Dead do you still want to see? Them how is
this even a real?
Speaker 1 (49:37):
Question for? Real come, on these are the most legendary
boobs of all. Time the only other name that's popping
in my head that is also legendary and, you and
it's it's a giant distance between first and, second would Be.
Speaker 9 (49:57):
Alvira cassandra what's or?
Speaker 1 (50:00):
Nuts, YEAH i can't think of another female celebrity whose
breasts are also a. Personality, right maybe you could probably,
say Like Marilyn, monroe maybe you Know Sharon. Tate MAYBE
i don't think, so just because they were humongous and
(50:20):
at that, Time but you were absolutely right because They
Elvira cassandra what's her? Nuts And Dolly parton they used
that to their. Benefit they use their sexuality on their
looks to their, benefit And i'm saying that these other ones.
Didn't but at least when we grew, up you look at,
him you're, like, oh hubba hubba Kid.
Speaker 3 (50:42):
Upton, no not even.
Speaker 9 (50:45):
Close, No Farah.
Speaker 1 (50:46):
Fawcet you could argue is one of the most pinned
up females of all. Time, True deah and her breast
didn't have a personality Like Dolly partners, do, right you
could do a person an impression Of Phara faces or Even,
elvira No Farah fawcet Or Kate.
Speaker 9 (51:05):
Upton but you don't have to get the knockers, right, Right,
elvira you gotta have that, Part Dolly, parton you gotta
have that.
Speaker 1 (51:11):
Part Farah. Fawcet it was the, Hair it wasn't the,
boob it was the. Exactly Kate upton love her. Death
she's always going to be My hollywood, Right but they're
not much. There the mole maybe the mole her beauty,
MARK i guess would probably be her. Thing but when
it comes to most famous boobs in the, World, Dolly
(51:33):
elvira AND i can't think of any other. Ones here's a.
LIST i don't know If Scarlett, JOHANSSON i mean, yes
but not in the same vein As Dolly.
Speaker 9 (51:45):
Parton, Yeah Christina, hendrix most people don't even know who that.
Speaker 1 (51:49):
Is oh, yeah and, yes but also she's not that
famous to be, honest, right.
Speaker 9 (51:56):
She was On.
Speaker 1 (51:57):
Madmen that's the end of the Sent Kate. Upton as
we talked About Selma, Hyak, sure, yeah for, Sure Selma
Jack but you could do A Selma hyak impression and
not get.
Speaker 9 (52:08):
The boobs, right, right, Right Sophia vargara another.
Speaker 1 (52:13):
One great, boobs but the not when when when you're, thinking,
like that's their personality and that's what they're known for
for her. Accent i'm gonna hit these other ones real
fast because they're all. Nos, Beyonce Kim, kardashian Kat, Dinnan's Katie,
Perry Carmen, Electra Emily, Radakowski jennifer Love.
Speaker 3 (52:31):

Thursday these nations are expected to announce possibly trillion's worth of.
Investments California's Governor newsome wants to crack down on homeless,
encampments and he's calling on cities across the state to
effectively ban tent camping on sidewalks and parks in light
of the Recent Supreme court ruling that allows enforcements against public.
(01:02:14):
Sleeping Now monday's announcement pushes every local government to adopt
and implement the policies without. Delay there are approximately one
hundred and eighty seven thousand people In california experiencing the.
Homelessness should a public this is a funny. DEBATE i

if you are taking a nap at a, park you're
just enjoying the time or, whatever.
Speaker 9 (01:02:48):
There's an asterisk. There not with the. Law it is
either this or, that.
Speaker 1 (01:02:53):
Right in my, Opinion if you're just in a park
enjoying a sunny day and you happen to doze off
because the sun's beaming down on you and it's, warm,
GOOD i.
Speaker 9 (01:03:00):
Agree that's one.
Speaker 1 (01:03:01):
Thing but when you set up, shop, right that's where
the problem. IS i DON'T i don't, disagree AND i

in the, PARK.

I should be allowed.
Speaker 1 (01:03:12):
To if it's just you and your, hammock, Fine but
if IT'S i can bring a hammock and put it, up,
Well i've seen no reason why. Not nobody wants to
sleep on the, ground, Right but if you are setting
up a tent and you've got chairs and you've got
your grill out there and all this other, stuff and
especially which you'll see it around town. Here, yeah when
there is garbage everywhere because why they don't take. Care
(01:03:34):
i'm just, saying you're giving great. Examples i'm just, saying
should be it be illegal to sleep in a? PARKA
i THINK i think these bad apples here are ruining
it for the park nappers like the rest of, us
and that. Sucks it is what it. Is but you,
know if it keeps down the trashiness of the of the,
Area i'm for. It.

The mavericks won the lottery for the first time in
(01:05:29):
franchise history with just a one point eight percent. Chance
they were the fourth lowest odds to ever earn the top.
Pick The spurs shot up from eighth to, second while
the seventy six ers moved up two positions to. Third
The hornets fell a spot to, fourth while The jazz And,
wizards who were tied for the best chances at earning
(01:05:50):
the first, pick slipped all the way to numbers five and.
Six round one of the draft takes place In brooklyn
On june twenty.
Speaker 1 (01:05:58):
FIFTH i think that this is an interesting development in
the theory that the person who owns The mavericks outright
now wants to move them To. Vegas is they have
a chance to draft a generational player In Cooper flag
and will They will they still do that because if
they want to, move you don't get like a talent like.
(01:06:20):
That or do you get him and then move Him
that's what.
Speaker 9 (01:06:25):
With durant And, seattle, right or.
Speaker 1 (01:06:28):
Do you get him and deal, away deal him away
for like they did With.
Speaker 9 (01:06:33):
Luca but it's an it's an interesting.
Speaker 1 (01:06:36):
Development people thought there was some cheating That dallas got
the first pick because of they traded Away, luca right
if like they were trying to balance it back, Out
but it is there's no way to rig. IT i
mean there's a way to rig, it of, course but
like they keep pulling names out if they were All
dallas in.
Speaker 3 (01:06:53):

You don't have to give. Advice but why are you?
Speaker 1 (01:09:46):
Laughing two pays have always been the butt of jokes
anytime you ever see somebody with one, on at least
in the movies and. Television, NOW i honestly don't THINK
i know anybody who owns or wears a two pay right.
Speaker 9 (01:10:03):
Now any of them be's friends who wears two pays are,
like damn.
Speaker 1 (01:10:06):
It if they, Do.
Speaker 9 (01:10:07):
They're Like, god if they, do it's a really good.
One and you can't tell at all.
Speaker 1 (01:10:13):
WHATSOEVER i.
Speaker 9 (01:10:14):
KNOW i know bitches with Wigs, lindsay but you, KNOW
i don't know dudes with two.
Speaker 1 (01:10:19):
PAYS i, Mean lindsay's got fun, wigs but we're talking
full time wig right right. Right AND i know some
some people out there that have many different full time
wigs right part of their culture. Whatever but two pays
have always always been the butt of the. Joke and
so when somebody Says i'm thinking about getting a two,
PAY i can't help but the, snicker, giggle laugh extremely.
(01:10:45):
INSIDE i, mean you automatically definitely have a costanza vision
in your head, right, short pudgy, gullet right type of,
thing shiny.
Speaker 9 (01:11:00):
Cubeall?
Speaker 1 (01:11:00):
Top, yeah.
Speaker 9 (01:11:03):
And i'm with. YOU i don't THINK i know anyone
with a two.
Speaker 1 (01:11:07):
PAY i don't Think i've ever met anybody with a two,
pay like at gatherings or, whatever you, know the clubs
That i've worked. IN i don't Think i've ever met
or seen anybody in real life with a two. Pay, okay,
well hear me. OUT i don't think you AND i
would notice even if we, Did like you AND i aren't, good.
Speaker 9 (01:11:28):
It would have to be such a bad two pay
THAT i think for you AND i to.
Speaker 1 (01:11:33):
Notice like my wife makes fun of me BECAUSE i
can't tell when women have hair extensions in my wife
sees it plain as. Day, Right, YEAH i wouldn't know
UNTIL i either touched the top of your head or
found it on the, floor which has. Happened pull a
little too. Hard oh, HEY.
Speaker 9 (01:11:53):
I i didn't.
Speaker 1 (01:11:54):
KNOW i remember working at a radio station not that long,
ago and go to the elevator and find a thing
of hair and going to get another. Employement be like
someone's hair got pulled out BECAUSE i DIDN'T i didn't
know anything about hair. Extensions, right and they're, like, bro
that's so and so's hair. EXTENSION i was, like how
do you? Know and they were, like how do you not?
(01:12:16):
Know she wears? Them i'm just.
Speaker 9 (01:12:19):
OBLIVIOUS i Guess i've never dealt with.
Speaker 1 (01:12:21):
IT i don't know anybody that's worn hair extensions or
wigs or anything like.
Speaker 10 (01:12:27):
That.
Speaker 1 (01:12:27):
YEAH i know Around Rock klahoma time that women will
get different, extensions, colored, braided you, know stuff like. That,
yeah they're dressing up for in a case that, one
but to have them on the rag or, whatever depending
on how they. Are SOMETIMES i can spot them. Out
SOMETIMES i. CAN'T i can spot out your damn fake, eyelashes,
(01:12:51):
though for, Sure god damn spiders on your. Eyes no
man has.
Speaker 9 (01:12:55):
Ever, said, ah she'd be so much hotter with fake, Eyelashes.
Speaker 1 (01:12:59):
But women get into it.
Speaker 9 (01:13:00):
Extensions, hey how is? She she's, cute but she didn't
have eyelash? Extensions right?
Speaker 1 (01:13:07):
Right, right she's a, ten but she doesn't have, extensions
so knock you down about an.
Speaker 9 (01:13:11):
EIGHT i don't know where that comes. FROM i don't
know THE i don't know where that comes. FROM i don't.
Speaker 1 (01:13:17):
Know there's no, like.
Speaker 9 (01:13:19):
Is there somebody with long eyelashes that you, go, man
she's really. Hot of all the other things that women
do to their bodies or life to try and for,
vanity that's the ONE i can't figure.
Speaker 3 (01:13:32):
Out, yeah, right you're not. ALONE i too laughed at the,
email but only and it was WHEN i heard the
word to, pay BECAUSE i laughed for a different reason.
THOUGH i thought that email was coming from a, female
and then WHEN i, realized, oh it's a, male that's
WHEN i.
Speaker 1 (01:13:50):
LAUGHED i thought they were going to, like you, KNOW
i need to exercise, MORE i need to lose some.
WEIGHT i let myself. Go you, Know i'm dressing like
a homely person stuff LIKE i, that, too pay was
straight out of left. Field, YEAH i was not expecting.
Speaker 10 (01:14:06):
That.
Speaker 9 (01:14:06):
Definitely this says over thirty percent of women wear hair.
Speaker 1 (01:14:10):
Extensions, okay, WOW i could see. THAT i don't know
if that's. TRUE i can see that because you, know
you think of like women with thin hair or thinning.
Hair they want it to look a little bit, thicker
so they'll get some extensions or. Whatever or you, know
one DAY i want to have short, hair and the
next DAY i want to have long. Hair so that's
a way to make it.
Speaker 3 (01:14:29):
Happen they're just tired if they're waiting for their hair to.
Speaker 1 (01:14:31):
Grow, yeah this guy just wants. Hair this text, says no, way,
Buddy maybe try the hair. Implants if, anything just go
with the shaved. Head but, hey if it makes you
feel better about, yourself go for. IT i guess one
of my favorite rabbit holes to go down is see
videos and pictures from airports In. Turkey, okay because it's
(01:14:52):
all men going to get The turkish hair.
Speaker 9 (01:14:54):
Implant.
Speaker 1 (01:14:56):
OKAY i always wonder where you're.
Speaker 9 (01:14:57):
Going oh, dude go down the rabbit.
Speaker 8 (01:14:59):
Hole it's.
