Man never really heard Metallica. So you've heard it on
an eight tracks, right, just feel different in the El Camino. Yeah,
we'll do that. Coming up. We gotta see what Gimpee
wants to talk about. We've got conspiracy theory Thursday. We're
gonna talk to Drillers Baseball with Mike Malegan. Something cool
they're doing down at one Oak Field. And we've got
(04:17):
our top list. One's gonna hurt as we do Top
five Memories of your Dad, and we're qualifying people for
km O D's fifty for fifty fifty years of Miller
Lite and we're giving away fifty pairs of concert tickets
to one lucky individual. You just got to get qualified,
(04:38):
and to do that you got to listen for that
queue that plays every hour. And Homie Defirement just got
qualified in Bristol, a long time listener, so we'll do
that coming up. Well Well, well, well, death pool points,
God's haven't bestowed their grace upon me. I don't know
(05:02):
who would. Oh good for you as Brian Wilson died
and he was my number one pick this year, so
he got points. Yeah, you got points.
Speaker 7 (05:16):
You've put it out there in the universe just a
day or two ago.
Speaker 3 (05:21):
I am boom.
Speaker 2 (05:22):
I am highly convinced that he has a newsletter of
like who's going to be dying soon? It's like who's
going to die monthly? Who's going to die soon monthly? Right,
And that's where he gets his picks because you you,
I think, out of all of us, I think you've
scored the most points over the years. Yeah, right, I'm
happy to get one. Right. If I get to that's
(05:44):
even better. Well, I pretty much kick ast at everything
I do. I think that's the line I hear.
Speaker 8 (05:47):
Ye.
Speaker 2 (05:47):
Yeah, if you got to be good at something, you know,
why not be good at calling people's deaths. I'll say this,
I'll say this. I don't know if this is a
good accolade. I'm pretty good at reading people. Oh yeah,
and I can tell when you're near the end. Lindsey
said this unsolicited to me before, that I read people
(06:08):
pretty well.
Speaker 3 (06:08):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (06:09):
And I just saw Brian Wilson like in November last year,
and I was like, oh, he died soon. Yeah, but
what about Jimmy though? What about Jimmy? We've been saying that.
I think you said that about Jimmy a few times. Yeah,
and that can't hold on? Yeah, so I guess you
can't be a hundred you can't be one hundred percent, right, Yeah,
but I said pretty good. I didn't say it was flawless, right,
I'll settle for ninety eight point six ninety seven point.
(06:33):
I saw Harvey Weinstein Corey yesterday. He looked fine, yeah, right,
when other times he's looked like a light breeze would
kill him. I think that's an act. Yeah, I think
that's a that's a ploy for the jurors and the
court people, and they're like, oh, he's such a frail
old man. True, let's forget about all the harm that
he's done and the monster that he is. And I
(06:55):
think when someone goes on the list a lot like
Jimmy Carter, right, we're now playing a game of attrition
at this point, Like, right, we did the same thing
with Bob and and uh, what's her nuts? Jaja jaja, yeah, namesake, Yeah,
because I think that's what it is. When it comes
to Jimmy, right, you're just like okay, because you can't
(07:16):
go with age. We try to do this every year,
like well they're really old, so yeah, yeah, Taco Van
Dyke prime example, ninety nine years old and still spry
as a seventy year old short of them having a sickness, right,
a known sickness, I should say, maybe it's all luck, dude,
it's all luck and the death pull luck. God's just
(07:38):
happened to slap me around, right. I still have Harvey Weinstein,
Randy Moss, and Barbara Eden in My wild card is
Halle Berry. Haley Berry. Gimbie has DVD Frankie Valley, which,
by the way, uh huh, by the way, I went
(07:59):
down a rabbit hole of Frankie Valley and videos of
him performing. And we've talked about this before, so there's
nothing new with this statement. But the one I'm going
to fill up with. Part of the rabbit hole is
and he didn't even know what part of the song
he was in. It was like a recent video from
(08:19):
like the last couple of days. Yeah, and he's like
he thinks he's gonna start singing again and he's clearly
not singing, and you're like, ow, shit is hurtful, isn't it?
Just to see him up there, he's trying, he's trying,
and I get it. That's all you know exactly when
you've done that all your life, that's all you know,
and some of those musicians, these older ones, like I
(08:41):
think Willie Nelson's one of them. Like they've been doing
it for so long, it's just muscle memory. Tony Bennett's
another one that I can think of. You know, they've
been doing it for so long, it's muscle memory. I
think Frankie's muscle memory is starting to slip a little bit.
I don't disagree that it's muscle memory m m, but
(09:02):
not anymore. And I think someone's doing this to him
but making him perform. That's even worse. Correct, that's even worse.
It's one thing if you want to do it, because
that's all you've ever done, that's all you know, you know.
But it's like hey Dad, Hey grandpa, Hey sir, because
it could be you know, one of his handlers or whatever,
(09:25):
you know, his aides, Hey, why don't you go ahead
and get up there and do a little show, make
some money. Or they're not even they're just telling him
to go right right. It's time for news quakies, world news,
local news and news that just makes you say, what
the Here's Corbyn Gimbean Lindsay with what's going on? News
(09:46):
quakies from the Big Man Morning Show. In ninety seven, ye.
Speaker 7 (09:50):
Musician builds a guitar from his uncle's skeleton. This happened
in a Florida and it's that sounds straight out of
a heavy metal fever dream. A Tampa based musician known
as Prince Midnight turned the skeleton of his deceased uncle
(10:11):
into a fully functional guitar. The unusual tribute a guitar
now called the Skeleocaster. It went viral after multiple news
outlets picked it up back in February of twenty twenty one.
The story, originally reported by outlets like CBC Radios As
(10:33):
It Happens and Guitar World, quickly spread across the Internet
and was translated into several different languages. Prince Midnight introduced
his creation on Instagram, said the idea came from a
deep desire to honor his uncle, Philip, who tragically died
in a motorcycle accident back in Greece in nineteen ninety six.
(10:55):
He was only twenty eight years old, but his uncle
was huge into music. He introduced his nephew to heavy metal,
took him to his first concert back in the day,
and after he died, his remains had been donated, and
(11:18):
when they were finished using them at a school, they
went back to his mother and his mother said, well,
I don't know what to do with them. In Greek
Orthodox beliefs, cremation isn't an option, so the family was
left with two choices, continue paying for storage or purchase
(11:39):
a burial plot, and she didn't really have money for either.
So he said, you know what, I'll take care of it.
And so he decided, I'm going to make a guitar
out of his skeleton, and he did, and it really works.
Speaker 3 (11:58):
He can play music on it.
Speaker 7 (12:00):
And he thought to himself, would my uncle would he
rather be in the ground or be shredding?
Speaker 3 (12:08):
And he said shredding.
Speaker 2 (12:11):
I was looking for pictures of this guy playing, because
just the way the guitar's made, it looks like you
might be strungming on what would have been your uncle's penish,
because the strings go all the way down to the hopes.
But I think it stops right below the rib cage.
I can't really tell. I'm not finding a whole lot,
but still weird.
Speaker 7 (12:32):
He welded a metal spine through the skeleton and attached
it to parts of an old Fender telecaster.
Speaker 3 (12:38):
Yeah, and it is badass for sure.
Speaker 7 (12:43):
It says that he added red and blue wiring to
mimic blood vessels.
Speaker 2 (12:49):
Yeah, and he still isn't good, right, but the uncle
stays alive. Man on Spam. So there's this dude, he's
seventy and his name's Patrick, and he goes to his
local Sam's club, right, and one of the customers at
the sam Club had spotted old pat here on Aisle
(13:12):
eighteen taken a leak on two pallettes of spam and
Viena sausages. So that comes buying Vienna sausage in bulk.
It's not listen, I understand people like it. You don't
need that much. I think they were stalking the shelves.
But your point is taken, nonetheless. So this customer goes
(13:33):
and takes a couple of pictures, tells store employees. Store
employees go and tell security. Security takes a look at
the footage and they're like, yeah, this guy caught on
video with his hands below his belt line. I'm standing
there in front of the palletts for a couple of seconds,
which they say is behavior consistent with your ination. So
(13:55):
they go back to I don't ever want that sentence
I associated with my name right, behavior consistent with urination.
So they go back and they look at the footage.
They trying to, you know, follow this guy through the store.
They see him go and sit on some lawn furniture,
and then he finally goes to the checkout staying, he
checks out and then he leaves. Well, because it's Sam's Club,
(14:16):
they got your picture, they got all your information, and
they ended up tracking this guy down. They sent some
employees over there to go inspect the pallets. The employees
are like, yep, that's definitely you'r and that is on
those palettes. They said the palettes had one hundred and
eighty eight bulk units of vein of sausages, three hundred
and forty five units of eight count can spam classic
(14:38):
and all that total ten five hundred dollars worth of
damages and they had to get rid of both pallettes,
get rid of all the food. Anyhow, So, because they
had all the guy's information, they tracked Old Paddy down
at his apartment which he lives in the villages there
in Florida, remember that retirement community all the yeah getting
it on hell raisers apparently, So they rested him at home,
(15:01):
took him in for to say that the criminal because
the damages was over one thousand dollars makes sense. Yeah,
so you're seventy years old catching a felony because you
decided to take a leak on some spam and tiny sausages. Yeah,
I would have picked a different word. I wouldn't say catch,
I would say chose. He chose to get a felony.
(15:24):
He made that decision, assuming he's a sound mind and body,
right right, if he's got dimension, all these other things
are like starting like, well, okay, let's figure that out.
But he chose to go to that store and chose
to urinate on the spam. He didn't catch a felony.
