Speaker 2 (00:23):
Yeah, hey, thanks.

Speaker 4 (00:24):
For having me.

Speaker 2 (00:26):
Yeah. I was just I met this guy and we
you know, he slid into my DMS and okay, we
talked for a while. We went to a brewery and
we had the greatest time, like conversation was on point.
We got along so well, like super attractive, right, all right.

(00:46):
So I texted him and I said thank you for
the date, and I got nothing. So I thought that
was weird. So I waited about a week and then
I said another text and I'm like, hey, you want
to go out for another date? And nothing, so nothing.
I just don't understand. I mean, we had such a
great time at the brewery. Nothing makes sense about this.

(01:08):
I just want to know what's going on.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
Did you feel like you guys were flirting.

Speaker 3 (01:11):
Was it a flirtatious date, like there was a connection,
you were attracted to each other?

Speaker 2 (01:16):
Yeah, yeah, I felt all of that. It was. It
was a great day as far as I'm concerned. So like,
I was just surprised. It's like, first maybe he was busy,
but then like more time goes by and nothing.

Speaker 1 (01:28):
Yeah, you're talking a couple of weeks. Now that's a
lot of time. Did you Did you feel like maybe
you drank too much? Because sometimes that can happen.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
You had like two beers, So no, what.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
About did you talk too much?

Speaker 2 (01:41):
I don't think so.

Speaker 1 (01:42):
No, you just you seem like the chatty type that
would go on and on cheff.

Speaker 2 (01:47):
No, No, I don't think so. I you know, I
think it was a great conversation.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
Okay, Okay, let's call him up.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
Hold on the line, Mandy, you'll be listening in jump
in whenever you want.

Speaker 1 (01:58):
Okay, Okay, all right, let's call Jeff. Did you talk
too much? She seems nice? Come on totally and he
slid into her dal I know, but you didn't get
the feeling that SG. Maybe she's nervous. She's on the radio.
I know that everybody can be as perfect as you. Yeah, Hi,

(02:21):
is Chad there?

Speaker 4 (02:23):
Uh yeah, speak Hey Chad, It's.

Speaker 3 (02:25):

Good morning, Chad.

Speaker 4 (02:33):
Uh, good morning guys.

Speaker 1 (02:35):
Hey listen sounds so chipper Chad.

Speaker 3 (02:38):
You're on the radio this morning because you're on something
called second date update. If somebody goes on a first
date and they have a great time, then maybe they
make a connection, but then they get ghosted after that
first date. They call us when we try to get answers,
and that's why we're calling you this morning.

Speaker 4 (02:52):
Okay, yep, yep, I think I've h I think I've
heard chall before.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
Okay, So Mandy called us.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
Mandy told us that, well if she told you first
slid into her DMS. You guys did a little chatting.
You met at a brewery for a date, and she
said it was a great day. You're a great guy,
You're handsome, conversation was great. She said that she's texted
you and you're kind of ghostinger. Is there a reason?

Speaker 4 (03:18):
Okay, yeah, I mean to get into it. It's like, yeah,
so I went out with Mandy, and I mean she
she was like she's beautiful, you know online and all that.
She's gorgeous looking. So I'm like, okay, let's let's do
a little stop and we'll go out and hang out,
do the thing. And we go out brow and she
she get she doesn't get carted, right Like. We go
to the bar and I get id, normal, I'm cooking.

(03:40):
I'm like twenty three years old whatever, So I get idd,
I showed my stuff. They get to her and they
just let her in. And so, to be honest, I
kind of just took that as the red flag, and
I was like, all right, we're good, then flag on
the plate. Like she she's old, b she's like older
than me. So I'm good. I'm good. I just I'm
gonna go ahead and miss old Okay.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
I mean, do you know her age, Chad?

Speaker 4 (04:05):
I think it's some like thirty five, right, like somewhere
in that area, right, So he's definitely like, I mean
she's old, right, No, and.

Speaker 1 (04:15):
You're twenty three thirty.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
Mandy is not old.

Speaker 1 (04:20):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (04:20):
Mandy's on the line, Chad, you want to tell her
that you think she's old?

Speaker 4 (04:24):
Uh Yo, this is Christcy like I didn't want to, like, look,
I didn't want to like tell you nothing, like to
your fakes like that. But like, look, it's like I
just and this is maybe more a personal thing, right
because it's not even that like you're old, therefore you
are undateable type stuff. It's just that I personally, I
personally am scared of old women. That's like my thing.

(04:46):
I'm like, I did freak me out, like you just
old women?

Speaker 1 (04:50):
He did.

Speaker 2 (04:51):
You're ridiculous. I'm not old. Age is just the number,
and like three five is not old? What is wrong
with you? Oh?

Speaker 4 (04:59):
So like thirty five is just the number, but it's
like a big old number, you know what I mean?

Speaker 5 (05:03):
Like wait, okay, wait wait wait wait wait wait wait
wait pause time out. Let me ask you, babyface, Chad,
what age would you consider that you are crossing the
threshold from young to old?

Speaker 4 (05:17):
I mean that's gonna like sort of depend per person.
But like for me, if you're like twenty seven, and
I feel like I don't know if there's like you know,
like if you're late twenty thirties and mid thirties, yeah,
that's just too that's kind of too much. I don't know,
that's just my thing. It's like I just personally, I
just have no interest in dating older people, Like that's

(05:38):
not my thing. Y'all are like doing your thing or whatever.
I just I don't want to date Eddie Roosevelt. That's
for me.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
Oh my god. Yo, Ran says you need to get
over that, because if you're gonna not date me, I'm awesome.
So liked. Why you're not dating because I'm thirty five
is the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

Speaker 3 (05:55):
Can I say, here's the here's a twist. I don't
think Mandy's too old for you. I think you are
too young for Mandy because you are sounding very immature
in very young Chad.

Speaker 1 (06:06):
And I think you dodged a bullet. Mandy.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
Absolutely goodness, I can't even with you. This is this
is toomid like I'm I'm not old. Thank you very much.

Speaker 1 (06:15):
Listen, we got the answers you needed. Mandy.

Speaker 3 (06:17):
I'm I'm thinking, Mandy, You're gonna rebound just fine.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
Just fine, yeah, yeah, no, no, this was not too
much time invested. I'm good. I got my answer, yep.

Speaker 3 (06:28):
And I'm glad. I'm glad you reached out to us.
Mandy and Thank you guys for being honest and being
on second date.

Speaker 4 (06:33):