Speaker 1 (01:14:59):
Funny all the men look exactly the, same AND i
think it looks kind of. WEIRD i don't know anything
about that. EITHER i just see the bad part of, it.
Right it's like women that get our men that get face,
surgery like their cheeks raised or whatever that doesn't look
good for like the first month, now and then afterwards you're, like, oh,
(01:15:22):
okay but go down that rabbit. Hole reasonable. Answer if
it makes you feel, better get. It just don't get
a cheap. One, okay we'll come back to. That there
will be comments at, first but people will get over.
Speaker 9 (01:15:34):
It nuclear, Answer, look we get it after forty Mister
johnson isn't up for nightly, spelunking and a rug isn't
gonna change.
Speaker 1 (01:15:42):
That just get the pills. Right SO i knew this
email was, coming, obviously AND i went to look BECAUSE
i have no idea how much a two pay. Costs
it can be anywhere between two and one thousand. Dollars
and then there's monthly maintenance you have to do on
it that can range anywhere between fifty and a hundred.
Speaker 9 (01:16:00):
Bucks, WOW i had no, idea neither DID.
Speaker 1 (01:16:05):
I i'm being honest, AGAIN i don't know anything about two.
PAYS i thought you put a two pay, on they
glue it down and then that's, it, Right, Yeah they
trim it, up blend it, in.
Speaker 9 (01:16:18):
And then that's the end of, it and you wash
it and everything's. Normal but apparently that is not.
Speaker 3 (01:16:22):
True i'm sure the maintenance probably is the washing of,
it the care if you want it to last.
Speaker 1 (01:16:29):
LONGER i, mean everybody washes their. Hair so when that
says monthly, maintenance to, me that sounds like something outside of.
Speaker 3 (01:16:36):
Washing, NO i MEAN i would assume that you. Would
they're probably, saying if you want to done the right
way to make it last long you have a professional
wash it and take care of it that, way full.
Speaker 9 (01:16:50):
Disclosure not sure WHO i go to for a pay me.
Speaker 3 (01:16:53):
EITHER i MEAN i, know like WHEN i buy, WIGS
i will go To Judy's wigs.
Speaker 9 (01:17:01):
And a store.
Speaker 3 (01:17:03):
Exactly BUT i don't know If i've ever seen two
pays in. There not That i'm looking for, them BUT
i don't know If i've ever noticed.
Speaker 1 (01:17:10):
THEM a bunch of heads with pink or whatever. WIGS
i think a man one would stand out pay pretty.
Brightly there'd be a men's. SECTION i don't. Know, uh
how does it to pay to pay work? Tape Blue? Staples?
Speaker 9 (01:17:24):
Yeah, AGAIN i don't. KNOW i know that again because
of the.
Speaker 1 (01:17:29):
EMAIL i did a little, research AND i know it
comes in two, choices synthetic or, real, right and that
they use like lace on top of your head and
then glew it. Down BUT i don't beyond, THAT i
don't know anything about them except a, joke right exactly
because BUT i And i'm not shaming. IT i if
(01:17:51):
that's what you, need that's what you, need.
Speaker 9 (01:17:53):
Right but as goes anything in, Life staples doesn't seem
to make sense, Though no ghost painful like that's ever.
Stopped anybody In vanity.
Speaker 1 (01:18:06):
Go see someone that does botox because they can do
the hair injections that restores your, hair And i've heard it's.
Speaker 9 (01:18:12):
Amazing. Hm i've never heard that botox gives you.
Speaker 13 (01:18:18):
Hair.
Speaker 1 (01:18:18):
No, also a lot of people that do botox also
moonlight as something, else which always sketches me out a little. Bit,
Yeah i've never done, botox BUT i don't THINK i.
Speaker 3 (01:18:30):
Would is this something like hair club for?
Speaker 9 (01:18:33):
MEN i think that's a medicine like a supplement subscription.
Speaker 1 (01:18:38):
Service, OKAY i THINK i just remember the.
Speaker 9 (01:18:42):
Commercials, sure, Sure AND i don't know how much spray
paint you would need To there's a lot of places
in town for like like this advanced hair, technology right
that does the you, know let's get your hair back
to the way you used to.
Speaker 1 (01:18:58):
Be i'm not finding any like the specialize and two,
pays SO i guess it has to be like a
wig shop would be the only place that would specialize.
Speaker 4 (01:19:09):
In.
Speaker 1 (01:19:11):
Well that was the other thing too that was, interesting
is like if a woman wanted to get hair, extensions
their stylist would totally be able to tell.
Speaker 8 (01:19:18):
Them.
Speaker 1 (01:19:19):
Right WHAT i do know about extensions is they're not. Obscure,
no so you would be able to talk to your.
STYLIST i would, THINK i don't know if my barber
would be able to tell me.
Speaker 8 (01:19:34):
This is a.
Speaker 1 (01:19:34):
Place it's Called Advanced Hair technology hair replacement service here In.
Tulsa and, yeah but LIKE i looked at their website
and they like do the hair plugs or what the
hell ever else that they do that's not you, know
a to pay two Pays technically it falls under THE.
WIG i, GUESS i, IMAGINE i, MEAN i think you're
(01:19:56):
bringing up a great. Question is to pay like xerox
just a generic term for copy Or. Kleenex, yeah it's
just a brand brand.
Speaker 9 (01:20:06):
Name this says this.
Speaker 1 (01:20:07):
Place there's a place In Broken air that does it
after affects hair. Studio, okay, YES a do pay is
a type of wig men's hair replacement, yep.
Speaker 11 (01:20:17):
That they do.
Speaker 3 (01:20:18):
There so is it a surgery or is it an?
Ingection is not a?
Speaker 1 (01:20:23):
Surgery? Ok not a surgery, again it's like it's a.
Wig it's like a hair extension that's to. Pay the
two pay is, yes, Right but this place that they're
that that you're, mentioning, right The advanced hair replacement or
whatever that's not two pays in. Wigs that's like AND i,
imagine And i'm probably totally wrong Because i've never done
(01:20:45):
this or known anybody that does, It but like thinking
like a la chia pet where they spread the seed
on your balding and you got a water and then
you know your hair grows. OUT i don't, KNOW i don't.
KNOW i need to get a professional on this, one.
Speaker 12 (01:21:04):
RIGHT.
Speaker 1 (01:21:07):
I. WOULD i can only understand if your hair is
really important to, you and you go down the rabbit,
hole like you will not stop until you get what you.
Want but whether you should get it or not is
the question that we're having to deal. WITH a listener
email from somebody who is turned forty last month and
(01:21:31):
it hit them harder than they. Expected. Quote i've let
slip over. Time i've let my body slip over. Time
i've been, working trying to, parent trying to. Survive but
Lately i've been wanting to reclaim some part of Myself i've.
Neglected maybe this is about, Vanity maybe it's about. CONTROL
i KNOW i can't stop, aging but MAYBE i can
choose HOW i. Look i'd really appreciate your. Thoughts AM
i overthinking? This do you know anyone with a two
(01:21:53):
pay do you tease your friends that? Do will it be? Obvious?
Speaker 9 (01:21:57):
Lindsey it may or may not be.
Speaker 3 (01:22:01):
OBVIOUS i don't know what we've seen in. Movies, yes it's.
Obvious but DO i think you'll be? Comfortable probably, not
because you're asking if you'll feel better with. It you
already feel awkward with it about about, It SO i
(01:22:21):
don't think it's going to necessarily make you feel more
comfortable because you're already on the, fence so you're always
going to be questioning whether or not someone's noticing. It
does it look? Real does it look? Fake bald men are?
Sexy look at Uh Vin, diesel Mister, CLEAN i, mean.
Speaker 9 (01:22:45):
Mister Mister. CLEAN i do you think Mister clean is?
Speaker 1 (01:22:50):
Sexy?
Speaker 3 (01:22:50):
Muscular?
Speaker 9 (01:22:52):
Yeah, yes for you animated yet another.
Speaker 3 (01:22:59):
Show there's people that are into, anime so come, on.
Speaker 12 (01:23:05):
Come on.
Speaker 3 (01:23:05):
Now So i'm just, saying bald is, Sexy so maybe
go that. Route what shape is your? Head go into
a barber shop or a, salon better, yet and see
a hairdresser a female.
Speaker 9 (01:23:25):
And who, yeah and then know what they're doing? Too
well for, sure BUT i feel like a Female Michel?
Speaker 3 (01:23:35):
Yeah he, did but it doesn't, matter, right, right, Right
but a female perspective on the shape of his, head, YadA, YadA.
Speaker 1 (01:23:47):
YadA that's another that's a good. Point there is this
cat married or is he? Single is he trying to
impress the ladies or you, know Because i'm pretty sure
if he's, married his wife has accepted him for what he. Is,
yeah you, know so you really don't need eat a
two pay or you trying to? Impress all?
Speaker 5 (01:24:04):
Right?
Speaker 3 (01:24:05):
YEAH i say if the hair is really bothering, you
then then maybe you should check something else besides a two,
pay either implants like the plugs or, whatever or maybe
rogu gain something like, that.
Speaker 1 (01:24:22):
But not a two.
Speaker 3 (01:24:23):
Pay but go ball bald as?
Speaker 9 (01:24:25):
SEXY i sit you a.
Speaker 1 (01:24:27):
Link, yeah, so because you say bald is sexy and
you sided only CELEBRITIES i can give there's thousands of, them.
Speaker 9 (01:24:36):
You, know with a little bit Of boto injections around
his cheeks and maybe some.
Speaker 1 (01:24:40):
Dentures.
Speaker 3 (01:24:41):
Yeah, yeah this guy had.
Speaker 9 (01:24:42):
Teeth, Okay i'll give you one with teeth.
Speaker 1 (01:24:47):
Again it is A it is a deep bench of
ugly bald. People it is dramatically subjective looking so full.
Speaker 9 (01:25:00):
TEETH i want to move the goalpost, again. Gimpy, ultimately
in the, end do whatever you want to.
Speaker 1 (01:25:08):
Do. Bro, however to answer all the questions that you have,
ASKED i do not know anybody who has a to
pay THAT i know. Of if the one of my
friends did have a two pay AND i found out about,
IT i would one hundred percent and make fun of
them for, it just because it. Is it's. Funny two
(01:25:29):
pays have always been the butt of. Jokes you. Know
i'm with lindsay go ahead and just shave it, off
or accept the fact that this is who you are
and it is what it, is and if people don't like,
it they can suck. It that's all that there is to.
It you're only doing this for maybe, you maybe you're
(01:25:49):
trying to impress. SOMEBODY i don't know what your deal is, Here,
bro but, honestly, personally for, me a two pay is
not the way to. Go you, Know i'm this's no.
Lie i'm not scared to say that my hair is.
Thin my my hairline is a lot further back than
what it used to be WHEN i was in my younger.
Age But i'm not looking at hair. Implants i'm not
(01:26:11):
looking at two. Pays have a thought about shaving it all.
Off if it gets to a point to WHERE i
get the cul de. Sac probably so, right the old
body start playing kick the can, There yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah you know they gotta say game off when the
car drives. By, okay then then THEN i would probably
(01:26:32):
just go ahead and shave my head and deal with.
IT i wouldn't get a, WIG i wouldn't get a two.
Pay that's just. Me but, yes people are going to
make fun of me for. It i'm, sorry it's the.
Truth uh, spoiler people are already making fun of. You
i'm just, saying like you can't control whether people make
(01:26:53):
fun of you or. Not that's that's gonna happen either.
Way as far as bald makes you, SEXY i think that's.
Subject active confidence makes you. Sexy so maybe just be.
Confident and with all that being, said it doesn't hurt
to call someone and talk to, them like your therapist
or the people that do this type of, stuff find
(01:27:13):
out get. Information the quantifier shouldn't be will people make
fun of? You people are gonna make fun of you
because you buy your clothes At. Costco people are gonna
buy make fun of you because you don't have a name.