He chose to get a felony. If it finds out
he's got like early onset dementia or Alzheimer's or something
(15:45):
like that, does he get a pass. I think there
should still be a punishment, but maybe it wouldn't be
a felony. Right lighter punishment. Yeah, Like, hey, we're gonna
move u to a misdemeanor assuming you don't do it again,
right right, And if you do it again, it becomes
a finale. This becomes a felon. Yeah, like something like that, like, Okay,
(16:05):
we'll let it catch up to you later if you
choose to do it again. But if you if they
didn't know he had dementia and he thought it was fine, right,
funny this, I know, this is gonna be a crazy
thing to hear out loud, and unless you deal with
a family member that goes through it. There's a lot
of people driving around and walking through the grocery store
with dementia. Yeah, you don't even know. They're just people
(16:26):
getting groceries, do you. Well, they're looking for groceries, right,
they may not be getting grocery. I'm just saying that,
like driving down the street in the store wherever. There's
a lot of people that are walking around with dementia
for one reason or other. Either they don't have anybody
that can help take care of them, they don't know
they have it, their family members aren't aware they've started
(16:46):
getting it right, Yeah, and they're just driving cars at
seventy miles an hour. Right, Just let them let that
hang for a second. Woman says hospital operated on the
wrong leg and Ohio woman says, a surgeon decided, now
we'll do the other leg. Telyssa Foster went in for
(17:07):
acl repair on her left knee at the University of
Toledo Medical Center in twenty twenty three, but says her
doctor mistakenly removed a healthy tendant from her right leg.
The physician reportedly said that the air was noticed after
the healthy tendant had already been removed. The woman is
now suing the doctor and the hospital, which I don't
understand how this happens. As someone who's had multiple limbs
(17:29):
operated on, I don't understand how this happens. Yeah, and
maybe this place didn't have that policy. But every time
I have had a limb operated on, even not a
limb like sinus surgery, I'm asked multiple times they mark
the limb right like. I don't understand how this got confused.
(17:49):
And maybe a doctor thinks he doesn't need all that.
He's still got to follow the procedures. And if they didn't,
then they are for sure about to pay some money.
I've been doing this for decades. I don't need your sharpie.
It doesn't like he again, this is just the time
that I've done it. The nurse comes in, They're like,
what are you here for today? Right like you're in
(18:10):
the room, like, I'm here for this. What's your name,
what's your day to birth? What leg point to the
leg we're operating on, or the limb we're operating on. Okay,
And then the doctor comes in, Good to see you.
Chitty chatty, chitty chatty. Yes, I'm funny. This is fun.
We're having a good time. This isn't serious at all,
even though I'm about to put you under. We don't
know why, but you'll wake up hopefully.
Speaker 3 (18:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (18:32):
And then he marks on it after you've answered the questions.
Speaker 9 (18:35):
Yeah, before they put you under, they're marking on you.
Speaker 2 (18:39):
Yeah, explaining I unless this guy tries to be like
nobody talk to me. I'm the doctor here and just
can't read m it's possibility. Yeah. Yeah, I'm better than you.
I'm better than that. Or or what do we call
the doctor who finishes last in his class? Doctor? He
(19:00):
still gets a license, right. All these stories are on
our Facebook page at facebook dot com, slash bmms six
nine forty lindsay.

Speaker 2 (20:59):
Try. I love that one. So before Rock Oklahoma is
uh Rock the River, which is happening this weekend Sparrow
Hawk Campgrounds in Tahlequah. On the phone with us right
(21:20):
now is John, and John is the guy in charge.
He is the one putting this on at Sparrow Hop Campgrounds. John,
good morning, how you doing. I think you're in a
spot where this might be a little tricky making sure
that you're there. So John, we've got Rock the River
(21:42):
coming up this weekend. I noticed his Father's Day weekend
and this is the third annual Rock the River. Is
there any particular reason why you put it on Father's
Day weekend?
Speaker 11 (21:52):
I just wanted to give us up back. It's like
a good idea. You floating and camp and fishing all
in one spot.
Speaker 2 (22:02):
Sounds like a hell of a time. Now. I haven't
had a lot of questions about floating coming up to
me because of the rain that we've had and the
waters being high. Are we going to be able to
float this weekend?
Speaker 11 (22:15):
Yes, sir, the water levels were looking and you know
who gonna get a little wet, you know.
Speaker 2 (22:22):
Okay, So with that, if it does happen to rain
this weekend during Rock the River with head pe and
Trapped and Tantrick, what's that going to do with the show.
Speaker 11 (22:34):
Oh, the show's going to go on. I mean, we
got to bring new stage out here, equipment, have ad.
Speaker 2 (22:42):
Time, fantastic. Well, I'm looking forward to it. I like
to hear that it's going on rain or shine. So
you got a couple of things we was talking about earlier, uh,
yesterday before having you on. You got a little special
Father's Day thing that you want to do, right, Oh yeah, yeah,
(23:07):
what are you? Yeah? This is I'm okay, We're gon
go ahead cover for me for a second while I
try to figure this out. Yeah, all right, So Sparrowhawk
is where this is happening down in Talaquah. I think
this is like Kimpi's third or fourth year doing this,
and he always comes back talking about how much fun
it is. If you've never been floating, then you should
do this because it's a good time to incorporate all
(23:28):
this stuff together. Floating plus some great bands. Tantric is
a great band. Head Pe always puts on a good show. Uh,
Trapped is better than they've ever been. And all those
bands are going to be playing. You can get your
tickets at ticketstorm dot com. If you're camping for something
like this, Lindsey, what are you making sure you're bringing
(23:50):
with you?
Speaker 7 (23:50):
Well, my my tubes, my towels, my bathing suit, my tubes,
inner tubes.
Speaker 2 (23:55):
So you have your own inner tubes. Oh heck yes,
yeah wow, I didn't. So you just bought a boat,
but you already have bought your own special tubes.
Speaker 3 (24:04):
Oh yeah. Always.
Speaker 7 (24:05):
And you got to have the tubes that have the
handles on them so you can tie up to your front.
Speaker 2 (24:10):
Ah.
Speaker 7 (24:11):
Yes, And you're going to have to have a cooler
and they make really nice coolers now that float easily,
so you can tie those up to your inner tubes
when you're floating with your phone. Okay, yes, makes it
so much nicer.
Speaker 2 (24:25):
Number One thing you've got a pack for this weekend,
Gim be oh Man swimming shorts or a bathing suit
of sorts. I think that is the most important thing.
If you're going to be floating on the river, you
don't want to jeans and a T shirt and your
high top rebox. I'm just saying. So I think water
gear is the most important thing. It's fascinating how different
we all think. Because I immediately go to sunscreen because I
(24:47):
want to participate in all the days, not just that
first day. If I'm sun burnt, I don't want to
be doing anything else. Yeah, last year, I didn't make
the mistake because I did it on purpose, right, But
floating down the river at rock the River last year
and my listen, I got the ultimate Farmers Tand if
I take my clothes off, I've got a white onesie on. Okay,
(25:10):
like a like a wrestling singlet. Think of it like that.
So I'm like, all right, we need to make the
top halfs of my legs a lot darker than what
they are. So what do I do I hike my
shorts up right, so now it looks like I got
shorty shorts on. And I just floated the river on
the kayak, and I enjoyed every bit of it, didn't
(25:30):
think nothing of it. I didn't know how bad I
was gonna get burnt until the next day and I
was lobster red. I could barely walk, and it was
just the tops of my legs because why I didn't
rotate like a chicken. I just kept on floating down
the river. And I tell you it worked because now,
still to this day, the top halves of my thighs
(25:52):
are darker than what they used to be. So I'm thinking,
if I'm gonna do it this year, I'm gonna have
to maybe float on my belly and at the back
half of my legs kind of even things out. But damn,
that's a hell of a burn. I'm not a big
guy on sunscreen, big surprise.
Speaker 11 (26:06):
You know.
Speaker 2 (26:07):
One of our ladies here was like, you might want
to put a little sunscreen on your nose because she
knows that, right or whatever. I'm like, sunscreens for pussies,
Get out of here. And I thought about my business
skin cancer anyway. Being down on the River as John is,
he's Atallic Well, he's at Sparrow Hawk. The reception down there,
as you know if you've ever been down there, is
(26:28):
not very good. It's very spotty. So I had to
let him go. But here's a couple of the things
that him and I had talked about. Okay, for Rock
the River going on this weekend starts tomorrow as a
matter of fact, and goes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at
Sparrow Hop Campgrounds. You can get your tickets at ticketstorm
dot com. Father's Day Sunday. He was telling me if
(26:49):
fathers get in free on Sunday, which I think is
pretty awesome, you know. And then he's talking half price
float on Friday, so if you come down tomorrow afternoon,
you only have to pay half price to float, which
I think that's pretty awesome. And then he's telling me
he's got a disc golf course out there, a full
(27:10):
eighteen hole disc a golf course out there. So if
you're into disc golf and along with floating and partying
and rocking your face off, I say, grab your discsss
and then come on down and join me on a
nice eighteen hole round of golf before the party starts
on Saturday. I think that's what I'm going to do,
either Saturday or Sunday, because I'm thinking I want to
(27:32):
float Saturday, but that's not going to be later on
in the afternoon, right, So I got Saturday morning. You
get up, have some coffee, you know, maybe a beer
mosa or something like that, and then go hit eighteen
holes a disc golf. I think that's pretty pretty awesome.
Now we've been mentioning that Headpe and Trapped and Tantrick
are going to be playing, but that it's three days
(27:56):
of music. So Friday is Tantric and Headpee and they
in the night, but music starts at like new yeah
every day, yeah, and then Trapped plays on Saturday night.
They close out the show on Saturday night. But there's
music every single day, absolutely, and there's some local bands
out there. Adelita's Way is going to be closing out
(28:18):
the show on Sunday night, so that's that's that's a
pretty good deal right there as well. And Peter Dante
is uh, he'll be going on after Trapped on Saturday,
so I think we might have a little bit of
stand up comedy to go with it. So listen. It's
a it's a fun weekend. Man. It's a great way
(28:40):
to spend Father's Day weekend. So I'm I'm not one
hundred percent sure if this is a family friendly event.
I don't see any reason why I wouldn't. To be
honest with the last couple of times I've been out there,
I'm not looking for children, to be honest with you,
when I go out there, I'm not looking for children anyway.
So I say, you know, listen, bring your bring your kids,

is going to win those tickets to Rock the River
(30:53):
Fest and they're going to get a Metallica Load Remastered

for the box we have of Metallica's Load Remastered that
includes vinyl cassettes and CDs. A through three four six
O kmod. Let's get our first contestant. Good morning, you're
on the air. What is your name?
Speaker 11 (31:11):
Why there was Creed?
Speaker 12 (31:12):
Creed?
Speaker 2 (31:13):
Who would you like to give? Clues? Corbyn or Lindsay.
Speaker 12 (31:17):
Corbyn?
Speaker 2 (31:17):
Creed. Sixty seconds are on the clock. Timer starts after
the first clue. Here we go. This is a blank
in the dell. Blank in the dell. Huh huh, yeah,
you know the blank in the dell.
Speaker 11 (31:35):
Farmer in the dell.
Speaker 2 (31:36):
Correct. This is when you are doing parliamentary procedure. You
would say the blank from California. Or it's an oldie
term for describing a individual that has a penis that
is a nice person.
Speaker 11 (32:00):
Ah, this is a nice person.
Speaker 2 (32:05):
Pass. I needed to probably blank that word a little
bit more so you understood it. Describe a different word
for describe explain there it is. It's very odd, don't
you think Alanis Morris set song?
Speaker 11 (32:29):
Say that again. I'm sorry, it's an.
Speaker 2 (32:30):
Alanis Morris set song. When something happened surprisingly uh time
time Creed. We were not good, friend, we were not
good but now wow, I'll take I'll take fifty percent.
Let's just say that two could win it. I'm skeptical,
but stranger things have happened with this game. So hang
on the line. Okay, yes, sir, Good morning, you're on
(32:54):
the air. What is your name? What is your name? Jeff?
You and Lindsay have Kenneth Kenneth. Yeah, sorry, we had
phone problems. I couldn't hear you. Good morning, you're on
the air. What is your name? Xavier? You and Lindsay
have to beat two? Are you ready?
Speaker 11 (33:17):
Yes, sir, there we.
Speaker 7 (33:18):
Go the biggest states in our nation, Texas, No further away.
Speaker 9 (33:27):
You probably don't want to live there. Everyone works really,
really really hard.
Speaker 3 (33:30):
Yes, a US Army he retired.
Speaker 12 (33:37):
You would call him what veteran?
Speaker 3 (33:40):
Shorten it? Yeah? Huh? Go dig a blank.
Speaker 7 (33:49):
No, if you're driving down the road and the U
there's a tornado siren that goes off, you might go
get into one of these.
Speaker 9 (34:02):
It's in the ground, think of not a hole, but
go dig.
Speaker 11 (34:06):
A I don't know.
Speaker 3 (34:13):
Wow, you have to blank the enemy?
Speaker 7 (34:22):
Oh, blank the flag. It was a game that you
played as a kid.
Speaker 2 (34:26):
Ye, oh god, are you kidding me? Right now? So
we have a tie, which means you're gonna have fifteen
seconds to try and get as many right as you can,
and it isn't very long. It's gonna go by real fast. Okay,
So you got to get as many right as you can.
(34:47):
And if I can get the number to pull up here,
then it will do it again with my partner, and
if Creed does better, then then you. If there's a
tie again, then nobody wins. Any Okay, all right, all right,
so give me a second here because I apparently forgot
how to do things. Okay, fifteen seconds. Timer starts after
(35:11):
the first clue. Here we go.
Speaker 7 (35:14):
Oh, not octopus, but this is kulamari?
Speaker 4 (35:19):
Is this?
Speaker 3 (35:21):
Yes?
Speaker 7 (35:22):
I am an avid dear blink with my gun hunter. Yes,
this is blank edge science. Yes, from blank till dawn.
Speaker 3 (35:37):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (35:38):
Wow wow, how is that different?
Speaker 3 (35:40):
I don't understand.
Speaker 2 (35:42):
That was four man xavier, so four might be good enough, buddy,
hang on the line. Okay, alrighty, all right, Creed, I
told you man, you never know. You don't ever know.
So we've got fifteen seconds. We've got to do the
best we can. Are you ready already? Here we go.
It is a type of fabric. There was a Saturday
(36:04):
Night Live skit where I think it was Mike Myers. Good,
what is that blank yesterday. Oh yester no, uh purple
the seventies.
Speaker 11 (36:16):
Oh uh slade.
Speaker 2 (36:20):
Uh, there's a it's got the same word that the
cheese that you make caso out of time. Damn Creed.
We did not win, man. I'm so sorry, buddy. Sorry,
no worries, Bunny, have a good day, I am. It
says here the protest attend you around the country. Anti
immigration enforcement protests continue in cities around the country. In
(36:42):
Las Vegas, police declared an unlawful assembly after protester you
gathered near the federal tower that houses ICE and went
to march. Two other locations, a curfew is an effect
in Spokkane, Washington, following protests and confrontations with ICE officers
Wednesday night. Tex That's his Governor Greg Abbott preemptively deployed
(37:03):
National Guard troops in San Antonio, but protests there have
stayed largely peaceful. In Los Angeles, where it all began,
thousands of federal troops have been deployed. More than a
dozen people have been charged with theft, assaulting police officers,
and other crimes. It says here that the US embassy
(37:24):
staff in Baghdad to be evacuated. Wis kamsas. President Trump
has threatened to strike Iran if nuclear program talks with
the country failed. In an interview yesterday, he said that
he has grown less confident that Iran would agree to
stop enriching uranium. I like this one here says there's
(37:45):
a new dinosaur species related to the t rex that's
been discovered.
Speaker 10 (37:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (37:50):
The new species was discovered after recent analysis by researchers
of fossils found in the Gobi Desert in Mongolery back
in the nineteen seventies. The new species, described as a
Prince of dragons, lived around eighty six million years ago,
and it's considered a transitional form between smaller tyrannosaurs and
(38:15):
the massive t rex. And what's the name truce Prince
of dragons is what it's being described as. I feel
like that's a horrible name. The print. Why is that?
It sounds cool?
Speaker 11 (38:26):
Right?
Speaker 2 (38:27):
Yeah, but they didn't even know it existed. What if
there's something even more cooler that exists and then we
gotta name it b or like and then that would
be the king, wouldn't it Because the prince is like
pens on what it depends on the empire. I guess
you're right. And what if it's a female, then we'd
have to name a princess. I don't think they know
the gender. Probably not. You see a schlong on that
t rex. Nope, I know you think there's some sort
(38:49):
of calcium build up to make a bone. But I
just got a really odd thought in my head that
I will not speak out loud.
Speaker 7 (38:57):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (38:58):
It's thank you. It's it's a new chapter for us
when you do that? Really is um Now it's stuck
in my head. Listen. It's discovery fills a crucial gap
in the tyrannosaur family tree, helping scientists understand the evolution
of these massive predators. And lastly here the Tulsa VFW
(39:22):
Post five seventy seven is to hold flag retirement ceremony
for over six thousand flags. The Tulsa Veteran of Foreign
Wars Post five to seventy seven would pain in its
final respects to over six thousand American flags with a
flag retirement ceremony in partnership with the Marine Corps League
and the Boy Scouts of America Troop two twenty two.
(39:46):
The ceremony is open to the public and it'll take
place on Saturday, the fourteenth, from eight am to two
pm at the Tulsa VFW Post five to seventy seven.
Tulsa Veterans of Foreign Wars has one of the only
permanent flag retirement facilities in Oklahoma. It collects worn and
unserviceable flags throughout the year and across the state, and
(40:06):
after inspection, each flag is cremated per the United States
Flag Code Title four, Section eight K. Qualifying people for
km O d's fifty for fifty and Josh Ahurst of
Wasso heard the Q So Josh is in the running
to win fifty pairs of concert tickets all to help
celebrate fifty years of Miller Lite. All you gotta do
(40:29):
is listen for that que that plays every hour and
with the Big Man Morning Show, be the Creig caller,
and you could be in the running fifty pairs of
concert tickets for fifty years of Miller Lite. From KMOD
and of course Miller Lite conspiracy theory. Thursday, I went
down the rabbit hole of Mark Klein, and you're going,
Who's Mark Klein? Some of you are, at least Mark
(40:52):
Klein worked for AT and T and he was working
one day in two thousand and six and found a
handleless room at a building that AT and T owned
in California and San Francisco specifically, and it was called
(41:14):
Room six forty one A. I'll come back to that.
And he decided to be a whistleblower because he found
that NSA was using the room for equipment to intercept
and monitor Internet traffic, and he came across documents and
(41:34):
blueprints outlining the technology that they were using. He also
found evidence that the program was active in other cities
across the United States. And he wrote a book called
Wiring Up the Big Brother Machine and Fighting It and
that again that happened two thousand and six. He ended
up dying just this year in March at the age
(41:57):
of seventy nine of pancreatic cancer. Of anything. You could
argue that he didn't succumb to the They went ahead
and killed him because he was a whistleblower, thing right, right,
the self inflicted gunshot wounded the back of the head. Yeah. Now,
this Room six point forty one A became obviously a
(42:19):
lot of focus by people. Matter of fact, there was
some documentaries done on it on PBS, a couple of them.
And in response to that, there are numerous lawsuits up
to over fifty I should say, lawsuits against AT and
T because of this room and them spying, and AT
(42:45):
and T helping them. Right, there's a company or an
organization called the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and they help kind
of protect technology and internet against things like this, and
so they were a part of a lawsuit in two
(43:06):
thousand and eight titled Jewel Verse NSA, and the ruling
from the Northern District of California for that case concluded
that the evidence presented by plaintiffs experts was insufficient. The
court confirms its earlier finding that client cannot establish the content, function,
or purpose of the room at AT and T based
(43:27):
on his own independent knowledge. The ruling noted that client
can only speculate about what data actually was processed and
by whom in the secure room, and how and for
what purpose, as he was never involved in its operation.