Brand people are gonna make fun of you because you
wear a new, Balance like who cares.
Speaker 4 (01:27:35):
Do you?
Speaker 9 (01:27:36):
Think and it just kind of hit me, that, like
you know how some guys will get.
Speaker 1 (01:27:40):
Things think about like you got a brand new toy
and you play with it for a little while and
then it kind of loses its magic and then you
don't play with that.
Speaker 3 (01:27:48):
Anymore, Right batteries wear out right, right, Right.
Speaker 1 (01:27:50):
So you're gonna spend let's just, say one thousand dollars
on a two pay ride and you use it for
a little, while but to find you get to a
point where you're, Like i'm tired of putting it. On
i'm tired of gluing it, down stapling, it WHATEVER i gotta.
Do you, know it just does tape right, whatever. Whatever you,
Know so now your two pay is up on a
shelf of other has beens that were in your. Life you,
(01:28:13):
know was a really smart. TO i don't know waste
money like, that BUT i guess people waste money all
the time. Anyway, yeah people waste money on a ridiculous
amount of. Things some would argue buying motorcycles as a
waste of. Money some would say going to gym gym
class is a waste of. Money AND i think that
modern two pays probably aren't costanza or what we think.
(01:28:34):
RIGHT i would imagine they're a little more advanced than
what they used to. Be, AGAIN i don't. Know somebody
texted and, SAID i know a guy who wears. One
you would never know it's not his another. One my
high school math teacher had a to Pay one, day
the wind blew it off and he had to chase
it across the parking. Lot after, that he had a
snap button implanted into his skull and he would snap
(01:28:54):
it sometimes in CLASS a. Lot that's too. MUCH. Ooa
you're a math teacher. Too two bays our next. Level
now you never Know these, days they are almost. Undetectable
there's the monthly maintenance for, sure BUT i say go for.
IT i would argue this.
Speaker 9 (01:29:13):
Too join a. Gym be.
Speaker 1 (01:29:16):
Active if you are feeling out a loss in your,
life be. Active that doesn't mean you gotta lift weights
and join jiu jitsu or. Whatever just go be outside
and walk every. Day it's amazing what that will do for.
You may you may overcome some of that part and
you're being active instead of just trying to surf hive all.
Speaker 9 (01:29:37):

Speaker 1 (01:30:32):
Kmod all. Right listener emails, says my, hey my friend
gives me little gifts all the, time like a candle
she Thought i'd, like or snacks she saw and grabbed for.
Me it's, nice BUT i never do that kind of.
THING i usually just do birthday. Gifts Now i'm wondering
If i'm If i'm supposed to be doing the. SAME
i don't want it to feel like a, competition BUT
i also don't want her to THINK i don't. Care
(01:30:54):
is it weird THAT i don't give random gifts? Back
this is your email from. Somebody it's hard to tell
if this is a guy or a girl that's written.
This even in the email it was a pretty generic.
Account but they want to know is it should they
be giving gifts back every time they get a gift from.
Speaker 3 (01:31:13):
Someone gift giving is my love. LANGUAGE i like to receive.
GIFTS i love to give. Gifts it's just my. Personality
it makes me feel. Good IF i see something THAT
i THAT i think that a friend of mine or
a loved one would, APPRECIATE i will pick it.
Speaker 1 (01:31:32):
Up it's the people, pleaser.
Speaker 3 (01:31:33):
And, you, yeah, YEAH i don't do it all of the,
time but certain. Times, yeah If i'm in a store
shopping for myself or something AND i see, like, oh
so and so would love, this or there's been times
where Even kevin has mentioned LIKE i would love to
have something like, That and IF i happen to come across,
(01:31:54):
it LIKE i know he wanted one of, these So
i'll pick it up and Then i'll go the hell by?
This for you said you wanted. One oh that was
like a year ago or, something you, KNOW i don't,
know but, Anyway, YEAH i do that all the. Time
and that just might be their friends love.
Speaker 1 (01:32:11):
Language what do you expect anything back when you do
said gift? GIVING i don't gift.
Speaker 9 (01:32:16):
GIVING i don't, Well AND i think there's a dramatic
difference for buying gifts for your children and your, husband,
yeah then for other. People because you're at the store
and your husband said he wanted he's always wanted a
pair of rain boots or whatever is not equal to
or he's always wanted to try. COMBOS i don't even
(01:32:37):
know if they make those. Anymore but like you know
WHAT i, MEAN i think that's a dramatically different. Scenario
this doesn't sound like a, husband, wife no partner type of.
Thing this sounds like a stranger.
Speaker 1 (01:32:47):
Thing, Yeah but much like, lindsay that's her love. Language.
People some people are wired like, that and they like
to give, gifts they like to, Receive they like to
see the other person's face when they open up this
gift or. Whatever but not everybody is wired that. Way,
yeah you, Know i'm not wired that. Way i'm not
a random gift.
Speaker 9 (01:33:08):
GIVER i mean for my. Wife i'll buy random gifts
of my, children but that's the end of.
Speaker 1 (01:33:17):
It, yeah not, me you. Know gifts for me are
Usually christmas and, birthdays, anniversaries you, know depends on who
you're talking to or. Whatever but just because it's A,
tuesday that's just not my. Bag.
Speaker 9 (01:33:31):
Man and If i'm being, honest IF i buy a
gift for my, WIFE i, think deep DOWN i want
her to buy me a.
Speaker 1 (01:33:40):
Gift, okay subconsciously you're expecting something in return or you
and expecting or not the same, thing, RIGHT i WOULD
i want her to buy me. Stuff, Right i'm a big,
believer and you treat people how you want to be.
Treated so if you TREAT i do, that it hopes
that she'll want to do it for. Me so you
(01:34:00):
are kind of expecting. Something you want, it you're not.
Expecting are not the, same but you kind of or
in a like kind of. WAY i, think, well it's.
Hope it's.
Speaker 9 (01:34:09):
Hope it's not expecting. Hoping, yeah but that's not.
Speaker 1 (01:34:14):
Expecting expecting is almost like resentment if it doesn't. Happen
SO i maybe there's a little bit of that in.
There listener email from someone whose friend gives them little
gifts all the, time whether it's little snacks or. Whatever
they say it's super, Nice BUT i usually this is the,
email OR i usually do birthday. Gifts Now i'm wondering
If i'm supposed to be doing the. SAME i don't
(01:34:36):
want it to feel like a, competition BUT i also
don't want her to THINK i don't. Care is it
weird THAT i don't give random gifts?
Speaker 12 (01:34:41):
Back?
Speaker 9 (01:34:42):
Lindsey friendships aren't.
Speaker 3 (01:34:44):
Competitions and if she's continuing or he's continuing to buy
gifts for you and you're still not buying gifts, back, Like,
no they don't expect you to do. It that's just
they're probably their love. Language AND i don't think it
is expected for you to do it. Back just make
sure that you are saying thank. You that's. All it's
(01:35:04):
making them happy to do something kind for.
Speaker 9 (01:35:07):
You, Gimpy, yeah for, sure that's just how that person.
Speaker 12 (01:35:12):
Is.
Speaker 1 (01:35:12):
Man you don't have to give anything back at, all,
whatsoever except for a hearty handshake of maybe a high.
Speaker 9 (01:35:18):
Five you, know if you want, To if you feel, guilty.
Speaker 1 (01:35:23):
Then, okay go for. It whatever makes you feel, better
bro or ma'am or whomever wrote this. Email, well it
is what it. Is but me, PERSONALLY i wouldn't feel
obligated like they give me gifts all the. Time NOW
i have to give them. Something, no, yeah it's not a.
Scorecard you don't have to do. THAT i buy gifts
(01:35:46):
for my wife and my kids Because i'm thinking about,
them and that might be what's happening here for, you
is that they thought about you. Whatever they also might
be trying to buy your. Attention y, Right they also
might like. You they also MIGHT i, mean there's one
hundred they also. Mites it isn't always that they're just nice. People,
probably it doesn't mean that's what it, is, though. Right
(01:36:09):
sometimes people are manipulative and they might buy gifts to
over do something bad they've, done or they do it
out of guilt or. Whatever you, know you bang, someone
you buy them A ps. Five that's how you cover that,
up you're or. Whatever i'm just making that. UP i
(01:36:29):
just grab something out of the top of my. Head

Speaker 9 (01:39:44):
Time and this might not even be, that, right BUT
I i always get kind OF i. Don't is it illegal?
Yes did he know it was?
Speaker 1 (01:39:54):
Illegal?
Speaker 9 (01:39:55):
Yes does prostitution encourage trafficking of? Humans? Yes but also to,
me it's just not the biggest offense in the.
Speaker 3 (01:40:06):
World, Right, no but it's still pretty. Bad it looks
bad on.
Speaker 9 (01:40:18):
Him tell me how it looks.
Speaker 1 (01:40:19):
Bad he.
Speaker 3 (01:40:20):
Is he is a Very he's a well known.
Speaker 9 (01:40:23):
Guy he with to some to a very small group of.
Speaker 3 (01:40:28):
People he could probably walk into anywhere and get anyone he.
Speaker 1 (01:40:33):
Wants this is a giant misstep THAT i think people
do in. Life that doesn't mean he has self esteem, issues,
Right that doesn't mean he deals with feeling like a.
Fraud that doesn't mean he doesn't feel like at this
point in his, career he's realizing his wrestling career sunsetting
and he's going into this other wrestling, thing. Right that
doesn't mean he's not struggling mentally with stuff and he
(01:40:56):
felt like this was a.
Speaker 11 (01:40:57):
SOLUTION i just.
Speaker 9 (01:40:58):
Don't feel like it's the biggest offense.
Speaker 1 (01:40:59):
Ever is it?
Speaker 12 (01:41:01):
Wrong?
Speaker 9 (01:41:01):
Yes should he in, trouble, yes but we we didn't

Speaker 3 (01:41:07):

IT i help people with. Problems you de navigate problems
for problems exactly.
Speaker 1 (01:43:30):
Right and if you're dealing with a family, problem he can.
Help email show at kmod dot. Com you can TEXT
bmms and whatever that question is to eight two nine four,
five or you can call at one eight three three four.
Six oh. Kmod this is one that was a hang
on from last. Week we didn't get. Too is a
lawyer needed to get the father's name on the birth?
(01:43:52):
Certificate my daughter's turning eighteen In? July is her?
Speaker 9 (01:43:56):
Mom is her mom's? Okay needed after she turns?
Speaker 8 (01:44:00):
Eighteen after, eighteen, NO i mean after, eighteen it doesn't.
Speaker 16 (01:44:05):
Matter at that point you have to seek any permissions
or anything like. That and you, know once a person's an,
adult you. Know weirdly, enough some of these things are
a lot easier to deal with than they are when
they are, children because you've got to seek permission from
the other side and all these. Things but getting, in you,
know getting a change on that and a birth certificate
is easier once they're, eighteen just like a name change
is much easier once you're, eighteen because you don't, again
(01:44:26):
you don't have to have permission from the other side
and all, that and more, importantly name on a birth.
CERTIFICATE i, mean we're gonna have to look at the
issue when they're under. Eighteen you're looking at the issue
of paternity. Issues is somebody in the birth? Certificate is
are they? Not has there been a child support order
where somebody has been adjudicated as.
Speaker 8 (01:44:45):
The father of that?
Speaker 16 (01:44:46):
CHILD i, mean there's a lot of holes, here, obviously
but a lot of things to think about when you're
looking at those.
Speaker 9 (01:44:51):
Issues does the Name does your name have to be
on the child's birth certificate in the state Of, oklahoma
you don't have to.
Speaker 16 (01:44:58):
Know, now if you're, married your name is gonna both
names are going to be on the birth. Certificate if
you're not, married that's how we end up with people
not being on the birth. Certificate, okay so if dad
is not there and doesn't sign any acknowledgment and doesn't
sign the birth, certificate or mom doesn't want them to
do those kind of things and kick them out or.