The court further went on to discredit other experts called upon,
citing the heavy reliance on his own declaration. So it
(43:51):
came down to, and you could argue that they were
in on it, but it came down to they were like,
this guy has no proof. He just found a room
and some documents over here and said they're connected. He
doesn't know what happens beyond the door, right, which feels
like a fair statement to make. That doesn't feel like
big Brother covering up. It does a little bit if
it's true, but if it's not true, it feels like, yeah,
(44:13):
you're just making an assumption about what happens behind a
door with no door handle, which I think was would
be natural for anybody that finds what he found, but
he didn't find. He found a door in no handle, right,
and some documents that he thinks were a part of
that room, right right right. I'm just saying I think
it's natural that anybody wh would stumble across those two
(44:36):
separate things would probably link him together. I don't think
he's too awful crazy for thinking that. I don't. I'm
split on this one. I don't feel he's too crazy,
but also I feel like he is OK because if
I found a door with no how are they getting
in there, how are they maintaining the equipment? Somebody on
the inside, somebody's living on the inside, right, Ah, I
(45:00):
don't think so. Or I mean, just because it doesn't
have a handle on it doesn't mean anything. I was
looking for. You know, google pictures to kind of take
a look at this room, and it could be as
simple as a pass key like we have for the
building here, right, a little fob. There's the door, lindsay,
so you can see it. There's no way, there's no
pass key, there's no nothing to get into this room.
(45:20):
I was thinking that, you know, if there's like you know, scanner,
you scan your key and it just unlocks and you know,
opens up enough for you to to go in. Now,
when I see a door, this is the criminal mind
of myself. If I see a door like this and
a drop ceiling like this, I'm immediately peeking my head
up above to see what the the studs look like.
(45:41):
Can you just climb over it? Oh? Okay, okay, yeah,
I mean that makes sense. And is it just drywall
because I can cut through drywall. Yeah yeah, but now
you look, you're you're damaging company properly. No, I know.
I'm just saying that, like if there's this guy never
saw what was in that room, Okay, he had no
idea what was in that room. He just sees the
(46:02):
door and see some documents and like a huh makes yes,
So what's what this picture of what looks like it
was inside this room. Just a picture, yellow chair and
like an old desk. That's whatever the hell it is.
Speaker 3 (46:13):
It's just a picture.
Speaker 2 (46:14):
I'm just saying. But that's not the thing I wanted
to talk about. The six forty one A door is
what I'm focused on now. Apparently six four one A
is connected to a lot of conspiracies. Really consider like
this door that we talked about with AT and T,
(46:36):
but it's also got connections to CII black sites. Not
a place, but more of a program, psychological operations, mind control.
Some say it's connected in k Ultra. If six four
one A is real, it's they believe it is the
(46:57):
program designed to control humans. Okay, that's one angle. Another
one six is connected to dumb, And if you don't
know what dumb is, it is deep underground military bases.
Not a great acronym. If I've created something that is
(47:20):
supposed to be secretive, I don't know if I would
call it dumb. But it's a way to designate on
maps where these places are. Some claim the US government
works with non human entities on hybrid experiments artificial wombs.
(47:41):
When they get aliens, they take them to these places
and again, it's all designated by six for A. And
some examples of underground military facilities the Cheyenne Mountain Complex
in Colorado, which is where I just was. Never saw
a lick of it. I mean I was on the mountain, right,
(48:02):
But if it's in the mountain, of course you're not
gonna see it, right For those who know, that's where
NORAD is houses missile warning systems military ops. Raven Rock
Mountain Complex in Pennsylvania and Maryland, also called Site Are.
It's known as the Underground Pentagon and it's meant as
a government command center in case of attack. Mount Weather
(48:25):
in Virginia, the Female Operations Center. It would serve as
a relocation site for the government leaders in a national
emergency as well. And then the Greenbrier Bunker in West Virginia.
This is apparently hidden under a luxury resort and it's
meant to house Congress during a nuclear war. They say
it was decommissioned after being exposed in nineteen ninety two.
(48:48):
And that's just a few of them that we know about. Now,
going back to the six' four to ONE a that
you know What area fifty one is is a black
facility dedicated to reverse engineering extraterrestrial. Technology interesting leaked documents
hint at propulsion, systems energy, weapons and materials that don't
(49:11):
obey the known laws of. Physics this states That area
fifty one is the decoy two six forty ONE a
that the government Panders area fifty one so people don't
look for six forty ONE. A i could see that.
Happening there's no, signs, no but to, me, like there's
(49:33):
got to be people that work, there, right and they're
not killing all of them right at SIX A, yesk, yeah,
yeah that are doing the reverse. Engineering they got, Families
the families got, Families, like you're not just shutting everybody.
Speaker 7 (49:45):
Up and why would there be only one six forty ONE.
A it feels like if there there would be.
Speaker 2 (49:52):
Multiple they would need multiple locations to reverse. ENGINEERING i
mean that's. Possible well then it wouldn't it be like
a six forty ONE B a six forty one, see,
yeah another one for six forty ONE. A it's tied
To Project pegasus or The monotok. Experiments the SIX a
timeline is said to be the safe, one the one
(50:15):
they're trying to preserve using quantum computers and something called
temporal anchoring researchers observe and adjust key events to prevent
collapse of this, timeline which is wild thought. Process it
feels if history feels off Or mandela effect or weird recess,
(50:36):
resets it's not your. Memory it's sixty four to ONE
a correcting. Itself that one fascinates me to the. End,
yeah it kind of goes right along with your your simulation,
theory you. Know and if that is where let's just
say the server quote unquote for the simulation that we're
(50:58):
in is. Located, OKAY i can see all. That another
one here or the last ONE i have here about
six' FOUR. One a some people believe it's a. Simulation
glitch marker six four one is said to be a
debug tag shown up during rendering glitches or. Memory leaks
people report seeing it on, abandoned buildings, in dreams even
(51:20):
inside random file names like the matrix is labeling an
object or a person. For review if you've, seen it
you weren't supposed to. See, It interesting i'm, telling. You
man the sixt' FOUR. One A when, I like i
saw the mark, CLENT thing i, was, like oh, that's
fun BECAUSE my fip kicks me so much conspiracy STUFF
that i Knew About. MARK klein i knew ABOUT the
(51:42):
AT and, t thing but the six' four one a
really got my attention and the number of places, you
see it and it's just what is used. In, countless
conspiracies now whether any of this is, True in reality
i'll go, With probably zero but the idea that it
is is where the fascinating because if, there were conspiracies
(52:05):
there's got to be some, consistency across, right right right
and this. Is a consistency so let's just say you're
at this office building, for whatever reason, right and uh
you're exploring around and you see, this a room a
SIX forty. One a room now that you know all
this knowledge and how much it's tethered and tied into all,
(52:25):
this other stuff do? You go in do you try
to get in to SIX? Forty? One a, yeah, Oh yeah,
yeah i'm, Like h yeah. I'm With you whether i'm
getting in, TROUBLE or not i think. It's. Worth it
YEAH and if i owned, A box van i'm totally getting,
a VANITY plate which i hate and making it SIX.
Four one a why? A? Box van uh?
Speaker 5 (52:48):
With?
Speaker 2 (52:48):
No? Windows yeah nice because, if you know, You Know
right and i'm renaming My Home Internet, wi fi yes
six and then another one six' four to one a
parentheses secret.
Speaker 12 (53:04):
Any.
Speaker 2 (53:04):
OF the internal right i used to have ONE and
it was i Had It Labeled A Rogers County. Federal,
COMMUNICATIONS commission division well i don't want. To get in, there,
That sounds legit right ain't nobody gonna try. And get
on that but the idea that they use a similar
(53:27):
like to be so, like the sophisticated conspiracies but yet
be so dumb to use the same number across the
BOARD is mostly why i don't believe in. A lot
of conspiracies well maybe they do it on purpose for
that reason to kind. Of throw, you off you're like,
nobody's going to say they're going to think something's wrong
here we keep. Using the same ones throws the scent
(53:49):
off when deep down inside there's really some. Gnarly stuff
going on somebody Is Texting. About air force base it's
it's Actually known As Off. It, air force Base Uh
It's in nebraska? Strategic? COMMAND is there yeah i. Knew.
That guard base uh and when you see the military
(54:13):
planes Come And land at tulsa international because they have
to do so. Much flight as Pilots There's a simulated
air force one that The Pilots that fly air force
one are trained to use that for practice and you'll
see it touch and go. Or, the a wax yeah
see those flying. Around all the time come. Out of
off it and they do have. AN underground bunker there,
(54:37):
i mean a lot but we're talking about. In mountain
underground secret. Everybody knows Off it that's where bush went
when when. They did nine eleven, if you remember, right
well you, said you know, mountain, uh you know. Uh
office spait whatever and it made me think Of That
one in KANSAS city right when i went up there
(54:57):
for vacation a, couple OF years BACK and i was
i DIDN'T go in because i. JUST seen vehicles, going
i was like that's interesting that they're going. INSIDE of
this mountain i. Wonder what's in there but apparently it's
just business complex At least that's what there's. A lot
of Them They're called the limestone CAVES and radio station
I Worked. For in kansas city we stored. Station, Vehicles
(55:18):
in them okay and so you go just like you would.
Think it's the military, there's no, like, steel nuclear door right,
but you go in. You go deep down it's a
perfect sixty two degrees and it's dark and dugout. And
yeah it. Was it was cool found there were a lot.
(55:39):
Of BUSINESSES down THERE when i when i was, a
mutual funds analyst we would store if you, mailed in a,
document it got scanned but we had to keep the
document because of federal. Regulation at the time the document
got put in a container and then it went to
a storage facility. In a lime cave interesting.
Speaker 11 (55:56):
For.
Speaker 2 (55:56):
So many years interesting. So they are business they are, our,
quote business functions right at least that's. What, They tell
you anyway i'm sure there's some. Other, stuff going, on
yeah all right we got. To take a Break. We'll
be back thursday you already know not to. Open certain
text messages there's been one this Week ABOUT from the
oklahoma dmv that some people have gotten that you need
(56:19):
if you click on this so they, want, money or
whatever like don't. Click on. That stuff just don't, if
they need you. They're gonna, email you i'm sorry they're going. To.
Send you mail right i've had this conversation with. My
mom a bunch. Just, don't open it well what IF
what if they i, have done something wrong they will
let you know, and not that way and they're gonna
(56:41):
Give you plenty of they're gonna give. You, a wide berth,
yeah there's no reason there's no. URGENCY on, that stuff
i MEAN it is possible i. Have taken. The toll.
That's true. That's true it's fine they're not. Coming to
get you so if. We already know that but, if
that's not enough there's a new THING called make sure i.
(57:04):
Get the term right, jack juice juice jacking. Juice jacket juice.
Jacking it's not nine you still got plenty. Of, time,
before that.
Speaker 3 (57:17):
Well yeah.
Speaker 9 (57:18):
It sounds like steroids.
Speaker 2 (57:20):
It does, have juice and yeah it, does have some
similarities so. You might be aware when you go on
vacation or sometimes, even to a restaurant they will have
a place for you. To, charge Your Phone yes the
bok center has them up in, their suites or whatever
and down in the main area you can go. AND
(57:40):
charge your phone i thought, that was. Very, Interesting very
convenient yeah i've never seen. Anything, like, that before yeah
well apparently these bad people are going around and changing
setting up their own or they're altering them and when you,
plug your phone in it is then downloading stuff from
your phone or up floating stuff to your, phone to
(58:02):
track you to get your private information that you want to,
you don't want shared things like that wow wall while
you think you are charging your phone, when maybe you
aren't or you're. Doing it very little similar to how
when you would use your credit card at, like the
gas station that they would do like a. Cover, thing
on it oh and you would get they would scan
(58:24):
your card before it would get scanned by, the gas
station company and they. Would get YOUR information now. That
i know exists i've seen the video of them catching
it in real. Time using, THE skimmers the skimmers i
don't know anybody who's been a, victim OF a skimmer.
(58:45):
So I don't know though i don't think it's similar to.
Razor blades and candy it. Might not be far it
might not be as common as we think as.
Speaker 9 (58:56):
Or needles, underneath the, gas pump.
Speaker 2 (58:58):
Yeah yeah or somebody waiting underneath your car with a
brazor blade, to, cut your achilles yes. Or high beam
flashing but this is a warning that they're, Saying IS
definitely possible and i think that that makes sense if
you go and use a consumer, type of charging setup
(59:21):
you very well could be plugging your. Phone into, a
computer that is, by plugging yours in you're giving them
permission to. Come. Onto your phone yeah so it's entirely
possible that if you, use a consumer one. You've. Already,
done this yeah true and you wouldn't. Know anything about
(59:42):
it how WOULD you know unless i guess something, would
have to backfire find out, that you you know are a.
Victim of identity theft but then you got. To, track
it down well? Where did that? Happen what, happened there
you know they've got devices where you can, scan, people's
electronics remotely right not having to tie into. A plug,
(01:00:04):
or whatever you know just say You're Walking Around the
tulsa stay fair and just did, it to do it
and they're getting you, from across. You, know the fairway
yeah there are definitely ways to get stuff off your phone. Without,
touching your phone yeah it's, a little more challenging especially
when you volunteer to do it by. Plugging. YOUR phone
in yeah i think the safeway around this is you
(01:00:27):
can buy a charge a portable charging. UNIT for your
phone a lot of them magnetize now to the. Back,
of the phone, yeah and charge wirelessly and. THEY are
extremely convenient i just.
Speaker 9 (01:00:38):
Got a Great one off of amazon. For twenty three.
Speaker 3 (01:00:41):
Bucks it's GOT a built in. Led flashlight, on it oh.
Speaker 2 (01:00:44):
Good it's really nice why would you need a flashlight?
On your, charging device sure do but, It came.
Speaker 3 (01:00:49):
WITH one AND.
Speaker 9 (01:00:52):
Yeah i don't i haven't, used the, FLASHLIGHT yet but
hey i.
Speaker 2 (01:00:55):
CAN'T imagine YOU will i know i have a flashlight.
On my charging device but my charging device is more than, just, a,
Charging device okay right it's a portable UH booster pack
that i, use to you, know jump a vehicle if a.
Motorcycle or your CAR but it also i can charge
my phones and it has, a flashlight on it so
(01:01:18):
it is more of an, electrical, multi use DEVICE yeah
rather than i charge phones are also. Help, you, find
coins yeah yeah that makes sense to have a. Flashlight
on that one if you're, trying to you know jump
a car or a, bike in the dark you might
need to. See. What you're, doing yeah but yeah, For
ones like that I've. SEEN them on amazon i. Thought
about getting. Them it's it charged, it's a phone cover
(01:01:41):
right that has a battery and it charges, your Phone that,
way and. I'm like that's neat it's been sitting in
MY shopping card for i don't know a. Couple of
years now maybe one of these. Days i'll get IT
the one that i have that just, magnetizes to. The
back no, flashlight it's very beta but it gets really
warm and it makes. The phone really Heavy and, that's,
(01:02:02):
why i'm like. EH that makes sense i don't. CARE
about all that i don't. JUST charge my phone i
wanted to, be Like instant, right and, You're. Like SETTLE
down corbyn well i can make electricity, transfer THROUGH the
air So i feel like i'm not asking. For a crazy.
Thing they're out there we haven't. Gotten that far. YET
just hold on i always think ABOUT well every time
(01:02:24):
i charge my phone on that, or ON my nightstand
because i have a magnet thing. On my Nightstand Too
is the stephen wright joke where he goes invented a,
cordless extension cord right. That's what, That is it is that's.
Exactly what it is but you still have to plug. That. Into,
(01:02:45):
one end yeah yeah anything that's wireless you have to
plug in on one end. Somewhere right right right the
you have, to charge the thing the batteries for. YOUR
drill or whatever I have a why i have a
battery charged trimmer and, a battery, charged, blower and, so uh,
(01:03:08):
settle down get bee. And UH it's awesome it's i
will never go back to a gas trimmer. To, trim
my yard yeah it is. HANDS down the best i
made that SWITCH last year because i was always, gas.
POWERED weed whackers right i haven't switched to, electric, mower
because they uh they, are not powerful enough at. Least for,
me anyway so anyhow, uh after the season when the, New,
(01:03:32):
season comes around hey goddamn thing. Doesn't want to start
takes me three or four weeks just to get the gas.
POWERED whacker to, start i was Like you know what
i'm doing. This throwing the trash I'M going electric. AND
i love it. I, think it's fantastic yeah it's. No. Fuss,
AT all now now i did have, A, problem WITH
it okay as i was whacking, just the, other day you.
(01:03:56):
Know morning or night, it was, afternoon whacking, AFTERNOON whacking
and uh i get about maybe halfway down the driveway and.
It stops on me. Fire it, back up? Cool dead
damn it you gotta remember to put. It, on the.
Charger no THAT'S true so then i. COULDN'T finish my
whacking i had, a half, whacked, yard you know uh,
(01:04:20):
for a WHOLE day and so i had to hole
let the thing charge up and then, and then YOU
know that's when i finished it. UP the, next day
i mean my whacker. Comes with, A strap uh huh
i have. A strap on whacker nice and. Big as
your whacker that, you got a STRAP it's, more than
i need. Way bigger than mine. MY tire little handheld
i grab. It, With, one hand yeah no you gotta use. Two. Hands.
Speaker 11 (01:04:42):
For.
Speaker 2 (01:04:42):
Mine HMMM lucky yeah and i always checked because it's got.
A meter on it I just, check when i'm done
and if, IT'S near, the end i charged just put
on the. Charge until next time you got one, Of those, fancy, Whackers,
OH yeah usual yeah I, Got mine from walmart so
that Makes a lot LO it's not. LIKE i bought
it i don't know what'd Bet The upscale of. MAYBE
(01:05:03):
lows is, upscale i don't, know it probably. Is it
probably is it probably, goes like hardware stuff. It probably
goes lows uh Where would? Ace fall ace is. Sometimes
KIND of HIGH so i think ace is Probably. More
bougie than low's, you think a yeah so It would
be Like ace and Then Lows and then Home. Depot. And,
then walmart YEAH yeah that's how i put the HIGHER
(01:05:26):
archy stores because I. Go in to low's, they're, so
you know, listen, we're locally owned blooky and. We, have.
A charge yeah locally we have to charge outrageous, prices
because you know we're not one of those big. BUCK
stores or.
Speaker 7 (01:05:40):
Whatever i stay Out you have great they do send
great coupons though in, The.
Speaker 2 (01:05:44):
Mail sure rewards. SURE that for sure ace has. The
best customer. Service oh yeah absolutely if they, offer to
help you they know, where the other place any. Of the,
other places you're like? Can you help me, And, they're
like sure yeah. That's a true statement why do you hate?
(01:06:05):
Your job so much why are you here if? You
hate your jab as Someone Who, worked at home depot
there was an assumption that because you were, wearing an
orange vest you knew all the millions of items in
the store and. Where they were located and the person
asking you always was asking do you have the? Whizzy
wizzywig wig wig the one thing you've, NEVER heard of
dude i was. ASSIGNED to toilets today i don't. Know what,
(01:06:27):
You're trying i'm like, i'm. Checking, people out yo yeah
well you you. Work, at home. Depot no that's true
you don't Know where? The, wizzywig, wigwig, Is SURE don't
man but i will find someone that. Does know absolutely
three depending, ON how they act i may or may not.