WHATEVER i, mean that's kind of the why we end
(01:45:20):
up with birth certificates that don't have that information on it.
Sometimes and so you, know there's no easy fix to
that in any state unless they start requiring those. Things
but again you run into issues of whose, dad who's
not really, dad those kind of, things and so you,
know if you're not on the birth, certificate give me a.
Call i'd be happy to talk to you about how
to make that happen as well as you, know if
we need a name change as, well please give me a.
Speaker 8 (01:45:41):
Call we can deal with that.
Speaker 9 (01:45:42):
Too does your name need to be on the birth
certificate for the state to collect child?
Speaker 16 (01:45:47):
Support so what will happen with? THAT i, mean they
can still adjudicate you as dad whether or not you're
on the birth. Certificate and of course at that, point
if you are adjudicated as, dad then you're probably going
to want to be on the birth certife we can
take care of that as.
Speaker 9 (01:46:01):
Well Jeff hensley From Hensley associates is in the.
Speaker 1 (01:46:04):
Studio if you have a question about divorce or custody
or guardianship or name, change anything with family, law he
can handle. That maybe you're trying to get vacation sorted
out with your baby daddy and you're not sure how
to navigate.
Speaker 9 (01:46:16):
That he can help with. That get your question to.
Speaker 1 (01:46:19):
Us email addresses show at kmod dot. Com you can
call it toll free eight through three four six OZHO,
kmod or you can text like this ONE bmms and
whatever that question is to eight two nine four. Five
is it smarter to legally separate before filing for? Divorce
is there a pro or con to each one when
it comes to property or. DEBT i don't know which,
(01:46:41):
one if any of these makes sense for my.
Speaker 16 (01:46:43):
Situation so when you're talking about illegal separation versus a,
divorce let me first say that most legal separations end
up in divorce. Anyway there are rare exceptions to the
case where that that doesn't, happen and a lot of
times that's for religious purposes and things of that. Need
because of this stigma of divorce and certain. Religions but
(01:47:04):
with that being, said you, know a legal, separation we're
gonna do everything that we.
Speaker 8 (01:47:08):
Would do in a.
Speaker 16 (01:47:09):
Divorce we're gonna divide the, property the, assets the. Debts
we're gonna do with, visitation, custody all those kind of.
Things would do everything we would do in a, divorce
except at the end of the, day you're still, married
if that makes any.
Speaker 8 (01:47:20):
Sense so.
Speaker 16 (01:47:24):
Some people try the legal separation idea for a, while
and sometimes people will just. Separate but when you're doing
a legal, separation that means you're literally doing everything you
would do in a, divorce minus the we're, divorced and you,
know nine times out of ten those are going to
end up in some sort of in divorce.
Speaker 8 (01:47:41):
Anyway So i'm not saying.
Speaker 16 (01:47:44):
Your case would be. Specific whoever this, IS i, mean
give me a. Call i'd have more questions to ask
you as to why you're thinking one or the. OTHER
i mean the pros and the. CONS i mean the
pro of both of. Them my guess is is that
you get assets and debts and all those things, divided
you get set visitation and in. Custody you, know all
those things written down either. Way the con to the
(01:48:06):
again again to the legal separation that the downside to
it is is that you're still. Married you're not, Divorced
you're not while you're legally, separated you're still you, know
legally tied to this person by way of being still being.
Married so there's the downside of. That and of, course
you know cons a. Divorce you, know some people need,
divorce some people don't need, divorce and they do it,
(01:48:28):
anyway you, know like we talk about all the, time
every case is, specific every person is, Different every situation
has its ups and downs and ins and outs and.
Specific so that's why we like to give people free
fifteen minute consultations so that they can call me and
talk to me or someone in my office about that
and tell us what's going, on so we can give
you a personal tailor to answer based upon your particular.
Speaker 9 (01:48:51):
Situation jeff From Hensley associates is in the.
Speaker 1 (01:48:53):
Studio you've got a question about family, law anything from
custody to name changes to. Divorce he can answer right,
now and the phone number is eight three three four
six oh. Kmod you can TEXT bmms and whatever that
question is to eight two nine four five email like this.
One it says my younger brother's unfit to care for his,
kids And i'm worried about their. Safety CAN i petition
(01:49:15):
for custody as the? Aunt how hard is it to
prove they're?
Speaker 16 (01:49:18):
Unfit so what we do when quote petitioning to be
the custodial person on that situation is it's called a.
Guardianship so you're saying that the children are in some
sort of immediate harm with, brother and their brother is
unfit to take care of. THEM i would, ask what
do you mean by how is he? UNFIT i, mean
is he you? Know and does he have Difficult? WELL
(01:49:42):
i mean you gotta be careful in your definition of. Unfit,
Okay so unfit is not just WELL i don't like
the way he, parents?
Speaker 1 (01:49:47):
Right? Right or standards?
Speaker 8 (01:49:49):
RIGHT i don't like the way he, parents so therefore he's. Unfit?
Well are they? Clothed? Yes so are they? Fed? Yes
do they have a roof over their head? Yes are
they being taken care?
Speaker 9 (01:49:57):
Of?
Speaker 8 (01:49:57):
Yes do you not like the way that they change the? Diaper?
NO i think he's an.
Speaker 16 (01:50:01):
IDY i, mean that doesn't make somebody unfit just because
they don't fit your rule of being quote unfit in
your head because of the way you do.
Speaker 1 (01:50:08):
Things is the burden of proof for unfit pretty? Low
AND i think closed, shelter, Well i'm food is not low,
Bar but is that a pretty low burden of?
Speaker 16 (01:50:17):
Proof typically when we're talking about unfit, stuff we're talking
about their drug, addicts they're, alcoholics they are abandoning in
the children to go out and party all the time
and dropping their kids off different, places or they have
physically assaulted their children in some way AND i mean,
sexually BUT i mean like you, know they're beating them,
up or they're mistreating, them or they're not feeding them
(01:50:38):
or you, know those kind of. Issues we're not talking
about taper changes where the diaper slightly offer you, know
those kind of goofy. Things we're talking about a lot
of times we're talking about. Unfitness we're talking about major, Issues,
okay major issues than any of us would define as.
Speaker 1 (01:50:54):
Unfit does the court see an age as an acceptable
age to be left?
Speaker 8 (01:50:59):
Alone say that one more.
Speaker 9 (01:51:01):
Time does the court have an age that they consider
an acceptable age to be left? Alone like if you
say if.
Speaker 16 (01:51:07):
There's not a set that there's there's not a set
age on the statute that says if your.
Speaker 8 (01:51:13):
Child is this, age you can leave them home.
Speaker 16 (01:51:15):
Alone it doesn't exist In, oklahoma it doesn't exist anywhere
because every kid is different in the way that they handle,
themselves their maturity, levels things like. THAT i, MEAN i
think twelve is a safe. Age don't quote me on,
that and don't say when you when someone calls the
cops That Jeff hensley said. This this is my personal
opinion based upon my personal. Experience, Okay but, again there's no,
(01:51:38):
sorry there's no laws or anything that say what that
specific lang you, know age. Is that's very specific to every,
kid to every, family those kind of.
Speaker 9 (01:51:46):
Things so there's no BECAUSE i, AGREE i think every
kid's a little bit, different there's no way to. Know
it's clearly NOW i see unfit being, well he now
leaves the kids alone or the kid.
Speaker 16 (01:51:54):
All right, now if he's leaving the kids alone and
they're six years, old of, course that's that's. Dumb, okay
that's a dangerous thing to, do. Okay or expecting a
twelve year old to take care and be the mother
to all the other kids while you're not going to the,
casino that's, unfit all. Right but, again most of the
time when we're talking about in, fitness we're talking about
typically major.
Speaker 1 (01:52:15):
Issues jeff From Hensley associates is in the studio to
answer your questions about family. LAW a couple of ways
to get your question eight three three four six OH
kmod is the phone. Number you can also email show
at kmod dot com or text like this ONE bmms
and whatever that is to eight two nine four.
Speaker 9 (01:52:30):
Five this say, IS i have a twenty two year
old son who's having a.
Speaker 1 (01:52:33):
Baby we want to have a have my, husband who
has been their, father adopt him before they have the
baby or get, married so that the baby.
Speaker 9 (01:52:41):
Will have our family.
Speaker 1 (01:52:42):
Name what is the? Process i'm going to say it
again because it is a little. CONFUSING i have a
twenty two year old son who is having a. Baby
we want to have my, husband who has been their,
father adopt him before they have the. Baby so it
sounds like the twenty two year old they want to
adopt that child who has been to the dad who's
been the, father not the blood, father the father of
(01:53:04):
who the twenty two year?
Speaker 8 (01:53:05):
Old, okay so, grandpa, yes, Okay so that the.
Speaker 9 (01:53:09):
Baby when it's born and they get, married will have
the dad's the family.
Speaker 8 (01:53:12):
Name, Okay so.
Speaker 1 (01:53:18):
It's very similar to the question we had earlier about
that it's not somebody who is over the age of, Eighteen.
Speaker 8 (01:53:23):
Yes and, NO i mean it's here's the.
Speaker 16 (01:53:25):
Deal you can't JUST i assume what they're doing is
that they're trying to block Out biodad in some way
so that kid doesn't Have biodad's name on it on
a last name and isn't involved in the kid's life
in some.
Speaker 8 (01:53:39):
Ways what it kind of sounds like the.
Speaker 16 (01:53:41):
Problem you run into is, This, okay If, Grandpa i'm
gonna call Him grandpa to try to adopt this, kid all.
Speaker 8 (01:53:49):
Right he can't just.
Speaker 16 (01:53:53):
Adopt to have a last name and then moms still
be mom when you. Adopt like what you're talking about
or they're asking about here is you would have to
terminate the rights to both, parents to mom and to.
Speaker 1 (01:54:04):
Dad.
Speaker 8 (01:54:05):
Okay so.
Speaker 16 (01:54:08):
If they're just mad about a last, name we can
deal with that through a name change down the road
and those kind of.
Speaker 8 (01:54:14):
Things but AND i don't know the, situation all. RIGHT
i don't know why they don't Like.
Speaker 16 (01:54:20):
Biodad you, KNOW i have a lot of different reasons
in my HEAD i can think, of But my point
of it is is that to do what they're, doing
you're have to terminate the rights to both, parents not
just one, parent and leave the other parent.
Speaker 8 (01:54:30):
Active.
Speaker 16 (01:54:31):
Don't it doesn't work that, Way, okay it never is
worked that. Way so when you're, adopting you're terminating rights
whether it be by, mom mom or dad or mom and,
dad depending upon the.
Speaker 8 (01:54:40):
Situation that's like when we do a step parent.
Speaker 16 (01:54:43):
Adoption, Right we've got a person who has acted as
that kid's, parent and now we're terminating the rights to
the individual who's the. Bioparent but you still have one,
side one original. Parent still part of the deal doesn't make.
Sense so you can't do what they're. Asking it's not
allowed and.
Speaker 1 (01:54:59):
Legal, well AND i was thinking, too AND i know
you see this a lot is people trying to rush
before a baby's, born ring's, done and that is not.
Speaker 8 (01:55:07):
Logical, well it's.
Speaker 16 (01:55:08):
Not AND i think the reason people get upset about,
It corbyn is because WHEN i say to, THEM i
hate to say, this you, know But god. Forbid the
way this works is the court wants to make sure
the baby is born Because god forbid that something should
happen to the. Child i'm not saying it, Will i'm
just saying and they kind of get offended by, it
And i'm, like, look the court doesn't have jurisdiction over
(01:55:31):
anybody until they're. Born, Now i'm not getting into any
discussions about you, know pro life all. That i'm not
talking about. It it's not what we're Talking that is
not what we're talking. About and then there's not a
DISCUSSION i want to have with. Anybody my point of
telling you this is that the court has to physically
(01:55:52):
have a person born that they have jurisdiction. Over if
the child is something were to happen to the child during,
pregnancy obviously there's no, birth there's no. Person so the
child has to be born before we can start worrying
about issues of name, changes, adoptions all that kind of.