Go tell the guy and you, go tell the guy
(01:06:49):
and IT'S always like some x person of that industry
who's barely KEEPING it together between aa meetings and they're like,
overwhelmed and they're, like, Oh god damn yeah i'll. Go help, that,
person you're Like okay drop everything. I'm doing for you always,
(01:07:11):
on Like a, ladder, and, i'm like, what hey The? Guy
where's the whizzywigwigwig, And, HE'S like what, like, i don't
know man. He just needs help. Nah, Kids, these days,
okay scott all right we. Gotta take a. Break we'll be.
Speaker 4 (01:07:27):

thirty Five hundred so hopefully friday night's going to be

the gates At. Six thirty, on friday it's. Free totally
free event you just got to, get down and. Park
come on in. We'll have concessions open, just like last
night we ramped it up and had a lot more
open than We. Had Up on sunday friday night should, probably,
be even bigger hopefully so we'll probably have almost, the
(01:08:38):
whole stadium open like as if it's A if it's.
A drillers, weekend game so yeah it's been in a
tremendous environment and thunder fans are just so unified and
it's so great to have a big location that everybody
can gather together and lay. Out on. The field bring
blankets we don't, want any you know lawn chairs or
anything like that, out onto the. Field but bring blankets
fans are laying out on the field or, sitting in. The,
(01:08:59):
scene whatever's best.
Speaker 2 (01:09:00):
Yeah just Another Example of how one oakfield is such
a great place to watch sports that happened downtown with
The backdrop of the tulsa skyline, and stuff like that
and a really great event that's happening. And all that information,
if people want More It's on. The, TULSA drillers website.
Speaker 12 (01:09:17):
Yep i think so and follow us on, social for
any details any any specifics that we might Have. Coming
out for friday we'll be posting that stuff.
Speaker 2 (01:09:23):
Today And let's start The drillers are, in springfield this
week which allows for those watch parties To Happen down
at one oakfield but You guys Are back tuesday when
midland comes to town and it's another great Night happening

Speaker 2 (01:10:10):
And then the last day game is on, the eighteenth
as well and. It's a special day have you Guys
done this super splash?
Speaker 12 (01:10:19):
Day, before we have. Yeah that's it's awesome it's. A
lot of fun so we just have, all sorts, of
water you know types of. Activities for the kids, it'll probably,
be warm you know As we do in june when
we have, this midweek day, game so you know come
ready to get wet for the kiddos if you're bringing your,
little one with you and it. Should be a blast.
Speaker 2 (01:10:36):
Everything you need On This is at, tulsa drillers dot
com so make sure you go and see. The details
on that let's talk ABOUT some other sports i wanted.
To Ask you about scotty shuffler said today he had to.
Maybe it was yesterday he has to, shut down his
venmo which feels like a weird thing for him to.
Have to talk about he said that he would get
people soliciting and requesting money for him, when they lose
(01:11:00):
bets and, also if he won they would sometimes send
him money that he would have to deny and he
would have to just finally had to. Shut down his
venmo are you, Familiar, WITH the story, mike i, am not.
Speaker 12 (01:11:12):
But yeah that's that's crazy that people. Are tracking HIM down.
Speaker 2 (01:11:16):
That's what i, Was, kind of, Surprised Like, come on,
scottie shuffler great golfer but maybe, do Like you know
otske effler sha like change it up or something.
Speaker 12 (01:11:25):
Exactly like rock. Stars, Checking into hotels, man.
Speaker 2 (01:11:29):
I'm telling you man like it feels a little crazy
for you to for. You to do that and have
you ever heard of other athletes being contacted for like
when they do well or don't or money. Being given
to them it.
Speaker 12 (01:11:44):
Seems like that's more, of a storyline, nowadays where you
know guys are getting accosted and yelled, at because you
know maybe this guy didn't hit his three three pointers
that some guy. Needed for his, parlay so you know
you do see a little bit, more of that, happening,
and you know society, WE'RE all messed up i guess
in the. Head, in, some Ways guys.
Speaker 2 (01:12:04):
Well the internet has kind. Of removed that guardrail we
think we can get. SO close to them i wanted
to Bring Up Something in major league Baseball that happened
on june first to get your because it's. A VERY
weird thing and i think unless you're A Passer By
in major league baseball, would probably miss this but maybe a.
Purist Sees It Differently but taylor well walls was at
(01:12:28):
bat and a pitch. He didn't agree with he had
a little words with the umpire and he makes some
adjustments like players do before they step, back into the
box and he does, make a very obvious not adjustment
of the helmet and what appears to tap his helmet
and the ump loses his mind and he jects him.
(01:12:49):
Out Of the, Game, so i'm curious mike if you're,
familiar with this too is the tapping of the helmet
a thing that. Players get to do.
Speaker 12 (01:13:00):
That's a new one that's a. NEW one, FOR me
i mean i don't. KNOW what that is I don't
know why i couldn't tap his tap his helmet unless
that's some. Sort Of a, signal, But i'm sorry man
i'm not. Aware.
Speaker 2 (01:13:09):
Of that one yeah so.
Speaker 12 (01:13:10):
The just straight injected, Didn't even say words it was
just ejected off of the. Tap. Of the helmet correct.
Speaker 2 (01:13:17):
The umpire says that he interpreted that movement as an attempt,
to challenge the call even though challenges are not permitted in.
Regularly regular season. Games he was.
Speaker 12 (01:13:28):
Ejected, that makes sense yeah that makes sense because that
that is the signal that they, want to you know
they want to. Do LIKE a replay So, I guess
he yeah i guess, he's questioning the umpire and and
umpires have thin scan, Sometimes.
Speaker 2 (01:13:40):
We're all people.
Speaker 12 (01:13:41):
So.
Speaker 2 (01:13:41):
That makes sense uh lynn said that the umpire said
That he thought that. Walls, Was being disrespectful later walls
explained that the tap was unintentional and part, of adjusting
his helmet but he understands why the umpire may have.
Perceived it that way but if you Watch the video,
of walls doing it it is not you know how
(01:14:01):
players will grab their helmet and kind of rub, it
back and forth or maybe, maybe there's a routine but,
it is a clear obvious one two tap on the.
Top OF the HELMET but i would i would think
guys know the rules and that it's it's a non.
Speaker 12 (01:14:16):
Reviewable, CALL for sure again i think it sounds like
it was just more, of a, symbolic thing you know for.
Him to, question him you know as far as. Tappening
on the head they know there's not a there's not,
a challenge to this and there, are in some leagues,
not in the majors so it wasn't. GOING to happen
there i think that was. More of a message probably
the umpire probably.
Speaker 2 (01:14:34):
Got, it right, then YEAH to me the i love stuff.
Like this with baseball. It really humanizes it you get
to see, kind of characters develop even if it's the
umpires who shouldn't be a, character in the performance but
you get to see, like personalities come up little. Quirks
about the game i'm sure there's HAND signals or if
i may trash can thumping that players do during the
(01:14:58):
game to mess with other players or to have fun or.
Maybe even to communicate i'm all for. These type of
things it just creates excitement and fun stuff to. See.
In the game.
Speaker 12 (01:15:07):
Absolutely and then sometimes they're not as cryptic and they
just tell them to f off right from the dugout
and then they get they get. Run that way too
so there's two. Ways to do it.
Speaker 2 (01:15:16):
And we should point out that there is an, automatic.
Ball strike system right are THE? Majors, using the abs.
Speaker 12 (01:15:22):
No majors, aren't using it yet but they're Using IT.
ALL throughout triple a i think kind of, like the
pitch clock like we tested it. In the miners first
they're testing it in several leagues to try. TO ready
the players, i think it's, coming and you know they
tested it for about three years now and it's it's
going to, be a challenge system similar to what YOU
see in THE. Nba or the nfl if you, disagree
(01:15:44):
with a call you'll have a minimum number or a,
maximum number, of challenges you know to get the to
get the. Balls and strikes correct so the umpires will
still continue to make these calls when it does get implemented,
the major league level they'll continue to be umpires just
like we. Always have seen them they'll call every ball
and strike and everything else. That goes with it, but
in key situations the batter or the pitcher or the
(01:16:07):
catcher only, not from the dugout they'll have the opportunity,
to challenge the call, which is almost instantaneous so it really.
Doesn't delay the game. IT'S a no brainer i can't
wait till they, get IT and acted and. I think
it will i think it'll be. Exciting, for THE fans.
Speaker 2 (01:16:21):
Yeah and i always like to Bring this Up anytime balls.
And strikes gets debated is the worst umpire has a
rating of like, ninety two percent accuracy so they they.
GET it pretty close i think there's not as big
of a problem as people. Perceive there to be.
Speaker 12 (01:16:35):
Absolutely agree, with that you know these guys. Do an
amazing job guys are all throwing like ninety eight now
with incredible, break on their pitches so it's not a
very easy gig to, call balls and strikes and these
guys do really a pretty damn.
Speaker 2 (01:16:46):
Good, job of it Listen go watch. The drillers in
action The Future Stars in major league Baseball Play. At

Speaker 3 (01:19:17):
It was like thirty percent of it was a bar and.
Speaker 7 (01:19:23):
It was Decent food but on thursday nights they hosted
karaoke and they had a nice side stage in the restaurant.
Speaker 3 (01:19:32):
Portion of this place it actually leaked over.
Speaker 7 (01:19:35):
Into the bar area and behind the stage they HAD.
This big screen tv and karaoke started at seven and
my parents would go with a big group of friends
and some of our neighbors. Would go with them and
ONE night they, decided i could go and it. WAS
a school night i was in the fourth. Grade, when
(01:19:59):
they started okay and this this is. What, started my
karaoke yeah that was probably it couldn't find a babysitter
and and, this is UH yeah that's how. I got
into karaoke and THEY didn't, even know i sang but,
(01:20:20):
they asked me like you want to go up? There
AND try, it, And i said sure, i'll GO up
THERE and i think i sang.
Speaker 3 (01:20:30):
Us save, THE best, for last i.

your mom i always think she's gonna En the sentence
with i've Got an idea for christmas tree.
Speaker 3 (01:20:51):

this guy would bring props and wigs and you could
put on suit jackets and they had the there, was
a music video a corny music video behind you that
would play and everyone. Really got into it and, then
there was contests and so it ended Up being an.
(01:21:19):

camping trips and. He WOULD buy me when, i was
a teenager he would.
Speaker 2 (01:22:18):
Let, me drink. Zemas yeah, flavorless alcohol you know you
had to put a jolly rancher in it to have
any flavor AND grow.
Speaker 3 (01:22:28):

Speaker 2 (01:22:32):

Speaker 9 (01:22:42):
Pack yeah six pack it.
Speaker 2 (01:22:43):
Last me all weekend there's some people that could. Read
that Totally differently i'm just i'm not. Saying that anything
happened i'm just, saying on the surface. It, doesn't look.
Good yeah that's wild ye that's at buying fifteen year
old girls alcohol and take them out into the woods
and spending. The night. With them that's wild the optics.
(01:23:04):
Do not look good.
Speaker 3 (01:23:06):
Number Three on.
Speaker 7 (01:23:07):
My list ski trips we learned to SKI snow ski
when i.
Speaker 11 (01:23:12):
Was.
Speaker 7 (01:23:14):
Twelve or thirteen, and we learned together and We started
in northern michigan and we would go there for probably,
three or four years and then we upped our Game.
And went to colorado We would take the amtrak train
for five. Hundred bucks a person it would pay, for
your train, ride your condo.
Speaker 3 (01:23:35):
Stay and your.
Speaker 7 (01:23:38):
Chairlifts and, One year in particular i'll never forget getting Off.
The chairlift in colorado my dad got. Stuck on the
chairlift he was wearing bib overalls and it was it
was a lot warmer on the, top of the mountain
so we had taken off his ski coat and. His
overalls got stuck so when, that lift pulled around when
(01:24:02):
he went to, get off the, lift he was stuck
and he was dangling and probably thirty. Feet In the
air and i'm sitting there on the bottom of the hill, looking,
Up at him thinking holy s my dad is about
to die and he's kind of like choking and. They
stopped the lift, and lucky for him he was a
(01:24:25):
boy scout And always carried a swiss army KNIFE on
him and i just see him and it WAS the, first,
moment i, realized like you know.
Speaker 3 (01:24:33):
Your dad, is like your hero.
Speaker 7 (01:24:34):
Your first ever hero he pulls that out and he
thought fast enough and he cut his bib overall and
it loosened him up and he just.
Speaker 2 (01:24:44):
Drops, and thirty feet yes.
Speaker 7 (01:24:47):
And lands on his, skis and, he's, like come, on
lands let's go.
Speaker 3 (01:24:50):
And he's skiing downhill.
Speaker 2 (01:24:52):
What, a wild memory yeah it was like he landed
fine from three stories up with skis. On, and, feet
away yes yes you SURE your daddy was, i was.
Speaker 7 (01:25:03):
Like no he was like it was, like that mcguiver,
moment and you know.
Speaker 3 (01:25:08):
He felt, Really awesome number two.
Speaker 7 (01:25:13):
He always wanted me to go hunting, with HIM growing
up and i never WAS into it Until, i started dating.
Kevin my now husband he had invited me to go
and we went on my birthday once and it WAS
awesome because HAD i known that, i was, going to
you know lose my dad a year later. To a,
(01:25:34):
MOTORCYCLE accident you know i probably would have gone, earlier with,
My dad but no kevin talked me into it and
it was nice to have a day where. We all
WENT together and so i got to experience at least
one hunting trip with my dad, and my now husband
and it was. A really cool experience and my number
one memory is. My dad's piano playing he. Was a
(01:25:58):
fabulous pianist he could sit down at any piano, anywhere
we would go if it was, a, wedding in church
anywhere he could just sit down and play, any, song,
by ear. Piano book didn't matter he wrote his. Own
music as well he. Was FABULOUS at it and i
remember anytime at home he would sit down AT the
piano when i would just dance around the room or
(01:26:18):
sing along to songs. That HE would play and i
do miss that, probably more than anything.
Speaker 2 (01:26:25):
Listening to Him play doing topless. Memories of your dad
the three of us. Are in a club that's maybe
some of you. Are In as well. Father's, day this
weekend gimby what do you got for topless? Memories of your? Dad?
Not blood dad. Right we don't? Know shortest list ever
(01:26:46):
number same thing over and over. He number, four zero
all RIGHT so number five i labeled this. One, pay
your bills now this one isn't, exactly a great memory
but it is, one that sticks out and it is
one that. Changed our relationship forever so right, AFTER my
mom died i moved my dad in with us and my,
(01:27:08):
brother in with us and they lived with us. FOR
quite some, time i, Was married had kids. Da da
da da we got a big enough. House, for, it anyhow,
so uh you know when you have, people living with
you the idea is for everybody, to split the bills you,
know whatever, it. Is third's. Force whatever and uh that was,
all good and gravy uh for the. First couple of
(01:27:30):
months but then it got to a point to where,
they wasn't, pulling up you know, their share or WHATEVER and.
UH and i flipped i got tired of fronting the bill. All,
the goddamn time uh because the bills, are in my
name they were in mind. Of my wife's name we have.
To pay these bills it also, goes up against us so.
(01:27:50):
We'd FRONT the bill and i, got TIRED of it
and i flew off, the handle one day, called a
family meeting cursed Everybody out right on, i'm and raising
voices and, if you know me it takes a while
for me to. Get to THAT point but when i,
get to, that point. Holy. Hell watch outs okay and
IT wasn't long after i flipped out on everybody told
(01:28:12):
him to. Pay the damn bills. I'm tired of it
you all need to pull. Your weight around here this is.
A bunch of bulls da da da. Da da da
dah that's when my dad moved out and then moved in.
With his NEW girlfriend and then i didn't talk to him,
for uh loll while about a year, or two after that.
And then he died so as it's, not a great
memory it is one. That, really sticks out. Okay that's
(01:28:34):
NUMBER five number. Four i LABELED busted so, WHEN i was,
EIGHTEEN i was eighteen i was a. SENIOR in high
school i went to the local pool Hall there in
a wassa when there was a pool hall There out,
there IN german corners and i got a little nickel
bag from a friend of, MINE because you know, i,
needed SOME smoke right and i PUT it. IN my
cd case i HAD like a HUNDRED cd case and
i put IT in there and. I was just gonna
(01:28:55):
i was gonna. Toke ON it later and i come
home at the end of. The night my dad i'd
been drinking and he's. Sitting, in the chair hey LET
me see the. Cd, case, real quick hell. Okay here
you go i'm not, going to be like, hold on
one second let me run in my. Room and the
death so. He starts flipping through that's when he finds this.
Little nickelbag of, weed he flips out kicks me. Out of,
The house you're done i'm not having this. Garbage in my.
(01:29:19):
House blah BLAH blah and eventually i. Did talk to mom.
She calmed him down everything. Was fine after that how
did he? KNOW it was there i have no. IDEA
he smelled. IT i don't know. I, don't think so no, Back,
in the day no, it, wasn't my brothers right because.
They weren't with. ME somebody told him. I don't know
(01:29:39):
who i don't know who. WOULD have told him i.
THINK it was intuition i. DON'T know what happened i don't,
know how he knew, but, he just said hey, let
Me see. That and i'm boom, next thing you know
he's finding my pot or is he was at, the
he was there saw you get it well or? Somebody,
ELSE saw right NO i told him i doubt any,
(01:29:59):
of at all whatsoever because that. Cat didn't go anywhere he,
sat on the hat he, sat in his chair and
he would crush a. Twelve pack every night that fool
was not going. Out to the bars he wasn't going.
To the pool hall this pool hall that was out
there was. Mostly for the teenagers. There were no adults
the only adult there was the, Guy. THAT owned it dan,
i love That guy, Rocking peace dan anyhow and the
(01:30:21):
rest of us were just teenagers anywhere from, from fifteen.
To EIGHTEEN all right so I don't Know how i
knew buddy knew it. Is what it is so, that
was number. Four number three surprise surprise also has. To
deal with weed so my dad had This Old ninety
four ford, ranger something like that and he. Got a
(01:30:44):
new car he gave. ME his old truck i. Was
driving it around me and my brother were partying one,
night and, my brother you know we're sitting in the driveway.
Rolling it up smoking he had left some some crumbs
and seeds and everything in the. Handle. Of the door
there when my dad needed a ride to, work The next, day, and,
i'm like, Whatever dude come on. I'll GIVE you ride
(01:31:05):
so i. Gave him a ride he gets in, there
and he Says WHAT is, THIS and i says i
don't know. What you're, talking, about he says bulls there's
weed and seeds. And everything in here what? The HELL
is this, and, i was like oh must. Have been
my brothers so he got. PISSED off about that i
gave him, a ride to work and that was the
(01:31:26):
last that we. Ever heard about that, this WAS number
one but i changed it TO number two because i
wanted to end the whole list on a bit. Of,
A lighter note okay, i call this. One you bums
now it. Was a fun thing so my brother had just, gotten,
out of PRISON right and then i, just graduated high
school and we're all living at home, with mom and, dad,
(01:31:47):
my little brother, right just a. Nice happy little family
and my dad did THE same thing that i did
to him, when he moved in and he, wasn't, Paying
the bills right so we're just we're kids. At this point,
time i'm like eighteen my brother would have been twenty,
three at the. Time something, like that and OH my
(01:32:08):
dad he i guess he's just stressed out of life and,
work and paying bills. And He got pissed and i'll
never Forget, because my friend scooby who lived four or five,
houses down from me heard it loud and clear. And
playing his day get, out of. My house you bums
and then we're just like tuck our tail, and walk
(01:32:29):
on out, And it's, like okay so again, not a
great memory but still one. That really sticks out and
then the number one here, ON a lighter note I
Call it. THE lee greenwood, incident i don't know, sounds
a LITTLE weird but when i was just. A wee
little Lad. He's living in california this was shortly after
(01:32:51):
the Earthquake That took, the, World series down right and
so we're sitting, at the dinner, table we're eating dinner and,
All Of a SUDDEN god bless the usa. COMES on
the radio i think they're EITHER listening to the cd or,
it's on the, radio either which way it's. Playing in
THE background and here i am like a little SEVEN
eight year old gimpi right, and out of nowhere just
(01:33:13):
tears start. Pouring. OUT of me right i don't know
if patriotism Got To me IF lee greenwood's got i don't.