Speaker 9 (01:56:10):
Stuff jeff From Hensley associates is in the.
Speaker 1 (01:56:13):
Studio any family law question he can answer eight through,
three four, six soh kmod that is WHAT A cassidy has.
Speaker 9 (01:56:18):
Done And, cassidy what's your question For Jeff hensley Of
hensley And. Associates SO i.
Speaker 10 (01:56:28):
Am legally, married but me and my husband have been
not legally separated for like nine years, now and a
couple of months ago he unfortunately passed away and there
it was due to a work, incident an injury or
something like, that and there's questionable things on what had
(01:56:48):
happened as far as that. Goes BUT i just need
to know what AM i legally obligated to do in that?
Speaker 16 (01:56:57):
Case OBLIGATED i, mean, LIKE i, mean here's the. Thing
first of, all even though you've been separated for a nine,
years you're still. Married, okay so you know you're still the.
WIFE i, mean you're still entitled to his marital estate
and all that stuff when he. PASSES i, mean legal,
obligation there's never there's not a legal obligation that, says
(01:57:20):
if you think your spouse was you, know killed at
work by some shoddy, whatever there's not a legal obligation
to file against the court against that. Company there's there's
not a legal. Obligation there might be a moral obligation
in your, heart but there's not a legal. Obligation now,
obviously if it's found that he, was you, know killed
(01:57:41):
by something that they failed to do or shoddy safety
or whatever it may, be then you know there's a lawsuit,
there and of course you could collect on That so
if that really is the, case so.
Speaker 10 (01:57:54):
What IF i didn't want to collect on that because
he was with another, person like in a relationship for
the pawer probably five. Years SO i feel like they
would be entitled to it more THAN i, would because.
Speaker 8 (01:58:05):
They're not entitled to it. Together but that's the.
Speaker 10 (01:58:07):
Problem that's HOW i.
Speaker 8 (01:58:09):
FEEL i, understand AND i.
Speaker 16 (01:58:10):
Don't i'm not diminishing. That i'm not criticizing. That i'm
really saying from a legal, standpoint.
Speaker 9 (01:58:16):
She's being honest right right and, saying, Hey i'm not the.
Speaker 16 (01:58:18):
Person AND i will tell, you the honesty is refreshing
and it is, awesome AND i commend you for.
Speaker 8 (01:58:24):
THAT i think it's.
Speaker 16 (01:58:25):
Great i'm just telling, you from a legal, standpoint the
person that could bring any sort of suit or whatever
it would be. YOU i, mean just because he was
with somebody else while you guys are still, married that
doesn't give her any legal standing to bring any suits
on his behalf because he's passed. Away you're the legal.
WIFE i, mean you could collect on that and then pay.
(01:58:46):
HER i guess if you wanted to do. THAT i,
mean that's one way to look at, IT i, Guess
but it's that that's a touchy area, obviously but you,
know there's no obligation if you think the, person if
you think that this your husband was killed by failure
of a company to do what they're supposed to. Do
(01:59:07):
there's all sorts of people you can turn them. INTO i,
mean depending upon what the company, is there's there could
be regulating boards and all sorts of, STUFF osha, violations
things like.
Speaker 8 (01:59:17):
THAT i, mean there's ways to handle.
Speaker 16 (01:59:18):
These issues without bringing a civil. Suit but you, know
it's really what you want to. Do it's really up to.
Speaker 10 (01:59:27):
You is there anything THAT i could do as far
as like maybe signing my rights over to.
Speaker 16 (01:59:34):
Maybe, no it, doesn't it doesn't work that. Way there's
not any state anywhere in THE us that has anything like.
Speaker 1 (01:59:39):
That and this is probably not to pick On, cassidy
but like this is an example of why you shouldn't
wait nine, years.
Speaker 11 (01:59:48):
Right, NO i?
Speaker 10 (01:59:48):
AGREE i.
Speaker 8 (01:59:49):
Agree, Yeah so if you give your, name here's What
i'm gonna.
Speaker 16 (01:59:53):
Do if you give your name or number, GIMPE i
will have my associate that handles all these kind of
business issues like. This i'll have them give you a
call and you can kind of ferret out a little
bit more of what you want to do and what
your options.
Speaker 10 (02:00:03):
Are, okay, okay, Cool thank you so, much appreciate.
Speaker 16 (02:00:06):
It, hey the, line and that's why you want to
talk to an attorney because he seems to get sticky
And harry very, quickly.
Speaker 1 (02:00:11):
Let's talk To scotty real. Quick, scotty go. Ahead you're
home With Jeff hensley Of hensley And.
Speaker 14 (02:00:14):
Associates, Yes, Sair, so my wife AND i had our
oldest son when we were in high, school and he
is now an, adult and we were going to enroll
him in, college and we're both tribal, members and we
were also going to get hi enrolled with my. Tribe
and when we realize, that or when we went to do,
that we realize my name is not on his birth.
(02:00:36):
Certificate and we have seen that this is pretty difficult
to do now that he's an, adult AND i was
going to see what's the best way to go about.
Speaker 16 (02:00:44):
That it is difficult to, do especially only it's especially
difficult when you're trying to get someone enrolled on the tribal.
Rolls and what he's talking, about for those that don't,
know is is that for his son to be able
to be on the. Rolls dad has to be on
the berthad dievicts he can show the bloodline is really.
Speaker 8 (02:01:01):
What that is a requirement of all the tribes to do.
Speaker 16 (02:01:04):
That so if you give you nim And i'm gonna get,
YOU i will call you and we'll talk about how
to get this, done especially for tribal, issues so we
can get him on the.
Speaker 8 (02:01:12):
Rolls.
Speaker 14 (02:01:12):
Right, AWESOME i appreciate.
Speaker 1 (02:01:14):
You hang, On. Scottie last one. Here it looks Like
bam has a. Question, bam what's your question For Jeff
hensley Of hensley And. Associates, hey, Good.
Speaker 12 (02:01:24):
I'm not onmoch any. Names but this GUY i know
went out and just let with this girl one night
stand and he's got her. Pregnant they tried to make it,
work but it didn't work, out so she come over
to his house one night. Tear instead of stuff, up
she spit tires keep get in the. Door and the
police told him then that you need to follow emergency
(02:01:46):
trading order if get touched me as a child and all,
that and he just didn't have the heart to do.
It so now time has went on and she found
out that he took the baby and another girl to
the zoo and she got mad about it and went
to her, lawyer and now he's got a restraining order
(02:02:06):
and all that stuff against. Him so what happens? TODAY i,
mean he's gonna get a, lawyer BUT i don't know
if what we HAVE i know what the lady is
gonna say?
Speaker 16 (02:02:16):
It, WELL i mean he's gonna need he's gonna need
to call. US i, mean what's gonna happen is is
we're gonna have to deal with that protective. Order you
have to, mention we're gonna have to follow a paternity.
Action what was what was her claim for protective order
for against? Him he just we don't know yet has
well has been?
Speaker 8 (02:02:32):
Served we don't.
Speaker 12 (02:02:33):
Ut he hasn't been served, yet but he's around to
go around the. Baby but we don't know if she
probably we're thinking that maybe she lied about. Something so
if she's, bad she's probably in.
Speaker 8 (02:02:46):
Trouble right, WELL i mean she has the burden to
proove to.
Speaker 16 (02:02:49):
Show but so many people mail and female Both all,
Right i'm going to dig on both sexes, Here male
and females. Both they follow these things and they use
it to control other people for kids and divorces and
paternity actions and. STUFF i, mean it's, reprehensible, really but
that's the way the system.
Speaker 1 (02:03:05):
Works.
Speaker 16 (02:03:06):
Sadly with that being, said we're gonna have to fight THAT,
po make it go, away and then of course we're
gonna need to deal with. Paternity we're gonna have to
establish he's got custody and visitation and all these other.
Speaker 1 (02:03:15):
Things so, okay, yeah hold, on, Man i'll have gimbe
get the info from you and you can share and
with your friend and deal with. That this is a good.
Speaker 9 (02:03:28):
Example you don't wait nine. Years you don't wait to do.
Speaker 1 (02:03:30):
Paternity you got to get that stuff taken care. Of
because even when he gets THE po taken care, of
he still has to prove he has a right to
see the, child Right and that's what the folks In.

fur of Lead. Zeppelins we'll be listening for that and
(02:05:24):
you can get qualified as, well and then throughout the
day there'll be many more chances for Sem. All twenty twenty, five,
lindsay what was that story you had about the? Cooler,
oh The.
Speaker 3 (02:05:35):
Igloo, Coolers over one hundred and eighty thousand of them
are being recalled because why because people's fingers are getting.
Speaker 1 (02:05:45):
Amputated, yes seventy eight cases have been reported of people's
fingers getting. Amputated all WHEN i thought it was like
when the door shuts And i've had my hand caught
in the door a.
Speaker 9 (02:05:57):
Lot and this ruler's been out for over five.
Speaker 1 (02:06:01):
Years, yeah it's a. Cooler it's not a. BUICK i.
Agree SO i had to do some investigating to understand
why it was getting. Recalled, now apparently there's a handle
that you grab and lift up to pull, it and
it's got some wheels and when that handle is pulled,
up it creates a pinch point where people's fingers are getting.
Speaker 9 (02:06:22):
Severed in some, cases.
Speaker 1 (02:06:23):
Wow, yeah because if you get a broken, finger there's
not much they can, do, no almost, zero to be,
Honest but an amputation is a whole other, thing and
a pinch point that would be created by this lever
action is Pretty what how many was it where they were,
(02:06:43):
like that's, fine, right, right right? Right why is it seventy?
Eight what was the number that triggered The, okay now
it's time if we get one?
Speaker 8 (02:06:53):
More right it?
Speaker 3 (02:06:54):
STARTED i read that it started with twelve, complaints and
then it was seventy eight more twelve like this? Year,
UH i, KNOW i guess in the very, beginning.
Speaker 9 (02:07:06):
BECAUSE i got to be, honest seventy eight over five, years, right?
Speaker 1 (02:07:11):
Right so is it the big long black handle that
they're pulling up like you use it to toll behind?
Speaker 2 (02:07:16):
You?
Speaker 1 (02:07:17):
Uh huh, okay, yes not the small black handles or
whatever average aver size that you would use to carry
it or. Whatever, no, UMMMM i want to know how
people are getting their fingers caught into this? Thing? Right
how is it creating a pinch? Point because just from
WHAT i know of coolers and WHAT i see on
the pictures, here the handle that you would grab is
(02:07:42):
towards the bottom, right and then you would simply just
lift that handle up and now you can pull it behind.
Speaker 9 (02:07:46):
You i'm gonna go with point, Drunk, NO i got.
Speaker 1 (02:07:50):
It that's that's. Fair they try to try to grab
their sides and their fingers are there or, whatever and
they get caught in. That, okay, Kids, OKAY i mean
and and and that's at the fault of the Manufacturer's.
Speaker 9 (02:08:04):
You could argue it's a faulty. Design it's a design.
Speaker 1 (02:08:07):
Flaw, however with all that being, said people have recently
asked me what happened my arm my, hand And i'm
always coming up with a different. Story, yeah and just
have a new, STORY i. Think. SO i think this is.
FANTASTIC i, mean it sucks for the seventy eight digits
that are, lost you, know those people that lost their. Fingers,
terrible But i'm stealing. IT i also think this is
(02:08:27):
a poor person. Problem why you say, that you gotta
get that problem with the yetti.
Speaker 12 (02:08:34):
Right, right.
Speaker 1 (02:08:36):
He's not, Wrong, yeah you aren't. Wrong we were at
the graduation thing this weekend and and my brother's girlfriend's
parents brought a coula with stuff and he's, like, hey
you help me carry. This of, COURSE i go to,
man yetti's are so? Heavy yeah they.