Know WHAT it was maybe i was. Just, AN emotional
sack then I don't know when i start bawling my eyes,
out and, HE comes you know i go to my
room and, dah da, da da still crying and he came.
In cam, for me hey? Man what's going on what's
(01:33:34):
with all? These little alligator tears da da. Da Da da,
da and, i'm. Like what's, so, bud he's like listen.
It's gonna. Be fine everything's fine now let's go back in.
There and finish dinner so just think that comforting moment
that only a. Dad could give you doing our top list.
Memories of your dad number. Five for ME fishing any
(01:33:54):
memory i have of fishing. Was with my dad if my,
DAD was alive today i probably would. Fish WITH my
dad when, i was fourth grade my dad took me
and a couple of friends to go fishing on the.
River and we stopped he got he let us borrow all.
Of his fishing gear we stopped at the convenience, store,
and got candy uh and we. Sat on the dock
(01:34:14):
he got us. Worms all hooked up. We cast our.
STUFF we're sitting there i put my fishing rod down
to get, SOME now and, laters i turn around. My
fishing rod's gone that was the end.
Speaker 11 (01:34:22):
Of that.
Speaker 2 (01:34:22):
FISHING trip number four i think it was WITH my
dad THAT i learned that i had a knack. To
MAKE people laugh and i could make him laugh so
hard that he would start coughing and like turning. Red
in the face and as he got older. It became very,
concerning and but that like that memory sticks out in.
(01:34:45):
My mind a lot at the dinner. Table, and his
recliner uh just getting him to. Laugh was always Awesome
Number three Watching Bill dancer OR. Norm abram on tv
if you don't know. Those two people are one Of
them wore a tennessee hat and would do fishing and
my dad Would watch him Every sunday morning or saturday.
(01:35:07):
Morning whenever That was and the norm is the repair guy.
On this old House number. Two talking chiefs football my
Dad went to the chiefs when they. Had A stadium
downtown longtime chiefs fan Got. Me into the chiefs Were,
growing Up in iowa THE, chiefs WERE on tv so
(01:35:27):
i grew up watching them. And talking about them and,
as we, got older you, know catting the cradle older
type of thing that would be a connection For us.
To TALK chiefs football so i think he would have
loved to see how, well they've been doing maybe even,
go TO a game which i never got. To do
with them and then number one, is fixing things. TOGETHER
building things together i probably got that skill, set from
(01:35:50):
my dad as my brother isn't. Very GOOD at that
and i remember building a deck. ON the back house
i remember turning that back deck, into a sun room,
like a cedar sunroom and building. THAT with my dad
i remember when my dad built, houses for a living
building houses for him and climbing on on the top
of the of the structure while trusses were being craned
(01:36:12):
in and getting knocked off and BEING yelled at because
i was his, son and all THIS and even, when
i moved here probably one OF the last memories i
had before he got sick was we replaced a front
door AT a, house that i OWNED and him. And
I did that and i would love to be able
to fix. Things With Him Today so happy father's day
(01:36:33):
for those of. You that get it take a break.
And we'll be Back Run Four Of The.
Speaker 4 (01:36:39):
Big Mad morning show His nest Ninety Movie.
Speaker 2 (01:36:43):
You're the mess high this is Gonna Be my first father's.
Day without my father he. Was a great dad, he, went.
To drillers games picnics he was a second dad. To
all my friends he inspired. MY love of music i.
Miss him so much. I'm enjoying. Your, Memories Thank you
yeah father's day has. Always, Been the hardest. YEAH i'll
(01:37:07):
never forget i was doing okay one time, a few
YEARS after and then i was walking through lows and
there Was Like all these FATHER'S day specials and i
wouldn't say, it HIT me THEN but i realized i
(01:37:27):
Wasn't Gonna buy, another father's day gift and having kids. Like, made,
it easier yeah right. KIND of. A distraction i guess
did You Guys? Always celebrate? Father's, day of course, yeah
we never did to. Be, honest with you yeah not
(01:37:49):
like let's get together and let's, all go you know
camping or, go fishing or whatever. Something to THAT effect
i'm sure i purchased. CARDS and said HAPPY i know
that i did at least got them A Card. And
acknowledged father's day but to, actually spend, the day you
know or, Do, things or whatever. No. NOT so much
(01:38:12):
yeah i, think in, my family growing up all, my
family members aunts uncles, lived in another state so we
only had, the, four of us right and so we.
Celebrated whatever there was and now we try to celebrate
(01:38:34):
any event possible with the family. Extended family as well
i'm a big believer. IN celebrating it is i think
what makes life easier is celebrating the little things because you, got,
most everybody here right with the. Exception of your, brother
on my well it's just my. Mom Right right right
and i'm talking like. With, your wife's family yeah we
(01:38:57):
do that. With their family too. Everything's, Here right yeah
yeah so so, that, makes it convenient yeah where it's
not just like you and your. Wife and. Your kids yeah,
yeah but growing up it, was just, my mom my. Brother,
and my dad. Yeah that's how nice, that's how we
were especially when He, was living, in california you know
because we had most of. Our family we lived my Mom's,
side lived in alabama my dad's Side, lived here in
(01:39:18):
oklahoma and here We are. On THE west coast so.
I totally get that i Didn't Even really Celebrate mother's,
day with, mama again same, thing maybe a card. Maybe
a little gift but that's about as, far as it
went even when you. Lived in. The House Acknowledge, it happy,
mother's day all, right here you go got, you a
Little gift and then i'd go. Off. And, do something.
Speaker 7 (01:39:41):
Wow yeah we, had every every holiday whether it Was,
The Fourth, Of July, mother's day, Father's, day you know chris.
We had to go we went to my dad's parents
for a little bit of the, day on any holiday
and then my my mom's parents for a. Bit of
the day and then if It Was, mom on mother's
(01:40:04):
day she would just want to stay at her parents'.
House and hang Out But, then on father's day my, dad,
would be like oh. Let's go do something we usually
would like go bowling, or something like that or, fishing
something like that and sometimes my cousins would. Want to
COME to but then i Think The very LAST father's
day that i, had with MY dad he and I
(01:40:27):
Went to. A fleetwood mac.
Speaker 2 (01:40:28):
Concert.
Speaker 9 (01:40:29):
That was awesome yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:40:33):
Somebody texts us in and it's really funny topic memory
of dad camping and. Bathing in a creek. Dad dong?
Is terrifying ain't that the truth is yours still scarred? In? Your, head,
Too YES yeah yeah and i gotta sit here. AND
think about this i don't think my kids have. Ever
seen my pain. And here's the thing. You, can't, decide,
(01:40:54):
that yeah true true you can't decide if Your kids
have seen there's no way my dad intentionally set out
for me. To, see his, dong no of course they
like so like my dad, was DOING like whatever and
i went in. TO ask him something i was in
the shower and he OPENED the door, and i, Was,
LIKE oh damn yeah i have to ask there a.
THUMB in the bush i have to. Ask my kids that.
(01:41:16):
It's a weird. Question ask your, kids can't. You can't
you can't they have. To, Bring, it, UP okay. OKAY
yeah i HOPE i hope that i have scarred my
children the way. My dad scarred me i'm just glad
you put those words in. The, SENTENCE that way, really
I don't know really. I. WAS a child no i
(01:41:39):
feel like that has happened to. EVERYBODY that doesn't passage
i am not for normalizing. CHILDREN seeing adult penis i
don't care. Who, it belongs. To well not, adults just your.
Dad that's an adult it's. Not, just any adults okay.
Let's let's fix this to fix this at what a
(01:42:00):
is it acceptable where it's not creepy for you to? See?
Speaker 4 (01:42:03):
Your?
Speaker 2 (01:42:04):
Dad's, penis right uh well were talking? About, anything under ten.
NO you got it i think you got. To be
over eighteen like this person's example is they were. BATHING
in a creek i don't know, how OLD he was
but i would think when you're, like a fishing trip
even the context. Of that, feels, CREEPY it's LIKE hey
(01:42:26):
i think i got?
Speaker 3 (01:42:27):
A tick on me where?
Speaker 2 (01:42:29):
You? Find it yourself dad my.
Speaker 3 (01:42:32):
Eyes aren't so good?
Speaker 2 (01:42:34):
Mom, to do it yeah but, you don't, want to
you know you don't want to be like, in the
you know the eleventh hour of taking care of your
parents and like changing. Their depends or whatever and Now
you're seeing your you shouldn't wait, until the, late seventies
early eighties nineties to. See your, parents' genitals say oh
that's why you do it as a kid and get
(01:42:56):
it over with so you can literally be scarred for.
THE rest your life i picture it plain, as DAY
right there. And, i hate it. Dude you are right
it Is a. Bill and ted's moment you immediately time.
Travel to that moment and you know what the smell of, the, air.
Was like yep yep you know what. Color the furniture
was you can remember every detail IS a vivid as
(01:43:20):
i COULDN'T tell you what i have, for DINNER last
night but i Can tell you what. Dad's dong looks like,
In nineteen Eighty Seven
Speaker 4 (01:43:28):
More Of The big men morning show is next ninety
kmod