Speaker 9 (02:08:54):
Are it's enough to not want to yetti just empty
and that they're.
Speaker 1 (02:08:59):
Heavy how you're gonna load it down with ice and
beverages and sandwich meat and stuff like.
Speaker 9 (02:09:04):
That we have one and like when we have people,
over it's almost, never and she'll, go can you get
it out of the? Attic and someone was, like, okay
cause it's.
Speaker 3 (02:09:15):
Heavy, yeah why keep it in the air us butter
in the garage right?
Speaker 9 (02:09:21):
Easier, NO i have kids toys than everywhere.
Speaker 3 (02:09:23):
Else backpack ones are.
Speaker 9 (02:09:27):
NICE i have a soft side. Yety that's. Awesome, yeah.
OKAY i keep it in the car for grocery so
WHEN i buy, stuff like IF i buy something here
and it takes me forty five minutes to get to my,
HOUSE i keep from.
Speaker 1 (02:09:39):
Melting it delays it for. Sure, YEAH i was thinking it.
Was this is another example of people not being, honest
and they're blaming the. Cooler by the, way there's a
whole other thing of, like your injury is so, bad you're,
like who made let's call the manufacture of the. Cooler,
YEAH i don't.
Speaker 8 (02:09:58):
Know so that's.
Speaker 1 (02:09:59):
Seven that means there's at least three times as many
more of people, Like i'm not messing with all.
Speaker 9 (02:10:05):
That it's my dumb.
Speaker 1 (02:10:06):
Mistake, yeah.
Speaker 9 (02:10:09):
That to, me that is seventy eight is a wild
number of people that, went let's call the one eight hundred.
Number go through all the.
Speaker 1 (02:10:18):
PROMPTS i gotta be honest to call the one eight
hundred number for the cooler. COMPANY i can't imagine this
isn't a slam on. IGLOO i can't imagine they're over
the top customer service all, right BECAUSE i only BECAUSE
i can't imagine they get a lot of customer service. Calls,
uh iglu. Cooler how CAN i help? You, Well i've
(02:10:39):
got this cooler AND i have some ice and some.
Beer what DO i do? Now?
Speaker 9 (02:10:45):
Uh how can we help? You? Uh we'll keep hot stuff?
Speaker 8 (02:10:49):
Hot right?
Speaker 1 (02:10:50):
Right spoiler yes? RIGHT i finished.
Speaker 3 (02:10:54):
RIBS i don't understand how this is, happening because it
says that the toe, handle which is much less, longer.
Speaker 9 (02:11:00):
But the black, part it's the pinch points in the
middle near the connection to the.
Speaker 1 (02:11:04):
Cooler even then your, finger why are your fingers so
down low trying to grab this?
Speaker 9 (02:11:11):
Handle, listen we had to put do not put toaster
in the. BATHTUB i don't know what you guys are.
Speaker 1 (02:11:16):
Asking, yeah, True.
Speaker 9 (02:11:19):
Gimbie has used this line. Before this feels like a
life work in itself out, problem, right this is solving
some problems for some people if you are using the cooler.
INCORRECTLY i feel like that's on, you, Absolutely and you.
Speaker 1 (02:11:35):
Want to chalk this up to the McDonald's coffee. Thing
but when you dig into the McDonald's coffee, thing this
was Not this was not this woman being. Egregious she
didn't even want the. Lawsuit but the coffee at McDonald's
at the time was so over the top, hot unnecessarily.
Hot there were no standards for, that, Right so you
can't compare it to that. Scenario and as far AS i,
(02:11:55):
know nobody's brought a.
Speaker 3 (02:11:56):
Lawsuit this cooler between eighty and one hundred and forty.
Speaker 1 (02:12:02):
Dollars coolers are not, cheap NO i. Have i've got, one, two,
three four coolers at my. House three of THEM i
just haven't thrown away yet because they don't fit in
the in the in the dumpster like they, should AND
i don't want to pay the extra to just put
them on the curb and have them pick them. Up
So i've got three coolers at my house that that,
(02:12:22):
are you, know broken. Handles i'm sure they would work
if they're not no plan on moving. THEM i mean
that's dramatically less than A yetti by the. Way oh,
yeah oh, yeah for, SURE i got one OF i
got a long one hant giggity last year because the
ones THAT i had were pretty standard size ice, chest
you know that you would take to the lake or
whatever with. You And i'm, LIKE i need more. NOW
(02:12:44):
i don't need one that's eighteen feet long and you
can fit one hundred and thirty packs beer in. There, no,
No but even then that's some bitch cost. ME i
it was like one hundred and sixty bucks for that damn.
Thing And i'm, like, ah, DANG i don't want to pay,
it BUT i will.
Speaker 9 (02:13:01):
Well AND i think When yetti came out it Forced
igloo to have to change their. Coolers this isn't The
igloo cooler.
Speaker 1 (02:13:08):
Your mom, had, Right, No, NO i would imagine this
is more very similar to The yetti looking type Of.
Igloo and my parents always had the slide one where
you pushed the button on the side and slide it
down and you picked it, up it would slide all
the way.
Speaker 9 (02:13:22):
Around it was not a good.
Speaker 1 (02:13:24):
Cooler if you picked it up the wrong, way it
opened up and there goes your. LUNCH i always remember
it had to be when we go on road trips
and we get put behind the seat BECAUSE i sat
behind my dad and we'd go back there AND i
had to put my legs up on top of it
BECAUSE i was the shortest. One, yeah.
Speaker 9 (02:13:42):
Even that small little coolers one hundred and some odd.
Speaker 1 (02:13:45):
Bucks, yeah.
Speaker 11 (02:13:48):
Layer.
Speaker 9 (02:13:48):
Ones that's. Cool all, Right we got to take a.
Break we'll be.
Speaker 1 (02:13:52):
Back more of A Big Man Morning show is. Next N.
Speaker 12 (02:14:09):
Good.
Speaker 9 (02:14:10):
Morning it's The big Nin Morning. Show time to find
out whateverybody. Learned we'll start With. Lindsay, lindsay what'd you learn?
Speaker 3 (02:14:19):
TODAY i learned that If Dolly parton were actually carved
Into Mount, rushmore we'd have a national landmark where the
sun never sets but always casts two very impressive. Shadows
and a two pay seems like a great idea until
a Strong oklahoma wind turns your hair piece into an
unidentified flying object can Be what'd you learn?
Speaker 1 (02:14:42):
Today i'll learn if you're going to get a two,
pay you should get some big red shoes to go with.
IT i also learn to spanking a child can have,
major major side effects for them later on in, life
like manners and.
Speaker 9 (02:14:54):
RESPECT i learned mister clean is the female equivalent from
what's name From Roger. Rabbit AND i also learned, no.
Speaker 1 (02:15:04):
The fat lady gave me the. Weed corbyn, say make
sure that. Dishwashers let it, right.
Speaker 3 (02:15:10):
It's stuff tracking my. Cycle this Is.
Speaker 2 (02:15:14):
Daddy CAN i get a?
Speaker 9 (02:15:20):
Call, yeah what the.
Speaker 15 (02:15:29):
Hell.
Speaker 1 (02:15:31):

Speaker 2 (02:15:34):
Make noise.
Speaker 14 (02:15:39):
Interpassword corbyn new.
Speaker 13 (02:15:41):
Messages The Big Mad Morning show would like to take
a minute to thank truth From oklahoma and all over
The United.
Speaker 12 (02:15:46):
States these soldiers have. Sacrifice give The Big Mad Morning
show before you the. Back like the total douchebags that they,
are total douchebag, bag little incomplete. Douchebag we honor and respect.
Speaker 15 (02:15:57):
You we honor and respect, You.
Speaker 11 (02:15:59):
We, honor understrike, you rock and.
Speaker 1 (02:16:01):
Roll i'm Bless.
Speaker 12 (02:16:05):
Tulsa we try, it.
Speaker 9 (02:16:06):
BOYS i don't know if we should go into like
what happened technically for everybody with the show. Yesterday, yeah
(02:16:29):
it's not a sexy.
Speaker 1 (02:16:30):
Story it's not at. All something decided not to wake
up on A monday morning that's all there. Is the
sprocket all right didn't do what it was supposed. To
and in the modern climate of, industry we don't have
an on site person and we have to communicate with
someone in some stand and they said that they would
(02:16:56):
contact the correct individual and they would get in touch with,
us and and that was a at best ninety minute
out solution turned out to be.
Speaker 9 (02:17:06):
One hundred and eighty right right minute. Solution and even
then we couldn't solve, it and we were kind of running,
blind trying to just figure it out on our.
Speaker 1 (02:17:16):
Own as far AS i, know that's never. Happened it's
never happened as long As i've been. HERE i don't
know about you or any either one of you or
any of the places that you all have, been if
that's ever. Happened, yes we've had major technical faults, before
but there's all always been someone less than thirty minutes
(02:17:36):
out right, Right and when your guy is an hour
out at, minimum, yeah that really hurts. Things, yeah and
so we were kind of at the mercy of, technology
BUT i feel like we Made. Hey, yeah, absolutely it
did took a little, bit we figured it, out you,
(02:17:58):
know but it worked.
Speaker 9 (02:18:00):
Out it had the best Sleep i've had in. Weeks, really,
YEAH i was exhausted.
Speaker 1 (02:18:05):
YESTERDAY i slept like, shit tossed and turned RIGHT i
couldn't and weird dreams while we're at, It and from
WHAT i, gather when you it's gonna get deep and. Personal,
okay you ready for, This let it, out. Man so
when you drink a lot and then you stop drinking
as much or really at, all you, know because your
(02:18:27):
body's so used to going to bed with the alcohol
that's in your, system when you stop doing, that that
affects your sleep for at least the first couple of,
days not week, whatever until your body adjusts to the
way you know that it should. Be so last night
didn't drink any at all, whatsoever and fucking slept like.
Shit And i'm probably gonna end up doing it again.
(02:18:48):
Tonight you, KNOW i love it WHEN i wake. UP
i Know i'm not the only one that wakes up
in the middle of the night or. Whatever sometimes you
got a. Peece sometimes you just fucking wake, up And
i'll wake, up And i'm curious as to what time it.
Is SHOULD i just go ahead and stay up? Now
BECAUSE i get up at one thirty every day every.
Morning so if it's like one, O'clock i'll go ahead
and get. Up, now what's thirty? Minutes? Right So i'm, like, Hey,
(02:19:11):
google what time is? It and in my bed and she,
says this is last, Night it's eleven FIFTEEN. PM i
to bullshit, me aren't you. LADY i feel Like i've
been sitting here sleep and trying to anyhow all night,
long but now it didn't. Work that's.
Speaker 9 (02:19:27):
Crazy so you let an audible. Answer oh my, gosh
that was like actually looking up slomp and.
Speaker 1 (02:19:32):
Glancing. Yeah well IF i, do Then i've got to roll,
over and THEN i got to pick up my, phone
look at my. Phone my phone lights up. Everything it's,
like you, know WHEN i can just simply holler At
google the little, yeah and she tells me what time it,
is you, know And i'm, like all, right, cool well
eleven fifteen at that. Time there's other TIMES i do
is like twelve. Thirty i'm, like, okay, Well i'm Just
(02:19:54):
i'll lay here or. WHATEVER i have a clock on
the other side of the room SO i can sit
like lean up and look at see and it's not
bright or.
Speaker 9 (02:20:01):
Anything so it's perfect for the.
Speaker 1 (02:20:03):
Bedroom and then my iPhone when it's charging is a, clock,
okay and it works on, motion so it won't be,
on but IF i sit, up it comes on and
tells me the time and then fades. OUT i had
gotten somebody an alarm clock once that, like looking at,
it regular fucking alarm clock has the time or whatever
blue numbers wasn't very. Bright it was, awesome but it
(02:20:24):
also projected the time's up on the, ceiling so you
just fucking look up and you're, like, oh it's you,
know eight o'clock or. WHATEVER i thought that was pretty.
Speaker 9 (02:20:32):
Awesome So i've started this.
Speaker 1 (02:20:34):
Thing this is, you.
Speaker 9 (02:20:35):
Guys this is stuff that we would probably normally not
share on aero. RECORD i would maybe tell one of you.
Speaker 1 (02:20:42):
INDIVIDUALLY i bought a sunset light at night for at,
night and so it is a, light not, illumination but
a lighter shade of, orange, okay AND i will When
i'm WATCHING tv or WHEN i go to the bedroom
at eight o'clock that goes on to emulate it's, good
(02:21:03):
it's time to go to, bed and tricking your. Brain,
yeah it works freaking. Wonders and in the, morning IF
i get up early and my wife's geting. UP i
will turn that. On will be the first light, On, okay,
yeah because sometimes you turn those lights on and it's.
Blind holy. Shit, yeah walking into the bathroom is the
one number one. Thing So i've got the light that's
(02:21:24):
by the shower with the vent and all, that you,
know heater and all, that and then the regular. Light
And i've learned over. Time hit that heater light it's
a little bit. Easier. Yeah now not only good for the,
bed the bathroom that's in my. BEDROOM i do the same.
Thing in the other bathroom has bright as, shit changed
the bowl about or.
Speaker 9 (02:21:45):
Something the other Thing i've done IS i have that
LAMP i just told you about on A Wi fi switch,
okay A WiFi, outlet and SO i can just tell
my voice command System alexa or whatever to turn it.
Speaker 1 (02:21:59):
Off SO i don't even have to get. IT i
can get all cozy in bed and then just tell
it to turn it. OFF i can't give it any
NAME i. Want it is a game.
Speaker 9 (02:22:06):
Changer oh, YEAH i don't have to get out of, bed,
RIGHT i told my, WIFE i can just get the
coffee pot set up that, way.
Speaker 1 (02:22:16):
Could, right, Yes but all, right.
Speaker 9 (02:22:20):
My anxiety with the coffee pot is probably of all
the appliances right, now it's the. Highest there's another pliants
that's creeping in on.
Speaker 1 (02:22:28):
It but Because i've had too many times where the
coffee pot wasn't pushed all the way, in or there
was somebody left coffee in the and it. Overflows and
NOW i have hardwood floors and if it gets on,
there they are. Ruined, yeah and so that gives Me
i'd rather go check. MYSELF i go, IN i, LOOK
i put the lid, on and even WHEN i empty it,
(02:22:49):
OUT i take the lid off and put it on
top of the coffee, pot SO i know it's been.
Speaker 9 (02:22:54):
Emptied, Yeah i'm a Coffee nazi as.
Speaker 1 (02:22:56):
Well you've had enough times it's COUSED. Ptsd you've learned your.
Lesson there ain't nothing wrong with. That and then the
air fryer is the new one that's given me anxiety
because WHEN i turn it, on it. Goes i'm, like oh,
boy it's tight for a new. One it.
Speaker 9 (02:23:16):
IS i got a flashlight because we use it every,
day sometimes two to three. Times Wo and so my
kid loves chicken, fingers fish. Sticks, YEAH i like hash
browns with. Eggs in the morning, anyway we do, pretzels
the super. Pretzels, ANYWAY i got a flashlight and looked
at the. Fan that fan looks like it's been digging. Coal,
(02:23:38):
YEAH i Bet, yeah it is not a happy. Fan
you never really think to clean that sort of thing.
Out you clean the basket out. RIGHT i don't know
how you clean.
Speaker 3 (02:23:47):
It way to clean. It i've watched videos on, it
and people will fill it with water and and like
down dish soap or, whatever and then and set it
and put it on like for twelve minutes or. WHATEVER
i don't trust.
Speaker 9 (02:24:04):
It but that's just that's just the, device the. Drawer
this is a fan up. Inside so anything that splashes
or whatever splashes up on that, fan you can't clean.
That any grease or smoke or whatever then coats the
fan and cakes. On.
Speaker 3 (02:24:22):
WELL i wonder if they if it's supposed to clean
like how when you put a glass of water inside
a microwave and heat it, up and how it steams
your microwave and then you can just wipe everything. Down,
yeah if it's supposed to do that essentially to YOUR
i don't think.
Speaker 1 (02:24:38):
SO i don't think.
Speaker 9 (02:24:39):
SO i think there's a lot of. Loose there's no
tight seal around an air. Fryer there's no real latch
like there is on a.
Speaker 1 (02:24:47):
Microwave i'm sure there's gotta be away or maybe just
maybe that's their way of getting you to buy.
Speaker 3 (02:24:53):
Exactly a new and they should make them less expensive
because a really good they're getting up there in.
Speaker 9 (02:24:59):
PRICE i think they're about A. Hundie they've always been
up there in.
Speaker 1 (02:25:03):
Price, yeah you, know.
Speaker 9 (02:25:04):
And get a really nice one for A. Hundie if
you go cheap.
Speaker 1 (02:25:07):
On the air, fryer you're skipping yourself on space and
like how much you can fit in the basket or.
Whatever SO i think when it comes to that, sort
when it comes to kitchen appliance outside of like a
can opener or a, toaster you're gonna have to pay
at least bare minimum seventy five bucks or something. Different
(02:25:28):
this says the best air fryer is an instant Pot
vortex and it runs one hundred and thirty nine. Dollars
and then the next best one is The Kasori airfrier
nine and, one, yeah nine and.
Speaker 9 (02:25:42):
One compact large six quart fast turbo and that runs
eighty nine.
Speaker 3 (02:25:48):
Dollars, wow and you can go as low as ninety
degrees in that one.
Speaker 9 (02:25:54):
Ninety to four hundred and.
Speaker 1 (02:25:55):
Fifty that's what it. Says, wow all, Right, corbyn here
keeep this all? Right. Okay so to clean the fan
of your air, fryer remove all the shells and accessories
and get a soft brush like a paint brush to
gently remove the debris from the fan, blades being careful
not to damage. Them for tougher, grease a baking soda
paste can be you can help loosen. It, finally ensure
(02:26:19):
all parts are fully dry before reassembling the air. Fryer
absolute that seems like a lot of. Work it's easier
just to go buy a new one and probably Better, Anyway.
Speaker 3 (02:26:30):
This kasoori brand has got like a DOUBLE.
Speaker 9 (02:26:33):
I have a Double oh, OKAY i have a double draw,
one and it is used not as often because there's
not two different heating. Elements, oh there's only one heating.
Speaker 1 (02:26:45):
Element you're cooking your fries in one basket and your
nugs and another, one and it's all the same temperature.
REGARDLESS i can set, temperatures so maybe the fan moves
faster or slower or. Whatever uh, Huh but Like i'll
do garlic bread and put it in foil and start,
Start just do one side and put it on the.
Other and by the time it's, done the nuggies are.
Done the bread is, perfect so there's no like And
(02:27:06):
i'm turn that side on. Right IF i can get
away with, It i'll just dump it all in one.
Basket oh. SURE i had nuggets and fries for. LUNCH
i was the last week, sometime and instead of doing the,
nuggets foods and then the, fries JUST i fucking dumped
it all in, there hit the, temperature let it cook
for like ten fifteen, minutes and, BOOM i was, done
piping hot, lunch ready to.
Speaker 3 (02:27:27):
Go have you ever made fresh meats in your ear,
fryar like salmon filet or even a steak or.
Speaker 9 (02:27:34):
Something, yeah done a steak before?
Speaker 3 (02:27:36):
You how did it turn?
Speaker 1 (02:27:37):
Out turned? Out all? Right, well it really it's just
a matter of temperature and keeping control of. That use
your thermometer for. That that's WHAT i.
Speaker 9 (02:27:45):
Do you, know it, works it's gonna cook your. MEAT
i prefer, like If i'm doing steak or something like,
THAT i want it to have like a crisp on.
Speaker 3 (02:27:52):
It So i've seen the videos And i'm, LIKE i just.
Speaker 1 (02:27:56):
Done.
Speaker 3 (02:27:56):
It can't bring myself.
Speaker 1 (02:27:57):
Ork tenderloin in there as? Well those small one did
you get from the, path you, know grocery store or.
Whatever throw that subbitch in. There it works out. Fine
i've done frozen flats and drummits like upper hot wings
frozen and put them in there and they've been. Done
i've cooked them completely and they work. Fine it takes, forever,
truth BUT i feel like it's. Cleaner it's not.
Speaker 9 (02:28:22):
So uh, yeah how do we get?
Speaker 12 (02:28:25):
There?
Speaker 1 (02:28:25):
Oh, yeah? Anxiety, yeah. Appliances have you Seen yesterday was
the first day of The diddy. Testimony have you heard
some of the. Stuff it's, AMAZING a little bit here and,
there it's so.
Speaker 9 (02:28:33):
Good, listen listen to some of.
Speaker 1 (02:28:35):
This so they seated the jury, right and the prosecution
came out swinging where they talked about claim Where diddy
made a sex worker urinate in his girlfriend's. Mouth that's
abusive power right. Here.
Speaker 9 (02:28:52):
MAN i am not a relationship. Expert i've been my second.
Marriage it seems to be going pretty. Good that doesn't
make me an. EXPERT i don't think he loved, Her, No,
NO i could be. Wrong forget the video where he
whoops her ass in front of the. ELEVATOR i don't
think he loved. Her he asked another man to urinate
(02:29:15):
in her, mouth.
Speaker 1 (02:29:16):
In her, Mouth it'd be one thing if it was
on her feet or, chest maybe a little golden shower
Esque Ricky. Martin you, know but come on, Now.
Speaker 9 (02:29:25):
I'm, good And i'm. Good i'm good with. This i'm
gonna step out on a.
Speaker 1 (02:29:27):
Ledge even if you ask another man to urinate anywhere
on your, girl you don't.
Speaker 3 (02:29:35):
Love, Her, no you don't respect her even.
Speaker 9 (02:29:37):
Now you don't love.
Speaker 3 (02:29:37):
Her, no you you probably don't even like.
Speaker 1 (02:29:41):
Her but it's okay if you do.
Speaker 9 (02:29:42):
It, Though, no that's not what that didn't, Happen so
that's not what we're talking, about, saying where's the line?
Speaker 1 (02:29:49):
Here? THINK i think you definitely make an argument using
a bodily defecating or using a bodily waste right on
somebody is not. Love some people get off on that
sort of. Thing Ricky martin, again you know WHAT i?
Mean so maybe he enjoys watching other dudes piss on
his old. Ladies, right it's Not Ricky, martin, well Not Ricky, martin,
(02:30:12):
no but but Old diddley, Here diddley. Here maybe he
likes that sort of, thing you, know AND i you, know,
okay if that's cool that you can't have him piss
on her feet or whatever, belly you, know but but
open your, mouth use your mouth as a. Urinal i'm
good on. THAT i would argue that he has a
(02:30:33):
massive anti, woman some sort of hatred against women.
Speaker 9 (02:30:38):
Mentality, okay based off what we've.
Speaker 1 (02:30:42):
Seen so, far the way he treats, women treating their
mouth like a, urinal like that is not someone who
thinks people are. Awesome.
Speaker 3 (02:30:51):
Yeah did he not have a mom growing? UP i don't,
know or did she abuse?
Speaker 9 (02:30:56):
Him, yeah it could be either. ONE i don't think
it's either one of those at.
Speaker 1 (02:31:00):
All. WHATSOEVER i don't think it's a it's a lack
of respect for. Women he probably, Doesn't BUT i think
it's more of A i'm fucking, diddy do you know
who the FUCK i? Am you're gonna do WHAT i say,
regardless Or i'll have you dealt with it's power. Thing,
well there's an argument out there that he has always
(02:31:21):
been somebody who feels like he has to prove who he. Is,
yeah and that like he makes No so there's a
theory out there that he is A cia operative. Too
it's the only you take someone who has no, power no,
talent no, skill and you put him into a position of,
power funneling, money covering up for years and years and. Years,
(02:31:45):
Okay i'm not saying it's a great. Theory i'm just
saying that the examples THAT i saw, online And i'm, like,
OKAY i could see that connection.
Speaker 9 (02:31:54):
Right there was no reason to put him in. Power
there was no reason for him to be in power
of the label. None he had no rights to, it
none at. All and then they ended up he is
and he's having to constantly prove himself over and over
and now he's so, out far out over his.
Speaker 1 (02:32:11):
Skis he's making other, men you're innat in his girl's
mouth so. GROSS i saved this one for this BECAUSE
i wanted to be able to say, that, uh It's
they even came out and said that they would have
his girl and other women participate in sex with male sex.
Speaker 9 (02:32:32):
Workers while he would watch and. Masturbate isn't that cuck holding?
Speaker 1 (02:32:37):
Essentially? YEAH i mean we've had this discussion With brady,
before because he's the expert on that sort of. Thing
that's more like a bull and vixen sort of. Thing
the cuck holding is, worthy and we don't, know maybe
there's transcripts of the conversations they, Have but the cuck
holding is more of the degrading nessby you, know oh right,
right talking down right right While i'm sitting here a
(02:32:57):
fucking year old. Lady i'm looking you in the eye, like,
yeah you're, tiny, dick can't fucking do, this can't? It you,
know stupid you like, that, right.
Speaker 9 (02:33:06):
Even one time getting mad about there not being enough baby.
Speaker 2 (02:33:09):
Oil, yeah.
Speaker 1 (02:33:12):
The man got caught with a thousand bottles of oil.
Oil his lawyers argued that he should not be judged
for his sexual. Preferences, uh, okay, yeah but if if
they're doing it against their, will yeah you get judgment against.
Speaker 9 (02:33:29):
THAT i.
Speaker 1 (02:33:30):
Agree if, yeah if you want to use somebody to
piss in your girlfriend's, mouth that's a little. Weird that's on.
Speaker 9 (02:33:36):
You maybe you shouldn't judge. Him we're going to.
Speaker 1 (02:33:39):
Anyway but if it doesn't sound like she did the willing,
wing she didn't get on her knees and say ah.
Speaker 9 (02:33:45):
Ah she's supposed to testify, too which will be really.
Speaker 1 (02:33:48):
Interesting, Apparently his family was in, there including his three,
daughters and they walked out of the courtroom when the
mail sex worker was giving graphic testimony about what. HAPPENED
i can't say is THAT i blame. HIM i wouldn't
want to hear about my dad's graphic sexual. Encounters, no
no matter who he, is it's just.
Speaker 9 (02:34:08):
Weird and then this is a really weird THING i
think and chalked up to this makes no. Sense AND
i think he's a.
Speaker 1 (02:34:16):
Fraud and that is he was reading The Holy bible
while he was this was all going, on like it
feels like a prop at that. Point that's exactly what it.
Is he's trying to make himself look like a, decent wholesome.
Person AND i think everybody knows a little. Differently and
you've seen the photo the, sketches, right like he's got gray.
Hair if they're trying to make him look not like
(02:34:38):
a young, person, Right, Well i'm sure you know he's in,
jail so he's not getting pampered like he usually. Is
he's not getting his hair, colored he's not getting his hair,
cut you, know, Right but but they do this even
remember with the girl In San diego and she killed
him in the. Shower and then she was blonde and
(02:35:03):
they wanted. Her they had her wearing like a very
classic skirt and blouse to try and make her look
very no, makeup try to make her look very neighbor's
next door type of, innocence type of churchy going.
Speaker 9 (02:35:17):
Person they tried to fit a character. Narrative it didn't,
work did? It AND i know because the evidence is
hard to hide. From but the, WHO i don't think
you could do. It BUT i would be, like please
don't come to this. Trial please don't come watch and
listen to the. Kids, yes oh, yeah there's no need
(02:35:39):
for the kids to be.
Speaker 1 (02:35:40):
THERE i, mean are they? There are the adult? Children? Yeah,
SO i MEAN i guess they have the right they
could do whatever they. Want But i'd tell, them, yeah
we don't need you to be.
Speaker 9 (02:35:49):
There his kid's name Are King Justin dior.
Speaker 1 (02:35:56):
Because Dra car was already, taken, Right Jesse james, Okay
chance And Elias Starr, Okay yeah that. Sucks that sucks
for those kids that they have to deal with.
Speaker 12 (02:36:10):
It BUT I.
Speaker 1 (02:36:13):
I don't think that the kids were oblivious to what
was going. On, sure the kids were there at some
of those. Parties i'm sure the kids. Knew one of
them did, anyway probably one of the older. ONES i don't.
Know he has seven.
Speaker 9 (02:36:25):
Kids, YEAH i didn't know he had that.
Speaker 1 (02:36:28):
Many well good for. Him, yeah, well you, know we'll
see what happens with. This see if he ends Up
epstein or? Now is he?
Speaker 4 (02:36:39):
Is he?
Speaker 1 (02:36:39):
Is he's not gonna get Off scott. Free how many
years is he looking at? LIFE i think it's. LIFE
i THINK i think he's. It, yeah because he's Under
it's more than just you, know the sex trafficking and
these freak coughs or whatever is.
Speaker 9 (02:37:00):
That the charges include, racketeering, conspiracy sex, trafficking transportation for
the purpose. Prostitution the racketeering charges alone could carry a life,
sentence Potentially racteion's a really hard one to get. Convicted
but it's just an add. On sex trafficking statutory is minimum.
Fifteen SO i don't he ain't getting out anytime.
Speaker 1 (02:37:25):
Soon IS. R kelly still locked? Up?
Speaker 12 (02:37:27):
Yes oh?
Speaker 1 (02:37:28):
Yeah, Okay because as all this is going, ON i
kind of made me. WONDER i was, like did he
ever get out or is he still locked? UP i
guess he's still locked, up which, okay, listen you take
all those fucking weirdos and put them all in one
boat and sink it for. ALL i give a. Shit
i'm fighting for my life. Here i'm sure you. Were
he sentenced to thirty years in prison for racketeering and
(02:37:51):
sex TRAFFICKING. R Kelly is and then he also received
a twenty year sentence In chicago for child pornography and enticement.
Speaker 9 (02:37:57):
Charges and that'll be sir. CONCRUENTLY i wonder if they.
Speaker 1 (02:38:03):
Get these these artists that are in prison and make
a new, band like a prison. BAND i wonder if
they allow them to do music. Right they're, like, guys
we've got a special treat for you, today and make
number six seven eight three, five also known AS R
kelly is going to be putting on a show for
you guys. Today i'm not a big fan of the,
(02:38:26):
conclurently concruently charge or simultaneously Like i'm not a big
fan of like that just happened to uh, well wolf
chiefs a. Hollock, okay, yeah brought the. Banks he got
thirty two years and he gets to serve that at
the same, Time like those two things are happening at
the same. Time, no it should be back to.
Speaker 3 (02:38:44):
Back, no so really he'll sort of like fourteen total
or something like, that whatever it.
Speaker 1 (02:38:48):
Is, Yeah, yeah it's not like twenty and then. Thirty
LIKE R kelly isn't getting thirty and. Twenty he's getting
the twenty will be over in, hill have ten years
left in his other, one which he might get out after. That,
YEAH i call that you stay in, there stay in,
there serve all your. Time you're gonna serve this sentence
first and then you're gonna serve your other. Sentence BUT
R kelly's fifty, eight so he'll be in. Jail he'll
(02:39:10):
probably dine in. Jail, yeah orton likely thirty, years so it'd.
Speaker 9 (02:39:14):
Be eighty seventy five is probably a good.
Speaker 8 (02:39:17):
Guess, no there.
Speaker 3 (02:39:18):
Wasn't any video at evidence ever of him beating up any.
Females Are KELLY R? Kelly, no But, diddy there is
video of him beating Up.
Speaker 9 (02:39:29):
Cassie, yeah BUT i don't think there's, Assault like is there?
Sexual is there a domestic assault charges of the?
Speaker 3 (02:39:35):
CHARGES i think it is one of the charges because
they are going to be showing that video in court
if they haven't, already.
Speaker 1 (02:39:41):
And if, anything it just shows his.
Speaker 9 (02:39:43):
Character, yeah it's more of like a character thing at that.
Point but, nonetheless, sadly the assault charge is the least
of the least of the, charges. RIGHT i don't know
how much prison time he would get.
Speaker 1 (02:39:55):
Out of, That, no that'd just be extra if.
Speaker 9 (02:39:58):
Anything give Mind cosby got.
Speaker 1 (02:40:00):
OUT i just.
Speaker 3 (02:40:02):
WONDER i wonder, though, like while he's in, there if
he's going to be in general, Population, no he. Won't
betes aren't general, popular, okay BECAUSE i feel like if he,
is like he would definitely get beat, up like people.
WILL i think people blame him For tupac's murder, probably
AND i think that that would you, know people hold
that against him and want to try to come after
(02:40:23):
him for that.
Speaker 1 (02:40:24):
DEPENDS i guess maybe they let that. GO i don't.
Speaker 9 (02:40:27):
Know, Well i'm typically celebrities are held in a separate
wing of a prison that is for police, officers prosecuting,
attorneys some regular, attorneys political, figures high, profile, right, Yeah
and so they're in a population group where but they
(02:40:49):
still have there it's very secluded from the, murderers the
gang members that aren't, famous.
Speaker 1 (02:40:57):
Right, Right, Right So i'm one section and let's just SAY.
R kelly and fucking ditty or in the same prison
for whatever. Reason they would be in that little group
together and they can hang out away from gen.
Speaker 12 (02:41:09):
Bomb.
Speaker 1 (02:41:09):
Yeah AND i think there's also another separation probably within
that because of the, charge the child charge on.
Speaker 9 (02:41:17):
THAT i don't think they put him just in with everyone.
Speaker 3 (02:41:20):
Else, Okay so in twenty, NINETEEN. R kelly was in
general population In. Chicago that's.
Speaker 9 (02:41:28):
Different that is a holding while.
Speaker 1 (02:41:30):
Trial.
Speaker 3 (02:41:31):
Okay in twenty twenty three he was transferred to The
Federal Correctional, Institution Butner medium one In North.
Speaker 9 (02:41:40):
Carolina, yeah that's the, sort which is a medium security
that's where he's serving his. Sentence there's the place you
stay while your trials going, on like In oklahoma for
federal AND i know this for a specific reason Which
i'm not going to share on the, air but there In,
oklahoma they're. Fed there's A Us marshall's holding facility halfway
between here In Oklahoma.
Speaker 1 (02:41:58):
City so anybody who's on a federal charge stays. There,
right they don't put them In. Moss you might stay In,
moss but then they transfer. You, right you'll stay in
there for a couple of. Days you'll get your fancy
white jumpsuit as opposed to a an orange. One, YEAH
i learned that it's a hard. Way i'll come there in.
(02:42:19):
White oh that's federal no. Shit, yeah, okay, right there
ain't nothing to mess, With, NO i. Ain't y'all have
fun over. There conviction rate of federal charges is like
ninety seven percent or something like. That, yeah they, liked you,
know get their job. Done they don't mess around with
navies right. Right but as far as The diddy stuff,
GOES i wish it was. Televised there'll be A hulu
(02:42:40):
special about.
Speaker 10 (02:42:41):
It oh.
Speaker 1 (02:42:41):
YEAH i really don't give a shit about most celebrity court,
cases but this, One i'm, like, ah all, right let's
see where this.
Speaker 9 (02:42:48):
Goes for, me it's just the wildness of it that you,
go really, yeah out there they're the you might be
the exception of, chaos right that was allowed to, happen
and ever buddy, Went, okay the photos with Like leo
other celebrity like.
Speaker 1 (02:43:07):
That is not a good look for.
Speaker 9 (02:43:08):
You all, right you guys have a great.
Speaker 1 (02:43:11):
Week ye
